This is a restaurant looks reasonably good fried chicken, as well as sides. The price point is a bit higher than most fried chicken places. Also, the chicken is made generally to your order which means it takes a while. If you do call 4 take out or pick up, you cannot use the drive-thru which is kind of weird. They do have dessert that includes cookies as well as a reasonable selection of beer. This is a reasonably good alternative to the faster fried chicken places, but does have a higher price point and a little bit of a longer wait.

Always check your food before leaving this place. Usually have a good experience but when I got home my fried mushrooms had no breading, and all my food was cold. Doesnt make much sense, I waited 15 minutes at the window for my food. Very disappointed.

This was our first time visiting this establishment and I must say was a very good, pleasant ,nice friendly staff and and delusion hot food, and very fast service. We both ordered the chicken strip baskets .OMG was mouthwatering. I know for sure if we're passing through we are going to make it a point to stop here. Would recommend to anyone if in the area stop bye you will not be disappointed. Being in truck 24/7 places like this are a must in our lives. God bless

Visited here yesterday only went through the drive through. There were a few cars in the line but it went pretty fast. I got the ranch chicken which was better than a sandwich from chick fil a. At only 3.99 it was a pretty good sandwich I must say and the cashier was very friendly and had a smile. Would definitely return here. Beware food is very pricey for most things on the menu

Usually we have a great time. But the last couple times have been a bit, subpar. I love the chicken, and the honey barbecue sauce is my favorite. One day we waited almost 45 minutes with multiple people after us getting their food first. Two other patrons who were also To-Go orders were left waiting as well. Today though, was not that great. We had an order with a salad, 10 tenders, a plate, and wings. 4 drinks as well. The lady walked away after giving us the receipt. We needed the drinks so we grabbed 4 cups. We filled them up, and another woman came over and asked if one of our cups had ice in it. We explained we paid for 4 drinks. She grabbed our receipt and looked it over because the woman who took our order thought we only had 3. When we got home after our order was ready, I realized they also did not get the sauce for the 10 tenders at all. That’s really the only reason I like to go to slim’s, for the honey BBQ. So I’m a little less than pleased at this trip today. The store is a bit of a drive from us, and of course people do forget items in orders, but I’m still kind of peeved about it.

We just visited this location, and we're highly dosappointed. As soon as my husband walked in, the girl at the counter turned to coworkers, rolled her eyes and said, "Ugh, we have ANOTHER one". She them proceeded to get his sandwich plate order wrong. This would not have been a big deal, but when she addressed the kitchen she very openly blamed him for the mistake. When we received our order, the fries were cold after we heard the manager tell the kitchen to drop fries for our order. Cannot believe the HORRENDOUS service. Other than the cold fries, the rest of the food was great! As a member of the service industry I find the behavior unacceptable. NEVER TREAT A GUEST THIS WAY

When our business called to order lunch today, we asked for Angela. We found out that Angela who use to be the General Manager moved to a different store location. Angela was great!! She did anything and every thing she could to help us out. In fact, we spend quite a bit of money at Slim Chicken's when we have them cater. Today, we informed the new general manager that Angela would always deliver our food. We do have quite a bit of lunch orders and it was always useful and helpful when she delivered it. However, when we informed the new GM- Tracy, she got very frustrated on the phone and then told us she would no longer do this for us. "I am not sure what Angela had going on here, but she is at a different location now. I will do this once but after that I will not do it anymore," she said. This is very upsetting to us because as a business, we order frequently and we love Slim Chicken's. However, we do not like unnecessary rudeness when we spend a lot of money there...

Slim Chickens is generally good and in both taste and portion, a good value. The toast is bland but the sauces and wings are not. The tenders are often hot enough that I have to cut them up to cool them down and keep them from burning my tongue. The garlic parmesean wings are thinner and don't have all the dairy that Buffalo Wild Wings GP wings have, so they don't congeal a short time after you get them. Only one time in a dozen or so visits was I missing something in the drive through and they found my missing mushrooms in just a minute. The lobby is usually clean and employees are professional if not friendly.

Hands down one of the best places anywhere. Their consistency and how juicy their chicken is, is incredible. You can get them naked or breaded, shaken in your favorite sauce or not, and then do not forget some homemade ranch or slims sauce. If you need to catch a game, the have a few tv's tuned to whatever is on. I have also heard great things about their chicken and waffles as well.

The food is good, but the service not so much. We've been to the drive thru on 3 occassions, and each time they shorted us on something. Last time we paid for addition sauce. It sometimes takes a couple minutes to receive your order when in the drive thru, however, it does state that your order will be "fresh" so I would rather wait on fresh food than receive an order that has been sitting out. TL;DR Review: Rude staff, dirtiest dining room I've seen this year, mediocre food. You must understand that in my family, I'm the proponent of Slim Chickens. I like it. I like their food, and we've come to this establishment dozens of times in the last five years. My wife is more-or-less ambivalent, but she's the one who makes the more healthy food descisions; so she wouldn't prefer a restaurant that basically just fries every menu item, discounting their salads. So over weeks I dropped hints about wanting Slim Chickens and she eventually caved. On a Sunday. So the kids could eat free during this current limited promotion. We walked in and ordered, my order included paying for an extra sauce; a promotional sauce called Devil Smoke. I had it last time and loved it. We sat down at a nearby table. It wobbled. I folded a napkin to hamper this, and fixed it one way, then my wife pushed the other way and it tilted probably twenty degrees in the opposite direction. She took a paper towel from the table and tried to wipe off something sticky in the middle of the table and it ripped the paper towel, not budging. We got up and moved to the next booth. That table wasn't wobbly, but it had a foot-wide strip down the middle of the table that was even sticker than the previous table. I tried to wipe it with a dry paper towel, and again not budging, it tore the towel to shreds. Yuck. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting, our food was delivered, but I was missing my Devil Smoke sauce. So I got up and went to the line to ask for it. There were maybe 12 people in line before me. I tried to make eye contact with the lady who took my order so maybe she would pull me out of line to ask what I need. It didn't happen. Finally I got to the front and told her that she'd neglected to give me my DS and she yelled at the kitchen that she needed Devil Smoke, at which point she was informed they didn't have any. She turned to me and said they didn't have any. After I paid for it without suggestion or apology. Ugh. We ate. Food wasn't bad. Chicken was moist and delicious, okra was better than most other places, fried mushrooms were best in trade, fries were on on par with Chili's or Applebee's. When we were leaving, we noticed the woman who took our order wiping down tables with what looked like a wet paper towel. She didn't have a spray bottle nor bucket. We watched her wipe five tables. No wonder the tables were sticky. I'm pretty sure that's a health department violation, but I don't know anything about that. If it were up to me, I'd be back, probably sometime soon. But now I can't really suggest it knowing that my wife's objections are completely warranted. So It'll be a while.

