It is centrally located to everything so you can park have dinner and Do many other things right close to it

Giving this 3 starts since it is much better than Giuseppe's pizza. They do need to work on treating customers with respect. Not very friendly and sometimes they are just plain Rude. I've seen other customers complain about this as well.

This is one of the best pizzas I have ever had it may be the best pizza I've ever had. The crest has a very satisfying crunch to it. On one of my visits I got to meet Bill he's such a nice guy. Bill explained that he had to work extra hard to find that perfect crust his hard work has definitely paid off check it out whenever you are in Palm Springs.

The Pizza is always good, as I say the best in town. But the service tonight was a little lacking. You trying to cover two main table at one time. Typical stupid restaurant move. Or tables means more money in most people's minds, but if you give them a smaller number of tables you'll get better service and better tips for left work

Bill's Pizza was recommended to us by some locals. The restaurant was clean, the server was friendly and very efficient. He was very helpful with our questions. The pizza we ordered which was a All Meat Pizza with "Bill's Sauce" (Red sauce and Pesto) was absolutely delicious. Was served hot, right out of the oven. Definitely worth stopping in for, if your in Palm Springs

They messed up my order 3 times and in the end all I got was a sorry and nothing I paid for. First, the one of the two pizzas I ordered was a completely different. Then, the margarita had no basil, so just a tomato pizza. Then finally, when they got me the correct pizza, the BBQ chicken pizza had no jalapenos as ordered. All of these problems were addressed at the counter and all I got was a sorry. I got nothing I paid for. I will never return to this establishment.

This is a popular pizza place, it was pretty packed around the dinner hour. I only ordered slices, but even to eat in you have to sit down and be served by a waiter. I was pretty underwhelmed by the pizza, I tried a pep and the Elton John. As much as I wanted to like it, it was nothing special. The crust was a bit dry and hard, and it was overall oily. Possibly a freshly made pizza would have been better, but I saw some and they didn't seem much different. Mostly likely you'll try it since there's not a lot of places like this around the area.

Superb pizza. Not on the menu but you can go half and half. The Works and the Charlie Sheen went down well :-) 18" is big even for 2 but they'll happily box up the left overs and it warmed up great

If I could put -1 I would... We were the ONLY AFRICAN AMERICANS and were harassed by management! We ordered pizza on the way to see our son at Angel View... We arrived early for pick up, paid and waited just outside of where we paid. A Hispanic man who said he was the manager said we could not wait where were sitting (by the door), not inside, but around the side of the building (side entrance/exit). Doesn’t matter my husbands a veteran ... ; I’m a teacher and we are hard working, law abiding citizens... we were harassed! I asked for my money back and he happily returned it with no apology, only excuses about policy (that employees knew nothing about). Oh and the vomiting drunk non black customer was treated with respect and dignity. RESPECT FOR ALL no matter if the pizza is good or bad (I didn't get to try it); please don’t support this establishment! With Appreciation

A word-for-word exchange, as I am writing this because the wound is FRESH. “Hi, may I order for delivery please?” “We don’t do delivery” “Okay, pick up then...” “We’re not doing pick up.” “You’re not serving at all?” “No..” *hangs up* What the actual ****. Wow! This is the best pizza I every ate! We ordered a large half pepperoni have bacon me crazy. A family of five with two small children, who don't eat much, and we finished the whole pie! The ingredients all tasted fresh. I loved the feta cheese on the bacon me crazy. The dough is not thick, but not thin either. It's not NY style, it's a bit thicker, it's Bill's style! Next time we come to Palm Springs, Bill's is a mandatory place we will eat at! If you're in Palm Springs, and you like pizza, you definitely should eat here. You will not be disappointed!

We have been traveling to Palm for 12 years. We heard from some locals to try Bills Pizza. We really appreciated the suggestion. This was the Best pizza we have had in a long time and that’s coming from an east coast guy. We had the Bacon Me Crazy and the Buffalo Pizza. Both were hot and enough of all of the toppings. Large pizzas are large, ranch is homemade and they give you plenty. Except for being a Gator fan, LOL, the manager was a super nice guy. He even walked our order out to us. Go Clemson Tigers!! Highly recommend it.

