Was here for lunch. It was dead at first, the employees was friendly but it was a bit rediculous they don't bring the food to you. There was plenty of employees not doing anything behind the register. They leave ur food at the register and yell across the restaurant like McDonald's. I ordered a 2 meat combination. With a side of fries and baked beans. The chicken was dry. The ribs was the only good thing on my plate as the fries was salty and the toast I thought would be like Texas toast was stale and only toasted on 1 side.. My father ordered the same thing, He was dissatisfied as well my husband's burger was dry and looked like it had been sitting for a while. My mother was happy with her pork nachos. So at least one of us had a good meal. The price wasn't worth the amount of food or quality it was. We got extra ribs for never being there before. My father asked if he could have some as well and they said they would but he never received any. We went up there and asked about it and they said they added extra but they didn't. And we just let it go. Wasn't very impressed and won't be wasting the money there again. 52 dollars for 4 crappy meals. Maybe the new one is better but I'm afraid to try it lol

Tried the smoked chicken, ribs, and beef. All on point. Went on a bike ride with a friend and went here for lunch. Staff offered a free sample of ribs. Definitely a place worth riding over 125 miles to eat again.

The dining room is a basic cafeteria style setup for BBQ with sauce and paper towels at every table. The service is friendly enough for the brief moment you wait while they pull together your order on styrofoam plates. The food is so good nothing else really matters. This place knows how to BBQ some meat and serve up some sides to call it a meal.

Really great St. Louis style ribs. Great restraint on the rub and a pleasant touch of sweet molasses there, too. Some competitors’ St. Louis style ribs will leave you spitting out chewy fat, but these seem lean and melt in your mouth.

This menu does not match the menu in the restaurant. Bagged lettuce (not fresh) with chopped chicken (several bites of ligament/joint pieces) and 4 baby tomatoes. Never paid that much for basically lettuce. 2 stars because the bathroom was nice & clean.

I eat BBQ all over the country. One of the most important aspects to good BBQ is when it can stand on its own. No BBQ sauce. These ribs don't just want the BBQ sauce, they demand it. This is supposed to be #1 in Jonesboro Arkansas. But falls somewhere around last in the country.

staff was not friendly. I walked in to a window where you order and was not sure what i was supposed to do. I thought i ordered and thought they would bring it out nope you wait for it and they give it to you in a foam container. You can eat in or out. Restaurant area was picnic ssimmee which was nice. Overall the food was good but because the staff was not friendly when i came in it ruined the meal for me.

I'm sorry to say it but this place has really gone down hill over the years. I used to eat here all the time and loved it...the food was great, generous portions and friendly people. Unfortunately, none of that can be truthfully claimed today. I actually had not eaten here in about 2-3 years after a very poor customer service experience last time we went in there to dine in but last night I decided to give them another chance so my daughter and I went in to get some take out. When we arrived, we were the only ones at the front counter. We had to wait several mins to place our order while the two employees who were "working" at the time carried out a personal conversation between themselves. One of them glanced over at us several times so I know they knew we were there. On about the 4th or 5th glance over I raised my eyebrows to which the woman responded by raising her index finger at me and said..."Yeah, Just a Min!" and then continued with their conversation for another min or so. By this time a group of other people had filed in line behind us. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich combo. There were two choices for this combo. Either a Sandwich, 1 side, and a drink ... Or ... a Sandwich and choice of 2 sides. In the past I always got the sandwich, side and a drink but this time I had a drink in the car so I opted for the sandwich and 2 sides and told the lady that I wanted both sides to be fries. When I got home and opened my order what I found was more than a little disappointing. My "Jumbo" sandwich had approximately 1/3 the meat that they used to put on the sandwiches and it had been smashed together to the point that it literally looked as if someone had sat on it. My TWO orders of fries was about 1/2 the amount of fries that I normally received when ordering only 1 side. Although I guess the amount a fries that I received really didn't matter in this case since the fries had been so grossly over cooked. This would have a clear to anyone at a glance given the very dark brown burnt color of them. The last bad experience with this place kept me away for 2-3 years. After this complete failure on their part I am sad to say that I will have to permanently remove Demo's from my list of places to eat out. I guess nothing good last forever...:(

I was wanting some brisket so went by and got a sandwich and some fries to go. Got home fries were old tasting and brisket was not good at all kinda had a weird sour taste. It was deffinately not fresh.Basically not a place I’ll eat again. Called manager and she said fries were cooked on a regular time basis and didn’t know why mine were that way. Not recommended

Off our path but well worth it. Delicious pecan pie and Bar b que. Took my parents there and they loved it. Unique building and great service would go again if in area. Clean tables and counters and friendly staff. Good quality and reasonable pricing on all menu items.

A lot of food for the money. Makes central Arkansas barbecue seem very skimpy in their potions. The food tasted good, not quite falling off the bone good though, the sauces need some work. Handicapped ramp is on side of building so don't park in front. The prices were moderate, not expensive or cheap. Staff was friendly.

The reviews brought me in here. If this place is rated 3 stars or better it's because the reviewer doesn't get away much. From the literally thousands of bbq joints I've eaten at over my 37 years on the planet this stick out as one of the worst. BBQ is supposed to be juicy and succulent. This was not. My brisket sandwich was a simple sandwich with very dry meat and needed to be drenched in bbq sauce to be edible. I typically like my bbq meats eaten light on the sauce, that way I can enjoy the flavors that naturally come from good bbq. The bun however was nice in that it was buttered and toasted. Never mind that the portion was seriously lacking and looked like 3-4oz. WHERE IS THE BEEF? The condiments, pickles, onions, etc had clearly been out for some time and looked so old I passed on them. Mind you I was eating dinner at 6:30 on a Friday night.... My "loaded" baked potato, again was dry and loaded meant a squeeze packet of sour cream and two small tubs of butter. Cheese was not an option, nor was bacon, chives, or any of the other toppings normally associated with the term "loaded." Lastly, there was no beer to be drank. The saving grace for this place was the friendly staff and the charming folks from the community who all know each other, people watching reminds you why small town America is great.

I am a bbq lover, but I was not impressed with this bbq at all. I ordered the combination with 2 meat and 2 sides. Pulled pork, smoked chicken, fries, and baked beans. The chicken was so dry I had a hard time swallowing it. The pulled pork was, the most plain meat imaginable, no seasonings or smoked flavor, also quite dry. I did manage to eat it on a nicely buttered bun, while dipping in my baked beans. The baked beans were a nice flavor. The fries were completely soaked and drenched in grease, not edible. Unfortunately, I will not give this place another go. And to add, my husband and myself were not too happy for the $35 we paid for such poor food.

We came in an hour before closing on a Tuesday night. Staff appeared annoyed we came in. When ordering food the first three things ordered they were out of. After putting my order in and paying for beef I am informed they are out of beef. Food was cold, service rude and when approached about cold food it was thrown out in front of our group. The manager was immature and extremely rude. We were in town for a tournament and hoped to find a great local bbq place. Sadly disappointed.
