REVIEWS OF Udupi Palace IN California

Human Being

The south Indian food was delicious and not very expensive. The only problem is space which is very small. Food is good.

Murali Krishna

Best Indian restaurant found in US so far. Authentic South Indian udupi style food.

Kamlesh Kanani

Nice place. Good food.

Benjamin Pollak

Good food but unimpressive service

Jacqueline Bennett

Great atmosphere. Calm, inviting. Large variety of vegetarian options. Great wine and beer lists.

Holly Harris

Reasonable Indian food on Valencia. It is all veg too.

Bharat Rao

Great food. Authentic, tasty and fine quality. Tried the Thali was amongst the better ones in the bay.

Prasanna T

Good for a quick Indian food

eternal struggle

Discovered them by while in San Francisco. Lived it so much we went back the next day. Delicious and Diverse. All vegetarian to boot

Naga Dakshina Murthy Nookala

Fast and courteous service. Food was okay.

pavan teja

Very bad at processing the online orders especially on Caviar. Be prepared to wait for at least 3 hrs to get your food.

Aswin L

At a nice location, the items are tasty and delicious , idly was ok

Marija Petrovic

I used to love this place and recommended it to anyone I have met, have been going there quite a bit but today I found a metal nut as in nuts, bolts in my potatoes. The manager was very sorry and he didn't know how the nut- nail got into my food. Obviously I didn't want to pay for this and I didn't. But the folks seemed to accuse me to have put the nut- metal thing in my food.. while the food may be really tasty, I feel we can't be bothered with possible hygiene and safety issues. Luckily nothing happened to me ...

Sana Shaikh

Nice place. good for south indian food

saurabh gagpalliwar

Had the thali here, was pretty good and fresh

TR RX

Great authentic south India food. But , you will need to wait for your food longer in a busy day. We waited around 1 hour to get it.

Kannan Navaneethan

Good South Indian food at reasonable prices

Aadithya Udupa

Very delicious and tasty food! Dosas were not extraordinary but thali was out of the world! Will surely visit again!

Darren Story

Good enough as a third or fourth option. They are mostly vegetarian, and make a light attempt at appeasing those following plant based diets. Overall though, you can tell they don't take vegan dining seriously... but at least it's an attempt. I don't believe any ingredients are organic, so this would only be considered "healthy" in a relative sense. They usually stay open late, which is a bonus. Flavors are fine, and staff is always friendly if not a bit distracted.

Vishal Ravishankar

Sumptuous udipi food. I'd recommend the dosa varieties. Decent ambiance and relative quick service.

Ujjwal Rathore

Both food and service is below average.

We actually take people from out of town here because it typically is a pretty good experience. This time we had really bad service. We walked in at like 5:45 and it was empty except for 3 tables. We had our pick of tables and they quickly brought us water and menus. However it took forever to have them take our order. We had our menus closed and asked twice to order before someone finally came to take our order. In this time 4-5 other tables came in and most of them ordered before we were able to order. We were really hungry and eating family style so we very specifically asked to have them bring out the food as it was ready. Then all of the 4-5 tables that came in after us got all of their food before us. Two of the tables next to us received their food and finished eating before we got our food. Tables that came in even longer after us received and finished their food before us. The place was completely full before left. We finally got our food over 45 minutes from when we arrived at the pretty much empty restaurant. I had to ask about where the food was and point out that all of the tables around us has finished. The food is good, but we sadly the sag paneer only had 5 pieces of paneer in it. We then had to ask 3 times for them to bring the bill. They did give us a discount because were clearly upset with the service and that is why is not a one star review.

Sanjay Adhikari

Small south Indian joint which remains crowded for all the right reasons. Rawa masala dosa is something I really love and don't like it at every other place, but they are doing it the right way. Sambhar is another part that when not done right can ruin you meal, and at Udupi they know its importance. Will visit every time I crave some authentic south Indian food.

Jenish Dhaduk

Great for Indian vegetarian food lovers. If you are Missing Indian food get to this place asap.

Bhushan Kothari

Delicious South Indian food at great price!

Diwaker Gupta

Food quality has gotten better, reasonable prices. Great South Indian option in the Mission!

Allura Duffy

Great food in a great place for a great price.

Sabina Ahmed

Food is authentic albeit a bit pricey. Cramped tables given the size of the plates.

gurinder virdi

It was ok. Good service, decent food but Viks has better dosa and the thali wasn't all that memorable

Samita Pradhan

I visited this place on Friday evening and was super crowded, we had to wait for the seating as well as for food for a long time, but the food was really delicious and fresh.

ganesh muralidhar

Nice india. Food.

