Really nice steakhouse dinner for five was almost $500. Was it worth that? Not so sure but the food was good

Sherri Carson

Amazing! Margo was our server and I was never so impressed. She was an excellent representative. She was so knowledgeable, explaining the menu offerings, patient and friendly. One of the BEST dining experiences I have ever had.

Kerry Superville

Great food, company, laughs at a wonderful restaurant in downtown LBC.

Sheryll Watkins

Extremely loud with lousy, slow service! We spent over two hours here and not because we wanted to. The menu was very confusing as you pay for their "elite" aged beef by the ounce and can choose only what is not crossed off on their chalk board. We opted to share a 20 ounce New York bone in. Waitress said they would slice it for us. I ordered a salad with blue cheese dresding. It was entirely mixed greens with a slice of tomato. Very weak dressing. If you're a blue cheese lover like me you may want to try something else. We ordered two side orders of asparagus for the 3 of us. They came out before the meal so I guess it's an appetizer? The steak came out cut off the bone and sliced. We ordered medium rare but it was completely raw. We sent it back and it came back medium. The flavor was completely blah. I've had better from Stater Bros. The saving grace was the huge baked potato but it's a shame that had to be the highlight. The worst part of all was that we were seated in a back room area and when we first arrived, we were the only people at a table. Within 15 minutes the entire room filled up and it sounded like screeching insects and you could hear the conversations from all around the room due to the poor acoustics. We could barely hear each other speak. This restaurant held great memories for us from the past but we will never return. The next night we went to Patti's place in Seal Beach and it was fantastic. Best food and ambiance I have been to in years. Thank you Tatiana!!

Alen Capalik

Overall a good place with good food, great atmosphere and stocked bar. However, the food has way too much salt in it and I regretted it the next morning. I'm a Vegetarian so I can't speak about the meat and fish at this steakhouse, but I was told they own their own fishing farm and that their steak cuts are famous. They employ a butcher 40 hours a week on premise so I'm sure the meat is good. My advice, if you find yourself in the vicinity of downtown Long Beach and you want a good steak this place probably won't disappoint.

Anatoliy Adamitskiy

This is by far one of the best steak houses I have ever been to. The food is always fresh and top notch! Yes, they are on the pricey side, but you are getting the best USDA Prime beef in the world. I highly recommend the Goat cheese appetizer and the Apple Crumble dessert!!

Donald Mordas

Great steakhouse, food always prepared perfectly

Geraly O'Day

Excellent, attentive and patient staff. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and delicious. Can't wait to go back!! Parked via valet. Street parking was impossible to find.

Leland Smith

Great steak, maybe a little too salty, quality about right for the price. I still do it just as good at home. The vegetable dish wasn't good but they exchanged it. The waitress was too pushy trying to ring up my tab with bottles of wine. Ends up recommending a $25/glass wine to my date... Of course it would be a good wine.

Robert Pemberton

Very nice steakhouse but a bit overly pretentious

Barry Gabster

Been my favorite place for great wine, great seafood and great seafood, they always have the finest cuts of prime beef...I also enjoy the live jazz music on the weekend, we will be back, I guarantee it!

jonathan larcom

Have eaten here many times including my wedding reception. The food is AMAZING the service is exceptional and the ambiance takes ypu back to the good ol days. The goat cheese appitizer and lamb chops are my favorite.

Gene Whitaker

Very traditional steak house (and that is a good thing). Excellent food and drinks. Excellent service. Menu includes new item and traditional. Atmosphere the rat pack would have been comfortable in. Have seen celebs here over the years. Dining here for a good length of time. Valet parking.

Marc Habib

In my opinion they do the best steak in town. Atmosphere and service are always top notch. Appetizers and desserts are excellent. The only mildly negative thing I'd say is their sides are a bit mediocre. Overall a great steakhouse.

Al Allen

Our server was fun and knowledgeable, apps, entre and dessert all spot on

Dagan Eshar

The best steaks I had in Long Beach. Really good. Plain, without extra sauce or flavors, just great meat

Barry M

Large portions is the way they roll here. But hey large portions here come with a hefty price tag.! But the service makes up for it all. Excellent Service! Our waiter and the bus staff really took care of our large party.

Amber Kandarian

Best Steak in downtown Long Beach #steakhouse #longbeach #yum #whiteglove #downtown

Lindsey Taylor

Always so delicious! Been here dozens of times and always have fantastic food and service. Best steaks in Long Beach if not all of LA!

