You will be able to see the reviews of real people who are using the products and services of WP24 by Wolfgang Puck (Restaurant) in the state of California.
Now the firm receives a score of 4.2 over 5 and the rating was based on 213 reviews.
As you can see it has an average rating is very good, and it's founded on a high number of reviews, so we may conclude that the evaluation is very faithful. If there are many people who bothered to leave their opinion when they are pleased with the business, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to set evaluations when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Restaurant is included in the category of Chinese restaurant.
Disappointed. Took my wife there for our 11 yr anniversary. The menu is the same but chaged the planting. For example the crispy skin pork belly they gave us less meat and added lattuce green beans sprouts kimchi and some other vegetable. So alot less meat. Waitress was slow and took long on simple request like water and extra fork. Valet parking took 43min to get my vehicle. They may be different jobs but they are associated. Flemmings restaurant may not have the view but the portion size taste and service is great.
For all of the hype, the food was just okay. The view was, of course, amazing, but the meal was nothing special. The cocktails were strong though and the staff was super friendly.
I came here for a four-year anniversary dinner with my girlfriend. Obviously it's extremely expensive but it's very nice, the food was good, and the view was incredible. The restaurant is located in a very high floor of the hotel overlooking parts of LA.
Nothing special, steep and dated decor.
Great restaurants, great drinks, and great food.
Great food .. love it
Very delicious place. Amazing view.
Amazing food and amazing views! The deserts are sooo yummy. Came for my husband’s birthday and it was so fun.
You will never be disappointed with the experience at Providence. We have dined here several times and each meal was unique and wonderful.
Food was incredible, drinks were great. Sat at the bar which actually had really comfortable stools. Rachel the bar tender was awesome and it was nice to have some additional banter to our conversations.
I found this to be a very pretty place, but simply not very good. Although I realize this is supposed to be Asian fusion, I didn't find the flavors to be compelling and sometimes just not very good. For example, in the har gow dumplings, the wrapper texture was just odd and the flavors we so far inferior to what a har gow is supposed to be that I found them almost inedible. The Peking duck made no sense. Why sauce the dish and then present it with additional sauces that are not very complementary. Also, the point of Peking duck is the crispy skin, and this wasn't very good. All in all, Asian fusion allows a great deal of flexibility and creativity, but I find this interpretation to be a rather poor one.
Fine location for tasty asian food. I give this place two thumbs up. I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here.
Great staff, great view. Food was meh.
Amazing!
Always top of the line service from friendly staff.
Irvin provides exceptional service!
Very nice presentations
В целом вполне съедобно, но немного пресновато, без огонька (специй). Отличное обслуживание, красивый дизайн зала. Чек на двоих составил $80 без учета чаевых.
This is an Argentinian steakhouse in Melrose Ave. We came for dinner and loved it! The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was very good and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered tasty Empanadas, excellent steaks (Bife de Lomo a la Portabella and Entraña and very good pasta dishes (Ravioles de Porcini, Ñoquis de Papa). We are pleased to recommend!
Small portions, high prices, and a appetizer we ordered had all bacon fat and only one piece of actual bacon... We won't be coming here again.
Attentive staff, I love it!
Great food, incredible views.
Excellent ambiance and service. It is a little on the pricey side but the food is good. I appreciate the fact that they have a vegetarian menu!
Peking duck is insanely good. Had a few small issues but management addressed them fully and expediently
Nice view, good food & service.
The Scallop & Prawn Sui Mai was divine. We were treated like royalty. I had to speak with the owner to tell him that everything was perfect; with the exception of one small issue: the SPAGHETTI was awful! The SPAGHETTI sauce was far too salty, the meatballs were more like dumplings, and the SPAGHETTI, SPAGETABOUT it! Overall I give it five stars but I do not, repeat do not recommend the SPAGHETTI!
beat asain food in LA~
Great view
Wonderful views and incredible food
Props to David for being the epitome of hospitable and exemplifying service.
