Good neighborhood burger joint. The patty melt is one of my favorites. If you go with friends I'd get the sandwiches without the combo and share a side. The portions are pretty big in the meal.

I was hungry I forgot to take a picture .I've lived in North Hollywood over 16 years and I've never eaten at this place it was the first time today.the staff is friendly very helpful nice people is the kind of place you want to take your family to eat.it's worthwhile for some people that would come off the beaten path but at the same time for locals the food is delicious the vassals of the menu is unbelievable I'll be eating here whenever I can.

Visiting Burbank for the weekend and looking for some inexpensive yet delicious eats. Immediately doubted the variety and cost, but I have to report that the food is tasty. I had excellent customer service and food was ready in no time. Check this place out!

One of the best restaurants in the valley comparable to Everest in Canyon Country. That should say enough. The staff here is wonderfully friendly and courteous. The food pricing to portions are fantastic! So much delicious food for two days! My favorite is the Pastrami Sandwich. Their Feta Fries are delicious, too. Just wish they'd fry the Feta Fries, "well done" so when you get home, the fries are nice and crispy instead of soggy. Other than that, the regular fries are amazing and the Steak Salad, too is another great entree. They give you what you ask for and it will be DELICIOUS EVERY TIME. They are consistent with their food quality and portions and this is why we love them - they run the show like Everest and In & Out! UPDATE: 2019.03-07/1730: this place is consistent with food quality, portions and pricing! I can't say enough how consistent they are! These cooks make all their food with love. The Patty Melt was melt-in-your mouth delicious! I even subbed the American cheese with Swiss and added bacon. The Classic 50/50 is also a sizable, juicy burger. Pastrami and avocado was added to this towering burger making it super delicious as well! Talk about huge! To top it off, we ordered the Tom's Feta Fries cooked well-done and wow, we immediately took them out of the bag and opened the container up so they wouldn't lose their awesome crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, perfectly golden goodness! We didn't want soggy fries! Definitely our "go-to" since we lost our "go-to" spot in Santa Clarita! Try everything in this menu because it's terrific!

I come here a couple of times a week, usually on weekdays, as the weekend is very busy. Parking: Even though I walk, there's usually lots of parking available. Service: The staff here are just awesome. They are always happy and smiling, even when they're slammed. They never cease to anticipate the needs of their customers. Though they don't have the biggest dining room, their bussers are incredibly quick and efficient at their job, so you're never waiting too long. Servers are quick on the coffee refills, and I've rarely had to ask. I generally don't see the bottom of my cup. I've been to neighboring business that can't even get these basics down, and I don't go there, even though their food is amazing. Food: I haven't tried everything on the menu, but I have tried the burgers, french toast, omlettes, and chicken salad, all of which are wonderful. Overall their food is not too greasy, and they seem to change their oil appropriately. I would say that their pancake syrup could be better, as it's a bit gloopy, and I would guess that it's more corn syrup than maple syrup. This isn't new to the restaurant industry, as actual maple syrup is very expensive. Unfortunate they do not serve fresh fruit here, so I would say that their menu could be just slightly improved there. Cleanliness: I've never sat at a dirty table, nor have I had any dirty silverware. Even their prep area, which you can see from the order counter, is in great condition and proper order. Summary: Overall, this place is a prime example of great management from the top down. I highly recommend it. Rating: 4.9

Service was amazing here. They consistently check in at your table to make sure you're good with everything. I walked in expecting another fast food joint with the tastes and flavors I love from hole-in-the-walls, but I got the service quality and cleanliness of a restaurant. I dig pastrami wherever I go and they say they're famous for it, so I doubled up with a sandwich and pastrami fries and it was great. I ate half my sandwich cause they pack it with so much meet. Their menu has a lot to choose from and healthier/lighter options as well. Definitely stop in if you're cruising down Burbank Blvd. hungry and looking for a spot.

Cute little family stop, almost has a trucker Diner feel to it. Their food is good and very affordable and the give generous portions. The service is always great. These girls are always on it, refilling the customers drinks without upu having to asking. They always make sure you are satisfied.

If you decide to eat here and have the time dine in. Yes, Tom's is a fast food place but you will receive restaurant table service inside. Food is brought to your table, they walk around refilling your coffee or soft drink. They also have great deals like 4 burgers, 4 fries and 4 drinks for under $16. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make it a good experience. It was difficult to grasp a fast food paying so much attention to detail. Will be back.

Went to Tom's twice in a week when I was craving a breakfast burrito. First time I got a bacon and sausage burrito came with eggs and hashbrowns and was fantastic ordered fries and a drink for a total of $16.52 pricy but burrito was the best I had in the Noho area. Fries were crispy and fluffy on inside which was suprising as I took it the go and live around 15 min away Went again yesterday and was disappointed got a Tom's burrito ham bacon sausage onions tomato bell pepper and cheese breakfast burrito and it was disgusting the tortilla was burned on the inside and tasted extremely charred and bitter and the hashbrowns were raw. Biting into bitter burrito with hard potatoes was not the business. Chili cheese fries are standard fare a little salty but tasty, salsa that comes with burrito is great not spicy at all. Ranch is tasty. Oddly enough Tom's burrito with chili cheese fries and a drink was $15.42

Appears.to be an old-school restaurant by the lot and building, but is updated throughout. Drive-thru, counter ordering, full menu (we went for breakfast burritos - the Tom's Burrito is EXCELLENT!!). inside booth seating, full menu of Mexican staples, fish, beef, chorizo, "famous" pastrami sandwiches, burgers. I love pastrami sandwiches, so will go back to try that. Excellent service, speedy preparation, excellent prices, generous portions. Everything you would expect and want in an old-school drive-in/restaurant. We live a few blocks away, and I have past it a million times thinking "I need to try that place". Finally did, and will definitely be back. BTW, omelets look amazing and are HUGE. Coral Cafe may be in for a run for the money with us. ;)
