Told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait. So I went next door to get a drink. As I took mt 1st sip I was told my table was ready (not even 5 minutes had passed) and that I had to put my drink in their fridge until I was leaving.

Came here for lunch with my work crew. lady serving at the bar was good at multitasking and shared a couple laughs. Not a fan of hooters normally but the food and service here was pretty top notch. Got the buffalo salad and enjoyed it.. writing this review made me want another.

The service here is substandard. This is a fairly new establishment and it smells like they mop with a sour mop head. The orders never come out complete. We placed an order for wings with a side of fries. The wings came out and it took another 20-30 minutes to bring the fries out. I called in as I sat at the table and the manager or bar person (Madison) said she would check on the order and hung up. It still took another 5 minutes before the waitress showed up with the fries. If she said it only takes 2 minutes to cook fries...where'd they go to cook these fries????

Worst Hooters I have ever been too along the east coast. Couldn't get drinks right, our waitress didnt even bring out our appetizer or our meal, another waitress had to bring them out. When our meal did come out, it was the wrong kind of wings, and they were cold. Save your time and money eat someplace else.

Absolutely the worse service I had in my life! Went there for National Wing Day, it was maybe 20 people in there, so I was thinking "GREAT! Pretty quiet here!" It took the server 20 minutes to bring us just the water! She did not come back to us to order the wings for another 20 minutes. FINALLY she does take the orders (it was 2 of us) we get our wings of course in 20 minutes they are all wrong. Not only were they all wrong, but I was missing 2 of them! She never refilled our waters, and the cocktail we order didnt have any liquor in it.. This was just 1 of them MOUNTAIN of things that were wrong. Spoke to the manager and of course they give you the line "Well the kitchen is super backed up" The whole staff there needs to be fired and bring new people on, because obviously they do not know what they are doing there! Never goin back to that place EVER!

I didnt enjoy my time here, the female waitress only acknowledged my boyfriend and never once looked at me, or asked what I wanted to eat or drink, waiting for him to respond when she asked a question. The food came childish and soggy. We have the nachos, and then our dinner was burnt and bland. It didnt help that it was super busy and it took forever to be seated and then to get our food fixed. The waitress wasnt pleased at having to take things back, the manager was helpful though and took care of everything once he was finally called over.

The ladies use to be more out going and the food use to be better. The quality of food seems to have slipped a notch lower this time around. I ordered a salad that was so awful that I couldn't bare to eat anymore of it and had to ask for something else. The manager was very good about swapping it out. There was nothing that stood out about this visit. It was just okay.

If we could leave zero stars, for the clam chowder - we would. It was sour, tasted like it had been in the pot for a week, and stirred by some man with plumbers crack and poor bathing habits. They comp’d the meal, but really we hope they threw that away other wise, there may be a shortage of toilet paper in the area around the mall. Good luck to you.. don’t eat it.

The food made everyone sick and I was a little offended that my waitress went through this long dissertation about tipping and explained that the service charge is separate from her tip because she has to split the service charge with all of the other waitstaff. We had to keep reminding her of what we ordered because we were missing parts of our meal and she tells me that she has other tables shes serving and shes trying to keep up. Just HORRIBLE. I felt bad because I live here locally and brought family here that was visiting from out of town.

I been coming here for my Sunday football for years but for the 2nd Sunday. The service at the bar has left me very un happy. This girl was overwhelmed last Sunday cause the bar area was full. Okay but this Sunday the bar was not full and still I had to wait an extended time for my beers and even to pay my bill!!! My tip in usually minimum 15.00 dollars but this 2 Sunday's 5.00 dollar's. I suggest putting one of the old girl's back. Please I want to keep coming to this Hooters.. thanks

I went yesterday after the Ariana Grande concert sat at the bar the bartender Marcela was very dry whatever that was fine what I didn’t like was that I asked her if the tip was included and she said no my friend looked the check and she included the tip so she lied to get more money mind you I would have tip her more the 5 dollars she included herself if the tip is included let your guest know that’s not right

I enjoy food is good not a lot of complaints this one I wish when they give me my buffalo shrimp set the heart and not short of shrimp but other than that Dad at the restaurant I would eat them multiple times over and over again and I recommend all this to go as well everybody makes mistakes it's human nature

Tables around recieved food prior to my order , ordering after me the mussels were cold and most werent open- the restroom was disgusting like disgusting and walking out a waitress ran into us with a high chair- it appeared that most of the restaurants customers were visiting so they must not care about repeat customers ( heard several.customers around us complain as well)

My first Hooters experience in Prague was a bit better: beer prices are not shown on the menu here in Florida, and the service was not as friendly as I would've hoped. Nothing to keep anyone from visiting though! A 15% tip is automatically added to the bill which makes it easier to round it up.

