Good choices, lots of items made personally for you, but as far as I can tell the very best part of this buffet is the desserts. There are many there are very and they are very pretty. A little pricey but not unexpectedly so, and you really do get a very good selection.

Great variety of food. We go for the crab legs! Sometimes there is a very long line, even when there are plenty of empty tables. Also, they don't have kids pricing which I think is ridiculous. They charge per body.

Gambling is not the same when the quality of the buffet is lower than it ever was. I mean, the crab legs where amazing. Now is not worth it to drive here to just gamble without a nice perk of a great buffet. Might as well gamble in so many other casinos. Is it possible they changed supplier? Many people in line complaint. Some people even said the drive is too long to come to a casino with no speciality.

The quality of the food is getting worse compared to a few years ago may be due to the cost of raw materials and thus the company cutting cost by buying cheaper meats or sea foods. The service is getting worse too because a waiter has to wait on too many tables. The cooks or servicers behind the counters some of them have stern faces, showing unhappiness for the customers .

The variety of choices was amazing! Our waitress was very nice & attentive. They only fell short of five stars because they don't have kid pricing. Use a Casino privilege card to get a discount on the buffet.

Prices have gone up and food quality has gone way down. I got very sick the last 2 times I ate there so I wont be going back to eat there. Staff needs to better trained on handling food so guest dont get sick. I've seen help using dirty towels on grills over and over and over again. Food is always cold.

Tuesday night the food was amazing. Senior discount is 30% off. Soo worth it!! But Wednesday night we went again not as many choices. The sirloin was too tough to cut, the soup and the other sides were cold. Coincidently the line was long on Tues and no line at all on Wed. I guess they know something we didn't.

This is the best buffet, great food and service, would have given 5 stars but i went today and to my dismay, Crepe station and chocolate fountains are not there anymore!! Brought a group of friends just for the Crepes!! Very disappointed

That place is going from bad to worse, first they eliminated the middle stations for seafood and placed a sign that it merged with Italian corner, then they portioned the crab, 2 soup because 2 out of order, service is mediocre and rotisserie chicken was raw with bad color and smell on it, I will never go back.

The presentation of the food was great, but the taste did not meet the level of the presentation. The best item far and away was the snow crab!! The legs were huge and meaty!! I was pretty full after 4 legs!! The garlic bread was of great texture, but needed something extra. Sauteed green beans were very good. Unfortunately, the desserts were on the whole disappointing. We had eaten at the Valley View buffet last night, and we gave them 5 stars. Pala needs to send someone over to see what Valley is doing right.

Very disappointed in the Christmas Eve buffet. It was just the normal buffet nothing spectacular. No taco bar, no wing bar and nothing that stood out. There were 10 of us hoping to have a wonderful meal. We come in there twice month on Fridays or Saturday night and love the buffet but so very disappointed on Christmas Eve.

They have the best dessert bar! The crepes are so good! The best part for me was the Mongolian bbq. I really miss lobster nights on Tuesday's, they only have it Thursday nights. Overall the place is good, but honestly a bit overrated...unless it's lobster night! Also, women's bathroom only has two stalls. Had to wait in line to use the restroom and the restaurant was only half full... not sure if there is a second restroom.

A dining place second to none...Thursday Lobster night is an adventure itself...three "CHOICES" of Lobsters , Oysters on a half shell, Crab legs, crawfish, huge Lobster claws,sushi, Italian and Mexican cuisine, Mongolian style dishes cook fresh in front of you...and don't forget the " Dessert Alley" ...you'll get lost and you'll indulge yourself in a decadent "CHOICES" scrumptious sweets...from "Halo halo"...Ice Cream, exquisite pastries...you got to go and try this restaurant...kudos to everyone involved in making this restaurant a place where everyone can enjoy fine dining ...the line is long and the wait can be too...but the "CHOICES" of food will make it worth your while...it 70 miles one way for my family to experience the pleasure of good dining...is it worth it... ABSOLUTELY !!!!

I'd say this buffet is one of the better ones. On a scale of 1-10, most everything is a solid 7. I think most buffets have mostly 5's with the occasional 7. It ran is about $35 per person with no discounts unless you have gambled A LOT. Also, beware of certain nights that get more expensive like holidays or lobster nights. Lots of desserts but mostly average ones. The creme brulee is out of this world.

Pricey but worth it. Lots of selection to choose from American, Italian, Mexican, Seafood, etc. The line to get in and seated could get long so expect a wait during meal time. But once you are seated there are so many choices for food.

The food is always good and fresh. I love how they are always setting up different things aside from the regular buffet. Like a taco table or fajitas table. The most awesome part is the service is great the waitress is better than any restaurant i been to and its a buffet. They remove old plates quickly and attend to you often.

We went on a Saturday and weren't expecting crab or lobster. To our surprise they had specialty night. Both crab legs and lobster claws were available and they were delicious. All panna cottas and flans were yummy. Love coming here to stuff my face, yum.

This is a very good Buffet. If you go on a Thursday during their lobster buffet expect to wait up to two hours. Totally worth it. on Thursdays this place is on par with the top the Vegas has to offer. the reason for only four stars is the quality has gone down just a little bit since I've been going there for the past 2 years. Still an excellent choice to go.

Pretty expensive but we had a really nice dinner out with the family mid week. There was crab as well as other seafood. Everything tasted fresh, hot or cold when it was supposed to, and good selection of CHOICES! There wasn't a wait at dinner and everyone was friendly. Check it out if you are wanting a nice time.

