If you're looking for a quiet place to have a nice meal, you'll get one of those! Definitely a lot going on. The servers are friendly and energetic! It has a very busy atmosphere, which is kind of fun! Food was great! Really enjoyed the Sam's roll and the Jalapeno Volcano Roll. They never brought our drinks, though, which is why I only gave 4 stars.

Sushi House lived up to the hype on my first visit. The entire staff made us feel welcome. This might be the happiest place on Earth. They gave us a free roll that was delicious when we sat down and free fruit for desert. Don’t go for that. The fish was incredibly fresh and served so fast that it was as if we preordered. I will go back and if they can’t get 5 stars then no one should. That’s how a restaurant should be run. I’ll be back again and again.

Went when it was busy and was worried about having to wait but I’ve never been so wrong the service was fast and good, the efficiency of it all worked, the chefs were enthusiastic and rallied around finished plates, the ticket wasn’t so bad either, sushi can get expensive so was prepared for it but was pleasantly surprised they also gave us a few free appetizers when we where there throughout the meal, the first was a cute 4 piece sushi, then while we had our order filled they also brought miso soup, then once we were almost done, a sliced pineapple and orange plate. Good job Sushi House!

Just found this wonderful place. Have been to Sushi restaurants all over the country. So glad this one is close to home. AMAZING food and the prices are fair. Try the Tokyo tower the explosion of flavor is something your going to love.

This restaurant is awesome. Food is fresh, quick to the table, and delicious. Really great service and lots of "on the house" items (edamame, miso soup, ahi tuna salad, and a sample of a special roll--today it was the Sam's roll which was really good). The staff was friendly and attentive also. So glad we tried it and highly recommend! We will be back!!

The options are limitless here. They had so many delicious entrees to pick from. They also offered what seemed like several complimentary side dishes: a sample of house sushi, miso soup and a second sushi sample. The staff were all very accommodating and had answers to all of my questions when I was choosing which dish I wanted. I highly recommend this place. Its reasonably priced and the fish is fresh and well prepared.

Quality, courteous, speed, generosity, consistency. I’ve been coming here for over 6 years. Every time everything is just perfect. I recognize most of the staff including the sushi chefs. We recently went with our toddler and were treated to fruit snacks pm our way out for him. I didn’t think I could love this place more but that little touch really made my wife and I feel valued as customers.

Sushi House is a great place to stop by if you're craving some really good sushi. The atmosphere of the place is very lively and you will not be disappointed with the service and friendliness of the staff. A big plus is that they bring a sample of one of the popular menu items out for you to try out and its usually always delicious. Although this place gets very busy at times, it is still worth the wait and seeing a big crowd is a good indicator that is is very popular and enjoyed by the Northwest Arkansas community.

Loud and high pressure. The food was mediocre. I had their most expensive sushi, and one of the pieces was bad. They refunded my money, for the ONE bad piece, but it didnt get rid of the awful taste in my mouth. They drisled some kind of salad dressing on many of their rolls, which gave everything a homogeneous flavor. I cant help but think that they suffer from their rush to turn tables. They should be focused on the customer experience, rather than trying to get you out before you have even finished your poorly prepared meal.

Last night, me and my boyfriend went to sushi house for dinner. The food was honestly so good! I’ve gone here before and was happy to come again. They give you some really great samples when you sit down, some miso soup and more samples after you order as well. When I took the first bite of my sushi roll, y’all I thought I died and went to heaven. Now- here’s for the bad part. Later in our meal an older Asian lady grabbed a plate from another server too quickly and hit another server with the plate making it fly onto the floor. I guess what was on the plate got on my boyfriend? We weren’t worried, we know accidents happen and we were honestly not mad about that at all. HOWEVER - later I saw the older Asian lady yelling at the server she hit with the plate. It was VERY unprofessional. I wanted to go over there and tell that woman to stop yelling at her since it wasn’t her fault! I can’t believe the management thinks it’s okay to yell at the employees ESPECIALLY in front of customers... we will probably not be coming back here since this environment really doesn’t make for a good restaurant... very disappointed.

Don't be alarmed if the lines are long as the staff works as an amazing team and will have you seated and fed before you know it. Nice selection of sushi and everything is fresh. We went on a Friday night so it was very busy. However, even with a line out the door, we were seated within 10 minutes. Once we were seated, Immediately, food started being served. They serve a few dishes on the house before you even order your food. After ordering, our food was served very quickly! All the food was AMAZING and the customer service and experience was just as great! I will definitely visit this place again as often as possible! FYI: You will hear the staff telling a word every few seconds. I for one didn't have a clue what they were saying since neither my wife nor I knew how to speak Japanese. After asking our waitress what it meant, we were informed that it was a Japanese Restaurant Welcome!

Without a doubt, a mind blowing sushi place. They had HUGE sushi rolls that left you full but wanting more. They also give you complimentary miso soup, a free piece or two of their sushi roll of the day, and free sliced pineapple and oranges after your meal. The service is wonderful as is the staff!! My new favorite place to get sushi. And they do have options for those in your group that may not like sushi.

If you are looking for a nice quiet place to dine with someone, this is NOT THE PLACE. They are trying to mimic Moe"s Southwest Grill with the yelling but the place is way too small for that. Four stars for the food, zero stars for the tiny loud and cramped restaurant. Food is very good, plentiful staff very nice and the prices are competitive. Super-fast service and lots of free samples makes it worth going in, but order take out if you are not into the party atmosphere. Would be 5 stars if not for the noise.