Avoid this place! The staff here are absolutely incompetent. I ordered the first item on the menu with nothing special to it, and for 20 minutes I watched other people get their food when they got there after me. I then went up to express my concern and the young girl at the counter just basically said she'd work on it... but it was more a muttering of "Sorry, my boss is more concerned about me sweeping the floors than getting your order to you." Which to her credit, I could hear the shift leader telling her that when I was there. 10 minutes later they still kept serving others before me. I then just went to get my money back... completely defeated in the honoring of payment for service here. Plenty of other places to get chicken strips or sandwiches. I hope your entire franchise falls flat on its face. If I could give this particular location no stars, I would.

Slim's catered our wedding for over 120 people!! Everything from the chicken to the mac and cheese was amazing. We had so many compliments on the tasty food and had plenty of it. Megan, the catering manager, was easy and fun to work with. She made the planning process stress-free. Highly recommended for catering!!

Great food especially the cheese cake jars the reason for the 3 stars is they are priced like a high scale restaurant and they're a fast food joint I got 2 5 piece chicken baskets the other day that each came with 5 chicken strips and a piece of toast I didnt order a meal or drinks so that was all I got and it cost me $16

I love slims but this vist here at the location I did not. I was in town visting form Fayetteville and I stoped by. The drive thur sign was leaning on the building. The lady that was on the speaker was very pushy . When we got to the window she didn't greet us and no type of eye contact. She looked like she really didn't want to be there. It was a white lady with tatoos on her neck and hand. The sweet tea was so over sweet that I made 3 cuos of tea with it. I will never go back to that location ever! FAYETTEVILLE SLIMS IS BETTER!!

Like with any restaurant sometimes it can be hit or miss with quality and service but overall it's been very good about 99% of the time I've been eating here every since they first opened up and I've only had 2 problems the first problem was i didn't get my dipping sauce and the 2nd was i ordered peach tea and instead got unsweet tea both problems were in the drive-thru and on different days and times and nether problem was a big deal but the best i can remember I've never had a problem when dinning in the restaurant.

I got it to go half way threw eating I seen what looked like a hair in my chicken... let me just tell you it made me sick the fact that I had eaten most of my chicken at this point was just nasty!! Slim Chickens is my “Go-To” for chicken. The breading on their fried strips is crisp but light. You get to enjoy the chicken. I’m a fan of of the naked strips as well. All of the sides are fresh. You get an amazing assortment of sauces to choose from. Plus the deserts are scrumptious and come in a really cool Slim Chickens mason jar!

Neither my husband or I were very impressed with this place. The chicken was insanely hot when it came out, so much so you couldn't hardly eat it. Then when it was cool enough to eat it tasted horrible. It's apparently only good when it's hot enough to burn your mouth off. We haven't been back.

Ate there yesterday with my family during a cross country drive. We both woke up with food poisoning this morning. It was awful. Tried to call their branch and the dept of health to report and no one picked up. People be ware! They need to address this potentially deadly issue! I've been to the Conway location before and stopped in here to see if it lived up to it's reputation. A great place to eat, albeit slightly smaller than I was expecting. They have a drive thru as well as both an indoor and outdoor seating area.

Today my card was STOLEN while in the drive thru of this establishment ! I handed the cashier my card and once he returned to the window about 5 to 10 minutes later, he handed me my food with my receipt in the bag. I asked for my card and he proceeded to look around as if he had no idea to where it might be. He even got one of the managers to help him look for it, but still no card was found. The cashier asked me to check my bag, which I already did, & once I told him it wasn’t in it, the manager had to come to the window to tell me they couldn’t find my card. That’s when I politely parked my car and walked inside the building, with my two year old daughter, to speak to someone personally . All in all, they have NO working cameras, NO ONE could help me, and I ended up filing a police report. I will NEVER RETURN to this establishment again & I advise anyone that is thinking about eating here, to go inside because your card might get stolen going through Drive Thru. Also, I hope the person that took my card feels just as dumb as he looks because I made sure to cancel it within the first 30 minutes of the incident.

Came in with a scout group of 19 people. They were very accommodating. Bought 3 family style meals for the girls. And 9 meals for the adults. Food came out super fast. Before all the girls got thier drinks food was being delivered. Was perfectly hot and super tasty. The girls behind the counter were super nice and helpful. A+++. Definitely come here. Will be back if ever in the area.