Michael Kukreja

First decent South Indian restaurant I’ve experienced in SF. Took a vegan here. Perfect place for here. Enormous portions. She Loved how they substituted dairy with coconut creme and potatoes or tofu for cheeses. I myself had a dosa and samosas. Dosa was good. Samosa was had too thick a wrapper, that was over cooked.

Aswin Kumar

Pricy , but tasty

Kenneth Jacobs

Excellent south Indian. Service excellent and sweet. There one a very busy Friday .. excellent service.

Christine Doan

Casual small restaurant featuring vegetarian Indian cuisine from the South. Their dosas (crepes) are a must-try. Lightly crispy on the outside, but hearty & filling inside-one order could easily feed 2 ppl. Appetizers such as samosas & idly are classic savory treats. This location is oddly not as busy compared to the one in Berkeley or Santa Clara. Cash only!

Sohaila Shaukat

Authentic and delicious South Indian food!

Santosh Giridhara

Authentic South Indian Food/Taste. Loved the food. @Management please increase the rice quantity of South Indian Thali

Dylan Jackson

Excellent food at a reasonable price

Sony Mathew

Good place. South Indian thali is very good.

Kelvin Leung

The House Curry Dosa was amazing! My first time having this dish but it has so many wonderful flavors! Really hit the spot for my Indian food cravings!

Steve Hayes

Even for me, who is not vegan, I have to recommend this place. The food is delicious and the chill atmosphere is really nice. A word of caution: when they say spicy, get ready for a runny nose should you order it...but it's totally worth it and delicious

Harsha Rao

I am a south Indian and was bit disappointed by under cooked masala dosas and undercooked rice. The waiter told us that we ordered too much food!$!$!$ .... While actuslly when the food arrived it was not thst much. I expected for San francisco standards this hotel would serve better quality food...but disappounted. Also blue glasses in which they serve water were dirty. Reason for 3 stars is because SOME curries were tasty. Otherwise I will try out Dosa place next doors next time. Yes this place servea vegetarian food which might be more suitable for vegetarians like me than Dosa place next doors which also serves non veg food.

Phuc Nguyen

Everything here is delicious! My favorite was the eggplant dish

Ekaterina Naumova

Really good food

Laurent Scotto di Uccio

Food is good but the noise level is too high for me...

SampathiRao Jitendra

Must visit place. Tasty food.

Rahul Gudi

It is worst restaurant to go. It is not very clean place flies were there had food at that place had severe stomach pain. Avoid to go this restaurant. Whole my family members fell sick eating there.

Vinod Mahalingam

If you really need good Indian food, plz go elsewhere. The dosa was so thick and really didn't taste fresh. The waiter was constantly looking somewhere else when taking our order. And using credit card you're charged extra.

Haniya Naviwala

The food was SO good!! Great place to hangout and stuff your face for an incredibly reasonable price!!

Suhas Javagal

We were about ten in number. And we went in when restaurant was 45 min from closing on a weekend. I'll start with good ones. Coffee, tomato soup, fried idli, sambar vada and Rava masala dosa were good. 2 out of 3 Uttappams we're little too roasted. Lemon rice and biriyani was not up to the mark.

Anshula Dixit

The food was really nice. After a very long time I had an authentic South Indian food. The staff is friendly.

Vish Yerabati

Awesome Idly Sambar.

Nandi La Sophia

Udupi Palace serves up delicate and bountiful dishes that are both beautiful and distinguished. I've had Indian and Pakistani dishes in probably 15 countries and this place is by far, my favorite Indian spot in America. I cannot suggest it highly enough. Go go go.

Timir Shah

It is a good place if you're looking for South Indian food in San Francisco. Affordable options and quick service. Cash payment preferred.

Siddhartha Sharan

It’s running on reputation alone the guy taking the order is extremely rude and doesn’t care about his customers. Would rate zero stars

Clara Baird

cool place to meet and catch up with coworkers. really nothing but good experiences here. prices are reasonable i would say. food is similar to a cafe in portland i loved.

Michelle Corbett

Delicious. Authetic S. Indian food. Took my S. Indian bf and he loved it!!!

Mayank Periwal

Amazing pure vegetarian south Indian restaurant

Douglas Ball

prices were average for the menu. feels like a cafe in phoenix that i enjoyed visiting.

