25 minute wait and left with no food. This was the worst drive thru experience we've ever experienced. How is this place still in business? The guy working the window's rudeness was only slightly eclipsed by this locations overall incompetency. It's times like these I wish a store would be visited by an "undercover boss" so they'd see how abysmal their branch really is. I wish I didn't have to give a star at all.

This lady doesn't know how to make a sandwich if her life depended on it. She plastered all the onions in one spot as well as the other toppings. Making a sandwiches in hard it's a complete no-brainer. Why would I only want to eat onions in the middle?? But she did really good laying out the meat in the cheese but forget the rest.

I love Wendy's. But not this one. It took forever in the drive thru, like I mean FOR EVER. I got my order and the fries had like no salt, and I went to get a drink of my soda, and it SPILT! All over! The lid was not on tight. The only reason it got three stars is because the fact that I love Wendy's. If you want good Wendy's, go to East Windsor near Walmart. That place is good. But not impressed.☹️

The slowest "fast food" experience I've ever had. I waited over 20 minutes for my food. Three people left the line waiting and I almost did too but I was way too hungry to go somewhere else so late at night. The woman just said thank you for your patience and never once made eye contact or made it seem like she was trying to get things done any fatser. She stood in front on the register for a good five minutes after I had paid and it didn't appear that many other people were helping her to speed things up. Never going back again.

Very very good customer service!! Done me a HUGE HUGE favor the other day. It seems like I had left my wallet back at the house when I had left for work in the morning so, I ask them if they took payments via Google, Android, Samsung Pay and they informed me that they couldn't ever get either of the phone/nfc services to work consistently enough to claim that they did in fact take payments by phone, Once this very very attractive female manager took notice to what was happening or not happening and let me get my meal and intrusted me to bring my payment back whenever I could. I was thinking that type of trust had died out in the 80s.

Giving a one star because this is the second time I’ve gone through drive through at night (it’s just before 11pm), and it seems like no one is there since nobody is answering, even though all the lights are on, there are cars in the lot that I’m assuming are the employee’s and google says they don’t close till 1 am. It's a fast food joint, but the drive thru needs improvement. Not exactly the swiftest but slow enough to annoy you. Food is consistent and relatively inexpensive. If you dine-in, the establishment was very clean the time we ate here.

At Wendy’s they have pictures of their food on their menu board I order one of their temporary type of sandwiches that were for sale for taste only it had no lettuce tomato or onion on it in in the picture it does and even on the television is says the same thing just get it right Wendy’s is always going to have great burgers you just make sure you get what you pay for before you leave the drive-through

Got here at 10:45 am. Ordered 2 homestyle chicken sandwiches. We were told we'd have to wait a min because they need to be made fresh. Ok, cool. One came out piping hot (awesome) and one came out over done a barely warm. We asked about the sandwiches and they maintained that they were both fresh.

This is one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. I didn't expect much since they had a to go option, but I was proven wrong. Wendy's is Wendy's, not much can be said. However there are times at this location that seem to take forever to get an order completed. That being said, I believe it depends solely on who is working that day at any given time. If you are in a rush it might be smart to avoid this location. At least they keep it nice and clean inside the dining area, and usually are pretty friendly.

It's been 50 Years since Wendy's has been open and running. I love Wendy's a lot. But there is one more thing i always hate about. Is i hate McDonald's. Especially i hate my family who took me to Wendy's and buy us a supper and shakes. I am a customer of Wendy's since the 90s. I been watching Wendy's Commercial all the time. But i remember that man name Dave Thomas who was a very nice businessman. A very nice Cooker. And a very nice Father. When Dave Thomas was alive. He was a founder of Wendy's when he begins cooking a Squared Burger instead of a round burger. He also cooks a Squared Chicken too. And of course he makes Milk Shake. I really like Dave Thomas a lot. But back then i never met him since when he was alive. And yes he has a daughter name Melinda who is Wendy. Yes her dad likes to call her Wendy instead of Wenda. But he made that Fast Food place as Wendy's. He keeps on going until 2002. Dave Thomas passed away when i was 16. I missed him a lot every year. But i been watching Wendy's Commercial with Dave Thomas all the time before his death. And yes after his death. His Daughter was there on a commercial also. And as i am a customer. I missed Wendy's for years. And i haven't come buy to Wendy's for years as well. I may save Wendy's just in case I may eat my own lunch, sodas and shake in my own apartment whenever i separate away from my family. I give it 5 Stars for Wendy's after 50 Years. And yes i may fell in love with Wendy's for the next 50 Years. Love you Wendy's.

