Where to start. The restaurant was freezing, like in the mid 50s, I'm a big guy and was cold with my coat on. The food was horrible, and cold. This is the first time I've ever considered calling the health department to inspect a restaurant. If I survive the week without getting food poisoning it will be a miracle. We paid almost $50 for 2 small kids and 2 adults to eat this garbage. Most of the food items were labeled but not there, around 50% of the options were not even available. Not sure how this place remains open, but if a meteor somehow finds its way through the cosmos to eliminate this steaming pile of bricks, I will once again sleep well. This place is going to haunt my dreams for decades.

This place is absolutely disgusting and to top it off they tried to steal $199 from me when they rang us up at the counter for me and my wife, you don't just make a typo mistake when their is no one in the building, then when we went to sit down the lady is messing around with the credit card machine. The food is cold as can be and gross me and my wife spent the night in the restroom all evening to top it off stay away !!!!.

Mind you there was only 5 people in the restaurant while we were there, so no excuse for why they were emptying. After my husband and I ate here we felt sick. Expensive-looking sign. Wish I had looked at the food offerings before paying $8.50 x 2 for lunch. Barely enough food in the whole place to feed a parakeet. What there was was lukewarm, not enough choices, and looked like it had been out all day. Wife is still mad I didn't ask for our money back. The unfortunate experience starts as you see homeless people and latinos sleeping on the ground as you approach the entrance. Then the urine smell hits you badly to prepare you for what is to come! More of the same standing at the door waiting to enter the congested dining area where the food is soaked with oils. Whether, noddle soaked with creepy oil, over fried fish, ... The selection is like a challenge how fast to give you heart attack from all these oils to get the customer full quick. As you seated at the door by creepy greasy chinese man looks like he was chasing a cat to prepare for dinner. The atmosphere the same like what you witnessed coming in! You ask yourself, why did I come here? Why am I eating this garbage! It is Ghetto! I deserve better.

Once you walk into this restaurant you immediately notice the delicious Chinese food calling you to come and eat. You're asked what will you like to drink as refills are at no additional charge. We were sat down and I bolted for the orange flavored chicken, fried rice and breaded shrimp. My sons were happy we picked this placed for their sushi. We really recommend this place when in town to visit an amusement park. It's also kid friendly and many items to fill up your plate with.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!It felt wrong to put a star here. The restaurant was empty, completely silent, and stale. The food was all COLD and there soups were barely Luke warm. All the food was bland and sickly in appearance.The entire buffet was honestly a huge waste of money. We walked out with our plates still full. I understand why they make you pay first here. Both of us left hungry and feeling like vomiting.

The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars was because of the very sweet, attentive and helpful busser/waitress otherwise it's zero stars from me. The food was so-so, with not very many options although the serving area was clean however they need to work on cleaning the plates better. I tried a bit of everything and the avocado sushi was horrific. It was a disappointing experience and a bit strange too. The hostesses checked you in and then just stood at the entrance with an extremely watchful eye over you serving yourself. It was a very small serving area with very limited food options.

The food was so horrible me and my family hated it. The noodles tasted a week old and the ice cream machine splattered all over me. There was only one worker working there and it was so cold. And there was only a couple of foods to choose from. WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT TRY THE BROCCOLI AND BEEF the broccoli was so soggy and the meet was pink from the inside. Cookie were so hard that you could bang them on the table and it wouldn't brake. Just don't go here it is terrible and it is not worth you time and money.

I honestly always liked this buffet. It's small, but they definitely have all the essential foods. I have been to several other buffets and this is my favorite. Maybe get a chocolate fountain and you'll see me more often. Also that roach comment below me made me reconsider the 5 stars I was going to give it initially.