This is probably my favorite place when it comes to chicken wings. I got the breaded wings with the bbq sauce and they were delicious. I also ordered a side of fries with the melted cheese sauce and that was good too. I would higly reccomend the curly fries. My friend ordered the shrimp. She said they were the best shrimp ever! Hooters is highly recommended. Best wings ever!

This was my first time eating at Hooters and I understand why it is that successful. The waitres was very cheerful, the service is very good, you can watch a lot of different sports on the big screens and the food was amazing (shrimp tacos and fries)

Arrived, many girls at front on St. Patrick’s day. Promptly seated. Drinks out fairly quickly. Party of 5. Each plate served separately. My dinner arrived only after asking for management near 30 min after first plate served. I ordered 1 lb steamed shrimp, they were cool to touch on the when I picked them up. Waitress never returned to table. Women’s restroom, no paper towels in one dispenser the one broke. One child and her mac & cheese last meal out. Management paid the bill at their offering. Gladly left, will not return to this location.

Walked in and was not acknowledged. After a few minutes I was told to just sit anywhere and after 10 minutes the bartender asked if I needed a hostess at my table. I remember once back in elementary school, when I had to raise my hand to ask a question. Now that we're older I now know why we were taught that..... so I can order a beer when the bar is desolate. Now, on this glorious path of enlightenment I'll segway to my meal. I'm a wing man. On all levels my dear friends. But, how fast can you cook some wings you ask...... I'd like to believe that to do it right it's a process. BUT my friends if you are a master you can get them before you're though you're half way through your first beer. And the quality is SUPREME!!! all kidding aside though if you want a cold beer.... that you painfully long for and some wings that have been kicking it under the heat lamp by all means this is your place.

I met half my daughters at hooters which was already eating when i got there. Myself and 2 others including a child were seated at adjacent table and was never even asked if we needed water. After about 20 mins of no service the other table had to ask your, i cant even call them servers for a menu. To make it worst even after getting a menu we still didnt get service from your helpers/?. Not until we got up to leave did anyone even ask a question and that was at the dam door. That is the readon im sitting at golden corral with a $104.00 bill

I guess things have changed as when I used to work for Hooters, the guest had to be greated in the first minute. Slow Thursday around 3, sat at the bar for five minutes and not greated. I guess the bartender was to busy taking on the phone. No one even acknowledged me while I was leaving.

My husband and I went there yesterday. It was my first time so I was a little excited because I used to hear good things about their food, but.... I was EXTREMELY disappointed! Our bill came up to $40 and we feel like we was cheated. Our food was nasty and over salted and what wasn’t salty had absolutely no taste to it. We waited for about 15 minutes before someone even seated us. However, our waitress Cierra was very friendly. That was my first and LAST time going to Hooters!!

In the Mall I got a haircut next door then walked in Hooters. I had a cold one and watch the football game with my Beautiful Wife. The women waitress are nice and the Wings and Shrimp are good but it took awhile for the Wings to come out and it wasn't that busy! But when the food came it was worth it so enjoy.

Doubt I'll ever visit here again. 3 of the 15 wings we got were stone cold, as if they came from a different batch that had been cooked earlier and had been left sitting out for a couple hours. Waitress was nice but came to ask if everything was ok at least 6 times... Once even before our drinks came. I suppose it's a personal preference, but I found it quite intrusive.

I took my daughter to Hooters for the first time and it was horrible. The food was mediocre at best and our server was absolutely awful. She never brought me silverware to eat with, she brought my daughter's wings and we had to ask for French fries 15 minutes later and our server never even brought them, someone else did it. When I had finally had enough, I just ask for the check and our server finally showed back up after about 20 minutes and was acting like she had no idea anything was wrong. Another couple three tables down had the same experience, if I could give 0 Stars, I definitely would.

