I live here in Emerson and I pretty much keep to myself. And judge restaurants steaks, burgers, and hospitality on a personal level, They have all three. They remember you when you go in and they make it feel like home. I never called it smoking bull I call it Dana’s for some odd reason. 5 stars from me and believe me that’s hard to get from me.

Very good food, but we were seated for 90 minutes before our meals came. The very pleasant waitress said that's typical. We were given $10 gift cards to use next time and that was nice.

We dined about 2 in the afternoon and disappointed that baked potatoes & fresh rolls weren't available until later in the day. Steak with no baked potatoes?? No ma'am. Food was good. Dining companions steak was overcooked, but flavorful. Prices too high for nothing too special. Might go back again, but it wouldn't be hard to convince me to go elsewhere. And you'd best not be in a hurry.

Has the best steaks around, they will literally melt in your mouth. Yes it's that good. I had the ribeye steak with a baked sweet potato & salad. And a order of fried mushrooms, An WOW the mushrooms were so fresh & mouth watering delicious, I could have made a meal off of just them.. They were so fresh too, I've never had mushrooms like these before, there the best I've ever eaten in the world, even the fried onion rings are delicious too.. My friend ordered those. Plus there Amazing rolls too, they just melt in your mouth..I can't wait to go back again. Already looking forward to going back. There my number #1 favorite restaurant now. It's even Better the Texas Roadhouse an that's saying alot coming from me.. Those that haven't tried it, I highly recommend the Smoking Bull!! It's totally worth the drive from El dorado Arkansas. I promise you will love it!! An will definitely be back for more. Even the waiters & the service is outstanding, plus the atmosphere makes you feel so very inviting.. Love's the Smoking Bull!! I give them 5 STARS

I got the 10 ounce ribeye and salad and loaded baked potato which was the best loaded baked potato I've ever eaten and the steak was cooked to perfection! The service was fantastic and this was a pretty busy night as they had a band playing so we enjoyed sitting out on the back patio with the heaters in the nice fireplace listening to live music! This was my first time eating here and I just can't wait to try the Smokin bull Burger next! We will definitely be coming back quite often now!

The food here is amazing! My favorite is the Chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The service here is great. The wait isn't too long and the people are friendly. Sitting outside by the fireplace made our experience more homey and added a warm, cozy feel. No wait time for us at 5:15pm. The band was starting to set up as we were leaving so we missed out on that treasure. Steak had a wonderful flavor. Warm rolls with butter before the meal were 2 thumbs up. Appetizer portions were more than enough. The crab and shrimp dip was full of meat. Waitress was very friendly and frequently present. Only issue was the frozen drink that mostly went untouched because it was too frozen to drink thru the entire meal. Had to eat/chop it with a spoon. Overall, a great experience and we plan to return.

Great all around place to eat with your spouse or a group of friends. Friendly and courteous staff with good food. Try the crab and shrimp dip for an appetizer! The fried tenderloin pork chop was great with a loaded bake potatoe! Try it out! A short drive for quality food!