Lynette Chambers

Really good food and service. It would have been a "5" except that, although we had early reservations, we were seated by the kitchen entrance while there were lots of other tables available, which made us feel like we were second class customers.

Deborah Bartlett

Love 555. Food, service and atmosphere, they have it all!

Sherry Zhao

Steak is great, service is good. We went there for my hubby's birthday celebration. I would gave them 5 stars if they can do a bit better on their celebration part. I found it was a bit boring on how they bring out the cake and just put it in front of you.... maybe I expect too much? lol

Sonal Patel

Mediocre service. I would share with a large party, We we're in one of the side rooms, with a pre-set menu. I was there to give a presentation, and even though I didn't have to pay for my meal period, I thought the service was average at best. I asked for my food to go. It completely got my order wrong. I'm vegetarian I ask for a pasta without garlic, tons of garlic. They also did not pack my dessert. For the amount of money that the company spent I would have expected better service at least. I understand being a vegetarian and going to a steakhouse I can't expect good food. But good service is always a must! There is valet parking.

Dave Skaien

Absolutely love this place...

Joe Corzo - SolarQuest

Great steak house, pricey but worth it.

Imelda Ledesma

My daughter and I enjoy trying out different steak places. This one has been one of our favorite spots. The steak is always good and the drinks have good flavor. Today we came out to celebrate my brothers birthday. Food was good as always and the staff friendly as always. I tried the back and blue steak for the first time which was amazing reminded me of sushi. I highly recommend the garlic smashed potatoes.

LETICIA WILLIS

Our kids first time, they LOVED their 16oz Ribeye steak. Their enjoyment priceless! Lemon tart and chocolate souffle AMAZING

P. K.

Absolute perfect Service, top quality mouth-watering cheesecake, good steaks.

Teri Vanderpoel

Great food and service, one of the best!

John Concialdi

This is an old school steakhouse. This time I took my stepdaughter, her son and husband with us. We had the chateaubriand, pasta carbonara and mashed potatoes for dinner and it was absolutely fantastic. It is a little expensive but worth every penny.

Fidel Rivas

Best steakhouse! Went there for my anniversary and didn't disappoint. Highly recommend!

Miles Maassen

I was there for a buisness party of over 40 people. The execution was perfect. The food showed no signs of early prep. This is an old school steakhouse at it's finest.

Vicky Mesplou

Wonderful experience. Steaks are excellent. Ambiance was romantic but a little noisy because of patrons talking. It has a very nice patio area too with heaters for cool weather. Our waitress, Amy, was very pleasant and very attentive. We had a wonderful evening.

Nuno Cruz

Food is ok but extremely overpriced. Although efficient, majority of staff keeps a facade politeness or an artificial welcome. The space itself is very cosy and nice. Would eventually consider to give a 4 out of 5 with half of the prices for the same quality. Guess there is space for improvement in several areas.

Gurjit Suri

Been here a couple of times and both times had to wait for my reservation. Otherwise food is great, service is even better! Took pops for his bday and we had a great time and waitress took good care of us. I would come back again! Too busy eating to take pics of my good. ;)

Alan Siu Kuen Wong

The best place for steak. Excellent service.

Ed Clauson

Had our Anniversary dinner. One of the staff stole and sold my credit card number! When I contacted the management, they blue me off!! No appology, No comping a free dinner!! Just denial!! Thing is, I hadnt used that card for several months and it was the only place I used it before I went overseas. Shame on them!! Capt. Ed Clauson.

Elson Browne

These guys definitely know how a make steak to perfection.

Rich

We had our holiday work lunch in the barrel room. It took way too long before the food was served. Some people had to leave without eating.

Tanya Angell

Really fabulous servers and food. We are from Nebraska and this is some amazing steak. I asked for bartender to surprise me with a drink and he made the most amazing blackberry lemon drink I’ve ever had!! Thanks Tom, John, and Russell.

Tracy Klucina

It was very large portions with a extra large price tag! Was not impressed with the taste or tenderness of the ribeye. Service was excellent!

George Harvey

Best steak in Long Beach . I'll have to say, none of their "Special Martini" drinks, have been good. And at $14 a pop....they better be XLNT!