I LOVE Hooters. It's one of my favorite places to eat no matter where I am traveling. After attending the Talladega race, we stopped in this location because we figured it wouldn't be as busy as others closer to the track. My brothers glass had a crack and was leaking, had to go find the waitress to tell her. She said ok. Didn't take the glass, didn't bring another cup out, just looked at it and made an "aww" sound. Other waitresses were on the floor, the place was almost empty but our waitress disappeared and rarely came to the table. Kept having to get up and go find her or wave a different waitress down for napkins, forgotten items, refills and to-go boxes. Food was excellent but won't stop back in due to the awful service.

I love hooters and dont get it offen since they left my home state. The food was good their drinks are week. But service sucked. We ordered a appetizer and 3 wing plates with celery. Never got our appetizer or our celery. I get your target suppose to be guys but women definitely tip beter so they just got a 3 dollar tip on a 50 dollar bill. Whats worse was there was barely any other guest so it wasnt like it was to busy, I saw her write our order down so there was no reason to not have brought it out properly.

Terrible experience to say the least. It took 40 minutes just for our drink orders and of course by that point we already knew what we wanted to eat therefore we ordered it all at once. We then waited another 45 mins for our food to come out (they were not very busy at all). The fries were cold and the chicken sliders were barely warm. We waited and waited for the waitress to come back so we could get our ticket to pay and leave, well that never happened either. We had to walk to the front and wait for them to track down the waitress so we could pay and leave. Terrible experience and food, I would highly recommend eating elsewhere.

Been going there for years. 1st time we ordered 20 wings half original and half smoked and was charged separately. Almost 12.00 for 10 wings each. Also waitress gave us the drink specials for 1.00 margaritas and was told they didnt have the cheap tequila so they couldn't make the drinks. I think Josh the manager could have made an exception since it was advertised. By the way there was only 20 people in the entire restaurant at 7:30pm on a Friday night. That's pretty slow, so in the future Josh make sure you give your customers a reason to stay or come back.

Not CLEAN! We sat in the "indoor patio" area and the tables and chairs were absolutely disgusting. The chairs were super dirty and stained and the tables had food ground into all of the crevices of the table. Keep in mind this is patio furniture that you can litterally hose off... apparently too much work for them... GROSS.

Came in after a car show and sat at the bar. Tasha was our bartender. She was friendly, professional, and attentive. She kept her eyes up and greeted/helped everyone on a busy Sunday. Food came out great and beers were never empty before asking us if we wanted another. A great experience you don't always get a chain. We will definitely be back when we're in the area.

Went to this place after calling ahead to see about a reservation. We were told they had a party of 50 coming and that the current wait was 10 minutes. No reservations no call ahead seating. We got there and the party of 50 had not shown up yet. 45 min late from the time they told me. They weren't giving tables out and we were looking at a 30 min. wait. We left after we called ahead to Brick house on International and they took call ahead seating. Definitely worth the extra Uber cost. Better staff and better food. I would hope this place gets smart and starts taking call ahead seating but with who we dealt with probably not an option, they weren't very sharp.

They brought my food out but did not bring my husband's. Finally the waitress showed up and said something about it and went and got it. She wasn't the one who had brought my food out. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich there was no sauce on anything except the edges that were sticking out of the bun. I gave it a one because the onion rings were good. Won't be going back here. It was my first and last visit.

Absolutely awesome experience Tried the fresh half dozen oysters served with horseradish, cocktail sauce, lemons, and hot sauce Buffalo shrimp we're crispy, flavorful and delicious. And regular bone in hot wings were perfect with classic hot sauce. It's delicious consistent experience. I highly recommend Hooters for the scents, sights, and flavors!

The young man who seated us wreaked of marijuana! Every booth he took us to was nasty. He sat us in the least nasty booth, and never even offered to wipe it down for us. We were never offered a refill on our drinks, and our order took forever even though they were not busy at all. To top it off my burger was luke warm at best. It seemed as if the employees were too busy socializing with each other to take care of their customers.

