A group of us at work like to eat sushi for lunch and every week we try to go through the hassle of ordering ahead of time so that we do not have to wait and take vacation time for lunch. It took over 10 minutes to order ahead last time! Most of that was spent going through the first person to answer, the person they handed the phone to, and finally arguing with the owner and assuring her we understood our food might be slightly cooler. Just going to Fuji from here on. They taste better and have better service.

Always a great place to eat, favorite sushi and service in jonesboro..... this was one of our favorite restaurants in jonesboro... then the servers started changing and the quality of food started to degrade as well... My family of four has eaten here over 50 times and never approached by the owner or manager. After the news of the extreme invasions of privacy we will never return. You know how many times my little girl and i have used thier restrooms?

This was horrible by far one of the worst restaurant I've eaten when I left I actually threw up. The chicken and shrimp tasted like it had been left out for days and the rice came in dome like shapes and stayed that was like putty. The cups were dirty and the lighting was dim so you couldn't see the dirt on the floors. The only good thing about this place were the employees they were sweet and patient even though they didn't have to be. I 1/10 do not recommend eating here!!

I've limited exposure to sushi, bit the sushi here was amazing. They even have a Kentucky roll for those who don't like raw fish and multiple deep fried sushi rolls.

I think if you want to stop serving people before 930, you should change your times. It's poor customer service to refuse walk-ins thirty minutes before closing time and try saying "we close in 15" with eyes rolling. I will most likely not be recommending this place any longer or ordering from here. I'm really disappointed, because this was my all time favorite place in Jonesboro .

Probably the worst sushi experience I have ever had. The sushi came out on plates drenched in sauce. The rolls were marinating- they became so soggy and full of sauce that they totally lost their flavor and were falling apart. The rolls were miserable and nearly impossible to eat. Will not be back :(

$7.95 plus 18% mandatory gratuity for two pieces of tasteless scallops (with three pieces of fried vegetable). Wait at least half an hour before getting the food served. No rice, no soup/salad. Very dissatisfied with the service and food. Will not eat in this restaurant in the future.

Terrible customer service. I went in with my date and her 2 year old. We were greated with a make server saying "how many? 2 and 1/2?" A child Is not a half person. Very rude. I ask our Male service with rolled were deep fried. He pointed out several. I asked him what was the most popular out of those. I told him give me that. When it came out it was raw sushi roll. Not what I said I wanted. He took it back and replaced it for me. The female manager with a very short hair cut came to our table and asked if I want that the 1st roll boxed up to take with me. I said no I dont because it's not what I ordered. She said it's already made and it's what you ordered so you have to pay for it. I dont feel I should have to pay for a servers mistake when I clearly stated I wanted the most popular deep fried roll......I used to come here 2-3 times a week but the service has been getting worse so I slacked off to about every other week. I will NEVER be back after this horrible experience with poor management.

After having several bad experiences with Japanese restaurants in jonesboro, Hiro was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the sushi. The service was excellent. Luis is probably the best server my fiance and I have had since we have moved here. I would strongly recommend Hiro!

We love Hiro. They have the best sushi in Jonesboro, in my opinion. A few years ago, they went though a period when we didn't enjoy eating there. The service was really terrible. However, we gave it another chance and it has improved drastically. The service is great and the food is seriously the best. We eat there all the time now.

This was one of the first resteraunts I’ve tried when I first moved to Jonesboro and I always order the Blue Dragon Roll. It’s shrimp tempura, creamer cheese and kiwi on top. Soooo delicious!

We are from out of town and love Japanese food so we decided to stop in for dinner, we have a favorite Japanese restaurant back home in Missouri and after all of our travels weve eaten at many places like this, and it is absolutely one of the best, if not the best Japanese restaurants weve ever eaten, the service was amazing, I'll omit the waiters name but he did a fantastic job making sure we had everything we needed, and his attitude made the mood of the evening relaxed and enjoyable. The spring rolls are out of this world, we sampled the salmon roll and the shrimp tempura rolls and were very well pleased with both of those. The chicken and shrimp hibachi was cooked perfectly, and the yum yum sauce that they have here is perfect in my opinion, it's not too garlicky like some places, just.... amazing at the quality of the food and service. The prices are on par with this quality of food, not overly expensive by any means, for 50 dollars it gets you a chicken hibachi plate, a chicken and shrimp hibachi plate, two rolls, drinks, two salads and soups, and two free spring rolls! So much food we had enough leftovers for both of us to eat again. Amazing place, would recommend to anyone who enjoys this type of food. This place has to be one of the best! We will be back!!

Absolutely loved the decor! Very welcoming and perfect for a meal. The staff was very warm too. We ordered Hibachi Salmon which was accompanied by a huge serving of salad and soup both of which tasted amazing! The service was pretty quick. The hibachi salmon with rice and vegetables was lip smacking and the yum yum sauce accentuated the taste. All this for $18 seemed like a very good deal.

At first, my friends and I thought it was a pretty good place. Our waiter was nice, and the sweet tea was pretty good(still kinda sweet). We showed up at about 8:00, and they were already stacking chairs and cleaning the floor. We ordered our food, and the fried rice came in a weird dome shape(almost like Patrick Star's house), and it stayed that way, almost like jello. When the chicken came, it tasted like it had been left out for a week. The tops of the cups were chipped. Afterwards, my friend literally went into the bathroom to throw up. Please improve this restaurant.

Great service, great food. DO NOT get the steak though, unless you have a decent amount of money on you. For $7 we got a total of maybe 3.5 oz. steak. The steak was great, just overpriced. The quality is great though, so as long as you have the money it's definitely a good place to go to.