Sarah Madrigal

Delicious food. Had a filet cooked PERFECTLY! So good and tender. They brought steak knives to the table but seriously not needed. I highly recommend the baked potato as the side. It was HUGE! Had iceburg wedge, not a strong blue cheese....it was perfect. I went for my work Christmas dinner and I don't think anyone had a problem with the food. Everyone was happy with a very full belly. The only negative thing I have to say would be that the place is noisy. It didnt bother me but I know it bothered some. We were still able to talk but a couple times I had to have people repeat what they said. I thing it is just due to the style of building. It is what it is, not a biggie. I would totally go back for a special occasion. It is out of my everyday price range. Bottom line....you should try it. So good!

Crystal James

Very lovely service was outstanding..music was very nice

Doug Auslander

Amazing steaks, great service and steakhouse ambiance. Always enjoy dining here.

Robert T

Fabulous spot to be, ChilianBass is off the hook Lobster is sweet creme brulee you cant beat. It seemed like an older business type crowd but would be for younger crowd to enjoy ..you can bring your own wine too ...

Frank Lin

Great service! Food is quite good. The bone-in porterhouse was less than hot when it was served. No corkage charge, which we loved!

Greg McKendall

Great NY strip and asparagus. I always order the same thing at steak restaurants. This one was awesome, no crazy sauces for me just great steak

Maggie Maloy

Nye 10:45 reservation. We waited about 20 minutes for a table. Our server was pleasant but perhaps busier than the waiter serving tables next to us. The guests who were seated after we were seated, had their courses delivered at same time as ours were. Why is this important? We had ordered souffle as dessert from the prix fixer menu. We placed this order at time of ordering entree. Around 11:15 pm. Our entree was brought to table around 12:25 am. By the time for dessert, the restaurant only had cheesecake and chocolate torte cake. Being so late, we just wanted to take dessert with us. We asked for 1 cheesecake and 1 chocolate torte...when we arrived home, the rest packed 2 pieces of cheese cake instead of the choc torte. Also, to save time and room in our tummies for the entree, we requested our steakhouse iceburg salads to just be packed to take home. When I opened it today, there was only a tiny slice of tomato, a very small blue cheese dressing, a few crumbles if bacon. Thats barely a salad. Our dinner cost a whopping 269.00 then add on a tip, for a total of 300 plus. I had high expectations of this restaurant. If it was too late to deliver what's ordered off their menu, they shouldn't offer later seating, and we arrived at 10:40pm, How were we leaving after 1am and not have the items we selected? valet parking cost 8.00. Plus a well deserved tip. The good: great festive atmosphere in restaurant. Lovely wine selection. Stags Leap by the glass! Also given a champagne fluke for midnight cheer. Warm bread with tasty butter. Crab cake with tartar sauce was a pleasure, real crab pieces formed this cake that was cooked to have a nice crust. I had Chilean sea bass. Perfectly cooked. Squash medley was the veggie. The seeded center was removed making the squash, firm and beautiful in color. The garlic mash, were a true pommel pure, creamy with an essence of fresh green garlic , I believe . My dining companion had the Wagyu NY strip. Unfortunately, a medium rare was rare, with supposed marbling, being more like strips of uncooked fat throughout the meat. The steak was sent back for further cooking, but it never tastes of the original flavor when recooked. 20.00 was added on for wagyu, we were not informed. Conclusion: we will try this restaurant another day when not an event. Go earlier in the evening.

Richard Humble

Better before it sold get them in get them out you know food has declined

La Quita Pittman

I give it five stars the steak was fabulous and tender and chewable and it tastes like a state which was awesome and then we had the Creole BBQ shrimp I'm going to get back to you I wished I took some pictures about it think it's going to be all that great.

eljeeke

Came here on a slow Monday. We had the the seared ahi tuna (a bit disappointing..not cooked to order), clam chowder (decent), bone-in filet mignon (decent), bone-in dry aged ribeye (medium rare was undercooked.. disappointing). Service was decent.

Rita M. Carreon

My favorite steakhouse in the Long Beach area. Tasty steaks, appetizers, sides and drinks, not to mention Excellent servers and bartenders. My go to place when I'm in the area.

Rich Senner

One of my favorite restaurants in Long Beach, the servers are professional and attentive, and the food is consistently outstanding.

Charlotte Hartley

Husband treated me a nice dinner but the servers made this an unforgettable horrid experience.

Loel Tubbs

Food is top notch. Usually sit at the bar for drinks and apps. It will run you over $100 for two people. So this is only a special occasion place. Tip... DON'T go here for Thanksgiving dinner!

