had chop beef sandwich with 2 sides. brisket was barely warm. and ordered 3 ribs and ribs were served cold. the loin back ribs really not really meaty. fries were really short and stubby. I expected a better longer fry quality.

Only 2 locations but its the only spot in Fayetteville/ northwest Arkansas with great bbq and smoked wings. Sauce is good also. Would five a few places in Memphis a run for their money. I honestly would swap jim n nicks for this place

I've had Sassy's at their other location in town and wasn't a fan. Came to this one not expecting much and they did not disappoint. The food isn't bad. It's not the best bbq I've tasted, but it is good. The issue is the wait staff. They were not busy, they just choose who they want to serve and check on. I went with a group of friends and out of the four of us the only one who got checked on was the one who drank alcohol. Every customer deserves the same amount of attention. Good customer service can make or break the customers experience.

We did not have a good dining experience. There were a total of 6 seated customers inside and no more than 10 on the patio, but it took about 5 minutes for my very small party of two to be noticed and seated. Out order was taken quickly and accurately. The issue I had was it took over 20 minutes to get our meal. When I receive my pulled pork sandwich you could see the bun through the meat, the meat was so sparse. The coleslaw had a huge piece of cabbage core in it. When I let the waitress know and requested NOT to speak to the manager because I did not want to make a fuss. The manager came over to our table anyways and expressed a sincere apology, comped both meals and provided a very generous gift card.

Was there with group of 5 people a few days ago. The food was great. The atmosphere outside was much to be desired. The music was too loud for us to have a conversation. Otherwise really good.

Used to enjoy lunch here a few times a month, but the quality of the food has steadily declined with each visit. After today's visit, I have decided that I've had enough... I'm not coming back. The BBQ was extremely dry, as it has been on the last 10+ visits. The burger was dry as well, and burnt on the bottom. When you can't cut through a burger with a fork (applying enough pressure to cause a lasting indentation in your hand), you're likely not going to enjoy that burger. Short version? Head elsewhere.

The food was very good. We ordered the beef brisket dinner. There was plenty of brisket on the plate, sauces were yummy too. The only draw back was that the side dishes we ordered were very small. Otherwise it was delicious.

Disappointed. The food was as good as always, but our waitress was awful. She walked by us about 20 times, didnt clear the table, was so much more interested in closing her station then serving us. Paid the check, and she never even glanced our way again while.we continued to finish a beer with the same dirty plates, that we stacked at the end as a hint, for the remaining 20 minutes of the baseball game.

I had a couple of bad experiences at this restaurant, but this last experience caused me to write a review. A couple of weeks ago, some friends and I ordered their fried pickles and they were disgusting. Didn’t even taste like pickles. Almost tasted dirty. This afternoon, we ordered 2 sides of Mac and Cheese, only received one. Once we finally got a hold of the manager, after being on hold for 10 minutes, he told me that they were reliable for the mistake. Instead to call Waitr for the mistake because the driver could have “eaten” the side. It actually turned out fine because the one side of Mac and Cheese that we did get tasted sour. So it actually worked out in our favor. There is another Sassy’s that is located on College in Fayetteville. I think it’s ran by different management. We’ve never had an issue with that Sassy’s before so we’ll start going to that one instead. Always had a great experience there.

Ribs were tender and delicious. Brisket...so good. Nice selection of draft beers including a few craft brews! Service was excellent..our bartender, Hkeelin was attentive sweet and very efficient. Great personality! When in Fayetteville we will return. Great visit!

I've ate here a total of 4 times. Once in person and that experience was fine. We waited awhile for the food but we weren't in a hurry so it didn't bother us. The last three times we placed an order for pick up and each time the order was wrong in one way or another. First time they forgot to add avocado to a salad. Not a big deal. Mistakes happen. Second time we didn't get any bbq sauce on our bbq sandwich and they charged us for drinks we didn't even get . We contacted them about it, after having to do the math with the girl over the phone, she got her manager. Its their policy to not refund the money back to the card but instead give you a store credit type deal. We were told to give our name next time we dine with them and we would receive the money off the check. Well today we order from them and the lady that took our order was new. We had to explain to her we wanted a pork sandwhich after she thought we were asking for a slider ...then a burger? We all have our first day.. but that shouldn't affect hearing. We go to pay and tell them about our name being on this list...well...our name wasnt on the list. Were informed the manager forgot to add us. So we wont be getting our money back. Annoying. But whatever. Then we get home and our pork sandwiches didn't come with buns. Just meat wrapped in tin foil. Long story short.. if you want to eat here, I suggest going in person or going to a different location. As far as the food, its cheap but is decent quality with large portions.

Next to not hotel when I come to town. I always leave eaten way too much. Menu is simple but what more do you need from a BBQ spot. I suggest you try the warm cookies with ice cream if you have room. It's that line of cross that makes me feel sick but I enjoy it in the moment

Quickly becoming our favorite family place, all the food is great! Great local beer selection, burgers are out of this world. Great sides including sweet potato tots! The catfish is particularly good, as are the tacos. Anything with the pulled pork and queso will blow your mind.

Food is excellent! We love the location. The brisket tacos are excellent. The only time we've had a problem, they were very busy and forgot my brother-in-law's order and the server acted like it was fine. His family did not receive a discount & he left without eating (they offered food but we were all already finished). Other than that, we've had great service. I love that they allow dogs on the patio. :)

The sides were good. The slaw that came with my husband's brisket dinner was tasteless. My son had to send the meat on his dinner plate back because it was not warm at all and my husband had to send his brisket back twice for the same reason, however, all the different meats had a good taste and were tender. Service was good.

The sweet tea was very good, but that was about it. The mushroom fries are more batter than anything. My husband and I each ordered a two meat platter, ribs/brisket for me and ribs/pulled pork for him. We each ate a rib and a bite of the other two meats... all three meats were incredibly dry, either cooked that way or they were left under a heat lamp far too long. We called the waitress over, told her it was tougher than shoe leather, and left. I was not about to pay $60 for a meal that looked days old. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

It was just ok. It didn't know my socks off. I tried the brisket (tasted decent), wings (dry and unflavored), and smoked sausage (store bought). Fresh cut fries and meats all served Lukewarm. I got a fried pie.......which comes in from a local pie lady. That was the crown jewel of the night.

I was sorely disappointed given all the hype that was made of Sassy's. Apparently, however, it may be location specific as my wife and daughter told me the one they went to closer to campus before was delicious. Anyway, first, the pulled pork and brisket on my sandwich were both very dry. I have never had brisket or pulled pork anywhere that was that dry. The sandwich bun was also literally cold. You should never serve a hot sandwich on a cold bun. I'm talking, just pulled out of a refrigerator cold. Fortunately, the sausage and bbq sauce saved the sandwich for me. Secondly, our waitress was pretty inattentive. She came by once and asked how everything was and when I asked for more water, she sighed and said, "OK, it will be a few minutes". I never got that water refill. If I go to Sassy's again, it will probably be the other locations.
