I really want to like this place as I remember it being very good when I ate there shortly after it opened. However, I have tried to come back twice since then but can't find a place to park so move on. Today I tried to call and got the message, "You have reached the voicemail of...". Maybe one day I will be able to give it the five star review I seem to think it deserves but am still trying to get there with no help from a call to find out where I can park

Wow. This place is amazing. Great selection of craft beer and spirits if that is your thing, but the food is what sets it apart! Everything down to the artisan jams were well thought out. My burger was delicious, with the meat being high quality and locally sourced. I didn't think it possible to improve upon hashbrowns, but here I am wanting more. I highly recommend 503W.

This place is terrific. A great little hipster spot in sort of a funky spot, but you definitely should seek this place out. They have a strong craft cocktail program combined with a combined presence in their draft beer offering. Wings are terrific and service is impeccable.

I LOVE this place. I’ve been back again & again. This isn’t exactly a foodie town, but this place is a bastion of hope in that regard. Plus, the staff is beyond lovely & the atmosphere is hip but welcoming. I do have some gentle recommendations. Please consider buying nicer cutlery. I know it’s a restaurant and they get abused but the kind you have are incredibly cheap & I am nearly positive the price of the food & your popularity prove you’re worth good cutlery. Maybe also consider dumping straws from your water table service? Water is wonderful & we are adults, if we need a straw, we can ask for it. You guys are lovely. Your food is on point & I will a thousand percent be back. See you soon! ❤️

They have great service and amazing food. I love the art and atmosphere too, the only problem is that they have NO parking lot. Any time I want to go there, I end up going somewhere else because I can't find a parking spot near by. Which is super sad, because this makes them an often over looked hot spot. I know a lot of people who feel the same way.

This place is awesome. I had my birthday dinner there. There was 12 of us and the whole dinner went so smooth. Everyone seemed to like their food and their drinks. Our waiter was funny and gave me a free birthday shot. The atmosphere was chill and relaxed. The dinner toke about 1 1/2 hour, which was wonderful since we had a big party.

This place has great atmosphere and service. The bartender welcomed us in the second we walked through the door and told us we could sit anywhere. Our server (I missed her name, but she had glasses and cool finger tattoos) was super nice. The fruit and nut salad was probably the best salad I've ever had, and the calamari with sweet Thai dipping sauce was DELICIOUS. Everything came out lightening fast. We'll be back!

Very good! I want to give this place a 4.5. The drinks, the short rib and the poke were all excellent. The only disappointment was the happy hour appetizer with rice and pork belly, which lacked any discernible pork belly. Service was slow for Monday at 5:30. We will definitely go again.

I can't believe it took me so long to try this place out. I highly recommend the Seoul Bowl. It was a terrific combination of flavors and well priced. Beers were a nice selection. I was impressed that I could get a Chimay Blue for just $5.50 on happy hour. Just that is worth returning for but I cannot wait to see what else their food is like. I took a glance at the calamari and will definitely be sampling that. Nice big strips of squid, not your typical processed little Os. Lots of return value.

Excellent food at this Gastropub. My recommended items are the korean tacos and the Pueblito Burger. Both are excellently seasoned and flavorful and a great price to boot!

Awful. On a 90 degree day, we walked into a restaurant with no central air and apparently no wait staff, or at least capable wait staff. At very least we made it extremely clear one person in our party had a severe peanut allergy, apparently they didn’t care because our dish came out with a full peanut, no apology was made when the error was addressed. Do better 503W. Awful.

Only had food to go, but ordering on that front was timely and service was good all around. I could eat the Little Seoul Bowl all the time (had with Korean beef). While the street wings weren't the meatiest or most tender, the seasoning is tasty and BBQ hoisin sauce is not to miss. Would try other options before ordering the wings again, however.

I love this place! I know this is going to sound weird, but being someone who typically eats very clean I often don't feel real well the day after eating out pretty much anywhere. I don't know if it speaks to the quality of the food, but I don't have that issue after eating at 503. Great beer selection (wish they had a few more on tap), amazing food and the music on Friday night was awesome. Sat at the community table and met some awesome new people.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food! It was a fantastic culinary experience for a very reasonable price! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The drinks were very creative and also very reasonably priced! I let the mixologist give me their version of a Long Island and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of cranberry and ginger! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for something a little different. Oh, and you can't go wrong with the burgers!

So we come here a lot! It really is our favorite restaurant in town. But we recently had a waitress that was not great. Honestly she was horrible. I hate to complain, but finally did. The way the management responded was phenomenal! They gave our whole table a round of free drinks.