Therese Tibbits

New 3 Medallion steaks $49 was excellent but gets cold fast. Server was geat

Angela Flieger

Absolutely amazing food, and service. A bit expensive but worth every dollar. I would highly recommend 555 East for a special occasion!!!

Bryan Rojas

I am always satisfied when coming here. The wait staff is great the food is always so good and now with the butcher cut series the steaks are that much better.

Len Denton

A very nice restaurant with a traditional old-school steak house feel. A classy atmosphere with great service. Nice wine selection. My meal was exceptional. Pricey and worth it.

kathy stone

This was an amazing restaurant. The food was terrific. The time spent with family went by so quickly. I really had a nice time there and would go again.

Jenny Cobbs

Service was amazing, Rachel was Fabulous

Stephanie Morris

My husband and I went tonight for our anniversary and I was blown away by the professionalism and courtesy of this place. The food was excellent and the staff was so nice and helpful. I should have eaten here sooner. I would definitely go back.

Paul Lyons

A Long Beach classic! Consistently a great steakhouse experience. Nice comfortable setting, with a friendly staff.

Donna Abeyta

I was so disappointed. We have always enjoyed 555, but we went for a birthday celebration, a party of 8 and again I was so disappointed. They sat us a a very large table, so large you couldn’t hold a conversation with the people across the table. We waited well over an hour to place our order. The service was mediocre at best and the mashed potatoes were cold. We paid a lot for a disappointing night

Nathan Yamamoto

One of the best steakhouses I've been to in a long time. Came here at around 11:30, and the place was pretty much empty. Our server was nice, and gave us her opinions on all the options and aged meats. I decided to go simple, and got the peppercorn crusted steak medium-well with fries. The steak was cooked perfectly, really tender and juicy. The peppercorns added that little kick that the steak would've been lacking. The fries were good, and that's all I can say about them, since they're just fries. And for dessert, I decided to get the Traditional Butter Cake. The one negative I have to say, even though it's a small one, it took around 20 minutes to get out, even though our server told us it would be around 5. But it was worth the wait, the butter cake being quite moist. The raspberry puree went perfectly with the cake, and the vanilla ice cream was of high quality. And for all those wanting to know about money, for 3 adults and 1 child, it totaled to be more than $325.

Casey Wells

Great steak in Long Beach. I'm from Oklahoma, and I like you think I know great beef. The Triple Nickel not THE best, but it is REALLY darn good. We arrived a bit before our reservation with a large party, so we had a drink at the bar. Bartender was personable & drinks were good. Once we were seated we had a really nice server, and she had a firm grasp of the menu and what everything meant. She also did not try to oversell every little thing, which is important to me. Everyone at the table had a steak from the dry aged menu (priced by the ounce), and it was worth it. I had the rib-eye, black & blue (charred outside/raw inside), and I was not disappointed. The marbling was just about perfect and the dry aging made each bite as tender as a filet. Had sauteed mushrooms & onions on the side and they were good as well. Grilled asparagus and the sauteed spinach were both nicely prepared & the table shared them. One out of six had a steak that was a little overcooked, but he didn't want to send it back, so that's on him, not the restaurant in my opinion. I do look forward to my next visit.

Kate Chapman

Service was great, food it was just tasty, very very yummy. Definitely well recommended, the view is just speechless

Paul Nazzaro

22 oz rob eye with gorgonzola crumbles outstanding, mushrooms unique from all other top shelf steak venues. Martinis, robust.

John Barclay Walsh

Not cheap, but the food is delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive. When my mother promptly spilled her glass of wine, they replaced it free of charge, which was a pleasant surprise when we got the bill.

Kristina Parsons

This used to be THE STEAKHOUSE. Not so much anymore. My steak had zero flavor I had to ask for steak sauce. A good steak shouldn't need that. I hope we just went on a bad night.

Dave Miner

Always amazing service. Food is 5 star. Great atmosphere!

CHRISTOPHER Vera Tudela

Loved it..great old school steakhouse..

Alex Spector

Great ambience. Awesome food, service was excellent.

rob patterson

Great parking valet

Miguel Garcia

Great service, delicious and tender Rib Eye, flavorful Ny cut, and the cheesecake is amazing!

Myalla Bergeron

Expensive, good service, but food was just ok

Lee Stickler

The best part of this excellent establishment is the live entertainment. Richard Castle on piano is particularly talented and charming! We try to go only when we know he's performing. The food, service and staff are extremely top notch. Rarely disappoints.