Great food great views you won't be disappointed
Excellent service good food
Another destination spot with sweeping views in Los Angeles. They should be awarded get for the design they did. Food was amazing, and the staff were friendly and kind.!!
Exhilarating views of the city from afar. Ubiquitously exquisite fresh food fun-fare habitat for fine dining!
Another destination spot in Downtown LA with sweeping views on Los Angeles. They should get a gold medal for the design work they did. Food is amazing, had sushi when I came here. I can't thank establishments like this enough for making these views of Los Angeles possible to embrace and enjoy. Thank you for being a great place to come to!

Five stars is not enough to show how amazing this restaurant was. The fish was immaculate, the desserts were exquisite, and the service was absolutely perfect. My group and I also witnessed an engagement! The 24-Floor view was pretty nice too!
The service was exceptional. The food however definitely needed some major improvements. Most dishes were somewhat acceptable, but stay clear of the assorted dim sum, I think ones on Cathay Pacific taste better than these.
TOO NOISY!!! This restaurant is Like a European fast food restaurant. There was a table next to us From Paki guys and the thre gents from that table were shouting all the time,we and the manager told them to be quiet then they want to pay our bill;it is like a joke at the end I told everything to the hostess who quided to us; the answer is "It is LA people's style" I do not respect WP
I have not been to WP24 for 3 years since my last experience was very poor in terms of service. Last night we went for our anniversary and the waiter was amazing and was the food. Great view!!
really delicious and worth the trip!
Great food and drinks with a great view of downtown buildings. I had some beef here that just melted in my mouth it was incredible!
Great view with a good food
An absolutely wonderful dinner served by wonderful and attentive staff.
Spent my b-day evening there - everything was amazing! The food was delicious and the view was just breathtaking!
We were staying at the Ritz, so it was easy to pop up after the Lakers game. It was good but not great. The space is awesome as is the view. Service was on point, 5 stars on that end. It's just the food was okay when the prices are for food that's great - or at least packs a flavor punch. Bottom line: if we're staying downtown at the Ritz again, then we'll probably try it again - but it's just okay and that says a lot.
Great food especially the burgers but staff was very slow and inattentive. They got 2 of our orders wrong, and took forever to brink the check, and the drinks
Hidden gem of DTLA! This loungy restaurant is classy and has great views!
TASTY FOOD BUT EXTREMELY LOUD - due to conversation not music. Crispy skin chicken was good. Wok fried corn fantastic!
wolfgang hit a home run with this expensive, exclusive asian restaurant. had the tasting menu at $130/person. worth every penny. also sampled a lot of other things while there... we were stuffed. wine corkage $35... me thinks they don't want you to bring your own bottle. whatever... it was still worth it.
Pretty disastrous for a spot with Wolfgang Pucks name. Service is terrible. We order drinks they don't bring any napkins. We had to go to the bar for water when we were at a table bc they took so long and when we ordered food they didn't have or bring us any utensils. Expect a little better from a place that charges 19 bucks for California rolls!! Give high price service when you charge high prices

Came here to celebrate our anniversary. I accidentally found this place where offers vegan menu on their website and couldn’t help but made a reservation to come check it out. It’s located on 24th floor in Ritz Carlton hotel downtown LA. You can choose either valet or park in any parking lot nearby. There is a nest lounge/ sport bar and WP24 fine dining area. They have orchid everywhere and the interior design is very modern look with high ceiling. Our waiter was Lorenzo. He was very polite professional and attentive. We were very impressed that they have a separate vegan menu from regular menu. (Heehaw) We were so excited and tempted to order everything on the menu. Just for novelty. They served cucumber appetizer first to start the dining experience as overture. We had hot and sour soup and impossible dumplings as starters. The soup tasted like traditional hot and sour soup I used to have when I was little. The impossible dumplings was very creative. Crispy outside but soft and juicy inside. I highly recommended. The entree: stir fried farmers market vegetables and veggies chow fun. I like both. The vegetables are so fresh. Even the yellow pepper tasted sweet to me. The chow fun was really flavorful. We enjoyed every single moment at this place and will definitely come back to try more items on the menu. Or simple grab some drinks and enjoy the view. The only thing I was slightly slightly disappointed was I thought they would be doing something sweet for our anniversary celebration. But they are not obligated to do that anyway. Great place, good view, good food and great services. They deserve 5 out of 5.