It's the best buffet above all other casinos, but it is not as good as it was one year ago. There is a noticeable drop in food quality. The service is still very good. I went last night and there was only one choice of lobster. Before there were two. Also, management has become stingy when it come to comps. It appears new management or new management policy changes have really tightened their belts on everything including being able to win on all slot machines. I am a gold card member and do enough gambling to warrant some generosity when it comes to perks. I am exploring going to other casinos because of the whole combination of tightness regarding my whole experience at Pala.

Went there last week for the crab, I was extremely disappointed with the way it is being served now. The crab is cut open when before it was given to you in whole clusters. The fun part was cracking them open. These crab were salty, soggy and overcooked. We won't be going there anymore. I always proclaimed that Pala had the best buffet but now they are at a level of the more common run-of-the mill buffets.

Crab legs were the best in the last few years but in the last eight months, they cut the legs and all the sweetness are gone. Tasteless now. Soaked in salt water and too salty. Ice cream quality is lowered compared to last few months. Other food are still good but over $30.00 something for food is expensive especially for kids.

The crabs legs were amazing but the only thing I did not like was the fact that that was the only think that was not buffet style so it make someone like me feel guilty going back for seconds lol. The steaks, crab legs and prime rib has really gone down hill. The last 3 times my wife and i have come we've been very disappointed. Sad to say this will be our last time here. Would come down here for the Crab. But they have changed the Crab to Snow crab now. Not as good smaller, and over cooked. Hot Crab is not hot by the time you get back to your table its cold. Quality of food is not as good as it use to be. About the only thing that's still good is the desserts. Very disappointed.

The Snow Crab buffet is my favorite. I think it's the best deal out of any of the buffets they offer if you like crab. The crab legs are always perfectly cooked and taste great. Their prime rib is pretty good and their creme brulees are excellent. Definitely my go to destination if I'm in the area.

Came on Valentine's day... and the roads had been either flooded or washed out. Hopped in line 11 minutes before the buffet opened, the wait was an hour on the nose. Completely worth it. 12 half lobsters, 12 tails and about 3 pounds of crab later, left triumphant and full. This is a great buffet and after recommendations from everyone I knew, I was very glad we came.

Not very good....food was cold...we weren't the only ones to complain. Food drowned in pepper. Gravy couldn't begin to tell you what it taste like but for sure wasn't any gravy I have ever tasted. It was flat out gross. The waitress upon having to take my meal back because it was cold said..."I don't know what's going on with the cooks" I do believe instead of telling us she should have told the manager so he could check out the kitchen. I guess that service goes with the poor atmosphere of the restaurant. Thanks but no thanks for the future.

The best casino buffet that I have ever been to. I have been to others and they don't compare by choices of food and different kinds of desserts they have. There is a much bigger variety of food at the buffet. Also depending on the night they might have a different selection of food and charge more. They charge more on a steak and crab night. They also make crepes by the dessert table which is a plus because I have not see any casino buffet that does that. The ice cream they have, you can ask to get it in a cone or cup and take it to go. You can take the ice cream and eat it on your way home or to eat it while walking around in the casino.

It's been 5 years since going here and we recently tried it again for Nye. I don't think anybody comes hrre for a fine dining experience, but there were so many good options I can't bring myself to give it less than 5 stars, especially since our server was also phenomenal. Super juicy, meaty crab legs and decadent dessert selection are my absolute favorite here and we'll definitely be back when we're looking to stuff ourselves crazy again! If you are military, be sure to take advantage of the free card upgrade so you can get an even bigger discount at the buffet.

The choice buffet offers a variety of food. Recommend looking up the dates that they have lobster and crab. On those days you will fill up with all the seafood you can eat. Since there isnt that much seafood buffet near my area, this place is good for those special days. For it price the food was great.

Crab sits in warm water and cold by the time you get back to your table. Somewhat salty and Not very well Drained either. Butter for crab also not very hot. They were great before but they are cutting down on steak and fish varieties now and raising prices at the same time, so if you are not a hardcore gambler you feel cheated from what they used to be... They used to be better and lower in prices .. like for three people you pay now $120 instead of $80 and cutting down on varieties of main dishes for such nights events

The place is always busy and packed. Especially on Thursdays "all you can eat lobster." Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent choices of food on their buffett menu. Compared to the other buffett places i like it here best.

The food was very well prepared. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were there for the lunch buffet. They had a wide variety (cocktail shrimp, imitation crab salad, Mexican; Italian, Pho, Mongolian bar b que and a full dessert bar). I gave 4 stars because I expected more seafood than cold shrimp for $25. The dinner buffet has crab legs and lobster for $44, which is very reasonable. You receive a discount on the buffet depending on your Pala card.

As I waited for the rest of my party to arrive on the top floor of the parking lot structure, approximately 8 minutes. I was surrounded by casino security, they stated that I could not wait in the car that long and had asked for my son's i.d and mine I stated that I did nothing wrong and was simply waiting for the rest of my family to have dinner. No where on the parking lot structure it states that I cant wait for the rest of my party to arrive. Most of the food was perty cold, rib eye was very dry. It's very disappointing paying 35 dollars per person and having cold food. In the past I never had this problem before, I hope they fix these problems I'm a frequent customer and I quite disappointed that there food quality is going down.

Easily one of the best buffets I have been too. They have a solid variety of food, friendly and attentive staff, and relaxed atmosphere. The Mongolian is delicious, desserts are amazing. Try the bananas fosters crepe, and the little macaroons, and the creme brulee. Basically try everything.