Came in with a friend, I wanted a good plate of food. The food was not hot, sushi was room temperature. At the time I sat down, a restaurant worker came to my table and took away the soy sauce and salt containers. I asked what they were doing, they said they were going to clean the containers. I said I needed soysauce for my sushi and she brought me a bowl of soysauce. They were in the sight of everyone, dumping the salt and soy sauce in black plastic tubs. That took my appetite away. It was also rude of them to take the containers without asking if we were going to need them. If this is what they do, it should be done after the restaurant closes or behind closed doors. Oh!, Another thing, there was an older lady that was watching us like a hawk next to the food. Kind of creepy. I was grossed out after I read the comments of 2 people that found roaches in their food! I will never return to this place!

Typically, service at these sorts of joints can only be described as "um" because hey, you serve yourself, right? Standard fare, nothing special on the menu but it's hot, fresh & there's plenty of the familiar steam table items. The coffee is uniquely gray with a brownish patina & tastes decidedly bad.

First time there. Very good buffet for the price. $9.95 per person for lunch, drink included. Not a huge selection of food but they have seafood in different dishes, BBQ ribs, fresh salads, fresh fruit... and more. Again, for the price this is a great buffet. We will be back.

Was looking for another review that would be similar to mine (mentioning something about getting sick after eating here), and found one after scrolling through only a few. I ate there about 4 days ago, and have been experiencing the longest case of consecutive bowel moment (equal to or less than 2 each day) that has last over the course of 3 days and still counting. Each time, not the solid king of bowel you would want. Its not extreme, but it is a concern. I rarely go to a buffet to eat and the one time that I treat myself, I got sick from it. Notable things that could have cause my sickness was a piece of cool meat that I ate partially, couldn't bare to finish it because I was afraid of food poisoning, who knows how long its been left to stay cool like that, and it didn't taste great cold either (it shouldn't have been cold, it was serve in the same section as the other warm foods. ) I did eat the sushi there too. At least the other food weren't bad, but still, this isn't acceptable. Although the staff was nice and came around to refill our drinks and take our plates away, I wouldn't recommend this place given this food poisoning that I contracted. I would strongly suggest a health inspector to check this place out.

Absolutely disgusting! If you are from any major city and have had real Chinese food do not bother. The food was so disgusting I ended up eating the corn, peas and garbanzo beans from the salad section. The rice was dry and crispy, the shrimp was not deveined, I couldn’t even pull the shell off without the shrimp completely being torn into pieces, the sweet and sour chicken was a nasty mess of little chicken pieces and huge quarter pieces of tomatoes, the beef didn’t resemble beef, even the bokchoi was nasty. There was some other meat product and I seriously couldn’t tell what it was... waste of $11 on a Sunday evening... hope I don’t get sick tonight

Wow,, never again will I go there! It was awful... I was there in town from Vegas and my family and I were hungry and decided to try a buffet but it was weird to walk in to a lonely buffet so we thought it was because it was a little late and maybe we are just used to having a 24 hr. Day and night so it was awkward to be the only family there ,but the staff was friendly. they have you pay up front and then sit down to get your food:/ I sure wish I had checked their variety of food before hand,, well we got our food if any they didn't have enough for a family of 6 regardless of us being 4 adults and 2 children. and the little food they did have was not fresh! Very stale, barely warm! And not very good, the soup was bland and the only thing they made fresh was 8 potstickers and a little chicken with vegetables and that was it:( it was horrible!!!! I should have checked the reviews before coming to this place

I normaly like to right review but this one is a one time my stomach hurts. I came to try out a good Chinese food but it was the worst taste food cold I got here at 2:50pm my husband @ 3pm exact.The cashier had told me that I was going to pay for lunch $9.99 and of my husband got here after 3 pm $13.99. I said ok then when I serving my food they were signs saying only for dinner customers after 3pm. Their wasn't so much to choose from all the food was for after 3 pm how said made customer feel like $9.99 is nothing. All the other food was cold. Chocolate wasn't real chocolate and the ice cream all watery taste like nothing and the worst thing the waiters was just looking if I got from that was for after 3 pm so it was so inappropriate after she was picking up dishes she didn't pick are dishes and I ask for forks said go over their not a good help at all. Last but not least restrooms close