The place is fancy but for LA no vegan dishes?
Asian food and the feeling at this spot is great. food was so delicious. quick and friendly service. the bill was good for how much you get. not so close to my office, unfortunately.
First off the view of this place is amazing. A perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the Downtown L. A. Life but the food is to die for. I highly recommend the RAINBOW ROLLS and the SPICY TUNA ROLLS and accompany with a Sapporo or a good beer of your choice. Regardless this place is perfect for a date, reunion with close friends even a spot to be with yourself.
Great staff, good drinks and good food. The staff gave us a special vegetarian menu, which was really nice. The crisp lettuce cups were my favorite dish! The spicy veggie entree was great too.
Service is awful. Food was average.
I love the view and I'll keep on coming back for it especially since it keeps changing as DTLA expands. The cocktails are always good and I really enjoyed the Hula for dessert. It definitely took shaved ice to another level. My friends were reluctant to order it but it was definitely the one we enjoyed the most. And i know...random...The jasmine tea was aromatic and heavenly for me...
Delicious and there are beautiful views
The view & service is bar (no pun intended) none. I had the 4 for $24, which is valid 5-7pm daily. It consists of 2 dumplings, fried string beans w/ addictive sauce if there weren't any witnesses, 2 pieces of duck filled spring rolls, & 2 fried chicken skewers on a plate. I also had the Negi-Hama roll & 2 glasses of white wine from Santa Barbara. For those who like flavor bombs, the 4 for $24 is ideal. For those w/ a lighter palate, the Negi-Hama is best. The wine was crisp & refreshing.
1 hr, salad and hummus ordered and only the salad arrived after we flagged down a different waitstaff and the manager....if your intown for a convention and have limited time this is not the spot to pick!
Some seriously good eats with an amazing view. Service was on point and the food came out pretty quick which was nice since we had a show later in the night. Will be going back next time we're in LA.
You will never be disappointed with the experience at Providence. We have dined here several times and each meal was unique and wonderful.
Food was prepared perfectly. Spiced perfectly. The views are really nice, it feels like you're in new York NY almost. The waitress was great and the restaurant in general was a good 4to5star experience, but they could use another one or two waitresses and the bartender underpoured a bit and shakes the drinks too long so the ice melts and waters down the taste of the liquor is my only complaint ...
Clarification: I would give this spot 3.5 stars, but since yelp does not have a half star option, I would rather round up than down :) The decor is that of a typical high-end-ish Chinese restaurant - but the vibe is that of a restaurant which has seen better times in its glory days. It definitely seems past its prime (or maybe it was never very popular to begin with), and it was mostly empty on a Saturday night at 8:30 pm. I don't see a reason why though...we had a good enough experience. The ambiance is nice, with dark and black undertones and dim lighting to accent the view. The view is definitely a plus...you can pretty much see all of downtown from here (a good way to see the downtown skyline without actually seeing it...because, well there isn't much to see in downtown LA). All the dishes we ordered were good (with typical flavors that you will find at any american chinese spot. But then again, that is what this place sets out to be). The ingredients are good quality, and therefore make the dishes taste better. The service was very friendly and attentive. They also have convenient valet at the Ritz for the restaurant. PS: ask for the chili sauce if you want more of a kick, beware though...it is SUPER spicy.
For all of the hype, the food was just fantastic. The view was amazing, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I love this resto!!!!!!!!
Food was Delicious! I had the New York steak and it literally melted in my mouth. The potatoes that came with it was seasoned and cooked just right. Emmanuel our server was very attentive. It was a peaceful dinner night. The view was superb!!
Food was pretty good but still overpriced. Decor was beautiful and service was very good. I Probably would not go back, but would maybe give it one more chance before completely writing it off.
