Food was as expected but ordered food and she wasn't listening to what I said. Too forever to get our food and then had to wait longer to get fried. Thank God they were hot. Then to top it off the homeless guy sleeping in the booth stinking to high heaven.

Wienerchnitzel has never gotten our order wrong. I'm allergic to cherries and they were very polite about my request for no cherries on my sundae. Got the $20 crowd pleaser, a sundae and a drink for $24. It fed a family of five plus we had left overs. Staff was very polite, friendly and quick.

Staff was polite, efficient, and fast. Food prices are competitive with what other restaurants are charging for certain products. Food was ready in merely 4 minutes which is great. But the chili cheese fries could have been fried just a bit more, some of the fries were undercooked. The shredded cheese on top was a welcoming and refreshing product instead of squirt cheese. Love their chilli cheese burgers. They use sliced cheese but it has a unique flavor that's good with the chilli. I always order chilli cheese fries with extra chilli and cheese and I add jalapenos. They serve Pepsi products for those looking for Pepsi establishments.

Wienerschnitzel has always been one of my favorite fast food resturants. This one in particular has very friendly staff. The staff was so very kind and courteous. They also offer a 20% military and public safety discount. They also have a daily desert special.
