I love Western Sizzlin. I come here for the salad bar and a baked sweet potato. It is a little bit more that I like to pay for a salad, but then again i am a thrift queen. And anything over $3 is usually too much to me.

Honestly this place is hit or miss and this was a big miss. We called ahead of time to see if there was fried fish on the buffet besides catfish. We were told yes. Asked if it was beer battered? Told again that it was fried fish. We got there and it was cornmeal fried like the catfish. There were only a couple pieces of fried chicken and that was another thing we asked about when we called. When they replenished the chicken it had not been drained very well because it was sitting in oil. Not a good experience. Although our server was great.

I've lived in the area for 3 years and I pass by this place almost daily, but I've never tried it. Mainly because it looks closed a lot. I finally gave it a try on a Wednesday evening and I was way more satisfied than I expected! Sadly, steak is NOT included in the buffet. The buffet was excellent with everything plus more for a Southern meal. I chose meatloaf with mashed potatoes, green beans, Mac cheese, and baby carrots with a piece of cornbread - every single item was top notch. The dessert bar was yummy and there's no way a normal person could try every option offered. I took some cotton candy home with me. I will definitely be back!

Buffet didn't have the best variety. Service wasnt the best. But the one in Harrison AR is extraordinary good so I shouldn't compare it with them

Just ok. I think GC on south Thompson is better. Took my mother out for her birthday. We went on a Friday night around 6pm recently. The food was hot, it was mostly fresh, and our waitress was just ok, not bad but not great.

Food has dropped off the map. Some managers need a stern talking to. The service was horrible. Our server/waitress was cheerful but couldn't seem to find our table. And they weren't busy. One of the old standbys has let us down.

This place has the second best steak that I've had, and a much better price than the first. The juice is fantastic with their fries, which are pretty great as well. Lastly, their Springdale Bar(dessert bar), is a pleasant treat to finish off a meal with and practically guarantees leaving stuffed. I love to eat here and wish I could do so more often.

I had never had Western sizzlin but it was a very nice restaurant. Little out dated but it made it feel more quaint and homey I really liked the food and my father commented it was better than Golden corral so o would recommend.

Not really a fan of Western Sizzlin. Not a lot to choose from on the buffet for what you are paying. The last time I went here with, I ordered a sweet tea that tasted like it had been sitting there over night. When we told the waitress, she went back and told the others that was standing there. One of them tasted the tea and they all just started laughing and continued to serve the tea. When she came back and asked us if we wanted some more of that same tea, we all told her no. Haven't been back to eat there since.

I have not been to Western sizzlin in years. I think their prices on steaks are very high. Butter buffet has a large quantity of food. Still a little pricey but good. it's not one of the type of places that you go on a whim, it's something that you plan for.

It had been years since I had eaten at a Western Sizzlin. A friend recommended it. We went and were impressed. The steak was seasoned unlike most bland restaurant steaks. The prices are right too. Best steak I've had away from home in a while.

Not a pleasant experience. I purchased the senior buffet May 9th at approximately 1:45 pm. The salad bar was delicious and enjoyable. The catfish was fresh, a new batch, seasoned and cooked perfectly. The other food was just “okay” and some much less than I anticipated; Cod: under seasoned, soggy and luke warm. Pork: under seasoned and over cooked. Brussels Sprouts: way over cooked and distasteful. Fried Chicken: very greasy Ice Cream: I don't think the machine was working correctly. The ice cream started out as a liquid, was too sweet and didn't taste good. I threw it away. THE SERVICE: My server was pleasant but not attentive. The restaurant was almost empty. I tried to wave down a waitress and another customer told a woman who appeared to be the supervisor (very light blond, almost white, with an up-swept hair, who was standing by the buffet with two other servers. This person yelled at me and was rude. She didn't come to to my table nor send anyone over to see what I needed. She shouted at me, "What do you want", and I had to shout back that I needed a new plate and more ice tea. Soon after a server brought me tea and a plate. My server showed up with tea and a plate as well but it was too late. It was an unpleasant experience.

Took my daughter there for her birthday. Wanted a large steak dinner with the sides and all and the buffet to go with it .we got a 6oz steak and buffet. Nothing on Buffet was eatable. Worst meal I have ever had. I feel like crape for taking my daughter there for her 23rd birthday. Will never go back this this location again.

Good quality food at this location and an attentive staff. Bonus: Ice cream was amazing. Con: Handicapped parking for my mother in law was in an odd place on the side of the building. They had one spot by the door, but it was taken.

Great service by a wonderful charming staff. I love the fresh salad bar, and the desserts! We tried the buttermilk pie, the coconut pie, and the peanut butter pie... WOW! The staff recommend the coconut and peanut butter pies, said it was a recipe from the new manager. I can't wait to go back for those pies! No store bought stale pies.

The food was hot and fresh with lots of choices, and they kept the food area wiped down the entire time. Service was decent. The dining area was super clean. The dessert bar was stocked full of most anything you could think of. This was on the night they were have steak and peel and eat shrimp. The shrimp was out of this world and the steak had a great taste. Family friendly for sure as there were several families dining. No wifi. Over all we be back.

Our family went there for Father's day, so it was a little crowded, but we were seated pretty quick. We splurged and got steak, but they were worth it. Tender, juicy and delicious. There's also a salad bar and a hot bar of wonderful food. Great place for the family or for date night.

For one every single handle on serving spoons spatulas was either halfway I'm the containers holding the food on the buffet line, talk about unsanitary. At least Golden corral has spoon and spatula caddy's so the food isn't being contaminated. Secondly about the only thing there that was almost good was there fish and still yet that was still kinda iffy. The whole place needs an uplift and a change of eating options. Other than that, I'll probably never go there again

Very disappointed. Only have two choices of steak, sirloin or ribeye and you only get one side with your steak. Everything else is a la carte. Ordered the fish & had to send it back it was not edible. The Taste and quality of my steak was below average. Will not return to this location.

The food was very good. I had some of their mashed potatoes and mac & cheese: very good. There was lots of variety when it came to the food. The ice-cream was a bit sweet for my taste. The restaurant overall was very clean. There was a problem with one of the toilets in the men’s restroom though & the restroom wasn't as clean as I would've hoped. Very nice place, though.

We got 2 buffets to go to take to my elderly in-laws. Seemed way to pricey for me. It was $5.99 per pound. We got a single serving of meatloaf for each one and some mashed potatoes and gravy plus a baked sweet potato. Not a lot of food and the total was $18.00.

The staff here is very nice and friendly, although a tad slow when it comes to very large parties. Management was very kind and accommodating for our business dinner. Good was not bad. Good selection. The fish was tasty enough that I went back for seconds. Only thing I missed that they didn't have was fired okra. I eat plates full of that!

In the past, across Texas and Arkansas, I’ve enjoyed Western Sizzlins. Over the last decade a lot of the locations have been lax in quality and customer service. This restaurant is a distinct exception! The owner of the franchise himself greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. He himself took my order while his employees were doing their jobs. After a short conversation with him I made my way to the buffet line. The quality and selection of foods on the buffet is amazing. I recommend this restaurant with with no hesitation. Kudos and well met!!!
