Absolutely amazing place. The staff was so friendly, the owner Cody was an absolute pleasure to talk to, the food was delicious and the one of the brisket was probably the best brisket I've ever had! Keep up the hard work!

On of the best barbecue joints in the Little Rock area, and that's saying a lot because there's no shortage of great barbecue in central Arkansas. Smokey Haven offers delicious smoked meats and service with a smile. I had a combo plate with brisket, ribs and pulled pork on my most recent visit, and relished the delicious aromas and hickory smoked flavor of all three. A top-notch place for a visit or to take out-of-town guests.

Awesome BBQ, Tamales, Catfish & Cheese Dip. Very clean & great atmosphere. True wood fire smoker & everything is cooked fresh daily. Great prices & you always get plenty. They also have their own sauce recipe & it's excellent as well. A true "must try"!

First visit today. Generous portions, very tasty, and reasonable price. Only drawback is if you pay with other than cash, expect a 4% surcharge.

Cute local stop. The appetizer came out after the main course. They also ran out of brisket so they substitutes two things in its place. Worth a try but only the bar b q is fresh, I think everything else is frozen and made to order.

Found it almost by accident. Got out of the car and it smelled fantastic. We got the sampler platter (brisket, 2ribs, tamale and pulled pork for $9.99) and it was all good. Brisket was very tender but a little underflavored. Pulled pink very tender with nice flavor, ribs very tender and tasty. Pork tamale with a little more masa than I like but well flavored. Got the chips and cheese dip and it was very good. Hush puppies had great oniony taste and fries were generous and shatteringly crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The customers were super helpful guiding me on menu selection and the waitress was efficient and personable. Tiny restaurant with tons of charm and well worth navigating off the beaten path.