Great food and drinks, fairly well priced. Service was a bit slower than I would have liked, but solid all around. Plus great views if you get by the window.
Food is good. Bar service is terrible! Manager made eye contact and did not attend to me. Two couples came in after me and were approached and served before my boyfriend and I. I placed my order while server was cleaning some glasses right in front of me to make clear we had not been served. Another worker pulled the server aside to ensure we were taken care of. I probably wasn't hiding my frustration. Server reassured him that we had been helped and when he returned, he began working on some one else's drinks!!!! We only ordered two shots of vodka. We walked out. Thanks WP24.
Love is take on Chinese food
My favorite chinese restaurant because of ambiance and views. Definitely better than Crystal Jade in SF
Great service, wonderful food!
Food is good service is ehhhh not so good. Work on your customer service and maybe you can get more business.
Ok location for quality Asian food. The fool was super appetizing. Really nothing but good experiences here. Reminds me of a place in New York I liked to visit.
Excellent food. Company meeting here and the service was wonderful along with the food
I truly didn't mind this diner, the food is fantastic, and the bathrooms were not bad. It was a little fridgity indoors, definatly was not totally cool. The food serve is good also. I will absolutely consider going back once again if I get the chance. Me and also my pal bought the pizza and also we were not let down. My one tip is to keep the chilly outside. Thanks!
Great view, nice service, okay food and way over priced menu. However it's good time overall
I'm sooooo disappointed at this place. Especially since Wolfgang Puck (the WP in the restaurant's name). I've been here twice - both times for a friend's company holiday party. It's located on the 24th floor (hence 24 in the namesake), While it's a gorgeous with a panoramic view of downtown LA, especially at night. The design of the restaurant is awkward - winding walk ways, stairs, ramps going up and down, widening and narrowing of walk ways. It creates a huge bottleneck when it's a social situation. There's not many places to stand and socialize. Also, they have seating, but not where the food is. Where the food was I understand that it's a catering, mass produced food - but wouldn't you think that the chefs would try to put their best food forward instead of the mediocre-ness they were serving. We had some cut rolls, some sushi, and a variety of Chinese food. If the best thing that came out of your kitchen was some mashed sweet potatoes/yams - um, Houston we have a problem. Overall the sampling of food I had here discourages me from coming here for an actual meal. There's valet parking ($$$) at the Ritz-Carlton, also, parking within the LA Live Complex. I'm not sure if WP24 validates or provides parking - since it was included.
Located on the 24th floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Nest at WP24 is a modern lounge experience serving a dedicated menu of Asian-inspired snacks, appetizers, sushi and large plates.
Food is super great. I always order wontons because i love them. The staff is really friendly and super helpful in making suggestions.
Great asian fusion restaurant with great views of the city.
The lobster was amazing here
Besides the view the food is exceptionally executed. I really enjoyed the food every time I've been and a little pricey yes but the ambiance and food is excellent
Very good restaurant!
The service was impressive and attentive. Yes, it is pricey but you get what you pay for, great food, Classic Chinese interpreted by Wolfgang Puck. The view over the 24th Floor of the Ritz Carlton is also a plus
Plates are shareable, the views are spectacular! The food and s traditional Asian (not one specific culture) with a hint of American infusion. A very romantic place.
Similar to Shop House, Chortle's South East Asian inspired experiment.Shop House out of the water, had the pork and shrimp meatballs. Definitely a healthier and tastier alternative to Shop House. Please open in Los Angeles ,CA!
Amazing food and views.
The decor is chic, classy, fancy, modern. I like it. The food is excellent. It's a great place in a great location on the 24th floor.
Really don't understand the Michelin rating. Food was okay, but not fabulous, which is what one might expect from the rating. Of course any restaurant can have a bad night, so we'll probably try again at some point, but initial impression is... service very good... food rather unspectacular.
Good food. Service could have been much better.
Never fails to impress.
The best ingredients, great service and don't get me started on the view!
