The cook and food was awesome but the waitress was rude. Just sat down and was rushing us to order then reading the menu to us like we were slow because we weren't ready. Out of town not from here then on top of it didn't realize it is a dry county which is no big deal but she acted like we were crazy for asking if they have beer.

We recently ate here for the first time at lunch and WOW. I can see now why many love this place. I will say, after trying both lunch and dinner, the lunch specials are way better than dinner, and to me, even the food is better at lunch. The rice+sauce? Amazing. Plus, that ginger house dressing? I know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow.

I have been to many sushi houses over multiple countries and unfortunately this was one of the most mediocre ever. My sweet potato roll was under cooked. The chicken in that roll had zero flavour and was an odd texture. The salmon one was average at best. Not much Love put into this food. Not recommended.

I've eaten here many times and previously had 4/5 star experiences. This last time was very disappointing because another family at our table had dirty glasses. After 2 new glasses were also brought dirty the family left. After they left the manager on duty made a prejudice remark about them after they left.

Not as good as it used to be. The fried rice doesn't have the little pieces of veggies in it any more. One chef was carrying a large bottle of vodka on his cart but never did anything with it.

Had two awful experiences here. They add tons of tempura to their basic hand rolls but they don’t advertise that there is any tempura. So when it comes out as 90% rice and tempura (see excess rice below after me still eating most of the rice) and only a tiny bit of fish, that’s res flag #1. #2 is when the manager comes out to check on the problem and becomes combative with the customer. Red flag #3 is that even though there was a huge problem they still charge you full price. Terrible service, terrible food. Find somewhere else for your sushi

Very good food. We ate at the grill and our cook was very friendly and talked a lot. He interacted with my kids and made them laugh. He has good cooking skills. The service from our waitress was excellent. She was always there before we needed her and got us everything we needed. We will definitely be back and would recommend to everyone. Family friendly place.

It's crazy that a couple of decades ago the only Asian food in Searcy was Hunan's. Then they added the Jade Garden and China Buffet. Two of them were Americanized versions of Asian cousine and the other slightly over priced. Now there are 3 additional places all on Race Street. Fuji's across from Walmart is the tourist type with authentic Japanese knife working chefs who slice and dice pork, chicken and steak right before your eyes while making jokes about their accents. Thankfully the food is the star. Excellent variety of sushi. Tasty noodles. And fried to perfection vegetables. They have something for every taste from soups to succulent seafood items. Prices of some items are not conducive to a tight budget, but there is great food available no matter how light your wallet is. My only complaint is that they're only open at certain hours at lunch and dinner.

We may have gotten there a little late, but did not stay past closing. We senses they were ready to close up, so We ordered basic foods -phily roll hibachi chicken- and the overcooked rice and chicken were given too much sauce to compensate. Edamame was under cooked. Service was friendly and courteous, but no specialties were offered. So, I give this an average rating for a Saturday evening experience.

This is definitely one of Searcy's better places to eat a fine meal. While the food is on the expensive side, let's be honest, you've come to the hibachi grill for dinner and a show. The chefs are entertaining and interactive and know how to cook meats to the requested temperatures. The sushi selection is excellent and well-prepared. We just don't have enough special occasions to be able to eat here often enough.

Fujis in Searcy, where 6 members of the staff stare at you while 1 person works. We just ate there and the food was very good. The chef did a fine job and gave plenty of food. We waited for the lady to come get the checks for about 15 minutes, so we could leave. There were about 6 members of the staff who just stood there and hung out and talked to each other. I wish I had one of those Futurama Meme signs that say "Shut Up And Take My Money!". It'd have come in handy. The one lady who was working did a fine job, but clearly needed some help she didn't get from her coworkers. I really hope she doesn't have to split the tip with them.

This was our first time to try Fuji. The sushi is the best in the area. The hibatchi has a great flavor. The vegetables are unbelievably good with the teriyaki sauce on them. Great service, we'll definitely be back.

The manager a man I won't say his name ( shouldn't have to because he is the only male manager) called an employee a name and was very mean to her while I was eating lunch. I will not be back. Hope this manager is dealt with. There is no need in treating an employee like this. I hope the owner see's this so something will be done. Very bad experience. This manager was the biggest prick.... Please fire this man. There is no excuse for this on the managers part. Very unprofessional.

The server was honestly just the worst. He fumbled around, couldn't get orders right... the couple he helped next to us rang their order up for the kitchen rather than the grill and had to fix it half way through the food being cooked so it threw his rhythm off for the entire presentation. Ordered a to-go plate of shrimp and steak. A $24 snack is what i ended up with. Vegetables and rice that hardly filled the small bowl of the to-go box. And maybe 6 shrimp and steak cuts placed flat in the large bowl of the box. The food tasted good but I ended with a kid portion at the adult price. Food truck in Beebe serves Japanese food. More food and almost half the cost. Every bit as tasty. -Average size guy still hungry

Couldn't ask for better service Griffin (chad) was on top of it quick and friendly the owner was just as great stayed open an extra 30 minutes because we showed up late would've stayed open longer if we needed. The food is still decent, and the staff friendly, but the atmosphere has drastically changed with the loss of most of the previous staff. The prices are still as high as before, but the amount of food you get for the price has also gone down, to include the fact you no longer get soup and salad with your meal. Still a decent place, with good grill chefs, but sad to see it down from what it was.