This Wendy's drive thru moves about as fast as cars in a parking lot. I had to get out of the drive through lane it was so slow. I proceed to enter the building and Its obvious why the drive through was not moving. Alarms are going off left and right, employees were scattering all over the kitchen, fries and nuggets all over the ground; it was a disaster to say the least. After waiting to order for a good 5 minutes without anybody acknowledging me I left the store. Will not be going back to this franchise.

Worst Wendy's that I've ever been. Bathroom was disgusting, urine all over the floor and sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Order taker messed up my order then proceeded to argue with me about it. Ice machine was broken, ok but it also had some sort of crud caked up in the shoot where the ice would have come out. My salad had green mold on the cheese. When I told the manager he said I'll look into it. No apology, no can I make you another salad, just I'll look into it. Tables were dirty with soda and ketchup dried onto them like they hadn't been cleaned in 2-3 days. Pitiful and lazy. Restaurant is mismanaged at best. Avoid.

Be sure to check your bag & the sandwiches to make sure they made it right. Even the simplest orders they still forget to put it in the bag or gave the wrong items. Happened to me the two times I've been to this location. On the upside management was happy to fix my order after driving back there from home.

Wendy's is about a 15-minute drive from where I live in Santa Clara. When I got there there were a few cars in the Drive-Thru Lane but for some reason from the time I ordered my food to the time I got it took almost over 45 minutes. Taking the 15-minute trip to get there and having an appetite for Wendy's I sure wasn't going to leave the line and head all the way back home empty-handed. From what they told me was they were busy and out of receipt paper didn't really make much sense to me but I stayed as polite as possible.

As a loyal Burger Fi customer I ordered from Uber Eats the conflicted burger and fries. The fries were the worst I ever had! No crispiness. completely limp. These fries simply were not cooked right. It's as if you rushed the order or just they gave me old fries. If I had been at the restaurant, I would have returned them or gotten my money back. A premium burger place should keep premium quality standards. This clearly was lacking in this order!

This location is perfect since it’s right next to San Jose City college and across from Santa Clara valley Medical. I like that they have a self serve kiosk BUT I spent 5 mins putting in my order only to get a connection error message. I went to the counter am they were like “ Oh, yes that thing doesn’t work, we know.” Is it too much to ask for a sign so people can avoid the hassle and just go straight to the counter? The ladies at the counter were nice and made a fresh batch of chicken tenders for me but the tables and floors were quite dirty so I took my food to go.

they have gone so far down hill with their employees. Everytime I go there now the drive thru is wrapped around the building and I had to wait multiple times for more than 20 minutes just to get my order taken. Then after all the wait they always mess up my order too. Plus I just went here the other night and the inside was supposed to be open until 10pm and it was 9pm and they were already closed. So I went thru the drive thru and tried to order a baked potato and she tells me I would have to wait a half an hour to get one. Why wouldnt this establishment be prepared for a popular menu item?? Oh and one other time I was there the manager got into a fight with the front counter employee in front of a line of customers and left everyone sitting there waiting while she argued rudely and obnoxiously. If I could give them no stars i would.

The burger was ok. Kind of like a five guys. Plenty of options for toppings, plenty of options for fries. The burger-fi sauce was kind of sweet and not at all appealing. Pricey for a fast casual joint. There was a sign advertising how eco friendly the furniture is. They said they used recycled bottles to make their chairs. The chairs were definitely made out of metal. So was the table. They also have straws and plastic cutlery. Did not appear to be eco-friendly.

Games are often determined at the very end. We arrived at 12:40 AM for a midnight meal and had our hearts set on a burger and fries. Unfortunately we had to circle back because they served fries past the holding time, but they were ridiculously salty. On my return trip I requested fries without salt and they were fresh and hot like I had longed for the first trip, when my burger was equally fresh. Remember guys, your day ends an hour after the last customer is served.

