Sat in the drive through WINDOW for ten minutes before they even acknowledged i was there. Took almost 15 minutes from speaker to receiving my food and all i got was a quesadilla combo

Everything is ALWAYS TASTELESS, WATERED DOWN! Then the employees is always angry about something here! Everything is overpriced for tiny portions of food being purchased. The drinks at the drink station is always either flat or watered down! The best thing that Taco Bell could have came up with was the bowls because it has rice. The bowls have pretty much everything in it minus tortilla chips/ olives! This place stays clean and the lots are always clean as well.

The model is nice. It's very clean and you can order on computers which is nice. Bathrooms need keys. Food is okay. If you do end up ordering at the counter many of them are either new or simply don't understand what they're doing. Great if you can avoid talking to employees.

Sooo is there a zero star rating. 15 cars in the line not even moving I'm doing a Postmates order. They are under staffed its like 3 people working they were walking around talking and one girl was putting on lipstick and all they were doing was talking too much a girl was working with a gray under shirt on with all arms and shoulders out. Taking all day to take an order and they were moving very slow one guy kept going to his car.I have yet to see any manager working been in the line for over 30 minutes no lie. Never knew Taco Bell could be like this.

Cold food.... nachos are stale..chicken pieces dry and over cooked it look like it was from the day before i have to take it back and gave me another one not much better. They heat it up in the microwave. The portions are smaller and continue to shrink every time and prices are higher. Poor quality and food flavor. Customer service is limited to the cashier to take the order. I used to love Taco Bell...is not only this particular one ...is the brand all across the border at least in Kissimmee and Orlando and I had visited many stores in 31 years in the area. The brand have to step up to the plate. I won't visit or eat at Taco Bell again.

Waited in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes... when we get to the speaker to order they don’t answer... wait another 5 minutes and nothing so we pull up to the window. They allow us to order but tell us to get back in line to pick up our food. That seems like non-sense. When ever there has been a delay or issue with an order I’ve always been asked to pull into a parking spot and the food has been brought out, not go wait in a 20 minute line again. Horrible service, very bad attitude from the person who appeared to be in charge.

The quality of food at most Tacobell's has drastically slipped down hill. They use some day old dry meat and charge you 7 or 8 dollars for a burrito now. You're better off going to a restaurant for these prices. You dont get the value you should for your money. Go to Chick Fil A its 1 million times better and you get rewards for using the app. A lot of times they give you free food. Tacobell is a company that isn't in touch with its customer base and isn't even close to the quality of Chick Fil A.

Worst...service... Ever. I've never ranked a restaurant a one star in my entire life. Congratulations on being my first. Marcus is the regional manager of this store and he's been the regional manager of this store for at least 3 years. I've mentioned the service problems here at least three or four times to him and he's never acknowledged the problems. I have no idea how Marcus has maintained his position as a regional manager for this long. He must be related to someone in the company high up. That's the only way I can imagine he's still allowed to be employed by this company. Furthermore the cooks are the worst Cooks on the planet. Consistently missing basic request like adding sour cream to something that does not have sour cream or removing something that needs to be removed. The The kooks lack basic common sense and I genuinely wonder how they even dress themselves in the morning. Decided to try the place out again on 7/16/2019 And yet again another screwed-up order. this time I asked them for extra sour cream on two burritos. When I got home, one of the burritos had sour cream only on one end and it was minimal at best, and the other burrito had absolutely no sour cream at all. these people are complete morons. The cooks are anyway. There's no quality check by management or the window cashier, otherwise this certainly wouldn't happen over and over again.

The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. They usually do not mess up the orders as long as you have them read it back. Prices are pretty great for most items. The store is usually clean, the bathrooms are well stocked and not disgusting. Drive thru is generally run very well even at peak times. Overall one of the best Taco Bells I have visited.

This is basically the late night move in seaford. So many places close so fast. My best advice is to not go at the very last minute people are trying to go home and will flat out not really try to serve you. But just 30mins to a hour earlier would go the extra mile. I'm a notorious late night visitor but everyone is pretty cool.

