Andy & viola are the absolute BEST!!!!! House fried rice with extra bean sprouts and shrimp is the BeST dish. The Egg Rolls are to die for, the Pepper steak is unlike any other and I'm not even going to start about how utterly delicious the Crab Rangoon is, If you have a brain in the your nogin then it is time to quit reading this review and place your order now! Go, Go Now! Seriously one mustn't wait for the heavenly deliciousness that comes from that kitchen!!!

This is one of those places that will taste good to locals because it is the only Chinese restaurant around and they are use to the taste but when you are from out of town it is just not that good the building has much to be desired inside and out that may be one reason there are so many take out orders. If you are from out of town you might want to Skip this place.

Always great! They have THE BEST eggrolls & crab rangoon you'll ever eat! The beef fried rice was great, the sweet & sour sauce was different, but delicious, & the soft serve ice cream was tasty --but also costs extra; ice cream at the end of the buffet (which I've never seen full of food or used at all) was not a freebie-after-dinner-treat; it was $2 each extra. We usually get 6 eggrolls & an order of crab rangoon to go & drive over an hr to get there. There are ALWAYS a ton of people there picking up to-go orders.

This was the nastiest food I have ever eaten! I ordered curry chicken with fried rice and won ton soup! The wonton soup was not what I'm used to...the wontons were mushy and I've never had cabbage floating around in this type of soup. The fried rice was brown and had no pork or veggies in it and it tasted gross! The curry chicken had a few pieces of meat intended to be chicken but for the most part it was mostly mushy potatoes! I ate a few bites and my stomach started aching...I was afraid to way more! This was the worst meal ever...$12.00 wasted

3 out of 5. Restaurant was dark, out of date, and dirty. The buffet was old and dried up.(my visit was after lunch, and before dinner hours though) My family and I did order from the menu. Was pleasantly surprised. Very good food from the kitchen. Good amount 2, I ate leftovers for 2 days. Employees where very friendly. Maybe I should give them four stars I don't know.

I absolutely love this place. I will drive from West Memphis to Forrest City to get it. A small container will feed 3 people... It's stuff with rice and goodness everyone is friendly and the place is always packed... I wish we had one closer but oh well nothing like a small road trip for good food.

Don't let it fool you. Portions are big, food is excellent, and the crab rangoon is amazing. The sweet tea wasn't cloying, the staff was courteous and personable, and the General Tso' s had that slight sour to it that it should have. Go here. It won't break the bank too badly.

Take out: order at 8:17, done at 9:07. The store closes at 9 PM but we didn't know so we came inside to dine in. They gave us menu and until we ready to order, they let us know they only have take out. So we ordered small fried rice, 6 dumplings and sweet & sour shrimp. The shrimp suppose to serve with rice but they forgot the rice. The rest of the food is fine.

Food is great. I love the broccoli & beef ... And I always get fried rice with chicken. Their egg rolls are fye to. They always tell u 20-30 minutes but always wait a little longer before you go pick your order if your going to pick up. Restaurant could update their decor. And it's kind of dark. They should lighting it up a bit. Otherwise their great.

There's not a lot of options for Chinese food in Forrest City, as it is a small town, but this place is rather yummy. Reasonable prices, good portions. Everyone is always pleasant and friendly. Very clean, quick service, even when busy. I eat here often. Close to the hospital and interstate (I-40).

Normally for a restaurant this bad I would just give it one star and say the food was terrible. But, they are also dishonest, so I am going to give them the full treatment. First, the dishonest part. They made a deal with area hotels that if the hotel guests come in they will get 10% off. Now 10% is kind of small to begin with so you would think that it would not be a problem. But when you go to check out they start adding conditions. They told me I had to pay in cash in order to get the 10% off. If you have cash, they probably make up something else. Also the only way this place could get a 4 star rating is if they pad the reviews. I don't care if this is the best Chinese food in the country, for this reason alone I would not eat here. One of the reviewers said that this place was just updated. That could only be true if they updated it from late post Civil War to 60's Rundown. Linoleum floors, wood paneling, Formica tables, and not very clean are just some of the features of this restaurant. I suspect this reviewer was someone's uncle. Now, the food. Nothing was fresh, every thing seemed like it had been sitting around all day. The chicken was scarce, tough, and tasteless. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and was served Chicken with Broccoli. They couldn't serve my wife's and my meal at the same time because I guess they only have one wok. My wife got her meal 10 minutes before mine came. So I am tempted to create a new Travelling Rule. Something like "Never order Chinese food in Arkansas" to go along with "Never order Mexican food in NY", but it is probably just this place. I hope that extra $1.50 they got out of me was worth it to them.

Worst Chinese food I have ever seen. Delivery took 1 1/2 hours. Hot & Sour soup was a runny jello consistentcy. Inedible. Fried rice was a wet soggy mass. Inedible. The Mongolian Pork main dish was a soup like mixture delivered in a soup container. Inedible. Save your money.

Ate there while passing through Forrest City last week. Walked in and sat down, waited for awhile, then went to the buffet. As I never got to see a menu, I assumed the children's price was less than an adult like most places. Anyways, the buffet is over priced a little for adults i think, but ridiculous for a small child eating an egg roll and rice, as you pay the same as an adult. The food was OK, decor is dingy/old/dated but worked ok for me. I would not get the overpriced buffet, but maybe decent for takeout.

This place was a disaster! When we walked in we were able to sit down quickly, the waiter brought us our drinks and we were off to the Buffett bar. When we went to pay there was a long line and people asking for their to go orders. The lady at the cash register walked in the kitchen to see the status and low and behold the chef walked out.

Dull experience. Waitress was ok but definitely trying to build a fake rapport. Kind of like a half ass conversation. Food was okay. Not a lot to choose from but I've seen worse and was reasonably fresh. Has no sushi or wasabi. Fried rice was good but had too much other items mixed in with it. Had to pay extra for crab ragoon. Not the most authentic experience considering the only Asian workers were the owners. I give it three Stars based on atmosphere, food, cleanliness, variety, and personality. Atmosphere food and cleanliness were good so you got three stars for them however Variety and personality made me feel left wanting and much-desired.

They don't like people ordering from their menu when you do it is difficult. People calling in took priority over my order I was placing when the call was received as well as customers who were paying at the counter with their takeout buffet. The guy behind the counter yelled at me because I wanted to confirm an item on my order. I was told my order which was placed and interrupted by the call in order would get priority over the call in if I paid in advance and it was marked with a red marker. Apparently he has 50 years experience at something, not sure what. They heavily promoted the buffet which is much smaller than any I have seen and half of the dishes were empty. Sure some people like it here, as for me I don't believe they cared much for my business.....or something not sure. I do know I don't have to visit places where people are rude and embarrass you in front of other customers. Should have left the food and kept my money.

First glance is misleading. Service was fast and the people were friendly. If you're in the area or passing through, this place is highly recommended for Asian cuisine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the initial appearance.

Nothing but gross. Gross food with gross service. They were out of general chaos chicken at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon and refused to make some more for my wife. They are open until 9 on Sundays but yet we were told they were done cooking...thus no gen chaos for my wife. It was absolutely gross. I do not recommend even for your dog.

Once again, you only get 5 stars for changing my life. With that said-Ho Ho Restaurant is clean, affordable, delicious, with excellent service. Kindness goes a long way with me. Being a stranger on the road, I'm at the mercy of services totally. If you don't feel sitting down-they are take out professionals. If I ever wind up in Forest City again, I'll drop by Ho Ho for a meal.
