Loved it my husband and I went on vacation and found this place we were thoroughly impressed they have this sliding back door they have squirrels that eat there they have feeders for them and birds and ground hogs we loved it the food was delish and the service was awesome

It was fine. Probably ordered too much fried food but it was all well prepared and relatively tasty. Nothing impressive about the cornbread. The buffet was lacklustre and smaller than expected. Desserts looked tasty but we didn't try any. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

The catfish portions were large and the fish was good. Don't get the rueben. It was a small bit of meat with fake cheese on cheap bread. If you go here, go early. They start vacuuming at 8. It's unfortunate that they don't offer dessert.... I guess they wanted us out since it was almost 8. It's sad because it was my dad's birthday. Dessert would've been nice but once the vacuuming started, we couldn't talk to each other. Too bad this place isn't better. It's beautiful out there and the prices are good. I won't go back

We ate here often on our vacation, and it wasn't because it was close. The food was great. We had no complaints from the kids, who seemed to watch the wildlife through the windows more than they ate. It was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Very nice restaurant with beautiful views , friendly and attentive staff..... now on to our food salmon and my husband steak were good salmon was nicely grilled and the steak was well done and flavorful, our sides were bland not much flavor my corn had to add butter and a good amount of pepper, my wild rice was ehhh , hubbys mash potatoes were ok , cornbread didn't bother eating it was dry no flavor could've put some butter but it was cold. They had nice variety of entrees and reasonable prices :]

I won't give this restaurant the worse rating but not far from it. My husband and I ate there twice dirdur a recent visit to Mt View. I ordered the "award-winning" stir-fry vegetables. The vegs were over-cooked and would have been tasteless if the waiter had not brought the soy sauce I thought was going to be added by the cook. The rice was gummy. I also had the beef tips, which were tough and tasteless. The sauce that the menu implied would have helped had I had any. The "steamed rice" was a rice pilaf leftover from the day before - very gummy again. My husband had the open roast beef sandwich, which he said was tough. His "seasoned" green beans and my baby carrots we're again overcooked and tasteless. Our waiter at lunch didn't tell us about the lunch specials and our dinner waitress forgot to bring extra napkins we asked for. This restaurant, in our opinion, is way over-priced for the food served.

I see some people have complaints about not much variety on the buffet. What do you expect from a 10 spot buffet? KFC, pizza hut, & pizza in have less on their buffet but not as many complaints about "variety". This is a restaurant that sometimes does buffets. Not a buffet restaurant. Come on people.

We were doing a workshop here, so chose this restaurant because of proximity. I ordered the Ozark sampler and it lived up to its name. A nice plate of beans and ham, fried okra, greens and chicken and dumplings. Be sure and get cornbread to soak up the juice from the beans and greens!

Management needs work. Proper training is their responsibility, and the only way to ensure good service. Confusion over what areas waitresses are covering well after the lunch rush is not good. Mediocre food, but the service just killed it.

The vegetable stir fry was very flavorful. The wild rice blend was a little mushy, but still edible. Nice, quiet ambience. They were steady, but not a busy rush for a lunch. Disappointed I was not asked if I wanted dessert.