Our favorite restaurant in Atlanta. Unusual service by the chefs dim sum style, with a different menu every time we've gone. Better with 4 or more so you can taste as much as possible, great atmoshpere.
Traumhafte Locatin, freuntlicher Service & leckeres Essen!
Very rude behaviour by the staff, spoiled the celebration
My top site for quality asian food. Super delicious. They have so many reviews for a reason.
Poor service, new management, FOH staff being new seem like an issue. Food was fine, upscale asian fusion
Pricey but great Food with great views
I would like to know how much it costs for an entree, dinner and a desert, for a group of about 50 people or so.. I would like to know how much the average costs for dinner is for one person please and thank you.
Went here for a holiday party so we were able to try the full spread of food and wasn't disappointed!
asian food and the atmosphere here is great. had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again. prices were fair for the quality of the food. ambience reminds me of san diego's scene.
The food is okay, but the views and decor are glorious.
Asian fusion at its best! The views are stunning. We have come right when it opens to watch the sun set over downtown and all the poor souls driving on the 110. You can sit down looking at the panoramic views and order from the full menu. It's all great. We've ordered most of the menu. I'm always surprised that this place isn't packed right after work. But later in the evening this place is hopping.
WP24 by Wolfgang Puck is a very fun stop for dim sum on Chinatown! Dim sum is served cart style, so you can pick whatever you want as it passes by. There is a decent selection - I enjoyed the shrimp rice roll, steamed pork buns, bacon wrapped shrimp, sesame balls, and cute egg custard buns that look like little piggies. Some of the dim sum could be a bit fresher and some is a bit greasy. But overall a good spot, and would be a good place to try dim sum if you haven't had it before.
Considering the name and the location and the reputation and the prices we definitely expected more it was not what we thought at all the service was awful and the food was decent
Excellent place, menu is easy to understand, even if you are not noodle saavy. I like that they have a "build your own soup" and you can pick what broth base, protein and noodles you want. Hey fried rice us nice and moist, I will definitely come back and try their other dishes.
Food was just ok. Cocktails are complete rip off.I had Japanese Old Fashion , underwhelming and ridiculously over priced ($24). You basically are paying for the view.
just wish they had more vegetarian options. they like to put proteins on the menu then tell you they will charge u full price and take out the protein to make it vegetarian. I'd prefer a vegetarian option with a lower price point.
Had limited time for dinner before a show and everywhere was heaving except this gem.
Asian food, yeah, so fresh. I love this place always quality food & service. Bring your appetite because portions are filling. I can see why they have a lot of great reviews.
Perched on the 24th floor of the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, adjacent to the L.A. Live Complex is this Asian-fusion restaurant by Wolfgang Puck. You have to walk through the more casual (and casually priced) “The Nest” to get to it for it’s more formal dining experience…though if you want to save a few shekels, check out the menu of The Nest as they share a kitchen and many of the same menu items. (Plus you’ll get the same view of downtown out of the gloriously large windows. We had an amazing experience at WP24 from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive to our needs and we were delighted that they offered a completely separate vegetarian and completely separate gluten free menu with lots of choices on both which will leave you feeling well taken care of if either of these diets is yours. I had the Impossible Dumplings (which you’ll only find on the vegetarian menu. Thee are a awesomely flavored fried dumplings (which reminded me a little more of egg rolls than dumplings) made with “Impossible” brand meat. The “meat” was well flavored (which isn’t always the case when faux-meats are offered leaving you to wonder if some kitchens feel simply offering the option is enough…not the case here…super delicious!) It had a lovely and spicy vegetable topping too. I also had the vegetable fried rice which was perfectly flavored, with a good amount of peas, scallions and little peppers (and egg). Fried rice is such a basic dish and this was really perfect. Not too heavy or oily with just the right amount of add ins. There were some nice extra touches too…like the amuse bouche asian style pickles…plus the EXTRAORDINARILY yummy cookie and tiny red-velvet cupcake they brought complimentary with the check. I won’t soon forget either of these unexpected desserts! There’s a lot more to choose from on the vegetarian menu. We’ll definitely be back to do just that.