Srihari Yamanoor

The Rasam was good. The rest was okay. Not very authentic, but heck for that, you would have to fly a few thousand miles anyway. Prices were okay too. They were playing some really weird music, LoL.

Emmanuel Morales

A date took me there. He mentioned it's some of the best and cheapish Indian food you can get. I'm no Indian food expert, but it was quite wonderful. The staff was friendly, and the bill turned out pretty good, even for a date with two people and appetizers. Totally will go there again.

Kyle Murphy

I love Indian food and this is some great Indian food

nk aggarwal

Yesterday was a bad experience, total disaster. The iddly was like a rubber sponge toy, Dosa was made of (nearly) unfermented dough, samosa pastry was soggy, vada was cold, chutneys had no tang, so characteristic of South India. Even coffee was not good. How can Dosa get cold travelling from kitchen to table, at 3pm hot weather. My son was unhappy because he had praised their food (as in the past). (Think, their chef went on leave yesterday

ashutosh mundra

Pure vegetarian resturant in sfo.. great food and most importantly its vegetrian

Shambavi Krishnamurthi

Quick service and absolutely delicious South Indian food. Some of the best I've had in SF so far. We had the fried idly, bisibelebath and onion rava masala dosa.

ashwini pai

South Indian thali available here had only North Indian dishes with Garam masala like Chana masala And aloo Gobi...not anywhere close to udupi cuisine.. also it wasn’t worth the money.. will not visit again..

Gautam Runwal

Great food at an amazing price!

Meghan Serrano

i will be back with my friends. the place has a good atmosphere. feels similar to a restaurant in new york i loved.

Swathi Prabha

Tasty and delicious dosa. Paneer burji dosa was good

Apurva Khamparia

Delicious food with good service. Their house curry Dosa & fried idly are a must try. Even Mango lassi is pretty good!

Rucha

Classic vegetarian south Indian fair served fast and cheap. You can have a filling lunch here in about $12.

Nitzan Shapira

Delicious! The most similar to real South Indian food I had!

Neha Narang

The food and price was good but service was really poor. It seemed to be understaffed on weekday night.

Daniel Gilliland

Very tasty and delicious south Indian cuisine. I make it a point to come here with each visit to SF because the food is really that good. Service is decent, but seems to lack enthusiasm and urgency, like having to ask for refills. Overall it's a good place to go for an affordable lunch.

Tanveer Gill

Best food I hav ever eaten. Must come and giv a shot. U won’t regret. Being an Indian know the actual taste . So do come . And thank me later❤️❤️ 5 stars to the service

Zalak Trivedi

Authentic South Indian food. Great place for lunch or dinner. So much better in taste and value for money as compared to Dosa next door

Malabika Mishra

Really liked the filter coffee and Malabar parota it was fabulous

Chris Federspiel

Order all of the breads. As many as you can manage to order. They’re all so delicious and worth the over eating. Bring friends with you to try everything or go to a of times. What an incredibly delicious menu. The staff is nice and fast too. Really good vibe, just grassroots great food.

Kratumay Pandya

Loved the food but the customer service does leave a bit to desire. However once you eat here you forget the other issues.

Binish Pillai

They have lost their touch in authentic tasty food.

Rashi Pant

Authentic South Indian cuisine, there dosas and chutneys are really delicious. Do try rawa masala and paper masala dosa. It was really crisp and yummy.

SK

Ok place. Not so authentic!

Sathvik A

Good vegetarian food, timely service

Gautam Bhattacharjya

Great food,excellent taste,good service smiling staff .

Duane Mcmillan

Entered near eleven, it wasn't packed. Service is consistently great. I see why this place has a lot of great reviews.

Edna Barron

It's so savory. Had a sister come into town and asked me to take her here again. It has a great interior.

Puneet Kolathaya

Not so good Ambience but great food

Rks9

Just for name sake its an Udupi Restaurant. Not taste wise. I took South Indian Thali and no item in Thali was South Indian. Food tasted totally north indian with lot of Garam masala in each item. Its super expensive and not worth it. Trust me I have lived in Udupi for several years and know south indian/Udupi food and urge restaurant owners to stop calling their Thali as South indian Thali.

