I've been here multiple times and after tonight I know I'll never return after such atrocious service. My significant other and I went for a birthday celebration between the two of us and went in fully expected to get a couple bottles of wine along with our meals. But nope. Our waitress who appeared to be training someone yet was absolutely clueless herself, struggled to take an order. When she brought us our wine, it was unopened. When we asked for a bottle opener she stormed back over snatched it off the table and seemed offended we wanted a sealed bottle of wine open? I asked for a spicy yellowtail role and got spicy tuna. I asked for this to be corrected and was ignored. Whatever. I like tuna so I ate it. As we were chatting and still had food on our plates, she dropped off the check and told us she need us to close out and leav . I've eaten here many times before but due to this awful service, I wont be back with any of the people I've come here with in the past. What a terrible birthday meal and a waste of $150

Food was burnt and very over cooked. Our waitress forgot to bring us our salads. When we ask about the salads she said that’s ok they were free. But I’m sure you can’t go in and ask for one of your free salads. Then she ask me why I was showing attitude. I was just very disappointed with my food or lack of food I paid for. I have always enjoyed eating here for lunch with friends. One of my favorite restaurants. I’m sure I will go back but not for awhile.

This place is hands down the best place for chicken fried rice, I moved almost a year ago, lived in 2 different states and 30 plus restaurants later and nothing can compare.!! I miss it so much.! Come to NM please.!

Run of the mill Asian food. They ran out of red wine. Tuna had a slight fishy taste indicating it was going bad or they had cross contaminated the knife from bad fish. Had to ask for appetizers after main course was brought out. Ambience was ok. More of a sports bar scene with 20 TVs. Hostess was watching videos on their phone sitting on the bench seat when I left and couldn't be bothered to open the door. Won't be back.

We came in today wanting to experience new Asian cuisine. Walking in the atmosphere was on point and very welcoming. The staff was super nice and very accommodating to my two small boys. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. We will surely be back :)

Great entree-The steak hibachi was very tender and perfect well done request! The season / sauce they used was delicious and there was no need for additional sauce but they were more like an added bonus! The fried rice YUM! The soup taste more like olives but I enjoyed it. The salad had a very chunky ginger dressing. If you don’t like chunky textures it may not be for you so try the ranch.

On Mother's Day, my Daughter and I had a bad experience with a waiter, We left not very happy. But I have to say, I'm very Happy with this place and management because they reached out and made it right. I will be back, I really love the food.

Came in for drinks and sushi. Decided against the drinks because the prices where insane. But the sushi was fantastic. The black dragon roll will be something I definitely buy again in the future. I've had their hibachi as well a couple times and it's hit or miss depending on the chef.

The food was okay, the service was slow, and the hostess lacked experience when it comes to seating customers. Having a family party with several infants wait and stand at the front while 5 out of 8 hibachi grills sat empty is poor form. No illusion of a select experience was perceived, but rather a staff that lacked basic insight into customer service.

This is the best sushi restaurant in Conway. It's the only sushi restaurant my daughter likes to go to in town. The employees are friendly, very well mannered and extremely accomodating. The environment is modern without going overboard with needless decorations, very inviting, and very well maintained. It is by far the nicest and cleanest restaurant in Conway and the surrounding area. My daughter and I have eaten there many, many times and we have yet to be disappointed.

The worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant. At the grill, the cook accidentally gave a lady raw chicken with her veggies so the lady took it out of her plate and put it on the table with the fork she had been eating with. Her granddaughter picked it up with her fingers and put it back on her grandma's plate. The cook seeing all this, takes his carving fork and grabbed it and put it back in the pile of chicken on the grill. Needless to say me and my wife didn't eat the chicken and thinking we should have gotten a discount.... that didn't happen. So after leaving and calming down I called to talk to the manager and he was no help and laughed about it... No way will we ever be going back. Thanks for nothing night manager. If you rate this place more than 1 star then you are a bigger idiot then the people that work there.