For those not originally from the east coast I can understand why so many rave reviews and long lines. They quite simply have no clue what real pizza is all about. Pizza quality is just okey dokey but nothing to turn cartwheels over. Sadly, the closest to serious pizza is a little hole in the wall joint called Joe Peep's all the way in the Valley Village section of Los Angeles. As for Bill's, forgettaboutit.

Don't let the ordinary decor fool you. Pizza is extraordinary. Perfect, thin crust. Choose "Bill's Sauce" - combination of a full bodied red sauce and pesto - on any pizza. Attentive service. Good prices.

Great pizza, fresh dough, delicious toppings! The tomato sauce was too acidic for me but tasted great. Restaurant was busy and servers were working well at the fast pace demanded. Take out was fast and easy. Pizza by the slice was 3-4$s and there were 4 choices. The outdoor seating was lovely this evening as the temp cooled. I'll be back maybe I'll see you there.

I really like the pizza, the service I received was very weak. I received a visibly dirty plate. I ordered an "Elton John" that tasted great but took 45min and a combo single slice that took 1hr. Our server was a thin guy with sleeve tattoos and a hat. Didn't receive any napkins and our pizza and the party behind us food came at the same time. Better to grab a slice and go.

Had the most delicious pizza here tonight and can't believe we didn't try out Bill's Pizza sooner! We came here on a Monday night in August during a heat wave and were shocked to see the restaurant was basically full! However, we got seated right away and our waitress came right over. The entire time we were there people were coming in every five minutes or so and no one had to wait long for a table despite how busy it was. The atmosphere was pretty low key with a diverse crowd. We ordered two 10" pizzas: The Comeback and The Charlie Sheen. Both pizzas came out in about 20 minutes despite how busy it was and both were delicious! The Charlie had delicious house made sausage on it and some kind of special drizzle that gave it a little kick. The Comeback was loaded with ricotta and caramelized onions and the curry honey drizzle topped it off with amazing flavour! The crust was crispy and chewy, and easily supported the generous toppings. Two things to note: 1) the restaurant only accepts cash or debit, so make sure you have one of those options available. 2) I'm not sure if it was just too hot today (48°C) for their A/C to keep up or what, but the it was pretty hot in there, so dress light! Overall, a great and affordable dining experience and we will definitely eat there again and try another pizza, I bet they're all amazing!

No reservations taken, so granted we we're a large group. Before they would take our order they made it very clear that they only take cash or debit cards because we couldn't read the big signs on the table. When I ordered my pizza I asked for fresh spinach on my pizza not cooked in the sauce. Both were on the menu. He told I didn't know what I wanted. When I told him I did he still left it off because he was sure I didn't know what I wanted.

Very, very good service and food. My wife wanted a custom Hawaii pizza and I wanted something similar but with blue cheese. Our waiter suggested to share an 18" pizza and they would add blue cheese to half. Absolutely perfect. The service was super nice, easy going, welcoming and meeting and exceeding our needs and wishes. Highly recommended! Only tiny draw back was the very small outside table. A few extra inches bigger/longer would be great as our 18" pizza almost covered the whole table.

I called multiple times and left multiple messages for a catering order. I was told Bill would call me back. After the 4th try, I was given Bill's number and told to call him in 1 hour. I have never worked so hard to pay someone money for a service. Awful experience and I did not even get to taste the pizza. Bummer!!!

They have delicious pizza. Fresh ingredients and the perfect crust. The crust is so good I could eat it on its own. The only downside is that their place is really small and they do popular that if you go there during peak hours you need to be ready for a long wait. But it’s so worth it!

I’m giving this place one star because I looked the menu up, had my order in mind, walked to the restaurant, only to see a sign on the door that says cash or debit ONLY. I literally only brought my credit card and was refused service which really disappointed me. No where online did they say I needed to bring cash or debit. If I had brought my debit card it would not have been a problem, but I only brought my credit card. I feel like this needs to be a public service announcement. I had to leave and went to Thai smiles which was wonderful.