I have been was awful ! I've been eating at this restaurant for 20 years and it has done nothing but go downhill especially since the remodel. I don't know what's going on but Hooters is not even close to being the same. They've made their money and now the customers are getting poor quality food . The service was ok, but the food is failing in quality . Ten piece wings was 11.79 that is over a dollar for one wing with little meat . Prices need to change quick . Its wings not a filet mignon.

Horrible service! Went there for lunch with a friend and there was nobody there to seat us, so we sat ourselves and sat there for 15 minutes being actively ignored. Servers passed by us multiple times and didn’t even look us in the eye or ask if we had been helped. Finally we just left. Do not recommend this place for anyone.

Well where do I start with this place... Didn't have a few of the alcohol drinks offered. The ductwork was leaking from above right on us. Even went into one of our beers. And the salad moves... Meaning a beetle was in it. Yep, look down after eating half the salad and noticed movement. So disgusting. They did offer an appetizer for free but that was it. Wow, do t strain yourself on that one. To top it off, we were heading out and one of our kids went through the emergency door (ya know the one that says "alarm will sound") - no alarm. So we broke- contractors code, health code, and safety code... The wings and shrimp were good though.

I was greeted promptly by the bartender. Halle was my server, and she was appropriately attentive. I didn't have to ask for anything. The food took a while despite the restaurant being mostly empty, and she apologized for that. It was my first time at a Hooters. Despite the name and reputation of the place, the bartender was the only one who seemed to have been hired for her top half instead of her bottom half. I've heard good things about the wings, so I got their regular medium buffalo wings. The sauce was good, but the wings themselves were overrated and overpriced. The chili (soup) was decent but nothing special. Also overpriced. The manager, Dave, was visible, but did not bother checking to see how my visit was going. The men's room had paper towels overflowing from the trash can despite there being few people in the restaurant.

So happy with our experience here. We stopped during our travels at the Motel 6 next door - walking distance and pretty much the same parking lot. While we were walking our dogs, we decided to pop in. The manager allowed us to sit on the porch with our doggies and even brought them water! The staff was attentive and kind to us as well. Very pleased with the food quality, too. We will return the next time our travels bring us here.

Been coming to this location for a while now but after tonight I dont know if we will be back. We have never had bad experiences with any of your waitresses ever until tonight. (October 6th, 2018 around 7 to 8ish) Karla has a horrible attitude! You could tell she had been having a bad night because she was totally taking it out on my table! She didn't smile once, and it got to the point where we asked another waitress for refills because of the way she was acting to us. We were very nice to her and even after her horrible service we still managed to leave her a tip! I hope someone puts her attitude in check because this will loose you loyal customers! I understand we were not a table full of men but we should still get treated with the same respect! Dont go to one table and smile and then come to ours and look like you want to fight someone. We gave her no reason to treat us this way!

Friendly staff, service was fine. I asked if they had a Hooters salad. They said no. The Hooters salad is pretty standard and it was not on this menu. I ordered my usual Hooters original style "Hot" wings. They came out swimming in thick day glo orange sauce which is unlike any Hooters "Hot" sauce I have ever eaten. The flavor was ok. But again, not like anything at any Hooters I have ever been to. I think there are franchised and corporate owned Hooters, and this must be why their menu was different and the food was different. Not an awful place, but not a Hooters I would go back to for what I expect Hooters to be.

Absolutely the worse service I had in my life! Went there for National Wing Day, it was maybe 20 people in there, so I was thinking "GREAT! Pretty quiet here!" It took the server 20 minutes to bring us just the water! She did not come back to us to order the wings for another 20 minutes. FINALLY she does take the orders (it was 2 of us) we get our wings of course in 20 minutes they are all wrong. Not only were they all wrong, but I was missing 2 of them! She never refilled our waters, and the cocktail we order didnt have any liquor in it.. This was just 1 of them MOUNTAIN of things that were wrong. Spoke to the manager and of course they give you the line "Well the kitchen is super backed up" The whole staff there needs to be fired and bring new people on, because obviously they do not know what they are doing there! Never goin back to that place EVER!