Phenomenal restaurant! Had taken my girlfriend for her birthday, the view for us spectacular and would be more so at night. The staff was just as spectacular very courteous and hold themselves to the highest standard of service, keeping us engaged sharing thoughts and recommendations while keeping our table clean while not being intrusive (wish I can share the servers names but I don't quite recall there names). The food surpassed my expectations, there are to many points to hit on for the entire course but I will recommend getting the octopus appetizer along with Szechuan beef dumplings and to finish of steamed pork belly served within a soft supple bun. Although I am positive you cannot go wrong with anything in the menu. The main course was half of a Peking duck served with condiments on the side and some more of the soft buns to make something of a miniature sandwich, with some portion of the duck served in noodles. There is way more that was phenomenal about the experience but can't be put into words you must experience it first hand.
Loved the food & service
Amazing food, perfect service
Awesome views. Exotic foods. Great staff. Amazing experience.
The food is not bad for overpriced Asian-influenced fare, but that view! That's why you make that trek to sip a cocktail while the rest of the city craws along in rush hour traffic on the 110 below.
Came here for a corporate party event, so meal was served buffet style...there was salmon, chicken, beef broccoli, noodle dishes, and fried rice and some basic sushi rolls...it was okay, but if this was representative of what was served here on normal basis I can pass. The Ambiance and the view however is gorgeous so understandably that's probably what you're really paying for. It has a great lounge and great views of downtown LA. I would suggest a good date night or a nice night to milk somebody for a good dinner
Great food, great views, excellent staff!
Happy birthday bash
Great food awesone taste.
One of the hidden gems of CA for northern chinese food (very rare since everythign is canto here). My favorite items of theirs: beef rolls, pork and sour cabbage soup, all the cold appetizers
Good place if you're in the area with very great views. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here but if you're close by definitely stop in. The food menu isnt super amazing but it's worth coming for a drink.
The bartender here is great. He suggested a few quick bites and they were great. We grabbed a quick bite and a few drinks. Had the spring rolls. Delicious! And the Chinese donuts are amazing! Had the chocolate cake too and it was great. Had the bruno mars drink. Delicious! Everything was delicious. The crowd is mixed. Lots of people from the convention, a few ESPN guys we saw at the next table. It's on the 24th floor of the Ritz carlton . Out the elevator, to the right.
The food here is nothing short of amazing. The captivating view of downtown and LA Live, coupled with the ambiance and décor, are what clearly take WP24 from just a restaurant, to a dining experience. However, for a $100+/ per plate, the service leaves something to be desired. I have a strong belief that a waiter or waitress in such a high end restaurant, needs to be prepared to go above and beyond to EARN a 20% tip, rather than just EXPECT $50+ for doing the same thing the servers do at Applebee's
Nice view if city, food simply ok, service ok
good food very great
Amazing view food was Good
My fav spot for delicious asian food. It has a nice interior.
It's delicious but i don't think it worth the price. but the buns are so gooooood! I gave a 4-star because of it
Mediocre food. Excellent views
Love the food its amazing. Great date night place
Great view, great food, even kid friendly as long as they are well behaved....don't ruin other people's nice evening due to your children who don't understand the concept of inside voices.
WP24 had an amazing view of downtown LA! The Chinese chive crystal dumplings starter was really spice and good! I would recommend it !
The staff welcomes with a smile. I am finding the food pretty good. And what is most important - the have good selection of different coffee beans and aromas. The place is clean, the music is not loud. I am afraid the prices are little overpraised.
Good food. Noisy. Overpriced.
Had limited time for dinner before a show and everywhere was heaving except this gem. The staff were accommodating, the menu read well and it delivered: delicious and with such a great view and we made our show!
Great food, service and views!!
Excellent service and food was delicious!
Great view and food
The food is really good! The service could use some TLC. First time we tried to visited no one showed up to the table for 3 minutes. The second time we actually were helped but it was hella slow.
