I went on Saturday evening for my friends birthday. Overall we had a good experience and the staff was excellent in handeling a few bumps we threw at them. One of our party did not show up and two of our party ended up having to leave early. Our waitress gladly packed up their food so they could be on their way quickly. Out of the 3 of us who stayed 2 of us enjoyed our meals. Our one unhappy memeber ordered the burger from the bar menu medium. It came out well done. The waitress never asked if there was something wrong with the burger just asked if he was done and took away the plate. My friend had not even taken a bite of it. I ended up paying for the burger. Wish we should have spoken up when she took it way. They did give us a complimentary dessert for my friends birthday and helped capture a photo of our group. Wine list was great we were able to find a bottle of Chianti that my friend and I had on our wine tasting tour through Tuscany years ago! That made up for the over done burger in my book.

I ordered the Durok Ribeye. As my 36$ meal was delivered I noticed a 1.5 inch curly hair on the corner of my plate. I decide to let it go and eat my meal. My meal was ok at best. Overly salty, with no real direction. As I am eating my meal someone else in my party finds a cockroach in their food. We pull the roach out and stop eating. The wait staff informs us that they have had problems with roachs and recently “boraxed” the kitchen. I understand that things happen, that is why I let the hair on my plate go, but when you are charging 30-60$ per meal, please make sure there are no roaches or hair. Truly disappointing. The staff tried to handle it the best they could, but it was too late our meal was ruined. They compd the person with the roach, but I don’t think it was enough. I ate probably 6 bites of my food before I was done. I will not be going back.

The cooks are all exceptional at creating phenomenal dishes, and the head chef continues to top himself with a creative special each week, while the front house staff are attentive and consistently on point. If you're looking for top notch food and service at a reasonable price, Sõ is where to go.

Overall, I'd definitely go back for the food and atmosphere and the chocolate sack dessert. I'm not a chocolate lover, but the experience (diving into this huge dessert with friends) and uniqueness made it a must!

I go here about four times a year. It is a quaint restaurant and is kind of hard to find if it is your first time visiting due to little signage. Our server was very friendly and knowledgable of the menu. I ended up trying the Cold Smoked Prime Filet on my last visit. It was probably one of the best steaks I have ever had! I definitely recommend to anyone to go try it out!

But it was just one thing after another, and for a more expensive establishment, I definitely expect much better. We were there for almost 3 hours. Things took forever, we were neglected often, and our waiter could not remember anything for the life of him. We went for my sisters birthday, and I regret everything.

What a letdown for $100/person. Go for the appetizers and leave, you'll leave happy. They have a sizeable wine list, great cheese board, and a solid corn chowder. They failed miserably with entrées and dessert. My sea bass (the evening special) was tough and flavorless. My was disappointed in her dinner. My father in law ordered scallops that came with a red sauce that tasted like ketchup (amateurish). The staff forgot a side and it took 15 minutes to prepare it (another goofy oversight). The creme brulee wasn't fully set and the coffee tasted burned. Glossing over how inattentive our waitress seemed, the whole experience was flat disappointing

I had never heard of So until I was making dinner plans with a friend. Wow! We were not disappointed. I loved the intimate atmosphere and the ambience. We ordered drinks, appetizer, entree, and dessert, as well as some additional sides. Everything we put in our mouths was absolutely delectable, and the service was excellent. Much like Samantha’s Taproom, they serve a Chocolate Sack for dessert. However, So’s version is a little shorter, is made of tastier chocolate, in my opinion, and has better fillings with just the right amount of contrasting textures and sweetness. I’ll be returning in a few short weeks for an anniversary celebration and can not wait! Unfortunately I was so caught up in the goodness that I only managed to snap a picture of my martini.

The menu is very small and not vegetarian/pescaterian friendly what's so ever. We ordered the salmon and it was way overcooked, we sent it back and they remade it, but it still was not great. The salmon came with a beet hash and the flavors did not pair well. The beets were dry and underflavored. My parents enjoy this restaurant, but I was not impressed by it.

Second time I've been here, first only for desert and wine (which they have the best of both) the second for dinner. I let my daughter pick the place and she picked So and I am glad she did. AMAZING! Our service was wonderful being both attentive but not intrusive. Try the Jordan by the glass a great suggestion and the duck with the homemade pasta. Yummy and cozy! 5 star food without the stuffy feeling. Will definitely be back.