The wings were great they usually are. Our waitress took great care of us. There was 4 of us and 2 of the people(including me)split the bill. Paid, never got an actual receipt just the one you sign and they keep. Didnt think anything of it, we all leave I'm in my car for a few mins when I guess the manager hits my window a couple times. Roll down my window and "hey did you pay your bill and do you have your receipt" I politely say yes I did and give him the exact number I paid and tell him no you never gave me a receipt. He goes waitress is saying you didnt pay your bill(she never came over by the car) As I call my buddy I'm telling him they're trying to accuse us of not paying the bill hes dumbfounded bc we both know we paid. About a minute later manager goes alright I guess your good. And then tries to explain "well we just got to make sure" honestly I didnt really care bc I knew we paid but to stop me on the parking lot as I'm leaving is unprofessional. If I didnt pay my bill I wouldn't be in the parking lot for any amount of time. But I wont be coming back bc of that. Unprofessional

Our server April was Great! However, the food was awful. I literally feel sick to my stomach currently, we asked for our chicken wings and fries to come out extra crispy and they came out almost under cooked. She was a great waitress but she charged us for every little thing. 1 dollar extra just for a little cup of sauce. This was also the first time I've seen chicken wings come without celery... it was extra... and the wings were incredibly small. The sauce was gross a well, I usually love Hooters sauce but they changed it some way. Our table was broken, the manager saw us having difficulties with it and he just focused on changing the channels on the TVs. My grandmother didnt even receive her stater salad until after our main course came out. The bathrooms were discusting, we told the waitress and in just went in one ear and out the other. 2 stars is honestly 1 to many stars for this joint.

The hostess sat my son and I at our table, I was still waiting for one person to show up but the whole time we sat there waiting for this person to show up no one came to the table, then the other person shows up, (20 mins after behind sat)and still no one greeted us, asked us for our drinks nothing. So honestly my review is more about some of the things I saw outside of the food service. You would think that the Hooters Hollywood location is somewhat of a flagship store that they want to upkeep. I'm talking misplaced tiles in the bathroom with caulk all over the place, mold and corrosion, graffiti, TVs that were hung inproperly, unorganized boxes and chairs hanging out all over the second floor. This place is seriously neglected. If the owner of Hooters walked in here he would be embarrassed. I've seen better bathrooms in ghettos in truck stops. I would say that the food is below average for Hooters which I go to a couple times a year as our tenders and wings were poorly coated. Our waitress was nice. I heard the girl at the front counter tell her manager a couple times that she was too pretty to do whatever that he was asking her to do.

Only giving two stars bc this was the first hooters I worked at. Haven’t worked at this location for about 7 months now and clearly a lot has changed. A few days ago I call the store to see if I could update my address for w2. Well the manager I was speaking with said his name was “Charles” ok cool, I never knew of anyone there with that name so I asked if he was the only manger on duty. Which resulted in me being hung up on by this so called general manager. So I call back, he answers again. Still saying that his name is “Charles”. I start naming management that I was familiar with to see if they were there, and he proceeds to tell me they were fired. So finally I name someone who is still employed and I told “Charles” I would call back when said person was there. About 5 mins later, said person messages me asking if I called the store. Then proceeds to say there is no one that works here with the name “Charles”. And that the “Charles” person is really LARRY THE GM!!!!!!!! Wait what??????? So let me get this straight, first you lie about your name, second you give out info about previous management, and third you hang up on me?????? This whole thing was completely a hit in the face. I’m still mind blown at the situation. So good job LARRY for being the most unprofessional gm I have ever spoken to. And I am beyond thankful that I never had to work under you.

Well what can I say it's it's Hooters.they got great food I love the chicken wings you know everything else is pretty tasty but it seems like the waitresses just gotten ruder and push and just cold and hostile I mean no doubt they're cold because they're barely wearing anything but they just treat you like you already owe money or something and that's just not inviting, besides the fact I don't really need to go to a restaurant to Google at Hooters so it's kind of got old for me and the food's kind of fell off to their they're just not as friendly as they used to be and it's not worth the money anymore besides I can't bring kids there so they're only getting 3 stars.. make that two.

