Food is always good, but the dining room is always pretty dirty. Also the staff at the register is not very friendly at all. I love their natural soda options!! And if you're vegan like me, the VEGAN crunch wrap on wheat is amazing and I use their green salsa, not the dressing that comes with it. The flour option isn't vegan I was told. Absolutely delicious! The california chicken salad has just the right amount of dressing, a healthy amount of chicken, and mixed veggies. Absolutely suggest trying it. No wonder its a hot spot for law enforcement officers too! Easy to get your protein fix and delicious!!!

Service was fast and friendly despite the lunch rush. The food here is always great! Parking is limited however so be prepared to be patient for a spot to open up in their lot or one of the metered parking spaces on the surrounding streets. If you don't mind walking, you might find an open parking spot on the street in the neighborhood.

Just googled and spot and this places popped up. It’s so delicious. The salads are huge you can split between two unless you’re really hungry. My husband had the chicken Wrap perfect size for one person. Definitely hitting this place up again in the near future!!!

Been going to California Chicken Cafe almost since they opened. Never understood why the didn't move this location to one with more parking. They seriously need more parking. It was crowded around lunch time, but that's to be expected when the food is so good. I had the combo wrap, on wheat pita, with green onions. Delicious. Also got the nashed potatoes and gravy side. Potatoes were very creamy (maybe a little too much so), but also very good.

They had great rotisserie chicken and I really loved the mashed potatoes with gravy. The chicken wrap I had was also really good and I loved the fact that they used a pita for the wrap instead of tortilla. My only complaint was that the place was very loud.

It is a rotisserie chicken, the flavors are very good. You can order you chicken with sides, or you can order it in a salad. After you order they give a number and they will bring your food to you, even if you order it to go. The staff is very friendly, and the place really feels up beat.

A reliable favorite. Flavorful roasted chicken, interesting sides and reasonable prices. Wonderful salads and wraps as well. I'm a huge fan of their soft drink options too. They have the standard Coke products, but also artisanal ginger ale, black cherry soda and blood orange soda and they also have a wide variety of iced tea options. The menu has enough variety that it's sure to please everyone in a group, which is helpful.

We wanted to get a quick bit after a meeting with my two vegetarian friends. They recommended here. They loved the broccoli soup. It was delicious! I had a chicken wrap because I wanted to try the chicken (from their name I thought it had to be good). It was! I want to go back to try the roast chicken on its own!

Very friendly staff, and great food! They tend to get pretty busy, but when they are they're always very polite in spite of the stress. I come here several times a month with my grandma, and we love it. I try to take friends here if we're in the area and they haven't been here before, too. It can be a little noisy, but I don't mind that.

This is the place that I come for lunch at least 3 times a month. Verity of healthy fresh salad selections and soups. Food is very good but I think management should work on service. I know they are a every busy location but many times they forget about your order and comes late. Few times my order was incorrect and got to me late but it's worth to wait. Tasty, healthy and fresh that for sure is guaranteed their.

Given it a 3 star only because, parking is terrible and specially those who park at the curb side parking , they block the drive way and its bottled necked, someone will sue them if their cars get wrecked ! So pay attention ccc if you dont fix ur curb side issue someone will get into an accident and possibly hurt !!

Normally I really enjoy eating here but this was my first time going to this location and I tried going for lunch. I waited over 35 minutes before I went to check on my order. I then waited another 10 minutes at which point I had to request it to go as I had to rush back to work. They didn't even apologize for the wait. Not sure if I'll be going back to this location.

The last 4 times that I have ordered take out items that I paid extra for were missing. 3 of the 4 times I paid to have extra croutons in my salad and upon opening up my salad, not only did I not get any extra croutons, I didn't get any croutons at all. Last night I paid extra to have tomatoes added to my salad, my girlfriend picked up my order and brought it back to my car. This time we were going to make sure to check our order before leaving. We check the order, no tomatoes. My girlfriend went back inside to tell them that there were no tomatoes, the girl she dealt with gave her an attitude and told her that when orders are placed online, they don't get all the information so that's why the tomatoes were not included. This was one of the most unprofessional things a person could say and an outright lie. My girlfriend pointed out that if it wasn't showing up in their system, why did it show up on the printed out receipt from the store that was left in our bag? Four different times I have come by all of these times there has been something done wrong.

I’ve always been a fan of CCC since I have been going to the Hollywood location for years. This location is close to our school so we enjoy going. For to go orders, definitely double check since they get it wrong sometimes. Nothing worse than getting home and realizing they gave you the wrong thing.

The place for everything chicken!The quintessential fast-casual restaurant,their vast selection of chicken-centric dishes vary from chicken piece meals to stuffed wraps to huge salads.The salads and wraps are HUGE so don't worry about not getting full! Along with that are all the sides! So many to choose from (the roasted potatoes and chicken pasta salad are my favorite)! The quality of food and selection is pretty amazing. The variety extends to even the beverages as not only can you choose from sodas but a variety of freshly made teas,lemonade and even two different types of water! In addition, they offer a variety of different of bottles sauces and a few fresh salsa's in their mini salsa bar. The attention to variety is a unique detail you won't find in many fast-casual restaurants but its what sets California Chicken Café apart from many others.Prices are a bit higher than a fast food but not too crazy. Pro tip: don't come during lunch otherwise you'll have to deal with a long line but when in line,grab a menu (they're newspaper style menus hanging on a bar under the observation glass), look it over and make sure you have your order ready by the time you get to the register!

I went into this place with a friend of mine... we both ordered at the same time. His food came out in a timely manner. I sat there and sat there... after 20 minutes I asked a bus boy if he could check on my food. He did and said it was coming right out in 2 minutes. After another 5-7 minutes my friend was finishing his food and a food runner was bring out a couples food that arrived well after us and I said "could you please check on my food number 48... it's been a long time" he said in the most rude manner (I think his name was Michael, maybe) "don't worry about it, it's coming" I then went to the front... and got a refund.. I sat and watched everyone else eat for about 35 minutes and never had food. The staff at the counter only apologized after I said... this is a real shame!! They didn't offer anything on the house, a gift certificate, and barely a "sorry"! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Caught this place on "Inside L.A." and it made my neighborhood bucket list before becoming a regular destination for my family and i. Rottesseri chicken that rivals Zankou. Possibly the best Chinese chicken salad I've ever had... certainly the best at their price point. And a great selection of aqua frescas from which to choose.

Food is great but. Defined recommend. The only downfall is that parking is almost impossible and curbside food delivery service is parking their cars in driveway blocking entrance. This place used to be really nice before. Now you could be eating your meal and random homeless walks into your table and asking to help them. Not that I don’t care it’s just became regular fast food joint with good salads.

If you are at all concerned about germs this place has many people not wearing gloves as they're serving the various sides of food and I saw many fingers inside the bowls with the food touching their hands and then touching other parts of the kitchen so it was a bit concerning and it doesn't seem too clean and when I brought it up they laughed at me.
