Quaint place with history and yummy food...

Almost don’t want to let the secret out about this place. It is a retro establishment from the 1850s when it was a stage coach stop. It has been through several iterations since then, some iterations less savory than others, but now it is a very authentic historic bar with lots of character and charm and some really good bar food. There are a number of Filipino dishes featured (how often do you get to say THAT when talking about a retro bar?) including a fine “pork adobo”. Others in my party raves about their burger and their fish-and-chips and I can vouch for their very much on-point wings. They also have live music here and a nice flight of craft beers offered at a very reasonable price point. Great bar food and friendly service, what’s not to like!

Love this place so much. Enjoy being part of its rich history inside with great food and live music. The menu is very diverse but they are very accommodating to folks with special diets too. Try their wings, fish and chips, oysters. If you're a Filipino food fan, have their adobo, sisig and lumpia. My new favorite is their grilled basa with steamed vegetables and rice (or mashed potatoes)

The Latin Music Band on Wednesday night is Amazing. Each musician, lead by Rene Escavedo, is on point & brilliantly wields their instruments. They really enjoy playing and interacting with the crowd. The Food and Drinks are really good too. It's a small place though- so get their early enough to get a seat near the music action.

The food is really good! The bands that play on Fridays are excellent, especially the first Friday of the month LP!!!! The employees are not consistent on whether they like you or not. Biggest gripe. One week they will be nice to you and the next they act as though they are paying you to be there. I get it the crowds can be stressful, but if you do your job with a smile life is better for everyone. All customers are trying to do is go somewhere and relax, and they feel as though you owe them! You can expect to get your food in a timely manner, if you're there early in the evening. The drinks are decent but the dance floor is too small. Overall, good food, locals, crappy customer service or great service depending on their mood. By the time they read this they willbe thinking " You don't like it here go somewhere else". And I'm thinking "If you don't like it here go somewhere else or on welfare, so we don't have to look at you either"!!!!!

The waitress had a hard time understanding our simple orders, our steaks were not cooked as we ordered them, the iced tea tasted like mango, we got our food before we got our appetizers, and there was a young black guy passing out the drinks and his boxers were hanging out. For anyone who has come here before they know the place is really small to walk in so his boxers were about 3ft from my face. Only bumping the rating up to 3 stars because the food was good, I'll at least give them that.

I attended on the 2nd Friday or Saturday. A live band was performing old and new school R&B. The establishment is a little small for dancing. Will go back to try the food. P. S. The mix drinks are strong. Hats off to the bartender.

7mile has a very casual atmosphere, The 7mile cocktail is very tasty and has a kick! I had the open faced crab sandwich with avocado. Fantastic!! The brussel sprouts with bacon and lumpia was a good start!!

Hot crab sandwich at $19 + an additional $2.50 for 4 slices of avocado tasted like a chopped onion sandwich. Although I saw a tiny bit of what looked like shredded crab meat, there was not a hint of crab taste because the chopped onion overwhelmed the sandwich. The noise level, although I wore ear plugs, was just too powerful, even before the band started playing. The servers however were nice.

I came for breakfast. I ordered a pitcher of beer. My group had ordered a plethora of things. I had Pelacao? It was chunks of NY strip steak served in a Worcestershire sauce and garlic reduction with garlic bread. The waitress said it would be good with rice. I'm not big on rice so I declined. My companions had the garlic wings, buffalo wings, Cobb salad, and burger. I know not very creative, but they were all good. I hope to find myself in the area again. We also had a $16 pitcher of beer for their Thirsty Thursday special.

Kickback, a GREAT R&B old school band was playing last night. When I came in I didn't even take my coat off or sit down. I headed straight for the dance floor! My only disappointment was that they stopped around midnight. But then I found out later that on Saturday nights, the bands start at 8:00 pm, which is definitely a plus in the future. U can enjoy a delicious meal here before u start dancing. Come early, it gets packed. We were almost dancing out the door onto the outside patio. It was cute when one of the younger Philipino bartenders took a break and jumped onto the dance floor with the rest of us. The band was jammin with songs by Prince, Average White Band, Lakeside and ending with Santana. The male and female leads were really hitting those high notes! I looked at the monthly schedule and 7 Mile House has some good R&B bands scheduled on upcoming Friday and Saturday nights. Soul music for free, cause there's no cover! Definitely worth coming across the Bay for. Hey, Ho, Party!!!

I love everything about this place. Food, live music, sporting events, fight nights, and family oriented events. I miss live music for Sunday brunches, but despite, this is hands down, my fave place to have Brunch Sundays with my loves! Everywhere else is overrated and overpriced. Come to 7 Mile! You'll be glad you came.

Came here for lunch with coworkers. Food & service were good! Had the lumpia and sweet potato fries. They were bomb! My coworker is vegan and they accommodated her which was really nice of them. We had Mango Margaritas and Calamansi Margarita. Yum!!

The vibe here is lively. Lots of entertainment including live music. The food is phenomenal. I ordered raw oysters and they were very fresh, crab salad was smackin, seafood alfredo linguini was so delicious and creamy but they skimped on the clams, and definitely try their garlic fries. Crunchy on the outside and soft inside, fries literally melt in your mouth along with the cheese. Service was not bad...it was busy and seems like they were low on staffs. Despite average service, i would absolutely come back again.

This place is AMAZING!!! The fish is ON POINT and the portions are quite large. The 7 mile drink is pretty strong kind of like a Long Island but it tastes amazing. I was there for live music and the band members were super friendly and really good too! Good food, good company, good vibes. What more can you ask for? It was popping when I got there around 8pm so be sure to get there early! I had to wait for about 20 minutes to get seating. So worth it though!!

Delicious brunch that includes some tasty Filipino dishes! Tried the longanisa, sisig, pork adobo, crab cakes and chicken and waffles and everything was delicious. We sat outside in the sun since it was a nice day. Some flies around, but it is expected when eating outdoors. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Didn't go inside, but they had a variety of football games on. Will be back for a casual brunch with easy parking!

My family has been coming here for a few years and the food sucked until our recent visit. I would have to change that rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The pork chop was off the hook! My sons loved the burgers. My favorite appetizer is the fried zucchinis, they are the only people in town that does it fresh while everyone else serves frozen.

Great place to come for a Friday night. Most people are very friendly, staff is great, they make you feel welcome, and that the care for you. Food is very good and delicious, I have yet to try the fish tacos, they looked delicious. the price is affordable. In Check Please you can see them post, $50 per person with out drinks, (with out drinks). At the 7 Mile House that would be correct with drinks. Very good bands play here, allows for dancing and a fully enjoyable evening and night. ☺

Wife had pulled pork sandwich and I had fish and chips. The sandwich portions were more than enough but the flavor was just ok. The fish and chips I ordered was surprisingly large. 4 large pieces of pollack fish fillets and fries. I would rate it at between a 7-8 on taste and definitely a 10 on portion size. All foods are reasonably priced. Brisbane police consider parking on Bayshore as a high crime area. Park there at your own risk.