Steve Nelson

Great food, huge portions but be sure to bring cash. No credit cards taken at this place

Ramesh Hulugaru

Nice vegetarian South Indian restaurant located close to the Mission Bartlet Garage parking lot. Have been here multiple times and never disappointed. The thaali is pretty good if you are hungry. The dosas, parathas, and uttapppams are quite authentic. They make a few north Indian dishes as well, like parathas. This place gets pretty crowded during peak hours, especially during weekends. The only negative point is that they charge 3% if you pay by card.

Ajay Khandelwal

We were on 2 day trip to San Francisco last month. After a long and tiring day, we were looking for an Indian vegetarian restaurant. After googling around we visited Udupi place. The food was excellent. Mouthwatering Dosa and Samber. Loved authentic south India. About 60 bucks for a party of 4 not a bad deal in expensive sf.

Dhaval Patel

Make sure you count your change if paid with cash.. multiples of 10 could be less .. bad experience

Swaran Pradeep Chandran

Authentic spot for South Indian food. Me and my wife went for dinner here after visiting golden bridge. We ordered Ghee samba idly, Rava dosa and Chettinad uthapam. Food to the table is so quick (max 10 minutes). When I had a first bite of idly I remember my days back in India with Udupi (feels nostalgic). Udupi is always famous for their dosas in India, SFO UDIPI made me too feel the same. Dosa comes with Sambar and 3 chutneys. Idly and sambar damn outstanding. Pros : Fast service and Authentic taste. Cons : Rest room is awful, poor customer service, small place and if you use card transaction charge is applicable additional. Better use cash for payment! Definitely recommend this place only for food!

Krishnamoorthy A

Excellent food

Soubhik Dawn

No frills South Indian restaurant. Good food. Decent prices. Doesn't accept credit cards though

Sameera S R

Good south Indian veg resturant

Sweetu Shah

I went in, asked what the waiter/owner recommend, and he was so unwilling to help. He just said “I don’t know what you want. It’s all there on the menu”. Thanks, I know how restaurants work, but I don’t know if you have a signature dish or a personal favorite. i was the only person there. I asked to turn down the music (it was blaring, and again, it was just me) and the man looked so annoyed. I ended up ordering a spinach masala dosa and it was pretty good, but the vibe of the place stank. I would not go back

Suresh Wadhwa

One of the worst food experience of our lives. Avoid this place like a plague. We have been eating udupi cuisine all our life and I can say it is ‘fake’, ‘fake’ and ‘fake’. I agree with most of the reviews here that manager and staff were the rudest we have experienced in California. It is far from authentic Indian food. Our dishes felt undercooked, rushed with a weird Tex mex flavore. When we complaint about food quality, manager was called and instead of offering solution, he said “plenty of people seem to enjoy our food and if it is not to your taste that’s not our problem!!!”. We left the food and were made to pay our bill in full! Ruined our evening. Sticky with known brands like sarvana Bhagwan in future instead of this fake udipi restaurant.

Karthik Raja setty

The food was great and price was decent must visit when you are in town.

Greg John

Great Indian food and the price is right..Young and friendly crowd. No yahoos in the place.

Crystal Gutierrez

This location is absolutely outstanding.

Tiffany Troesch

Had to wait 10’ before we got a table for 2. Restaurant is really crowded and get lot of take away order... and we understood why ! Best Indian food we ate in SF !! Young staff, really friendly and efficient. We got the food really quick .. And everything was awesome ! Thali plate was really good and the portion was perfect, not too much. Dosa was perfectly cooked and the smashed potatoes so well prepared ! Loved it :)

Emily Valadao

Very good food! Service wasn't great, but it's okay because the food is so good.

Amrita Srikanth

If you're looking for a cheap, home-cooked Indian food, then this is your place. Remember though, just like you have to be patient at home for the food to reach the table, the same applies here as well. Their service is slow and inefficient, but the wait's worth it. Try their massive paper dosas or the comforting Bisi Bele bath, you won't regret it.

Dori Wilson

Food is really good. I'm allergic to cashews and they are very attentive to modifying orders for me. The service is good. This place can fill up quickly, but I've never had to wait more than 15mins for a table. Bring some friends and split a few plates.

Russel Dee

a little pricey but always good. great for my vegetarian friends

Christina Libarios

Food was excellent! Don't be afraid to get the 2ft crepe with the potatoes! So so good!

