My family LOVES Fugi! No complaints at all. Food is always fresh and delicious and the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The atmosphere cna be how you want it. Formal or not. It can definitely go from casual to formal with little effort. Definitely recommend.

29 dollar meal turned Into a 135 dollar meal after 106 dollar tip was changed to my card. Drove from Little Rock to resolve the issue and I got a sorry form Kiki the manager. Don’t look like I’ll be returning to Fuji. It’s a shame this used to be the best place to eat in Conway.

So I havent been to Fujis in years. So i went in with fairly medium expectations. I sat at the hibachi grill and they did not disappoint. I very much enjoyed the food and the show that went with it. Although it tasted good, i wish that the portions were a bit bigger and even if you sit at the hibachi grill, i wish there was a bit more privacy. But this is a great place to go on a payday!

I've been here a few times most of the visits was great and so yummy!! But the last 2 times I've been haven't been as good as they should have been....one of the times they had way less of what u get on the hibachi grill which was disappointing big time. And the second time the food was cook way to done where it tasted a little burnt on the rice :(. I want to go back but, worried about spending so much and to have issues again.

First of all I want to say the food was great but our waitress was fabulous. My family and I have come in for years and have always loved it. A friend of mine and I sat at tables instead of hibachi because we didn't have our kids tonight and we will now be requesting her next time we eat in. We were in a booth sat close to a table that was being pretty harsh to our waitress, so being the kind people we are, we tipped this girl $10 more than what we're going to originally. She seemed very genuine and was taking the rudeness from her table very well (as in not exploding with frustration bc I know I would have). @carriebryant you and your family should learn to show kindness

If you’re undecided about here or umami. Pick here every time unless you’re trying to waste time on overpriced drinks at the other place. By far the best food and the atmosphere is relaxed and good for families with kids. Hibachi chefs are a hoot with the kids.

Last Saturday I went here for lunch, had hibachi and it was divine! Went today for an encore because I enjoyed last weeks so much, and today we dined in and it was trash pure TRASH! The portions were so small, my salmon looked like two chicken nuggets it was so tiny. I had more broccoli then I had rice or salmon. The food was so salty and heavily drenched in sauce that it overpowered any other flavors. I spent $30 for sauce and salt. We left there and went to eat Wendy’s because we couldn’t finish our food there. It was HORRID!

Unfortunately I feel Fuji's has gone down hill. My sister in law first time visit was very disappointing her portions were smaller than everyone else's Broccoli florets were tiny, no zucchini, tons of onions, barely any carrots, I asked for extra side of veggies and was given same amount as all others. Although my filet was very good~ We were very disappointed in our service. My daughter asked for no rice in exchange for noodles with side of noodles, Big Surprise she was served rice and small side of noodles. Granted it was written down wrong but Chef was quick to go back and bring out more noodles where other patrons also asked for noodles so the serving was split 3 ways WTH?? Also just a small side note, my S I L her napkin had a hole torn in her napkin Not a small hole it was ripped from corner to corner. Just seems like each time we go they are cutting corners, getting chintzier and cheaper with their ingredients, their paper thin napkins, water downed ginger dressing, etc..... Sorry But don't think we will be back.

Over priced honestly. You can get the same great food from a truck. Unless you are going for the show which the novelty wears off quick, I don't see the reason why the food is so expensive.

The service is wonderful! The staff is super friendly, helpful, PATIENT. You can dine in regular seating or at the hibachi grill. They provide great interactive, fun, entertainment preparing your meal, but not the entire time. Its clean, kid friendly, overall very comfortable. Prices are very reasonable in my opinion... if you want a cheap buffet with less than mediocre food.... go else where, ya know? Its underpriced for the amount and quality of food in my opinion. I always have food to take home that I never finish in one sitting, or I share with 1-2 others!! The location is not difficult to find, parking is good.

Food was okay. The restaurant was dirty. I was there for 30 minutes and the whole time they were getting ready to shut the restaurant down. Putting chairs on tables. Brought me my ticket before I was halfway done eating. My ticket was $50! Gave the waiter 3 twenty dollar bills. And of course, she brings me 10 dollar bill as change. She couldn’t bring me any one dollar bill, so I could leave her a reasonable tip? Nope! She wanted me to leave the $10. And she knew I wouldn’t ask for change and look cheap in front of my date. So, I just spent $60 on a 30 minute date in a dirty restaurant.

Amazing hibatchi!!! The food is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is gorgeous. Pricing is drastically more expensive at night and on weekends. Great for dates, lunch with a friend or even family dinner. Fujis is always a yes!

Horrible sushi. What the heck did I just eat? Maybe the steak is good, but sushi is average and sushi rice is horrible... too much vinegar and too compacted. Spent $105 for a "to go" mixture of sushi and sashimi... most was thrown away. Even the dog or cat didn't want the food. YOU WANT SUSHI, go to Kroger... same crapy taste but 75% cheaper. Go to David's burger and enjoy a meal. I lived in Tokyo for 11 years and really enjoy good sushi. This place is like when New China offers sushi. Yikes!

Fujis use to be a great restaurant to go to but I guess they have all new staff anthe food quality is VERY poor. The food is on the level of an Americanized Chinese buffet. The sushi was warm and smelled very interesting and the rice was very dried out. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody

Their vegan sushi (avocado roll, sweet potato roll, and cucumber roll) is so good! You can get three rolls all to yourself for pretty reasonable prices. Plus, the servers are nice and the atmosphere is very soothing.

