Went through the drive. Fast service. We ordered two taco platers. Beans, rice, tacos and condiments all looked and tasted fresh. Very good. Correct order and plenty of salsa. I have been to a couple of places that forgot chips or something else. Five star with my experience. Thanks.

The food here has gone down in quality and taste in my opinion. I no longer eat from Taco Bueno or Taco Bell. You can order any item that Taco Bueno or Taco Bell has from Casa Mexicano or another Mexican food restaurant with better quality foods.

The lady who takes the orders and hands out the food is always so rude. When I go there I always ask for hot sauce and she always looks at me like I asked her to cut off her arm. Like it's such an inconvenience to reach down and grab me a couple of hot sauces.

Awesome, fast "Mexican" food. Two things impressed me the most about Taco Bueno. 1.) The fresh hot food. 2.) I had Nachos and requested extra queso instead of guacamole. Most resturants charge for the extra queso even though I didnt want the quac. Taco Bueno, you've impressed me with your integrity. Will be returning.

Very tasty Mexican style fast food. The steak actually looks like steak. I saw another reviewer say it was just like Taco Bell. Not even close. There is a noticeable amount more authenticity here. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Cozy, relaxed atmosphere for dining in.

Was okay at best. Ordered two party tacos and got two taco shells with minimal ground beef and cheese. Looked nothing like the photos on their site. Had I not driven off before checking my order, I’d have stopped to say something. On the bright side the beef and cheese was good as a quick snack. At the end of they day, it was not a party in my mouth, but was an okay snack.

First time to Wichita, and first time here. Pros: drive thru open 24hrs (I had a late nite dinner), flavor on the TexMex Carne Asada street tacos was good, staff was very polite. Cons: I know street tacos are small, but 3 for $5 didnt fill me up, the street taco shells stuck to the foil so it was a minor struggle to peel them apart, the salsa was not bad but average at best. Also on salsa I asked for hot, it definitely wasn't. So I either received mild by accident or their hot just isn't hot. I give them a 3.5 for now. I realize I am a little critical here but I still think despite the cons it was worth it so please try them. I am going to go there again tomorrow to try another flavor street taco. (I need to amend this review: when I first went the sign said drive thru open 24hrs. I went back last night and they were completely closed at 1130pm. Google says they are open till midnight. There is a now hiring sign in the window; perhaps this is the reason for the sporadic closing hours.)

I just want someone to contact me about my last visit called them about my order and they didn’t want to fix it nor did the lady want to do anything to help make their mistake right I go here very often and never had any problems but I had multiple things wrong with my order and I went through the drive through and already came home to find my order is wrong. Definitely need to communicate with your customers better we are the reason your open. Very disappointed in this visit may not come back and not recommend this place to anyone...

This was my first time at a Taco Bueno. I was a little disappointed. I felt that I could, get much better quality for about the same price at a local sit-down Mexican restaurant. I also felt that i could get better quality for cheaper at Taco Bell. However, one thing that Taco Bell doesnt have is Taco Bueno's chips and complementary unlimited garnishes, which include jalapenos, cilantro and some awesome salsa. The volume of food was also disappointing. If it wasnt for the warm chips and salsa, I would be rating this place lower.

The food is always made well, and it tastes fresh. I have no problem with the food. However, the employees taking orders have provided me terrible service every single time I've been. They don't greet you, they just tell you to order. That's not the worst thing, but from the start they make it obvious that they don't care. They're the same way with taking orders. They don't care. My orders are usually pretty simple and difficult to get wrong, but yet it happens. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt most of the time, because the food is always made well by the line. Management needs to crack down on service, though.

Just left without getting any food due to the lack of customer service and drove down the street to Chipotle. My daughter and I walked in and stood in front of the register for about 5 minutes before we seen an employee. Eventually someone walked up, looked at the register, pressed a couple of buttons and then walked back towards the kitchen area. This is not a typo...she didn't take any time to acknowledge our presence. Instead she began talking to her coworkers in Spanish. I step aside and see that they're 3 additional employees there. I don't care what language she used to ask for help assuming this is what was happening. I'm aware that there are times when technical issues arise but a simple hello and apology for the delay seem like they would be common courtesy.