Vaibhav Anand

The chutneys tasted weird and not fresh. The dosa and the masala inside didn't taste authentic

Abhijit Borude

Udupi Palace offers delicious South Indian food at reasonable prices and decent ambience. The food quality is very good and the taste is consistent every time you visit but the service can be inconsistent since they only have one server for 20+ tables. Apart from regular South Indian favorites such as idlis and dosa, they have really good combos, thali and Chana bhatura. I also love their Fried Idli appetizer and Mutter Paneer gravy. Also, don't forget to end the meal with South Indian/Madras coffee. This is a cheaper alternative to Dosa on Valencia which is an expensive restaurant next door and a place you can frequent every few weeks.

Dr Varun Mittal

Menu with Indian/ South Indian food, decent preparations and not that heavy on prices.

Maxwell Wallace

It's great. One star off for surcharge for non-cash payment.

Manaf Alhashimi

It's good if you're a fan of indian food but the place is so small

Umesh Patel

It’s good South Indian food around here. Which is hard to find around here. Place needs little cleaning.

David Garber

Really delicious. I highly recommend it.

Jessica Custer

The dosas make me feel like I'm back in Kerala. So good.

abhay verma

Very nice place for vegetarian south Indian food items, tomato peas uttapam and hara bhara kabab was best, paneer spinach dosa also good but Mysore masala not so tasty as they put only potato stuffing and no vegetables in it.

Solianna Herrera

Yo, this has AMAZING South Indian cuisine. That means larger than life masala dosas literally as long as my arms with assortments of chutneys, savory Idili, Vedas, and to my surprise tomato soup with hella peppercorns. Couldn't finish it all, but did the next day with pleasure. Awesome stuff.

Ranvir Singh

Great tasting food. It takes me back to India! Everything that I have tried so far has been excellent!

Cristina Vasco

House Curry Dosa. You won't regret it. Also, they accept cards for a nominal fee.

Vishakha Jain

Visit this place for good food! Ambience, price and service moderate. Serves vegetarian food only. Paid public parking one block away. Cash preferred. They do accept cards but charge a small fee for it (my $12 order had a $0.59 fee). I went on a Wednesday evening and the place was busy. I didn't have to wait for a table but it was almost full. Good crowd. I ordered a mixed veg. uttapam. It was nice and filling. Coconut chutney and sambhar were good.

Miss Joli

This place is one of my favorite. Friendly staff, clean restrooms and tables. A little tight on space but totally worth it for the food. I am always trying to eat here everytime I get a chance. Delicious food.

Sai

Tasty food. Friendly staff. Good portion size. That said, not once but 3 times in a row they served food with dairy (milk or panner) after repeatedly confirming with the manager that the dish is vegan. Not sure if they understand what vegan means. I think they are waiting for someone with serious dairy allergies to sue the restaurant. Hopefully they take care of this because I actually like the place.

Nikhil Singh

The dosas and uttapams are okay, rasam is passable, coffee is bad and service is okay. If you are looking for vegetarian Indian food, this is decent place for it. if you are looking for a treat or get together for a very special occasion, may be I would suggest to give it a pass.

sriram kannan

Ordered Malabar paratha. Side dishes were good but the bread was not great. It was unevenly cooked

Tracy Waller

two thumbs up for this place. the staff was helpful and kind. it has a good atmosphere. menu is like a cafe in indianapolis i liked.

Hannah Rose

Absolutely the very best and most authentic Indian food I have found in the city! I had some thali plate..perhaps it was the South Indian one..in any case, it was beautiful and delicious, and the person working (I believe it was one of the owners, or a family member of the owner) was super gracious and friendly, helped me pick a vegan dish ! Loved the whole experience and will definitely go back :)

sayeed kader syed jamaludeen

Authentic, taste is excellent, we liked it. Veg meals is a must try.

Gauri Tapdiya

It is quite a nice place to have good South Indian food. We were a pack of four and ordered four different dishes, all of which were very tasty, which is kind of rare. Authentic preparation, satiates your taste buds and quite filling.

Parita Savla

Tried idly fry it was the best dish.. have not eaten anything like that.. all the chutneys were also very good.

Kumar Ram

We recently had food @ this restaurant. The food was ok but they do not know the culture of South Indian customs and preferences though they claim that this is South Indian Restaurant! It is the habit of south Indians to have coffee/tea after finishing the tiffin but here they serve coffee first and then tiffin and when we pointed out the reply was that we should specifically say! They need to visit south Indian restaurants to learn our culture/taste/preferences. Also during my US visit, all hotels/restaurants/shops accept cards without any extra fee except this popular restaurant wherein they charge a fee for payment thro cards. As nobody is asking they cant take it granted and charging extra fee is not fair !

g B

Quality food ,they have all varieties of breakfast and south Indian Thali.

gowtham sharma

All time favorite

santosh kumar

Good restaurant. Traditional food without unnecessary masalas or spices. Visited twice in a month.

aditya kiran

Food was okay! However, the guy was reluctant to take our order. He started to vacuum the entire place around our table. Dust started getting on to our food. Would not recommend anyone to visit the restaurant. I wish there would be a health inspection done.

