The Deck is probably a better place to go sometime after work during the week. Mind you, this thought crossed my mind at 12AM on a Friday night (Saturday morning?). It's got cool games, open atmosphere with plenty of seats, and situated blocks away from the rest of the craziness a few blocks north along Sixth.

It's a great cowboy esque bar, country music if that's what you are in to, great atmosphere and good service. Would definitely recommend their nachos, top notch!

For starters the bar overlooks Petco Park, the music was upbeat, and crowd was hip. The Mai Tai and the Strawberry Daquari, two classic cocktails came out abolutely perfect! I mean look at those flower garnishes.. My favorite plate was the grilled turkey sandwich but the wings were really tasty too. This is not to discredit everything else we ate that was absolutely delicious. The communal tables even have fun swivel seats that make you feel like your at the ball game just across the way.

Great little venue for a drink and fun times. Close walking distance to lots of bars and the ball park. Food was so so but everything else was enjoyable. Friendly bartenders and servers are a plus!

Decent bar with plenty of activities like corn hole and shuffle board. Good beer selection. The bar tenders (both times I've been) don't know much about their beers however, and have to look each of them up just to describe what type it is (pilsner, ale, etc). They also serve bbq that isn't bad. My main complaint with this place is their single stall bathroom. It tends to get a line built up.

Best bar in the Gaslamp District! We had so much fun here, the bartenders are super friendly and so are the customers. We are from out of town and made friends with some San Diegans. The food was amazing, try the bbq chicken salad and the Mac and cheese! We got a bucket of beer and played ring toss which is alot of fun, among Cornhole beer pong, and Jenga! Highly recommended, bring all your friends. Age range was 25-40. Will definitely be back!

Service was non existent. Beer and cocktail prices were above average as well. Had to go up to the bar to get a menu along with putting a drink order in. Also had to go to the bar to ask and pay for the tab. Great bar scene but horrible service for not even being that busy. Would give it another shot to see if it was just a unlucky night.

Pretty cool place for cool beer and games. It's just too bad the shuffleboard is so crooked you can't get the puck to stay on the board and the Cornhole bags have beans flying out of them every time you throw them. None of them weight the same. Added difficulty!

The atmosphere was awesome and not rowdy (it was a Sunday) but that pulled pork baked potato was an absolute 10! Only order one if you are really hungry or you bring a friend. It says 1lb potato and it is every ounce, before the pork and fixings.

Nice open atmosphere. Derms like an old car repair garage. Country theme. Shuffleboard, beer pong, etc. Waitresses in short levi cut offs and cowboy boots reminiscent of Twin Peaks or Hooters. Good bbq food and drinks were good too.

Has a really cool vibe to it. I love the games they have and the whole look to it. They always have a good selection of beer on tap and a full bar. On the other side is the club, which usually has pretty good music and plays a variety.

Highly recommend it! This place was just fun all around. We were on vacation, we walked past it during the day and ended up going back to check it out that night. The service was awesome, they have stuff to do while you're drinking like cornhole and other games...and the BBQ was freaking delicious. Everyone was just having a good time with good food and good people...can't go wrong with that.

Been here many times in the past but it seems they're letting the place go a bit. The pool table is ratty, it needed new cloth a year ago. There was only one semi functional pool cue and in the two hours we were there NOBODY, to spite there being waitresses, asked us if we needed something. I had to go to the bar for every drink and to order food, which I'm totally cool with but not if you have servers running around. Still a super fun place though and I'll go back, just needs a little TLC.

A great bar to watch a game, and especially for large groups. The patio is "covered" but has a large opening. The layout is wide open with a lot of room for standing or sitting/leaning on the large round tables. A lot of bar games surround the room. Very fun!

This place was well rated, so we selected to visit and had very bad experience. My frd had all valid identity proof except passport(he kept it at hotel) but these guys did not let him enter the bar. These guys are racist.

Terrible. Illogically denied at the door for a small book bag by the obese doorman. Company policy? Even more reason to avoid this bar/company. Makes zero sense not to be able to enter with a compact bookbag/backpack when there is no issue with purses or any other carriers. Never again.

This place is the FUNNEST bar I've ever been to! They have Jenga (large scale), ping-pong table, super-sized beer pong, shuffleboard and more! The only thing is I wish they had more variety with the salad menu, or a turkey/veggie burger.

Came across this place by chance. Seemed like the liveliest venue on that side of the Gaslamp on a Saturday night. The first room is a big open space with a long bar, a pool table, and areas for playing corn hole. Walked towards the back and was suprised to find another big room with a live country band performing. I dont normally listen to Country music but this seems like a great spot if you're looking for it.