Pretty decent burger joint. I like the consistency and you can score a good deal if you keep your order simple. Otherwise, pay up. I'm the type of dude who doesn't want a double cheeseburger w/ bacon, cheese fries w/ special sauce and a giant drink to wash it down unless I'm in a certain state of mind. You do you, just know that there's no value menu. All things considered, a great place to get a burger.

Drive thru window, I was handed my change and asked to pull forward and wait until the fries finished cooking. I didn't count my change until I pulled forward. Five dollars short. When my food was brought to me I handed the change back and said I was five dollars short. He took the money back in. Few minutes later he returned and said they were counting the money drawer to see if I had kept the five dollars myself. I told him my food was getting cold. Few more minutes he returned to tell me to go ahead and eat my food. I replied that my husband was waiting at home for dinner. Finally he returned and apologized that the clerk had shorted me five dollars. Upon arrival at home the burgers were like warm, fries cold and the frosty was melted. I am thinking of complaining about the incident to the manager.

There was a little 3 man group of Ozark musicians that play every Tuesday from 5:30 till 7pm.. just to get a little practice time in front of a loyal audience, who tend to follow their performances. I enjoyed their music and they welcomed me in, when they asked me to play with them. I only played one song, tho. Their audience was a bit older than I was, and just didn't know many tines from the 60's, and 70's, which is what I like to play. The songs they played that were from the era before my time were well received, though... Funny, no one knew "UP ON CRIPPLE CREEK." A song that came from the Ozarks.

Usually come to or order from this Wendy's because it's the closest one to work, but they've recently started to mess up my food more often than not. Two times this week, first most of my fries were totally raw (white, floppy, oily potato sticks..) and when I drove all back to get cooked fries I didn't even receive an apology. I give them another chance two days later, only to find my burger wasn't made plain as I had requested and when I went to complain one of the workers (I think the name was Astril? Not entirely sure) was incredibly rude about it. If they at least apologized for their mistakes it would be nice, but I won't be returning to this Wendy's ever.

I was there for 30 minutes and never got my food. The screen said it was ready, and I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone asked what I needed. By then, 4 other orders were waiting with me because the screen said they were done. When they brought food to the counter, they remade someone's food that was already eating. I asked for a refund, and they did so. No apology, no coupons, no nothing. I see how badly they want my service.

Having eaten at other locations in this chain, we knew what we were in for. The food was fresh and delicious. We were very happy with our meal! The food was good. I couldn’t believe the portion size on the onion rings. The regular size can be shared. The grilled cheese was very filling. It came with fries and a juice. This location does offer alcohol, which other locations we have been to do not, but we did not have the mettle to have alcohol with the meal.

While I was visiting Denver I came across this place and I'm glad I checked it out! Their menu looks delicious; I want to try it all! I went with the Fi'd chicken sandwich and chili-cheese fries. They were both pretty delicious, I must say. The chili tastes amazing, it had a kick! I thought they held back on the chili because there wasn't any on the bottom fries. Too bad, so sad. The IPA I had was also delicious. The service was excellent. The person at the counter was very helpful in describing the food. Great job!

The food was yummy, but the dining room was a little dirty. They were working on cleaning, so I'm sure it's much better now, but if you can wait until after a lunch or dinner rush, I would.

This Wendy's was remodeled and it has less room than before. No parking, and it's always busy because of valley medical center and San Jose city college. I went to get a git card and I had to wait 10 mind to park nearly 20 minutes to get to the 1 cashier for a line of 24 people not including the drive through, yes I had plenty of time to count. They are woefully undetstaffed. Efficient, but just not a large enough location to handle the volume. Another 25 mind to get out of my parking space b/c the drive thru line had me trapped. So much for fast food.

I stopped by my local area Wendy's today. I got a double stack and a sugar cookie. When I got the order, the burger was right and wasn't over cooked! Not only that, the guy said the one cookie was kind of broke so he have me an extra cookie. Everything was great! Thanks again guys for the wonderful job!

I ordered on the app and order food 11 mins ahead of time. 8 mins before my lunch break which I thought be enough time I was not ordering for an army just me. I get there they are not busy and I get to the drive thru menu and I tell them mobile order, they proceed to time me to wait. For like 3 mins I am at the menu then they tell me to drive up where is is like another 7 plus mins when they cook the food. I thought the purpose of the app is order ahead and just swoop thru the window to pick it up. Time i got back to my job which is down the street I had less than 9 mins to eat and did not finish because I had to get back to the time clock to punch back in. It wasn't packed but insure had a line behind me with people leaving so they could fulfill my order I placed 21 mins before hand at the time.