Very unhappy with our order. Several of us order lunch through Door Dash. Several things were wrong ,tacos were supposed to be soft tacos and one order of Nachos Bell Grande. The only thing Door Dash did was return the money for the missing and wrong items. We double checked the order on the app and both items were ordered correctly although on the physical receipt the taco are not noted to be soft only on the app. Please have someone double checking the orders.

Love Taco Bell and love this location! Convenient location and friendly staff! And if you're trying to go vegetarian or vegan, Taco Bell can accommodate you with an amazing variety of great tasting menu items for cheap! You can ask about their vegetarian items, or simply order things without meat (like the 7 layer burrito) and ask for it to be made "Fresco style" which removes all dairy products like cheese and sour cream. Thank goodness for Taco Bell ^^

We were the only customers at the drive through. We waited 14 minutes for our two meals. I had time to get out of the car, walk around the side of the restaurant, wait in line for the restroom and return BEFORE our food was out. When food did come there was no apologies and while I was inside there was one couple inside eating. The nacho bell grande I ordered had to be tossed bc the chips were so over cooked and burned tasting that we both gagged. Terrible customer service, terrible food preparation time and terrible food.

I ordered online using the mobile app and drove right up to the speaker when I arrived 10 minutes later and told them my name and they said pull forward. I didnt have to show them the card I entered online to pay for order which was convenient because I didnt have the physical card with me. In fact, it was extra handy because I was able to get dinner for my bf and I late might night (around 10 pm) without him even having to be there to pay! It expedited our already late evening as it was since my bf got off of work in gilroy late.. Saved him from having to stop after a long day! Plus anytime I am hungry and he has all the money I can just order online and pick up- no questions asked!!! :)

If you are going to eat at this Taco Bell, just remember the acronym KISS (keep it simple...stupid!) This place cannot get even the simplest of orders correct. If I order breakfast with no egg I always get egg. I just ordered 2 shredded chicken tacos supreme with a power menu burrito that I changed stuff on the burrito and they got that right, but for some reason couldn't get the regular supreme tacos right. The only reason I even go to this location is because the next one is almost 20 miles further away and I can park a tractor trailer next door. I've gotten so much free food from this establishment because of the incorrect orders I don't know how they can even stay in business if that is the same for everyone else...or maybe it's just me.

Woah! is what you might think when first arriving upon this Taco Bell. The building itself will surprise you like finding loose change in the crack of your sofa. Its a hole-in-the-wall type place being sandwiched between two larger buildings. The Taco Bell building itself is quite small, there not even a place to dine inside; its more of a stand than a restaurant. The architecture of the building doesn't match anything else either: this building was designed to be a Taco Bell. Its destined to be here. Dining outside isn't an unpleasant experience either. It's nice to feel the air flow through your hair while you engorge yourself on whatever Mexican faux-pas snack you decided to get. Its always surprising to see how much can be done in such a little space. Perhaps the kitchen is like the TARDIS: bigger on the inside. How do the Taco Bell staff members work in such a small space? Must be black magic or some awfully tight working conditions. I'm going to assume its the former as the food itself also seems to be some creation born from horrible and delicious transmutations of the dark Mexican arts. Along this street are various other fast food joints you might find else where: Jack in the Box, Popeye's, Pizza Hut, and of course the Taco Bell. Its a nice change being able to, or rather forced, to eat outside. Even if you go alone you can eat with the pigeons outside for some company. While you eat you can watch the pigeon mill around and do pigeon stuff. Perhaps you can name one and look forward to seeing it next time. After meeting your new avian friend, David, you can start to think of what kinds of things it would like to eat. Do pigeons like Doritos? Of course, who doesn't however you cant spare the already sparse Doritos Locos Taco shell for your friend David, there just isn't enough. David can eat the rice from your Frito Burrito, there's plenty of that, just pick some out and toss some to your friend David. However David doesn't seem interested. Why? Why won't David eat the rice is it because of its picante seasoning or the nacho cheese sauce that covers it? Or something else? Perhaps David has an allergy to something in the rice. What else can David eat? As a last resort you realize that you can rip off some of the tortilla to give to David. As you toss the tortilla to the floor you watch in anticipation as David approaches the tortilla. He consumes it. David likes tortillas. As you become more and more familiar with David you can start to throw the tortilla closer and closer. After weeks of training you can finally get David to nibble the zesty Taco Bell delicacies from your hand. Should pigeons be eating Taco Bell? It would take a smart man than me to determine that. But is David Happy? He sure is. When you go and visit make sure to say "Hello" to my friend David the pigeon. Good food and Great friends: 4/5