Good drinks, the sushi roll appetizers are tolerable, the usual show from the cooks on the grill, twirling spatulas, onion volcanoes, little toy man peeing on flames, spinning an egg and calling it an egg roll. Actually has the best hibachi food I've had in Arkansas.

Just to throw this out there... We went to dinner here the Saturday before Mother's Day. Server was Olivia I believe. Ran my card, $48.43. Left a $10 cash tip, nothing on the card. I don't like to tip on a card because servers have to pay taxes on their tips. The following Tuesday rolls around, my card is ran a second time. This time, the server adds an ADDITIONAL $6 TIP TO THE TOTAL. Called and spoke with a "manager" and she says the money will be reversed back to my card. 5 business days later, still don't have my money back and a member of their staff is still employed and a theif.

I usually would rate 5 stars. This place has been wonderful in the past. My party and I have eaten here for 10+ years. Tonight, we were met with unfathomable and unprovoked rudeness from our waitress. This would include eye rolls and laughing as we spoke professionally and calmly to the manager after we payed. She ignored our table as well as failed to bring my food to me before bringing the ticket. She also brought my mother sweet tea after she asked for unsweet. (She is a diabetic) I always leave a tip but did not leave one for her tonight. Instead, we gave our tip to the neighboring waiter as he attended our table as well as his with profound effort.

Fuji Steakhouse is always a fun dinner to take a group of people. The hibachi rice, salad with ginger dressing and the soup is my main meal. The chefs always make it a fun experiance

The rice is never very seasoned, its more of a glorified white rice and definitely not that fried rice taste you're looking for. The cooks arent very friendly, that being said theres definitely two that stick out with almost anyone that goes there. We even ask to make sure that the rice is mixed and not just lightly tossed, and that its seasoned well not just the bare minimum and yet the rice gets put on our plates with chunks of white rice and then everyone is asking for sauce bc they cant really stand to eat what the cooks just put on our plates. Please please please reconsider how you guys make your rice..... pay attention to your customers not just your budget. If budget is an issue than maybe you need to reconsider a new job profession.

We've never gone for the "show" so I don't know how that is. If you go for a non-grill meal, it's competent but not outstanding Japanese-style food. The background music is odd. The place is dark (no natural light and lots of dark wood). It is popular, so it's good enough and the show at the grill is likely a good place to celebrate. But if you're looking for a gourmet meal, not here.

Fuji is my favorite hibachi steakhouse. I've eaten at a few different Fuji locations; all very good. There is just a different flavor about their hibachi than all of the other hibachi restaurants. Very good sushi and THE BEST yum-yum sauce. I LOVE the little crispy shrimp- flavored appetizers that they bring while you're waiting on your food. Sooooo yummy. We love this place and visit often.

Black widow spider in my alcoholic beverage. Soup was served cold and never fixed. Scallops were slimy. The chef served the wrong cut of steak and it was not cooked to correct temperature. Worse experience at a Hibachi resturant ever.

Fuji is the place I go for sushi if I get a wild hair late at night and feel like gambling on quality. Everything is ridiculously overpriced for what you actually get, portion-wise, and the service feels like so much of an afterthought or an inconvenience to the staff that it leaves me wishing I didn't have to tip. I usually don't here, to be honest, it's that bad, and I worked in restaurants for years. I know just how hard it is. But every time a server approaches, it's done with an air that they're expecting you to order more food, even if you're $75 in the hole for two people, and the drinks are remarkably weak considering they have the most expensive bar in town. None of this takes the sushi into account. ...how fresh it is really depends on which day you come in. The trouble with that is that I haven't quite figured out which day I'm supposed to be there. I'm always left disappointed with the quality of the fish. There are better sushi joints in town. Nothing about this place is Japanese (decor, quality, or service), I wouldn't really recommend it unless I've already been drinking.

In the last several months many of the staff se to be leaving and the quality and attention has gradually dropped to the point this is no longer our favorite place to eat in town. I had the worst expierence ever this last time. The cook had no idea how to cook seafood or vegetables. I should have requested my money but as it was edible I did eat the majority of it. Steak my girlfriend got was good at least.

Hit or miss. Been here about 6 different times and the first was the best and recently it hasn't lived up to a 5 star review. Heavy handed with salt on the hibachi. There is no difference between lunch and dinner portions so if at lunch, save the money and order from that menu. Family friendly. Special occasion. The sushi was good, however, there are other favorites around town if you are looking for a stellar experience. The waiters are attentive and kind.

Used to love the sushi here. It's gone down hill over the past few years. Yesterday ordered a couple rolls to go, it took 25 minutes to make two rolls, I couldn't even get to the checkout to pay people (kids) hanging out around the checkout area. I don't know if they were friends of employees or employees having a meeting but no one seem to want to let a customer have room to pay and sign the receipt. Never got a "thank you" and the placed smelled. Won't be going back to Fuji in Conway.

I just love this place greatest sushi I've had around the Conway area. Usually when my wife and I go we ring up a good little bill but definitely worth the money, and we always have leftovers. Just a FYI, the picture with the rice is a Thai pineapple shrimp fried rice... It is served inside of a pineapple and is very delicious!!!