Geetha Somayajula

Some of the best dosas I’ve ever had! The house curry dosa was excellent!

Chaitanya Gokhale

Good food but talking off one star for the extremely slow service. We were waiting at the table for almost 30 minutes before the waiter talked to us. This place was seriously understaffed, felt sorry for the one guy who had to be the host, bartender, and waiter/server all at once.

Anand Shah

Nice dosa place and bit busy so order food fast to avoid long wait times.

Padmanabhan Ganesan

Run down place...bad food and bad service. Avoid.

Dylan Wasserman

This place has the best dang Indian food I've ever tasted. Don't fear the spicy stuff! Friendly people

Brandon Philips

Reliable South Indian vegetarian food at fair prices. Easy to get a seat during the day but is usually quite crowded at nights and weekends. Overall a family favorite.

Jayaraman Venkatkrishnan

A good place to have south Indian food. The masala dosa was excellent served with sambhar and three different chatnies. We also Ghee idli Sambhar . Both the items were tasty. The ambience is informal and service good.

Madeline Brandt

This place is simply the best. Delicious, large portions, fair prices. I love this restaurant.

Joshua Mitchell

The food was very good. Closest to authentic Indian food we have had in the SF area. Prices are reasonable, portions are large though. Order an appetizer and entree, both came out really fast. Service could be better but was sufficient. They charge a small fee for processing debit credit cards. THEY ARE NOT CASH ONLY.

Wendy Ng

We got in right before the dinner rush. First time there and took a long time reviewing the menu. My friend was cynical about it being vegetarian. We ordered an onion marsala dosa (crepe filled with spiced potato and carmelized onion), aloo matar (potato and green pea) curry, and an order of papadam (thin wheat cracker). I wish I knew what are all the different sauces/chutneys. Some were better than the others but all were good. Didn't miss the meat protein at all. Will definitely come back and try something else if I can find parking.

Ursula Lobacz

Delicious! We got the samosas and thali, and I highly recommend them.

Ankit Sharma

If you love food, this place is where you should be. We went on a Thursday afternoon and so there was not waiting time and got our seats as soon as we reached there.. it's not a fancy restaurant in terms of space and ambiance, but we were there for food, and that was not a disappointment . Idly Fry is a must try.. I would surely make another visit.

Navin Sadarangani

We went here during a trip to San Francisco. This place is run by South Indians. And it's authentic. Their place looks like a regular eatery in India, bustling with people chatting and the smell of good food. We had a couple of dosas (Mysore masala and spinach & Paneer), a malabar parota and the South Indian thali. Everything was just great. Their service is pretty quick, food tasted really well and the staff was friendly / quick to attend too. Will definitely be going back here when I next visit SFO.

sunil N gowda

Poor service. Food was decent

Jens Leerssen

Excellent sauces and the fried chapati are addictive.

Dean Bradshaw

good place to hang and eat some good food. looking forward to coming back with my coworkers. this place has a great design. kinda of like a restaurant in los angeles i loved to visit.

Sandeep S R

Very less quantity for South Indian thali..sambar,rice, bisibele bath everything in the same small bowls and just one small chapati..not worth the money..I personally don't recommend this until unless they improve the quantity..

Minesh Modi

Nice south indian veg dishes. Prices are reasonable.

Udayraj Patwardhan

Nice dosa and idli

צביקה בירנבאום

Nice indian food. Good service

Piyush Kansal

Good food. Nice flavors. Good service.

Nicole Ulakovic

Delicious and mostly vegan

chandana srinivasa

Good food. Service can be done better.

Satnam Singh

Who doesn’t accept cash in San Francisco, the hub of tech? But that’s not the reason for the review. The Lassi - Salty - is horrible and I am not saying that lightly. It has a LOT OF GINGER and MASALA!! DON'T EVEN TRY THINKING THAT THIS IS A REGULAR SALT LASSI. It's a shame on the name of what you would call a lassi...and as a Sikh, I know my lassi.