Dennise Herrera

Amazing setting. Amazing food.

Aneasha C

Was looking to try out an amazing dry aged steak in the area and landed on 555. It a nice place inside and the service was great. The portion was huge and you definitely leave full, even after sharing the pictured meal below between two people (plus some yummy bread for the table) the only reason it gets 4 stars is that the flavor could have been more wowing. It should have been really. It was good just not wowing. It just left a little something to be desired after preparing my tastebuds to expect the flavor from the price point. But it still earned 4 starts so it was good.

Chris Courtnell

Worth the money if you’re looking for a decent steak.

Richard Davis

The Grilled Wild Pacific Swordfish is the best!

rkhami68 .

Nice steakhouse. We had a private room which was nice but if the door is open it is loud.

Brian Sterrett

My wife and I were in town for a dance competition at the convention center. We didnt have a chance to celebrate our anniversary, or valentine's day due to busy schedules. We stopped by to have a drink in the bar in the afternoon after walking around and going to the beach and it was very warm and inviting. So i thought this would be a nice place to have dinner and celebrate. I talked to the bartender and the waitress (they were awesome) about surprising my wife at dinner. To say the least they did not disappoint at all. We walked in for dinner and were quickly seated and at the table was a dozen red Rose's and a chilled bottle of champagne. The smile on my wife's face was absolutely priceless. To the bartender and my waitress working the afternoon on 3/15/2019 (I'm horrible at remembering names) thank you from the bottom of my heart. They weren't even on shift when we came back for dinner, but they made the night unforgettable!!!

Dave Pelkala

The steak is always very good, and taste perfect. Normally the mashed potatoes are perfect but today they were dry and hard. The employee's are very pleasant and always smiling. Usually you don't need a reservation for early lunch, but dinner and weekends make a reservation. We love eating here.

Alexa LeBrun

The steal was okay but there are no descriptions on the menu so my side of roasted squash arrived with pecans on it which i am highly allergic to pecans and there are also no nut allergy warnings on the menu and who wpuld of expected pecans on something labeled roasted squash

Karen Vazquez

Definitely wasn't Ruth's chris, drinks were good but food was okay.

D R

Best steak hands down

Sam Madison

I loved it. Atmosphere, service and food were all on point. The meat is Awesome and so was everything else from appetizers to desserts. I would love to go again if I can get a table in uch a busy place.. definitely recommend making reservations.

Joseph Perez

Best Rib-eye I've had in years. The service outstanding.

Deanna Fountain

Fomerly known as Lombardo's and The 555 Club. The upscale sister to the iconic King's Fish House, 555 East American Steakhouse boasts a fine-dining menu with USDA prime beef steaks as its top offering. The steaks are hand cut from cows that were fed corn for 150 days. They've also been aged 25-36 days for optimum flavor. Top cuts include an 18-ounce Kansas City strip, a 20-ounce bone-in ribeye and 16-ounce New York strip, and unlike most steakhouses today 555 East serves each steak with a choice of a baked potato, fries or garlic mashed potatoes. For those looking for meat beyond steak, oven-roasted prime lamb, steamed red king crab and a number of seafood and pasta dishes are also available. Diners will also find plenty of seafood on the appetizer menu: fried calamari, wild jumbo Mexican shrimp cocktail and oysters are big hits.

Steph Pal

We normally love this place. On our recent (3rd) New Year's Eve dinner, our party of 6 took an extended time to be seated. The waitress was bi polar & unfriendly. We informed her that we wanted the Butter Cake w Ice Cream for dessert, she stated to order them after dinner. We have been craving the Butter Cake for a week. The food was late, the steaks were overcooked. When we finally ordered the long awaited Butter Cakes, we were told that there were none left. Disappointed, we ordered the Chocolate Suffle & the Creme Brule. She came back & stated that all was out except the Cheesecake. So at this point we were extremely frustrated. The manager never gave us a courtesy visit. When u pay for a $600 dinner u should be treated with a certain care. What a disappointing dinner event...

C Morris

Delicious. Recommend the NY steak

Ted Schneider

Good steak and seafood restaurant.

Taylor Wyche

Beautiful restaurant and exquisite menu!... Perfect holiday meal!