Never been here before. Went for the lunch prices, (which was $9.95) and We thought we’d give it a try. Nothing was hot. Not a big selection of food at ALL for a buffet. The orange chicken was extremely hard. The noodles have absolutely no flavor. The white rice was old and semi hard. The sushi was room temperature. The spring rolls tasted like oil. I didn’t even wanna eat another plate of real food after my first plate. The spicy chicken was probably the best tasting out of everything. Which is not saying much at all! So I went to get dessert. Nothing looked appetizing. I got a small bowl of vanilla ice cream. They had no ice cream cones. And I got one of those “butterfly” looking cookies ... tasted like they’ve been sitting out for days. I honestly don’t know how this place has so many 4 and 5 star reviews. One of the workers was just sitting at a table close to the desserts, just staring you down. Never again will we go there. Must be employees giving good and fake reviews. We went 8/17/2018. Right before 3:30pm. So bad! The servers looked like they hated their lives too.

I got food poisoning. Will not recommend this place to anyone. When grabbing food if anything lands outside of the tray the workers will throw it back into the main dish rather than throwing it out. People touch that area all the time I don't know why they wouldn't throw one piece that fell out away. Came home to a night of vomiting. If I could put negative stars, I would.

So sad to have to post this, but it has been going downhill every time I have been there over the last three years. They still get two stars for having kind, friendly staff, and including the drink in the price of the meal. Today we had the following issues with our visit: 1. No heat. That would be no big deal if they had little space heaters they could put out by occupied tables, or really ANY kind of backup heat source. This is not their first winter in Idaho. Below zero weather has been in the forecast for days. 2. Food not fresh. Nearly every dish I tried had been sitting out for some time. Fried items were no longer crispy. 3. By the time we made it the short distance to our table, all of our food was cold. 3. Limited selection. Compared to previous visits, the selection was even more limited. This is a trend I have been noticing over time. Some of my favorite items are no longer offered here. This is hard to write! I do not like posting negative reviews, especially when the staff is friendly, but this is one of the most disappointing lunch experiences I've had in a town that typically offers a good variety of well-run restaurants. I hope they get things back on the right track, but I do not plan on eating here again any time soon.

We've been coming to this buffet for years. Over time, to me it seems, the food quality got better. It's very warm and cooked well. There's a salad bar if you want that as well as a dessert bar, such as ice cream, fruit and vegetables, etc. Plenty of seating just try to avoid a Sunday night lol. It gets very very packed.

I was looking for a buffet with seafood since my boyfriend was craving seafood. There is a buffet near where we live and I saw the pictures and reviews and it looked dirty. I decided to keep searching since he eats a lot of food. I found this place which isn't far from the house. We are both highly satisfied with the service, food, and price here. I am going to recommend this to both of our families. Might even bring them here when we get married. Thank you so much for your quality.

Lunch (a couple bucks cheaper) runs from opening til 330PM, Dinner til closing. Sunday Dinner ALL DAY. PEOPLE BRING THEIR OWN HOT SAUCE I came here on Friday, March 2nd, 2018, at 2pm. A friend had stated this place was pretty decent. Drink is included in cost!

The worst tasting chinese food in all of Idaho Falls. The food was lukewarm and not to proper temperature. I do not see how they are still operating. What's worse is that the owners of this establishment owned the Golden China in Blackfoot, before they sold their store to open a Pizza Pasta Cafe which was shut down because of poor food handling and quality. I highly recommend to not eat here, if you want to eat at a chinese buffet go to the Evergreen China Buffet on 17th st.

DO NOT DO IT! Seriously the worst. I went at noon and all the food was cold, stale, or both. There "beef" was unrecognizable and you couldn't tell if it was cooked thoroughly or not because it was so mushy. They didn't even have actual Asian noodles, just angel hair. Most food is displayed in Tupperware. Bbq was suppose to be open and wasn't. Staff is nice. Just terrible food.