GREAT service and good food. Excellent wine list. The downstairs is great for special events and it's also a favorite of my husband, myself and my daughter for date nights with daddy or romantic night out dinners. Love the manager, they definitely.want you to be thrilled with your experience at the end of the night and show great humility and vulnerability when dealing with customers. You can't help but fall in love with this classy place. There's also free valet and the valet team are first rate gentlemen of the south.

Last night was my anniversary and we had the best experience. The wine list was incredible. The Sea Bass was amazing and the service was fabulous. Best restaurant in Little Rock by far. The best part is every time I go to So my experience is the same.

What a letdown for $100/person. Go for the appetizers and leave, you'll leave happy. They have a sizeable wine list, great cheese board, and a solid corn chowder. They failed miserably with entrées and dessert. My sea bass (the evening special) was tough and flavorless. My was disappointed in her dinner. My father in law ordered scallops that came with a red sauce that tasted like ketchup (amateurish). The staff forgot a side and it took 15 minutes to prepare it (another goofy oversight). The creme brulee wasn't fully set and the coffee tasted burned. Glossing over how inattentive our waitress seemed, the whole experience was flat disappointing

The menu is very small and not vegetarian/pescaterian friendly what's so ever. We ordered the salmon and it was way overcooked, we sent it back and they remade it, but it still was not great. The salmon came with a beet hash and the flavors did not pair well. The beets were dry and underflavored. My parents enjoy this restaurant, but I was not impressed by it.

Second time I've been here, first only for desert and wine (which they have the best of both) the second for dinner. I let my daughter pick the place and she picked So and I am glad she did. AMAZING! Our service was wonderful being both attentive but not intrusive. Try the Jordan by the glass a great suggestion and the duck with the homemade pasta. Yummy and cozy! 5 star food without the stuffy feeling. Will definitely be back.

GREAT service and good food. Excellent wine list. The downstairs is great for special events and it's also a favorite of my husband, myself and my daughter for date nights with daddy or romantic night out dinners. Love the manager, they definitely.want you to be thrilled with your experience at the end of the night and show great humility and vulnerability when dealing with customers. You can't help but fall in love with this classy place. There's also free valet and the valet team are first rate gentlemen of the south.

He had no idea who we were or how much money we have but he kept the restaurant open and even fired up the grill to serve us after the cooks left. That is 1 hell of an employee! I never expected to find such a fine restaurant in Little Rock.; San Francisco, Boston, Paris, maybe. It is located in a charming neighborhood and well worth the drive. We visited one night from Nashville and it was the highlight of our trip! Be very careful not to miss it ... it's just a little doorway in a long building with other doors and windows. It is on the left side of the building and to the right of the garden. The Seafood Fondue was perfect and the Chocolate Sack was as every chocolate dessert should be, to die for. Our service was attentive yet subtle. The room temperature was on the cold side ... a sweater worked well for me ... and thanks for the warning from an earlier review. I can hardly wait to go back!

The only way this place would get more than one star is from locals and location. The staff was kind but extremely slow. Drinks came out 20+ minutes after order (3 Times) and a Medium Well Steak came out rare. After sent back, it returned charred and well. So, in short, for three steaks, and a chicken....240+ could have been spent in better places. Outside of sitting at the bar, this place is not worth it.

So is one of our favorite date night spots. My wife is a wino so she loves the selection provided by this restaurant. We always try and get two appetizers and two entrees so we can try as much different food as we can each visit! Usually no room for desert for us after that!! I am a big fan of the cold smoked filet with bone marrow mashed potatoes, I also had the sea bass my last visit and it was excellent. The lemon risotto that accompanied the fish was spot on. If you are looking for a quaint little restaurant check this place out. The food is top notch and the atmosphere is great. P.S. they have free valet parking on weekends.

“Nice Date Night” We had a nice dinner here. I enjoyed two cocktails off their menu (Comin' Up Violets, French 75) and my husband liked the beer on tap. Instead of a traditional basket of rolls, we were sent "cowboy hummus" and bread to spread it on. It was made from black eyed peas instead of chickpeas and was creative and enjoyable.