When I went it was not busy stood at the counter for 3 minutes before someone came up to take my order, the order taker wasn't friendly at all didn't say hello or even thank you. My husband got cinnamon crisps which were burnt he went and asked if he could have fresh ones and we were told no these are still good we just made them yesterday... We just requested our money back for those. Then Who I can only assume was the manager came out and gave us cheesecake bites and apologized she was nice and professional, then take a bite of the cheesecake bite and the cream in the center was frozen. They defintely need some friendlier employees.

Decent fast food. I usually eat the party menu, however today I decided to branch out and try the chimichanga and it was not good! I would not recommend the chimichanga or the cheese dip. The party tacos and salsa are always good though!

On Hillside, by Wesley Hospital, everything was cold and gross, enchilada was a cold corn tortilla with cold meat and cold runny ......maybe processed cheese, tried to cut with a knife and fork, but wouldn't cut, tostada ice cold with a tiny blob of sour cream, our guest, burrito, Also cold, mostly rice and????? Not sure, taco cold all lettuce....NEVER AGAIN ! ! DINE IN so it should of been hot or warm....but nope. Way to expensive, I'll stick to My Taco Shop at central and West

Girl was super nice. Prices are low like taco bell, but food,is fresher, hotter, and of higher quality. They now have Bueno for under a,buck menu featuring items for $.79, $.89, $.99! But their sauce cups seem to have gotten smaller and no longer filled to,the top, so ask for extra sauces!

Had the 3 street tacos for $5. Size was okay but filling was a bit small. Salsa bar looked like it may have had slightly old ingredients on it. Which was odd since I was there before 11:30 for lunch. Guy running the register was nice enough. He pointed out the survey on the receipt and said that if it was completed I could get a free taco but when I read the receipt it said I would get a free chips and queso..leaves me confused as to what I will get it I do the survey.

Taco Bueno used to be one of my favorite Mexican food restaurants, I would rate the food much better than Taco Bell and almost as good as a sit down restaurant just without the presentation or variety. However the last time I went to this location, the food was cold.

But their customer service is as terrible as their food. So don't count on a refund if they screw up your order.

Very nice and clean place, nice and courteous female staff member, who helped to chose menu items, quesadillas are delicious as bean burritos. They have more options and combo packages than Tacobell. Staff were reallly courteous and helpful, which makes your dining experience pleasant. Located so close to Highway I-30.

I think the food is ok. It is a little over priced for what you get. I ordered a combo platter for lunch it was almost $9.00 for a medium drink a bean burrito a bean chalupa and a beef hard taco with skimpy beef. Party Taco Thursday is where the value is best.

The food was good, but the service was terrible and the employees were not very friendly... they didn't ring up part of my order and when I went inside to get the missing tacos they acted like it was my fault or like I was trying to get free food... not one apology... not impressed... taco bueno has always been one of my favorites... but if that's the way they treat their customers I may skip the Bryant location in the future...

Taco Bueno is my favorite taco place to go to. Unfortunately there is only one in Wichita and it is on North Rock road, which of course is all the way across town from me. Most of the time I love their food as always. However when someone tells you they want a lot of sauce, they don't mean one container for six burritos. The inside of the building could be cleaner.

The lady in the drive thru was unnecessarily rude because I gave her my coupon at the window instead of telling her at the speaker, and I apologized. Even after I apologized, she cussed in front of me then told her coworker what happened, and threw my money in my hands without a receipt. Then, when she got my food, she threw it into my hands and left. Didn't say have a good day or anything, but looked at me in disgust as if I insulted her as soon as the food got to my hands. All over a COUPON. Horrible customer service.