Out of all the Hooters I’ve been to this was the most horrible one. Last night the waitress never brought our waters. She took forever to come back to take the order. Our fried pickles were breaded horribly and the buffalo shrimp was cold. My chicken sandwich was way too small, cold and dry! Totally not worth $13! And the fries were over cooked and really greasy, and my husbands chicken wings were cold. I am glad we don’t live in the area because we don’t have to come back to this location.

We called before we came to see what time the kitchen was closing. The young lady said around 1ish. We arrived at 12:20am just to be told that their kitchen was closing and that our orders would have to be to go. The restaurant was still packed with people and they rushed our order. The waitresses weren't friendly or welcoming at all. Our food wasn't even seasoned. We will not be returning.

Horrible experience. Boneless wings not cooked all the way, kids meal not served correctly and by the time we got the replacement my child was asleep and didn't get to eat, waited an hour for our food, messed up our checks, overcharged part of our party, just a bad night all the way around. Had to go and find our server ... twice. Never offered a refill, charged 2.99 for a water. Specifically said no cheese on kids meal but came with it anyway. Specifically said no jalepenos on the nachos but came with them. Pretzel bread with appetizer came almost black, completely overcooked. Only thing that seemed to be good was my daughter's burger. All in all, complete flop. 2 hours for nothing but headaches and a higher parking fee.

Hooters is an expensive place,but the foods good the atmosphere is really nice, your greated with courtesy,the girl's, at least our waitress was just amazing, in my honest opinion, I loved my first time. Thanks for the picture it's a nice reminder that my wife loves me when she took me there. I would recommend at least going 1 time in your life ,or if she will let your wife take you like mine did. Jade was probably the worst experience imaginable. I've never actually been to a place where I stressed out so much over the waiter. Passive aggressive jabs is this one's forte. Just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and 1 beer to go with my wings and felt like I was going to have an anxiety attack over what was supose to be dinner. Never eating here again. Trash. Took 15 minutes to get our first beer. I asked for a pint, but instead got the more expensive larger size. My friend’s order was completely wrong. Instead of the dry rub he ordered he got the hottest sauce they have. I got two separate types of wings, original and smoked, but it took an additional 20 minutes to get my smoked wings (which had a burnt taste). I had already finished my first set of wings by the time they came and no longer desired them. We ordered “chilled” shots, and I should have been worried by the look of bewilderment on our serves face after I said it, but I figured it was a simple enough request. The shots were on the rocks... I guess the bartender is fresh out of 1800-Bartender school. Who knows. As I sit here writing this review my friend has still not got his originally ordered wings that he has now asked to be placed in a to-go box... if they ever come.... it’s been almost an hour. Good luck if you ever come here.

They treat the guys with way better service and attend to them first just to get a good tip witch it wrong. The bathrooms are a little scary all the way in the back on the top floor where its all empty and creepy for being a girl.

My time visiting Atl. This place was the worst experience I had on my 1st day. Order food while waiting for food , I decide to order a drink. Never touch the drink.Wait for the food was almost a hour. It had taken the waitress about 20 minutes to finally bring the drink. We decided we weren't going to wait any longer. I told him ,we never got any food. The drink I never touch. She says when you order food you have to stay and pay for. What she thought we were suppose to sit there all night waiting for our food. I placed an online order for the Buffalo Platter (w/ Bleu Cheese, WET ALL FLAPPERS Naked Medium, 6 Shrimp Plain, BBQ boneless chicken) and I’m not sure if the cook even looked at my order before making it. My wings looked like they hardly touched the mild sauce, I had 1/2 drums & 1/2 flappers, and the celery had dirt on it. I feel that my order was rushed and if I only knew this was the meal that was prepared for me, I would have never paid for this. I was Livid while putting more buffalo sauce (that I have in my pantry) and washing the celery off. I order food so that I would NOT have to prepare anything at home. I will not recommend or dine at Hooters again. This experience has ruined all Hooters for me.

I was with a party of twelve on a Saturday night. Four adults and 8 kids. Our waitress was amazing. She kept up with all our needs. We celebrated two birthdays so the girls came out and sang to them. Hooters in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Clean easy to find establishment. Very tasty food at very good prices. I'd say its one of the cheapest places to eat , but , by no means cheap tasting food. A good range of alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails. A full bar with a graet atmosphere. We turned up at about 8pm and were sat at the table right away on "wings day Wednesday" , everything we ordered was doubled up because of the wings offer. Excellent staff. Can't wait to go back when I'm next there. Family friendlyas well as a great place for adults only as well.