This store locks the bathroom doors "because the homeless uses the bathroom and messes it up" so I have to ask the staff to use the bathroom, they let me in when their finished with what they we're doing.....I noticed the toilet seat wasn't on ( you know the part you sit on) I had yelled to the staff, I still can't use the bathroom until someone fixes it. TV Commercials showing your product, are deceitful. Either way, no one at this store knew what they were doing?! I ordered the New Loaded Taco Box with extra guacamole and sour cream. I was eager to try it, since seeing the TV AD. I was given the most discusting box of food. The crew displayed a "who cares" attitude, and the store was in dire need of some TLC. I love the food here, I am also a huge fan of their app because I love to customize my food. My only complaint is the app won't always open. When the app works I think it is pretty easy to use and the restuarant does a good job of getting my order right. They do occasionally forget something, so I have to go back in for it. A pet peeve of mine is when I have a large order, don't put my quesadilla on the bottom and everything on top! It is so hot when you put it in and everything else so heavy it squeezes the sauce out! Also please always put my tortilla chips on top and include eating utensils!

Don’t go here unless you’re the only one at the restaurant. Maybe not even then. There were maybe like 5-6 people in the drive through line and we were inside with two other customers. When we got inside the manager yelled at us that we would have to wait 15 minutes, which is fine, but then they locked us in so no other customers could come inside. An employee cleaning tried to let in another customer and the manager screamed at him and wouldn’t let the customer inside. We got our food and the order was totally wrong and the quesadilla’s cheese wasn’t melted at all. Such a waste of money and time.

Everytime i go to this toco bell around this time 12am , there is always something wrong but today really got me mad i had enough i order a five layer burrito without sour cream and beans and they poured so much sour cream yu cant even see the cheese or the meat . My family knows , for this location triple check your order , but at this point we’re having to open up the food to make sure it’s even edible. This is a constant thing with them . Service is always sooo slow, staff doesn’t care , the location is always dirty and the manager does not care. I really miss the old manager.. she knew something about customer service

I love coming here. The drive thru is always pleasant. They always ask how I'm doing or how is my day on the intercom, my order is always confirmed and total given, and my order is always fresh and correct, and they say thank you. I appreciate the care the employees and management put into providing a pleasant experience. Kudos to all the hardworking young ladies and young men that work here. This is a model location for service and product and should be praised.

Tip: As with any fast food joint, double check your order before you leave. This Taco Bell has some of the slowest drive through service anywhere. That being said, we usually always enjoy the food and drink that we get. They are pretty skimpy about giving sauces/napkins etc. so make sure you get enough before you leave. Also, TB seems to have really cut back on the amount of food that you get in some items so, be aware of that. (See photo below.)

The woman taking my order missed one of my items and when I told her she asked the cook in the back to make it on the fly and they responded “HELL NO". Only plus is I wasn't charged for it but I never been to a place let alone a fast food restaurant where the guys in the back can actually decide whether they want to make something or not when they are clearly open in the evening. I wont come back to this location because if they can literally do that I won't be surprised if they mess with your food if they're in a bad mood.

Good fast food when you're on a budget! I love to go there when I'm in the mood for quick Mexican food and their morning breakfast! This Taco Bell makes the best scrambled eggs products out of all the fast food restaurants. I choose the Seaford DE location when I'm heading in that area. The staff are always courteous friendly and polite. This establishment is always clean; even their parking lot! The management team have good employees!

I was trying to order at the counter,but there was a guy there that had a card gambling game going on with the employees all across the counter. It was so unprofessional and the management did nothing. This taco Bell is usually pretty good but it's getting really really ghetto again. I just eventually walked out and ate somewhere else.

Tonight was just an awful experience. Ordered nachos belle grande with extra nacho cheese, no tomatoe. When i arrived home found no cheese what so ever. Drove back for my extra nacho cheese...