If you're looking for a fast meal, this is the place for you. Parking and seating is limited during busy dinner times, but they are very efficient at getting customers in and out. Often your drink will be on your table before you look at the menu. The rolls are fresh and served promptly. They also bring out complimentary rolls, soup, and fresh fruit after your meal. One of our favorite spots for dinner.

I went here yesterday with my family and it was amazing! My daughter and her husband both got bento boxes and it was SO much food! my son got a green dragon and I got a Tyson. I'm not a very big sushi eater so I got the Tyson since it had chicken in it (it was delicious, no regrets). It turns out that even though I asked for no jalapeño in my roll, there was a mistake and I ended up getting jalapeño in it anyways. But my waitress, Paige, noticed it before I took a bite and switched it out really quickly. She was so nice about the whole thing and if the other waitresses are as nice as she was during my visit, I wouldn't mind making this my regular spot.

Wow the food and service was excellent and fun. Everyone that worked there was extremely upbeat and happy. This place is for a time when you want awesome sushi minutes after you sit down and order it! While filling out our order, a random friendly server dropped off a 4 peice plate of sushi "on the house" for all four of us to try (Sam Roll) By the time we ordered another 4 piece plate was dropped off in a hustle for us to also try. Miso soup was very good and our order was served in 10 minutes or less while the doorway was full of people waiting for a seat. It was straight up terrific food and service. It should be noted that sitting down for a quiet date here may not be what your looking for, but if you want fun, fast, and delicious sushi, I am saying this is the spot. Thank you Sushi House, we will be back!

Great food, fast service. Only complaint is the waitress we had came off a bit rude; We ordered the Razorback roll which is wrapped in foil and lit on fire. The waitress lit the plate and said she'd be back. She returned to place some forms under the foil to raise the sushi roll above the flames, then left again. She didn't say she'd be back again and being our first time there, we didn't know what to do except unwrapped the roll when the flame went out. Shortly after digging in, the waitress returned and with a firm tone told us to wait for her to unwrap it next time. I'll be sure to let the staff to the work next time, but a little more kindness in her tone would have made this 5 stars. Remember it's the little things. Otherwise good experience.

First and foremost, the food here is excellent. Our party of four all ordered a couple of different rolls each and not a single one was bad. The service is fast, and multi-directional. You'll kind of feel as if folks are coming at you from every which way. Lol I promise it is not a bad thing. The speed that your food comes to your table is incredible. Even with multiple rolls ordered, it took 5 min or less for them to get our order to the table. The entire staff here greets every guest that enters the eatery, with a short but very audible cheer, so needless to say the atmosphere is one of organized chaos and jubilation, that could be anxiety inducing to sensitive guests. Overall good, fast service, with great food. I would definitely recommend this place.

Got the crunchy roll and it was amazing! While I was waiting for my to go order, I was brought out a sushi sample but didn't ask what it was. I lived in Japan as a child. I don’t have many memories of my childhood. But I do have good ones from there and this authentic Japanese sushi restaurant brings back those fond memories. My father served in the Air Force for almost a quarter of a century. At one point, he was stationed at Kadena Air Force base in Okinawa. I know that Okinawa isn’t exactly Japan, but I do remember many trips to Japan. I remember the food being so good. I remember it’s where I fell in love with sushi and sashimi. And I remember how kind the Japanese people were. Respectful. And how intrigued they were with my blond hair and blue eyes. The food at The Sushi House and the atmosphere is truly authentic Japanese. Not that I’m an expert at all. But it is truly delicious and they always kindly greet you and provide a free serving of delicious sushi.

We sat down and our waiter / waiters came got our drink order, brought us out samples, and took our order! And our food was out fast! Their sample of the tuna salad with fresh tuna was super tasty! Their sexy sexy roll is always amazing!! We got a sample of the Walmart roll I think it was called and it was pretty good. For sure we will go back! Best service!

Favorite sushi in the area. Seems a bit more authentic than many other sushi places around. As a bonus you get free samples along with edamame and miso soup. If you are looking for recommendations. The fried rice is delicious and a good complement to any roll, or if you are looking for something lighter, the seared tuna salad is great.

There selection of sushi is huge. The service is very fast and it might be some of the best sushi I've ever had. The only thing to keep in mind is that it gets packed for lunch so get there early or be prepared to wait.

We were first timers to this under the recommendation from hotel staff. I have to say that this was some awesome sushi! We got two samples of sushi and edamame on the house!! The green monster, Sam's roll, and spicy scallop rolls were awesome! The chicken teriyaki plate was very good too! The rolls come on big plates and are very filling! Excellent service!! I highly recommend this place for sushi!!

Sushi house is the BEST sushi in NWA. Everything is always fresh, and they always have a piece or 2 on the house. The staff here is amazing, very energetic and QUICK. We always joke that whenever we eat here you can have an entire hour long dinner in 15 minutes. We don't waste our time going anywhere else, if you are in the area stop by and try them!

Hands down my favorite sushi restaurant. The service is always impeccable. Whether you need to get in and get out, or sit down and dine, the experience is flawless and the staff doesn't mess around. Went in for lunch with 7 co-workers one time and the line was out the door. Still, I was in and sat down, looking at a menu and served complimentary rolls within 8 minutes. Wow what an experience! Great sushi (for Arkansas) just be aware this isn’t a laid back have a couple of glasses of sake while you order one roll at a time type place. Part of Sushi Houses “charm” is the very loud, crowded get ‘em in and out atmosphere. Now normally that wouldn’t be my kind of sushi bar but Sushi House manages to make it fun by bringing complimentary sushi rolls, salads, edamame and keeping the prices reasonable and servings plentiful. Yes you will feel rushed but you will also be glad the wait for a table is short because of their ability to deliver orders quicker than any sushi place I’ve ever seen.