This is by far the worst Hooters that I have ever been to. The only way this location could be surviving is because all of the tourists that probably come in one time and never have to come back. The service and lack of friendliness from the bartenders and servers is awful. As a Miami resident for one year now, I am embarrassed that this place is in such a beautiful part of our city. Having observed the staff and management now on three different occasions (yesterday was my last try) I will never return. Funny thing is- no managers at this location will even read this review (and the tons of other poor reviews) or do anything about it. Like I said... only surviving on the unfortunate tourists who will continue to blindly walk in without knowing what they are in for. Wait a shame. Such a pretty view in such an awesome spot. Hooters should be ashamed of themselves. (I was so dissapointed that I just posted a similar review on YELP-STAY AWAY!!!!!!)

The servers are courteous and very nice here. They aren't flaunting for tips like at other locations which is a breath of fresh air. They come around to check up on you and make sure all is well before moving on, but don't overstay their visits. By far my favorite Hooters that I've been to.

They double charged the tip. Got given the card machine with a total on it, then added tip, got the receipt afterwards and realised they also charged gratuity. Paid approx 35% tip without knowing. Worst of all, the service was terrible. First time in Miami & didn’t get the great American customer service I’ve heard so much about! Food though was good.

So I literally left hooters 15 min ago I had like 5 miller lite beers and decided to order a take away of 20 wings and the lady asked me anything else with that and I said yes curly fries she repeated it to me..this was the bartender as I sat by the bar .i had my last beer got my order and left my bill was like 58$ Which for 5 beers 20 wings and fries makes sense, I thought I’d give a tip aswell and swiped my card making it 70$ .. 15min after leaving I opened my order with only 10 wings and a separate box with celery sticks ,missing 10 wings as well as fries pathetic that I even thought outta decency I’d give a big tip to receive half my order ,never will I return to this hooters and I WARN EVERYONE TO PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE GETTING SCAMMED!!!!!!

Disappointed. 8 of us at a table and the server told us she needed to have us all on one bill (they add the tips to the bill already) but that's not the problem but be warned if happens to anyone else before going in a large group. Disappointed that I ordered two sodas and no carbonation in both and waitress said that all week people told her that the drinks don't taste right. So either management doesn't care or waitresses don't care or both.

Super busy location. They don't encourage you to dine in if you arrive at 10:05 pm although they don't close until 11 pm. If I really wanted to dine in, I would have been more offended. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon at 2:30. Two gentlemen and a family of 4 were ahead of me and my husband. In the 10 minutes that we stood there 3 waitresses walked past us and never looked at us. No one was standing at the counter to greet us when we walked in. Had even one of the waitresses made eye contact and said, I apologize, I am sorry, etc. We might have waited longer. Me and my husband left and the family ahead of us left also. We went down the road to Taco Mac, was immediately seated, had great service and great food.

I guess the staff knew we were tourist when we walked in the door. I ask for a water and they give me a bottle instead of providing a glass and refilling it and I think "ok, thats weird". When I finish it they bring out another and now I start thinking that they are going to charge me for it. We clearly see other customers with glasses of water that they weren't charged for. I asked to talk to the manager about it and he was annoyed that I was wasting his time but did end up taking it off my bill. Who asks for a water at a sit down restaurant and actually wants a bottle?

Just an average hooters. Staff is extremely friendly. Asked for a small extra cup of sauce because my wings were barely covered and I was charged an extra dollar for it. My husband found a white hair in one of his wings, however the manager was extremely apologetic. We come here once a year when we come into town for vacation. We left satisfied.

great place to watch UFC fights. I go with a group of friends about every other month or so and it is really fun. I feel really bad for one of the servers to the table next to us though because the group of guys(6). They had several beers, food and appetizers but did the dine and dash thing. I think that is just dirty. People work their tail off to get food and drinks for you and you stiff them. Our waitress told us that it won't come out of her check because I was going to pay it but I left her a nice tip for her because the trash didn't. Pay your tab people! We'll be back next fight that we can go to Hooter's!

