My visit to this place was after I had my sandwich from home. I wanted to try that famous American Softy ice cream. It was fantastic, low sugar, low fat. I had 2 cones. The place was nice and quite so I enjoyed me desert. The cook was so nice and offered me a taste of BBQ beans. It was great. Next time... my lunch will be at AA BBQ.

We have eaten here several times but the owner was always there. We were there yesterday and he was not. It was horrible. Totally different. The service was very slow. The food less than meh. We ordered cheese burgers and we were charged extra for the cheese. ?? The onion rings were only partially cooked. The table was dirty. I am very disappointed and won't be going back.

We both ordered the Beef ribs and I know it was late (around 7:30pm) so I am guessing they didn't have enough "quality" ribs to make two plates. What they did was serve us one plate with fine meaty ribs, and then the second plate was obviously the left over ribs of the day covered in sauce to hide how non-meaty, dried out, and awful they had become. NOT COOL. With the two plates side-by-side, it was that much more obvious. It was like a "before" and "after" demonstration!! I was with a business client so decided not to publicly complain about it. They could have been honest with us and just offered the pork ribs or perhaps chicken instead of serving us such an awful plate of old ribs. I want my money back!!!

We used to order regularly but last two times quality of meat was mediocre. We ordered BBQ sauce on the ribs which they forgot. Ribs tasted like yesterday's meal. Last time we are going there.

have tried to give the restaurant a chance. Been there 3 times last time last time chicken was cold and inside the place was 84 degree manager controls with phone today 85 degrees inside ordered chicken and ribs. chicken was just okay and ribs seem to be couple days old and reheated they were horrible Do not waste you time or money

I've ordered from here twice, and both times the meat was just okay. The chicken was okay, but the portion size was small. The ribs were bad the first time, and bad the second time, not much meat on them, and tasted old like they had been sitting out in the air since morning. The sides were alright.

Nice big kitchen and the smell of the wood burning stove makes me hungry! Prices are good here and the staff is very friendly. They are adding outdoor seatings also. Food may take a bit longer to prepare but you can't have quality food at microwave speeds.

This is a good barbecue joint. 3.5 stars, solidly good. The grilled chicken is filling and the sauce is tangy and mildly sweet. The decor is a little immature with all the Budweiser flags, but sports fans will like the TVs showing sports game and highlight shows. The food is up relatively quick, in about 15 minutes. It is fairly empty inside, but the outdoor seating is nice to enjoy the weather.

Pretty solid BBQ place and the prices are reasonable. It looks like they forgot my order at first but not my friends however they did make it up with some free ice cream. The baby back ribs were solid though.

We Love this local place. It's our "go to" when we want to have a delicious, low key, BBQ meal on the spur of the moment. Great food, smoked meats in house....not just all BBQ sauce, prepared well, very casual atmosphere. (think sports bar with big screens). The menus has a wide selection....except for veggie entrees: burgers, BBQ chicken, Tri-Tip steak , Ribs, Salmon, all with 2 sides: steamed veggies, garlic toast, garlic mashed potatoes, fries, etc. I usually get the veggies....which are NOT from frozen...they are freshly steamed & a little on the crispy side....not soggy mush. The garlic mashed potatoes and garlic toast are also very good. For beverages there's a big selection:beer & wine,bottled sodas, as well as fountain drinks, & now offering soft serve ice cream. One negative I do need to mention: getting your food is slow....sometimes very slow, but you can call in an order ahead...that seems to help. All this at a VERY reasonable price. Never had a bad meal here.

Horrible service. The "server" was too busy on her phone to bother assisting me when I entered. Once she did, she seemed pleasant, but my mood was already soured. I asked some questions about the meats, and her knowledge was abysmal at best. Once the food came, it was cold, and not cooked properly. I inquired about it, and she called the cook over, but he couldn't speak English, so nothing was done about it. The portions were small, there was no discernable flavor to the meat (not seasoned at all) I was forced to douse it in the BBQ sauce at the table. 3/10 would not recommend

I'm sure they have decent barbecue at this location however I did not experience it while I was there. The beef ribs were like shoe leather. the owner apologized and assured me that it's not the norm for him and for that store. Said he would make it up to me. I believe him. There's a chance for a revival here...

I ordered Chicken & Ribs white meat only with mash potatoes and beans as my sides, and corn bread. Had to pay extra for the corn bread. For the price, and size they give you, I think it should come with the meal. Good food, but not great.

Ordered a full rack of ribs, BBQ beans, and mashed potatoes. The full rack of ribs weren't enough for two people, that must have been a 20 pound pig. The ribs were pretty much inedible without barbecue sauce, but their barbecue sauce wasn't very good. The BBQ beans were actually wonderful, but the mashed potatoes were average with lumps of potatoes left in them.

The trip tip and pork ribs were faboulius and we couldn’t stop eating the fries. The portions are so big, my husband and I were able to split a combo plate and I still ended up taking food home.

Food wise not as good as the place that used to be "outdoor grill". I dont see why the change of staff was necessary. Chicken is sometimes bloody.tri tip is not given how u ask.

Friendly service and great tri-tip. Perfect for a great meal out with our toddler. She could run around in the outside seating area to see the fountains, she loved the Mac and cheese

I was really enthused about this place, but that's before my order arrived. I ordered the tri-tip and baby-back ribs combo and man was I disappointed. First, the ribs were ends and little bits, dry, and in some places charred. I had one good rib. It's like I got the leftovers from closing last night. I ordered my tri-tip medium and it arrived medium-well. The barbecue sauce wasn't even as good as Stubb's right out of the grocery store. Awful - never ordering again.

Food was really good...the tri tip was excellent and those BBQ beans were sooooo good had me farting all night...hi recommendation. Some guy named Mike was funny as hell and made lunch great. Try it people

Tri-tip sandwich and fries are the way to go. If you were a fan of the old Outdoor Grill you will find the Tri-tip and fries are the same as they were before. The sauce seems to be the same or similar so that is nice as well. Burgers are not as good and the mac and cheese is so so.

First time here , the Area was clean including the restroom . I Ordered fries . The fries tasted weird like burned oil and they were too salty . Didnt like how it smelled inside and the brightness.

Definitely delicious! BBQ baked beans are on my top 5. Homemade peach cobbler is simply... mmm-mmmh! Owner Jerry will make you feel right at home. Great atmosphere.