Sam Root

Fine dinning with good steaks and excellent service. If you are looking for the higher end ambiance in Longbeach, and don't mind the premium this might be the place to visit. White table cloth, aged steaks and ala carte menu. We went casual after a tradeshow but definitely a dressed up place to take your date or client you want to impress.

Ken Klucina

Good steak but not worth the 100$ per head

Hip Kitty

Really amazing classy ambiance and food. Very old school while still charming. The only thing that bothered me was some of the sloppy patrons in Jean's and tshirts - have some class, you're at 555 for God sake!

Jeannie Woo

We are so happy we had dinner here. The atmosphere was great, food excellent, and staff was friendly and genuine. We talked about it all the way home.

JM Parker

The food was exceptional, and the service, provided by Hala, matched it. The filets were the best I’ve had in years, and the salad with Roasted beets and Humbolt Fog goat cheese was a delight. Hala gladly accommodated all of our special requests, and made the service very enjoyable.

Richard Daniel

Great food and service I'll be back!!

Michael Gaines

Best steak you'll ever have. No exaggeration.

Virginia Long

We met at this restaurant for a 17-yearold's b-day. None of us was familiar with the place but wanted high quality steak for b-day celebrant. I cannot say enuf good things about every facet of our experience. Goes without saying that the steaks were the finest. Staff was incredible & special kudos to Jennifer, event mgr, who facilitated a balloon bouquet and made it all so smooth. B-day boy loves his chocolate & practically inhaled his dessert.

The waiters are very kind and understanding of allergies and special requests for your orders. They also have an absolutely delicious desert menu with many choices to satisfy your sweet tooth. Great sevice. Always enjoy the dining experience here. Food is always great.

Although the server was prompt courteous and helpful the Cullotte/baseball steak was too tough to slice with their full knives and very difficult to chew. I made this known and in 7 minutes it was replaced with an excellent filet mignon. The other gripe was that 555 is very noisy.

Is a stake house, no thrills not very exiting. Stake was cooked very well. Crab cakes are very good, calamari were not. Service is very good.

We had a gift card from 2013. We always meant to go, but never got around to it. Saturday we decided make a reservation and have our end of the summer date there. Wow, we should have gone before. It started with valet parking. Always a nice perk, especially in heels. There was a hostess at the door, which was unusual until you walked in and saw the hostess stand. It was in an odd place around a pillar in the middle of the reception area. That part could use a little redesign. We were seated right away. From what I could see there were different sections of seating adding to making it a more private dining experience. Our waiter, Gilberto, introduced himself and was attentive enough to wish us a Happy Anniversary, nice touch. He went through the different daily cuts, the difference of the cut and aging time. There's a chalkboard showing all the cuts the chef made that day. As they run out, it's crossed off. We started with the artichoke, always a favorite. It came well seasoned with a side of garlic aioli, which wasn't overly garlic, which we enjoyed. First time we were given a bowl for the used skins. [And we have ordered this dish at other steakhouses]. The food came out at a leisurely pace. Although we didn't order the tableside Ceasar salad, a couple tables around us did. Gilberto made it looked smooth as he whipped up the dressing by hand and hand tossed the salad. Quite a show if you like Ceasar salad. The steak was perfect. Probably one of the best NY strip of a porterhouse we've had, and yes, we always order the porterhouse from NYC to Chicago to LA. I recommend the Chimmicurri sauce if you like spicy. We also opted for a baked potato and asparagus which were good. Gilberto brought the dessert menu and we settled on the apple tart, which a table near us ordered. It came out warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Gilberto was attentive and had good suggestions. His support staff was attentive as well. A very enjoyable evening.

Really good food but had to wait even though we had reservations.

This is a classic, back in time steakhouse. It's moderately expensive, but less so than Maestos and the like. Friendly people, good food and throwback atmosphere. It's our go-to place for birthdays and anniversaries. Another biggie is the no-fee corkage policy. Good food, good people, good service, good ambience, affordable food and a great downtown location. What's not to like.

Worst service ever! The reason why is that it was a reserved event for Thanksgiving ..Took forever to get my meal which was 45 minutes later, btw had to ask waiter any news on my meal, no updates what so ever..Waiter says, " Oh let me check"..Get the meal and the meal was so dry it was sitting in the warmer which seemed for ever.. (you get the jest)..Food was bland , poor service, unorganized..and I never complain..Should have just went to Queen Mary to pay the extras just to get anything worth eating..With that kind of money , beef up your customer service..