On today after having a long day I needed to grab a quick bite to eat and I decided to stop in Hooters Downtown Atlanta. I was greeted at the door by smiling faces which started the experience off to a great start. I was quickly seated even though they were extremely busy sine this weekend is #Dragon Con and since I was eating alone they made sure I was comfortable which means a lot. Then I had the opportunity to have Dazia as my server and she was very attentive. I would genuinely recommend this Hooters.

Out visiting LA, went to the Walk of Fame and the Chinese Theater for a movie. Seen a Hooters across the street, figured I would enjoy the view and some good food before the movie. Had a great server, Lauren, who was also the bartender, working a full bar and serving food at tables, was very impressed with the service and thoroughness that she preformed her job with. Had some fun and interesting conversations with some of the other staff and a few of the customers as well. Was a fun experience and if I'm back in LA again, I'll have to stop by again.

Have had an off and on relationship with this Hooters location over the years. When its on this place is amazing u cant beat it. But when this place is off then it really shows its colors and the quality of the experience begins to suffer. It had been years since i have ate here was really dissappointed with the last experience i had here i swore off the company. Fast forward to today i had family come in from out of town and they love hooters so with this location being the only one in town we decided to go. Very reluctantly at that. Was blown away. Service was great and food was amazing back to the quality that i always remembered having here. Will definatly be coming back. If the quality of service continues for years to come.

I had fish tacos, my fiancee had chicken cheese steak,. I tasted the chicken cheese steak and it was very good, it had mushrooms, onions and green peppers. I'm not a mushroom fan but they were seasoned well. My fish tacos were Baja fish tacos and they were very good. We had buffalo chicken dip and buffalo shrimp and they were very good as well. Only bad mark, the waitress didn't let us know that there was a charge for blue cheese for the buffalo shrimp and the fries cost extra for the chicken cheese steak and we didn't even eat the fries. There was a lot of food, we were stuffed. We even got another order of buffalo shrimp which made us very stuffed. Excellent food though.

Absolutely worst experience today! We frequent this location and haven’t had too bad of an experience in the past. Today we had an annoyingly long wait (>15) AFTER being seated with no server ever coming to greet us. Upon inquiring if we were going to be waited on we were provided with unnecessary and unprofessional personal problem explanations as to what the delay was. Once the server finally came to greet us her attitude was horrendous. Her arms were folded as she spoke to us, her tone was rude as well. A manager came over to apologize and notify us that we would have another much more server assigned to us, however she never came to the table either! In fact they stood feet away from our table discussing amongst themselves why she couldn’t serve us. As we ultimately resigned to leaving and dining elsewhere the hostess who was aware of our dissatisfaction told us to have a nice night as we exited, which was very insulting given the circumstances. I returned inside to further express our dissatisfaction to the manager and was given more apologies and offers to remedy the situation but the tone had been set and we decided against dining at this location. I was given a business card to redeem a complimentary meal but that did nothing to compensate me for the time wasted, parking fees and delay in eating after having gone the better part of the day without eating as this group trip to hooters was planned after attending an event and I didn’t want to spoil my appetite.

Wings were mediocre. Service was slow. We had to ask the waitress to refill our drinks. She was waiting tables on the complete other side of the restaurant so we had to wait a long time to ask for anything. Also, our waitress told us that if our 1-and-a-half year old had even one wing that she was going to charge us for a kids meal. Our kid is 1 and a half. IF he eats any part of a wing, it's only going to be one or two. How many other places allow a kid to eat free? Especially kids who are so young. And for her to announce that to us the way she did was incredibly rude.

Good food but waitress did a bait and switch of the side choice substitution and an extra side order resulting in an overcharge (and likely a higher tip). When I questioned the way she rang up the order, she stated she did it the least expensive way, which was a LIE. I called this to the managers attention and he didn't offer to fix it. He said he would talk to her. The saddest part is that she was training a new employee with my order!

The first waitress we saw was rude and ignored us as we tried to get someone's attention to be seated. The website says that this location closes at midnight and the staff including the manager started turning people away at 1115pm. Whoever owns this location lost approximately 12-15 customers that night. One person even questioned them about closing time and the waitress just kept saying sorry we are closed. Just unacceptable
