Wonderful. I drive a truck for a living. Western Sizzler used to be right in the town I lived. But it closed. I have no idea why, a lot of time has passed. I recommend you go here. I didn't get a steak. The buffet was huge. Like golden coral huge. Everything was delicious. I hope to go back through

Western Sizzlin on a Tuesday afternoon is one of the saddest places in the world. The food is congealed or cold. The service is lackluster. Go on a day or at a time when they're on top of their game.

The food wasn't very good at all and the selection (Buffet Bar) was slim. Not to mention it was way to expensive! . We've ate here before (as we love Western Sizzlin) & it was really good. HOWEVER, this time was totally different. Not to mention we had a waiter that was sick working/waiting on people....and his superiors were aware of him being sick & possibly contaminating all of us. Hope things change and goes back to the way they were when Western Sizzlin (in Harrison, AR.) was really good!

Don't waste your time and money. Just don't. The chicken had blood running out of it. We were not the only ones with this problem. Three other people had the same issue. The cook was getting mad because people were complaining about the stuff they call food. I will never eat at another Western sizzling again. Also way over priced.

We had two waitresses, one was wonderful and there was a blonde who was very hateful. She pretty much threw our food at us. And if I wasnt trying to get my soul to heaven I would have lost it on her. Our food was all wrong, steaks cooked too much and my niece didn't even get her food...we had to ask where it was after everyone got theirs. We are regular customers and unfortunately there is always an issue with the food we order. The buffet was pretty good thank goodness.

The Western Sizzlin in Harrison is awesome. The only problem is my stomach isn't big enough to hold it all. The food is always good and plentiful. The place is always packed (a testimony to how good it is), but is is arranged in four short food bars so everyone has access quickly and it doesn't seem overly crowded. We have a Western Sizzlin in Mountain home that I would give one star to, but Harrison gets a five.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! They let us sit in a closed section with our cranky baby. The cheddar rolls are tasty and cheesy. Great selection of hot and hot foods, all very fresh. Large dining area, and even though the parking lot was pretty much full, everyone had elbow room. Unlike many buffets, none of the foods were empty, because the staff is working to maintain it. Not my first trip to a Western Sizzlin, but it was definitely the best!

Not the best but not the worst. We just really don't have a lot of buffet options in town particularly to this type of style a food otherwise I don't think that they would still be running. They do have a lot of food choices that I like but also some of their food is oftentimes not well took care of her looked after not changed when it needs to be changed things of that nature. I guess as far as cleanliness goes they seem to be okay although I think I did notice the last time I was there the floor was looking kind of grimy they really need to change it. I like that they have rotisserie is right in the middle of the buffet where you can go and get fresh chicken off the rotisserie

Even thought they do not deserve it, I have to give them one star because zero stars isn't an option. My fiance and I both decided to go with only the hot bar as there were so many options, I wish I had ordered a steak or something instead. The fried food was heavily breaded, to the point where you couldn't tell if there was anything inside the breading, the bbq was over cooked to the consistency of shoe leather, and the fried chicken was dry and tasteless. My fiance got up to get a second helping and realized that he had been sitting with his feet planted in a good sized helping of mashed potatoes under the table and his shoes were covered with potatoes and gravy. We wanted a piece of cheesecake but the topping of the day appeared to be flies; the pieces were covered with them and no one was even tying to shoo them off. The joy didn't end when we left, we both had an upset stomach for the night. Nothing can prepare you for the sheer amount of sodium packed into their food, prepare for your blood pressure to spike.

The cheese rolls are pretty good. My family looks forward to them. The waitresses here have been good to us every time we've been here. Sometimes the fried chicken gets a little dry on a slow day, but their buffet has a great selection of food. The steaks on the menu are juicy and cooked how we like them. My husband hasn't sent one back yet.

This place was an amazing deal and an exciting place to bring my kids. We all had the buffet and I had a New York strip steak. We were all amazed by the options at the buffet. My favorite items were the cinnamon rolls and the cheese rolls. Oh my goodness, I may just make a meal out of just those two delicacies next time I visit. As for my 4 star rating, I really wasn't impressed with the steak. It wasn't very seasoned and it was pretty much Target quality meat. The rest of the food wasn't mind blowing either, but the value was great so I'll definitely bring the family again.

Buffet that Rivals the casinos in Louisiana. Wonderful service. They give a veteran discount that definitely knocked my bill down quite a bit. Two different types of cobbler on the dessert tray made me very happy. Very nice barbecue. Probably the best buffet I've eaten at in a very long time salad bar was amazing.

I have been patronizing Western Sizzlin for 18 years now. The steaks have been prepared properly, and include the full hot and cold bars. The salad bar is well stocked with plentiful items. There are plenty of protein choices at the hot bar, including rotisserie chicken, fried chicken, pork, shrimp, tacos, and a large choice of other entries. There are many choices for breads and desserts. As with most buffets, some dishes are excellent, while a few miss the mark. Sample small bites first before filling your plate and you won't go wrong. The service is always friendly and quick. I'm glad Harrison has this restaurant.

Oh my :( we ordered the chicken fried steak. Looks like the frozen breaded ones from a grocery store and taste worse. All these good reviews about down home cooking made me excited, however I was very dissatisfied with the chicken fried steak. Some of the salad stuff was good but tasted like pop the can food.

Overall great place to eat. Most of the food was good to great. Obviously with a buffet there are good things and bad things. Just have to see what you like and see how it's prepared that day. Service for us was hit or miss. We ate twice and first time was ok service and the second time was no service. She was more interested in talking to another table. Overall, a decent place to eat.

The food was cold all I could eat was the mashed potatoes and gravy and the only thing the 2 ladies that was with me ate was a piece of strawberry cake and the other a cinnamon roll which both were very good,, also the waitress that we started with came over and took one receipt and signed the other and left and never returned luckily another waitress came over and took very good care of us then the biggest kicker was that it cost me 50 bucks for this privilege

They apologized and asked what I wanted a new steak or just do the Buffet or what ever...They said I could have any other type with no increase in price. Then The said we will do what ever you want we just want you to be happy. They brought me another one and it was fantastic... So if you are looking for a great meal with amazing service at a good price this is the place...

This was the worst Buffet I've ever been at!! It was so bad that they though creamed corn was pouring cream in corn! Their Cooks need to go back to the high school cafeteria that they were cooking at. On top of that it cost $30 for my wife and I just to eat the buffet that tasted terrible.

We arrived here just in time for the lunch special which included and all-you-can-eat salad bar with the purchase of a lunch item. We got a whole lot of food for not a lot of money. I got the grilled chicken and rice and it was fantastic! And of course I took full advantage of the salad bar and grabbed a couple of extra items :-)

First of all, let me be sure everyone knows that this is the Western Sizzlin in Harrison, not Mountain Home. The buffet food was fresh, well monitored by many. Much larger variety of food than others I've been to and huge salad bar by comparison also. Staff was friendly and helpful, we're going above and beyond with the small children as well as the seniors. Mountain Home W.S. could learn volumes from this one...imo