Delicious burgers with great service. The friendly cashier made sure our veggie burger was vegan and my beef burger was just to order. The only issue I had was with the second cashier. I told her that some of the French fries were green and that it wasn't very healthy to eat. Instead of saying thank you, she questioned me and said she had never heard of that... You are welcome, I taught you something. Stop serving green potatoes.

Eveytime i come threw the drive threw i get an extremely rude employee at the window an my order is completely wrong everytime. You would think id check my bag before leaving but with the glaring woman in the window makes it very uncomfortable. An after you have to go back in with the wrong order you get a manager that isnt even apologetic about her incompitent staff or the fact that you just spent 20$ on the wrong order. Very unsatisfied

Wowser priced for not so wowser eats. Paid a good up charge to have chili cheese fries that came with enough chili and cheese for about 1/4 of my fries. I'm eating there clearly looking perturbed at my fry situation the employee who took my order is watching me eat and have no concern over my agitation nor even a question as to why I was not finishing a large amount of my food just watches with a blank stare. Customer service #1 not even close. Save your money and go to any number of nearby establishments that care about their food quality and service.

The Burgerfi Bacon Cheeseburger was very good. My son had the Breakfast All Day Burger and was in heaven. Maple syrup. The chocolate shake was tasty, buy way too thick to suck through a straw. Kinda like a frosty. Beers were good, but server knew not much about any of them, thus a one star knock. But all in all enjoyed my second visit.

My double baconator came out fast, hot and juicy made exactly how i ordered it. The bacon ranch fries looked just like the picture. Not to mention the cute incredibly friendly young man at the counter made my whole day better just by smiling. I come here are least twice a week. I got their new barbeque burger, it was...lackluster. Wendy's burgers just don't do it for me when I'm really craving THE BEEF. I think it's cause they don't pump it full of sodium or something but even the Baconator just falls flat a little bit every time I get it. There's not much taste and I have to douse it in ketchup to even be able to make it...like, less dry. A little dog food-ish. Frosty's are always good of course. Baconator fries are good when you can get them. But overall I'm just usually unimpressed with the splurge on a treat whenever I go.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to get something to eat after being on the road all day long and Let’s just say it was the worst customer service ever. The gentleman helping us walked away from the counter multiple times while taking our order and he didn’t let us know he was stepping away he just disappeared then came back. Then when we had asked to speak with a manager about the terrible customer service we had received he told us that he was in fact the manager. He didn’t do anything to correct his mistake except a quick sorry he seemed to care more about other things going on then providing us good customer servicer

I don't 'dislike' this Wendy's, just don't be in a hurry when you come here. I'm a regular here, but more likely because it's the only one near me. The employees are nice enough but everything, including the taking of orders, comes slowly around here. Especially in the drive-thru. No complaints regarding the Food. Everything I've ordered tastes like its supposed to, and is good! I have been coming here quite often for about 5-6 years now.

I don't go here regular enough to know the managers names but this Wendy's can be GREAT when the right manager is on duty. There is a manager that will let you sit at the menu for quite a while before you're asked for your order. Also, this manager completley ignores simple request like "no tomato." This is why i gave this location 3 stars. Just a suggestion to the franchisee, periodically stop in to be sure the managers are keeping the quality top notch!

I received the WORST SERVICE EVER HERE.!! Went thru drive thru waited 20 mins heard the attendant say it would be a long wait due to large order in drive thru so we went inside which I was already reluctant to do but because I have a 2 yr old to feed we stood at the counter while the cashier Byron talked about being a sex phone operator with a customer. Mind you nobody took our order as we stood at the counter for 15 mins while multiple employees stared at us. I was talking to my son the entire time telling him we were waiting to order because he was getting ansy as more employees starred. Once we decided to leave my son started crying because he couldn't receive any food, upon leaving then restraunt the drive thru attendant yells out the window and asks if anyone helped us I then responded "No, nobody helped us" got in my vehicle and left because I was so upset I was in tears especially seeing my son so upset and crying about not eating his favorite food, French fries.