Very trendy and millennial focused. Menu had good variety and the food was good as well. Our food was by no means bad, but didn't necessarily impress either. The ambiance had me hoping for a little better flavor but overall we enjoyed our experience.

I liked the vibe here, food was delicious. We tried the shrimp cakes and they were so good! Small menu, but enough choices to please most. I feel if I asked for something not on the menu, and they had the ingredients, they would've created it for me. The food was locally sourced and the offerings were interesting. We had to wait a bit, but there was a very large group there and we were told it would take a while. Food is prepared to order. They ended up comping us for our appetizers. And we missed dessert, the kitchen closed. That was a little sad, but we did go late. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and straight forward. Glad we checked this out!

Got the Seoul bowl and an old fashioned. Nice ambiance and service. The mixed drinks are also pretty delicious albeit a little on the expensive side. I got the bowl with Korean beef. It was good but a little on the sweet side. There was a good amount of meat and it was huge so I had to take half of it home which is nice.

I have now been here multiple times for brunch and I can't stop raving about their food. I love this place so much! Their staff is always friendly, they are never super crowded for brunch like everywhere else downtown (maybe I should have kept that secret to myself), and their food is incredible. Tried 503W last night in a party of four. Autumn took care of us and took great care of us and was spot on with recommendations. Drinks were a little overpriced but the food prices were fair and they have good craft beer selection. As far as the food goes, we shared 2 apps and 4 entrees and everything was amazing! My fave entree was the poké. Didn't think it could get any better and then we ordered dessert. Phenomenal! Get there now!

I’m a vegetarian and I ordered the butternut squash ravioli with brown butter sauce without bacon and it came barely with any sauce and was a meat ravioli. When I asked, they confirmed it was vegetarian, but as a vegetarian of 20+ years, I knew they were wrong. I ordered a different meal which was just okay, and took the ravioli home after paying for both entrees. My husband who is not a vegetarian ate the ravioli and confirmed it was meat. Very disappointed. Vegetarians beware.

I used to really like this place the last time I went had the soul Bowl and the meat was not even cut up and sliced. I hate laziness like that and the sauce was poured on top of the rice instead of cooked with the meat. Very disappointing to see a place going down hill.

Truly one of the best cocktail lists in Colorado Springs! The food is modern and deliciously prepared. Must try the Korean beef street "tacos" served on a bao bun, the gangnam fried chicken, the ravioli and the nitro-braised short rib!

This place is fantastic. I took my future in-laws there for brunch and all of the food was incredible! We also shared the Bottle Mimosa and it was the perfect amount for the four of us. The service was amazing, everyone was kind and attentive. I will definitely be returning, no doubt about it! The only things I believe could be improved are: 1) our table was too small and wobbly so the four of us had to take turns holding it while someone tried to cut their food. 2) There are no coat racks/hooks for people sitting on the stools, so we (along with many others) ended up having to sit on our jackets. 3) The noise level was too loud to be able to fully enjoy brunch with family. I know that I cannot bring many people that I would love to bring otherwise because the noise level is too much.

This place is small and gets packed. So at my own risk of being crowded out from one of my faves, here goes... The happy hour here is excellent! They have happy hour food which includes kimchi fried rice. Yes, that's right! It is so good and is made with thick pork belly. They only serve it during the early evening happy hour and at no other time. We also get the chicken (forgot the name) but it's on the happy hour menu. You will love it. The sauce for the chicken, mix some of it in with the slaw for a wonderful sweet slaw. We have also tried the yummy French fries with the amazing dipping sauce. The brews and cocktails are also delish. The bartender is very talented and fun to watch. Ask for their special brew of the month. They have a late night happy hour and also weekend happy hours. I think those don't come with happy hour food though. But the regular menu is also brilliant. The chefs are talented and make a beautiful display with each dish. We had the salmon on noodles and it was so good! They always make nice touches like the grilled half lime on many of their dishes. Oh my gosh, it's so tasty. I could keep going on about this place. Oh, but parking is a bit hard to find. Be careful not to park at other businesses' spots. If you're lucky, you can find a spot on the street out front. Otherwise you'll need to park a block away down another street west of the restaurant.

American Asian infused food is like the best of both cuisines wrapped into one. Usually the food is fast, but it is extremely popular on Sunday brunches. Bloody Mary bar is the best we have found in town so far. It is loud in there. Acoustics could be worked on. Staff is always happy to be at work. That must say something about the place.
