Ordered a 21.00 chocolate pie from here. Was supposed to pick it up @ 1 but couldn't get there til 3. Picked my pie up took it to our function but by the time we were to eat, most of the meringue was gone. Mostly chocolate and crust. Nobody ate it. I called back the next morning to ask what happen? I didn't understand. They have pies out & their meringues are still on the pies. Don't recall the young ladies name but she basically blamed me for the reason the meringue disappeared. 1st was I said I was picking it up @ 1 & didn't get there til 3. Then it was I don't know what you did to it but our pies are always good. I agree but I kinda had a attitude until another lady called me back. She knew what happend. Someone put my pie in a closed box while the pie was still hot. Don't know who. Although she made it right and gave us another one, I still didn't appreciate the young lady for blaming me for messing up the 1st pie & there was no one to eat the 2nd one so it's still in the fridge. More orders to come. I'll let you know how it turned out.

It's a groovy old neighborhood spot. Onion rings to die for, and great milkshakes. Vibe is 50s diner. Inexpensive. Folks are friendly. I'd go back if I find myself driving through that area.

This place is absolutely awesome! We stopped here on a trip and we were not disappointed. That chicken fried steak if amazing and I was shocked when I tasted the gravy it is homemade not from a package! Staff was great! Love the old country feel of the restaurant!

This is a great place for burgers and fries. It is not a chain restaurant. It is more of a diner with very fast service. It is very popular with locals. I had the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes, black eyed pees and iced tea. The prices are very reasonable and I would definitely go back.

Old tyme Burger shoppe, all types of burgers lunch is dinners including chicken fried steak chicken fried chicken, salad and some of the best dessert you ever eat. it has fell off a little bit but it is still worth going in when you need a good meal.

Good place to eat with a lunch special every day. Always have a couple of vegetables on the lunch plate. The burgers and fries are also good. Thursday I think is hamburger steak, black eyed peas and a roll. Good stuff.

This was my first experience at Old Tyme Burger. We had lunch and I tried the special! I was pleasantly surprised and pleased that my food was prepared specially for me. I have diabetes, so asked if I could have cabbage instead of mashed potatoes. Some places don't make substitutions but the waitress had no problems with my request. And the cabbage was perfecr! The taste was just like my grandma made my meal!!! We will definitely go there again.

Service was horrible and the food was so so. Was very disappointed because I have always wanted to try it. Heard it was no longer the original owner and that is the difference. Then I went back for the second time and the owners wife stole the handicapped parking spot from me then backed out and hit me in the parking lot. Then she lied to the insurance and said I hit her. Will never go back.