This place used to be one of my favorite places in town but the last few times it just hasn't tasted good. Very oily tasting. The floor tiles are so slick even the servers walk with caution. I miss my old Umami.

After over 15 minutes waiting for a server after being seated, we left. Not even busy on a Monday night. Not going to complain to them. Just got up and walked out. A server walked by our table numerous times waiting on other tables. Last couple times we went the dining room service was lacking. Going to spend my money somewhere else. Sad that this place has gone downhill. Last couple of time we have been here the portion size on the different noodle dishes was smaller and smaller, but price remained the same. Food quality and flavors also seemed to have lessened over time for some of the items we usually ordered on the dining and sushi menus.

Very yummy! They did everything they could to make our night enjoyable and didn't even bat an eye when my 4 year old dropped her drink and they had a big mess on their hands! Joey was our server, he is always so friendly and even noticed my husband wasn't with us this time and asked about him. Love this place!

I had the " hot stone" meal. They bring you steak and rice ( few sauces)and a hot stone and you cook your meat yourself at the table. It was fun, and delicious. I will definately eat that again when I return.

Went here with 4 of my friends tonight- only one complaint. Upon walking in a waitress (that took care of us) with a nose ring, glasses, and dirty blonde hair said go a lady working up front something very unprofessional. She said something in a threatening tone and ended it with “watch what you’re doing because it’s messing with my money” the girl said yes ma’am and seemed very uncomfortable and embarrassed. Shouldn’t have talked to her like that in front of us

I really want to give you five stars. There is so much potential. The key word is consistency. I’ve ordered the same things a couple times and they were different every time. The flavor is there in the sushi rolls and the nigiri. Yum. Not the same every time but good. Same with the chicken fried rice. Now let’s address the Ramen. There is nothing better than a big hot bowl of FLAVORFUL noodles with yummies and a good runny egg. Please, please , please fix it. Make it taste better. It’s easy. Mine was so bland and 10$ for a bowl of Ramen, which I will pay, when you improve your recipe.

Went for lunch with my 4 year old and mother. We go once a week as a treat. Today we decided to try something new. We asked our waitress about the bento box with chef choice sushi. She explained it was the roll of the day which sounded delicious. Story short, it was not the roll of the day. We then asked to exchange it for a different entree as the rolls brought out were not what we were told (or wanted). We were told no, we would have to pay for any other entree. Water was leaking from the ceiling so we asked to be moved to a different table. 30 seconds after we were sat at a new table the ceiling over our first table came crashing down on to the table. The manager apologized but said the owner was not willing to fix our entrées nor offered an apology for the ceiling collapsing. As we were leaving, the owner came over with a serious attitude stating "we moved you before the ceiling fell" and "learn to read the menu before ordering". Safe to say we will be finding a new weekly lunch spot. °server and manager were apologetic and pleasant. Owner on the other hand, wow. Stay clear. To your below response : We had questions regarding the menu, hence why we asked our server. The server gave us misinformation. So rather than blaming the customer for blindly ordering, the staff should be properly trained to provide correct information. We also were not looking for discounts or comps on any of our meal, we just hoped that this establishment would provide food that was explained by their employee. The ceiling was just the icing on the cake for a bad dining experience. Also, we didn't complain to other patrons, your loud accusations towards us were overheard and we actually apologized to the neighboring tables for possibly interrupting their meal. Not surprised you still are taking no responsibility for the situation and using your "customer service" skills to still pass the blame to your customers.

Food is wonderful, service is TERRIBLE. Waited about 10 minutes to be greeted, another 10 for our drinks, when the food finally came we asked for yum yum sauce (our mistake) which also took another 10 minutes (we had already finished half our meal). We ate at around 1:00 on a Sunday. I think there was one other occupied table in our section. I've decided to just start ordering takeout- the service has become unbearable. It's not just the server latency, but the complete lack of care. No smile, no hello, just "what can I get for you?" Like I said, if the food is worth the horrible service- this is the place for you.

