The manager Ali is shockingly a terrible manager. He messed up on our order and kept blaming me the customer. He kept arguing with me that it was my fault that the total was rung up incorrectly. Instead of rectifying the problem he told me to just get out. Yes, you heard that correct. He yelled at me sweating profusely telling me to get out. Are you serious? I believe he's on heavy medication bc his attitude was bizarre for a manager and arguing w me in front of all the customers while they were eating their meal was beyond unacceptable. There were people eating, people waiting for their take-out and employees just watching the yelling match we had going on. I wasn't going to have this older man yell at me so I fought back. No wonder they have so many negative reviews at this location. This is a very disgusting man who should not be in a position of management. After leaving, a heavy set Hispanic female employee with SHARPY drawn out looking outdated eyebrows yell out "BYE!!!" as if it this is some kind of high school playground. Yes this Hispanic female employee had the audacity to yell out to me as I was walking out making this look like a ghetto establishment. This place is a circus ran by an extremely unprofessional, incompetent, bizarre man. I called the restaurant to get the corporates phone number and Ali he hung up on me. I had no choice to call the Brentwood location and they gave me the info to Ken the CEO @ corporate. Apparently this man has a bad reputation not only here but there. It’s unfortunate that a manager of his level of profession is overseeing this place. I personally know several business owners here on this block as well know a lot of the locals; they don’t bother stepping foot here. Walk in and you’ll see why this restaurant is barely filled. I clearly know why.

Cibo buonissimo anche se abbastanza costoso Da provare sicuramente

This location in Beverly Hills has a very friendly atmosphere, usually there is no problem in finding a table and the selection is very good. I have never had a bad meal at any chin chin and I think that that is a tribute to the staff that tends to oversee the quality not only on a store to store basis but also as a reflection of the owners of the company. The prices are moderate the food is delivered quickly and ultimately you find it to be a very satisfying experience.

It was okay. There are better Chinese spots for the money. Shrimp were rubbery, vegetables cut too large .

I discovered several wonderful things here! One is great ice tea. Another is terrific Wor Won Ton soup. I have loved this since I was a child. This is a meal in itself. Another is the Mongolian Beef. But here is one thing you may not know -- they aim to please here. I like spicy so I asked them to make it very spicy. And voila -- they did!! Very spicy! I had it with garlic eggplant and brown rice. It was great! I would give it very high marks.

Omg, Love the Chinese chicken salad. That ginger dressing is addictive. Been eating this salad here for 30 years, doesn’t disappoint. They’re great w gluten free adjustment and light version of dressing.

First time we have tried Chin Chin. We will be back. Food was delicious, served warm and the waiter was very helpful.

Chin Chin is representative of great Chinese food in the heart of Beverly Hills. The prices of the dishes at this chain are on the higher end of mid-range prices (around $13 - $18 for each dish). There is no "lunch special". I got the Chinese Pork-fried rice, which is around $12.95. But the food tastes Great! This dish was a Chinese-flavored rice, with seasoning and nice tender, flavorful, delicate pork with absolutely no fat on it. Chin Chin deserves applause for this note alone. The decor of the restaurant is nice, with a very large dining room, lot of high chairs to sit up to the counter - which is (in) the dining room - and some outdoor seating. With the food being so delicious and done well, you are most sure to find this restaurant a great dining experience for Beverly Hills. I found it worthy of all 5 stars.

The food is mediocre and overpriced for the quality. On top of that, it doesn't come with any sort of rice. The service was terrible and slow. When I was there they ran out of change and I waited around for 15 minutes for the manager to get money out of the safe before I walked out in frustration. I will NEVER eat here again. If you want good Chinese food in the area, head to the Shanghai Grill on Wilshire. Their prices are the same, the service is fantastic, the food is better and you also get rice, soup, salad and tea with all your meals.

The main reason I visit this restaurant is for the pork belly it's super delicious and also the war wonton soup is phenomenal. A must try is super delicious.

Gabriela Wersley

Was amazing back in the day! Poor service. Unknowlegable staff. Booths are falling apart. Hostess stands outside on the sidewalk trying to get customers to come in. Desparate! Follow Subways lead down the street..."shut your doors!" They added sushi to the menu. Not fresh! Ick. The shumai used to be wonderful. Now horrible. I am done giving this place 2nd and 3rd chances! It is just no good! If I could, I would give it -10 stars. Avoid the ribs at all costs. Tasted like they were made last year. My dog wouldn't touch them. I can't see how this restaurant keeps its doors open!

Absolutley loved this place. Some of the best food we found during our visit to the area. The Pad Thai was one of the best.

Tianna Marie Bennetto

Absolutely worst food I've ever ordered. I wish I was being dramatic but I'm not. We put in an order, waited the 15 minutes, and when we got there they told us they ran out of half the ingredients for the soup. Basically the Chinese restaurant ran out of Chinese food. After all that we finally came home to find soup that looks just like ramen, except ramen has WAY more flavor and I would have traded for that in a heartbeat! The kung pao was absolutely disgusting. We had already made the drive, spent $30 on the food and $5 on parking because they took so long. The food was so nasty we both lost our appetites and the only thing we could hold down was the fortune cookies. Wish we would have never went to Chin Chin.

The servers are always super friendly and helpful. It's on the popular street, so be ready for the occasional loud noise regardless of the time of day or night. Really clean and the same quality food you'd expect from Chin Chin, definitely worth stopping by. Don't forget to use the public parking down the street, super crowded street parking otherwise.

My favorite restaurant in Beverly Hills. I try to come here at least once when I'm visiting the bay area. Great ambiance, attentive staff. My favorite are the mussels, they're so plump and delicious! It can get quite busy so I suggest making reservations before you go. Great romantic spot to bring your date as well.

Good American-style Chinese food, very much like P.F. Chang, but not quite as good. Not memorable. Gluten free food is a plus. Not cheap ($15-20 for most entrees). Large portions. Friendly service.

The “Dim sum and then sum” option gives you a good flexibility to try things. We liked the szechuan dumplings in spicy cilantro sauce, wonton soup and the chicken fried rice. The soup was our favorite and we had it again at one of their other locations the next day. Will surely visit again the next time we encounter them.

Good service and very tasty food. My small criticism is the rice was a little salty.

Our server was wonderful. Came on a Friday night and still got attentive service at the bar. Ordered the steamed dumplings, sweet and sour chicken, and the spicy salmon roll. I would recommend it all!

Poor service, average food. The waitress didn't even know they had a changing room table for the baby, and w were gonna chase her on the chairs, until my wife decided to double check. Whilst having the starters, the mains arrived immediately... with no consideration of timing.

A bit pricey, but delicious nonetheless. I recommend the veggie lettuce cups over the chicken ones, and I'd stay away from their chow fun. Their chocolate dipped fortune cookies are amazing!

First thing I want to say was the service was REALLY slow. There were more staff then customers and we had to wait 30 min for the food. The food was decent. It was way too expensive though for what it was. The staff was nice though.

(Translated by Google) The Chinese restaurant opened by a foreign boss, the meal is quite good, the fried rice is delicious, and the Kung Pao Chicken is not spicy, the practice is too much the same as Taiwan. (Original) 外國老闆開的中餐廳,餐點還蠻道地,炒飯好吃,宮保雞丁不辣,作法跟台灣太相同。

Wife and child went to eat just past lunchtime. Child was sleeping, so wife decided to eat and wait for child to wake up for child to eat. The female Hispanic manager (we don’t know name) came to her and asked if she can pay the bill before child wakes up because...get this: the waiter needs I leave and he would like his tip before he leaves. How unprofessional! Needless to say, we won’t be back.