Visiting in Conway for a few days. Order sushi. My wife and i are big sushi fans. This was the worst sushi I've ever had. I'd rank it with gas station sushi. Very small rolls that are pretty expensive. Plus, we love spicy mayonnaise and eel sauce. I've always gotten it free with sushi. They wanted to charge us $0.50 extra for each. I wasn't paying any more, but I'm sure it wouldn't have been enough. If you're a sushi lover, steer clear of this place.

I ordered a filet mignon and it was charred and tough. I had asked for medium. It was inedible and when I quietly mentioned this I was given a ten percent discount. When I got home they had charged my bank the original amount. Not even a ten percent discount!! The rest of the dinner was excellent. The service was also the best but the management was very rude and uncooperative. This is not the way to run a business.

Decent sushi, but DO NOT ORDER THE KOREAN BBQ. I'm not entirely sure how they messed up such an easy sauce, beef, and rice. The sauce tasted like a mealy beer batter and rendered the dish inedible. They put about 4 grams worth of beef on the plate. The $9 shrimp appetizer tasted good, but was a bit expensive for the handful of small shrimp we received.

Horrible service!!!! The hostess was no where to be found for long periods of time with several people walking through the door waiting and asking where she was. The guys behind the bar was absolutely rude after he FINALLY approached everyone. We said 3 times we had a reservation prior. We heard 5 minutes too many times. I also pointed out the rest of the people behind us that needed help...he proceeded to tell me to worry about myself. We are there 2 hours before we left and we were spoke to disrespectfully and they had zero customer service skills. The kicker....they had several tables open. We will never be back.

The sushi is always better at the Conway location, but the ramen was a let down. Both my husband and my noodles were cooked in a lump. And the food was not featured as fluffed as the advertising picture. It was odd to have corn in a Japanese ramen to us. Will continue to have sushi there, but I'll save my ramen experience for when I go to Japan

Used to be great food. Last couple of times this became questionable. Tonight was the worse. Ordered chicken hibachi off the menu. It was swimming in grease. Soup was tepid. Salad was uneatable was so much dressing you needed a spoon and huge chunks of iceburg lettuce. I could go on. Is a shame because they have good quality ingredients and recipes. My take on it being a professional chef is that quality control is the issue and poorly trained cooks that don't give a hoot.

We were welcomed by the hostess Skylar she was the bright spot of this visit. I wish she would have been our server also but no such luck. This is when everything went south our server Joey was the rudest server we have ever encountered. Acted like we were a inconvenience to him. He was to busy checking out the teenage girls we were sharing the table with. My 22 year son had to go find our server to get our drinks refilled he was a the bar talking to another male employee about the teenage girls at our table. And made a very derogatory statement to my son about what he would like to do with them. We asked another employee to see the owner, but he was out. So we asked to see the manager, and we were told Joey was the manager. We were flabbergasted by this and were basically told his behavior was either condoned or ignored by the owner. I'm so glad my daughter wasn't with us I had to restrain my son from confronting Joey about the names he called these young ladies. WE WILL NOT BE BACK AS LONG AS JOEY IS EMPLOYED. HOW COULD A OWNER LET THIS GUY REPRESENT HIM AND HIS BUSINESS????

LOVED IT! My first visit was for lunch on a Friday. It is a beautiful restaurant with good lighting. Looks like it would be good for a date night. I ordered the Bento Box lunch special that came highly recommended by my friends. This is an amazing special. It came with so much food for a great price! I got a little bit of everything; 4 pieces of a California roll, 2 gyoza (fried dumplings) 1 spring roll, hibachi-grilled protein and mixed veggies (shrimp for me), steamed rice, AND soup or salad. I got a salad with their ginger dressing and it was delicious! I will be going back to try more of their sushi and dinner options. Recommend for sure.

We sat and waited for our food for 45 minutes, ordered two meals & a to-go meal all at the same time. 55 minutes later, our meals came out & were not very warm. after that, the waitress proceeded to tell us that the chef forgot to make our to-go meal & that the kitchen was backed up which took an additional hour & 10 minutes. very disappointed with the service of this restaurant. will not be returning.
