Absolutely amazing from the second they welcomed us at the door, to the hot fries they just come by and give out. The service is amazing. Madi out server was absolutely delightful. Will definitely go again when we return to Arkansas!

Order a double, charged for a double. Served a single..was offered a refund for a single patty or another patty. Ask for a refund. Waitress came back and offered another patty (we were 1/2 done) or a coupon. We said coupon. She took our receipt. Had to go to the register to get coupon. Hamburger was over cooked. Possibly needed grill cleaned. Fries were burned And the coupon is for 1/2 off of another meal!! REALLY!! I would thoroughly expect a coupon for at least one free meal...or two since I was with someone.

Been here a lot but today was the first time with my Service Dog that can not have people food. I asked the girl cleaning our table for a broom so I could clean out from under the table and instead she got down on her hands and knees and wiped up the loose food under the table for me. They gained much respect today and the food was excellent as always.

okay the people working there were really friendly even the guy back in the back making the burgers. He had a headset on and I imagine he was also taking orders from the drive-thru as well but he was very attentive to everything that was going around him and when one of the ladies upfront got busy he reminded her that I was still waiting for my meal and she quickly obeyed him and got me my meal. I did have to wait for just a little bit longer than I would have wanted to however they started getting busy right when I walk in the door. I took it to go because I did not have time to sit down and as I sat in the vehicle going down the road I thoroughly enjoyed my hamburger! The seasoning on the burger was delicious and you could tell that the beef used was 100% fresh! I will definitely come back to David's and eat some more burgers. I will bring my family that's how good it is and we will sit down next time and really enjoy our food!

You have got to try this place! It is so awesome! The burgers fries and ice cream are the bomb! We go here at least once a week. The kids love it and we always take friends not from the area. The staff is some of the best you will ever encounter. They always smile and do there best to make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is fun and exciting. It has a clean feel. The drive threw makes it that much better because you can get an awesome burger fries and ice cream without ever having to get out of your vehicle. One time we were in there and the owner himself came and introduced himself to us and asked how were doing. P!ease do t hesitate to try this place!!

Look out Billy Bob's in Branson, Mo. You have an equal or better. Their burgers are fantastic with unlimited fries. One is served fries on a piece of red and white checkers paper, and an employee goes around carrying a large stainless steel bowl loaded with fries and serves more fries to whomever wants more Done entirely in the decor of the 1950's complete with working juke box. I can say with no doubt. We will be going back.

This is a review on the customer service done by Gracie, my friends and I stood in line like everyone else for about 15 minutes because they were busy and that was ok. Well super hero Gracie sees some of her friends come in and let’s them go in front of everyone. Now if that isn’t poor customer service I don’t know what is. Besides that food was great. Also chill on the sugar on the sweet tea.

The food was fine however the seasoning on the burger was too much they need to cut it back by a quarter... and then my biggest complaint is all the employees yelling at people as they are coming or going... myself and other weren't able to enjoy our meals... the welcoming should be done at the register or by a host... not the entire kitchen staff yelling across the restaurant... also building needs more sound absorbed padding... customer service is also fine as well... if there is any way to accommodate the customers who would prefer to enjoy their meal... yes I am new to this area and this was my second and probably last visit until some of these complaints are fixed... Corporate office NEEDS to implement these immediately although I know they wont care what I have to say nor will see this so I it wont matter what I say...

The food is always great but waiting almost 15 minutes for a to go order is ridiculous. People who came in after me were sitting down enjoying their food while I just had to sit and wait. If you wonder if it was a complicated order, don't, it was two cheeseburgers with the standard toppings. Nothing fancy, they just dropped the ball.

Ok. Usually my family and I have a great experience here. However today was by far the worst. We waited over 40 minutes and never recieved our order. They came around with French fries only once after the initial time we sat down. They never offered to refill our drinks. After 40 minutes I went to the counter to inquire about out order and they had the wrong name and wrong ticket number that corresponded to our order so it never got delivered. They remade my order (to go) a second time. When I got home the order was wrong. Granted they were busy but that is no excuse for the lack of service today. Like I said today must have been a fluke because normally it is a great experience going to this establishment.

My review will be based mainly on customer service. Ms Gracie who decided to play hero for her sister and friends. Apparently waiting in line like the rest of us isn't allowed since you know Gracie. She decides to open a register for just her friends. Letting them cut in front of our party (2) and another group of (2). Then she had the nerve to yell for a manager for a discount. Gracie 0 Stars Food 5 stars.

Stopped in at David's after my Dr appointment because, as far as I am concerned, the "usual" fast food joints don't really serve edible food. This place does! I got the number 1 combo and Wow, it was the best burger I've had in a very long time. The burger came with hand cut fries that were super good too. Next time I'm in Conway, I'll be going back to David's Burgers.

I only write reviews when I have an absolutely outstanding experience. I’m not sure my family (with four kids) has ever had a better dining experience. The staff—our fabulous server was Taylor, but everyone was fantastic and worked as a team—was so friendly, anticipated our every need, and made our kids feel so special. The food was delicious, but what really made our meal extraordinary was the service. Thank you! We will be back again and again!

Stopped here on a whim, and so glad I did!! All of the food was Fresh and made to order. After we ordered, we sat down and Poof! Hot (Fresh Cut) French Fries came to our table!! This place is an absolute must try if you have not had David's Burgers. Best burgers around. Whenever I come through Arkansas I go out of my way to get to David's Burgers. When you walk in the place all of the fresh meat is on display. The employees are very friendly and stop by to check up on you. They ask how your food is. They asked if I had enough fries. They offered a sample of ice cream also. The freshness and quality of the meat is definitely reflected in the mouth-watering taste of these burgers.

Ordered 2 burgers. Asked for one to be a double steak burger w cheese and to add mushrooms w mayonnaise only. Nothing else, no tomato, onion, etc. Well I got home to find that my $10 burger didnt even have bread or Mayo. Look it up Mr manager. It was a call in order for pick up from drive thru in my name. I will never eat there again or recommend them. My uncle really liked them when they opened but even my uncle Raymond, Mr winters to employees, hasn't been given even adequate service. And my uncle is an exceptional gentleman with manners beyond excellent, and if he spent $10 there, u can. Bet he tipped cashier, waitress whoever another $10 just because he is a kind man and awesome customer. So staff don't complain about your customers if you can't wait on them and give them the service they deserve.

First visit to the Cabot location; when I shopped in North Little Rock, David's Burgers was my usual stop for a bite to eat. As expected, the customer service was impeccable. Staff were down to earth, and genuinely cared about the customer and their order. We were offered free "while you wait for your order" fries. Management and staff were often spotted talking with customers from table to table and stopped at ours several times, including once to give free ice cream samples. Food was delicious! Will go back often!

We love these burgers and fries at every location we have been to!! This location does have a lot of windows so you loose some of the retro feel the other stores have with the bright white walls and cool pictures. This was our first time at the location in Conway so maybe the music isn't always this loud. The place was packed so obviously it's a great place to get a great burger (have'm throw on an extra slab of meat, some bacon, and pepper jack cheese and this thing can't be beat).

We frequent the Maumelle location whenever we are in the area and was staying in Conway this time around so we tried the David's Burgers off Skyline Drive and it was excellent! Kids were happy with their burgers and the hamburger steak is perfect for a keto diet. Our new favorite place to stop in Conway!

At first this was the greatest thing to come to Cabot. Now it's just... there... burgers are sometimes overcooked to the point they're crunchy. Fries sometimes have rocks on them from when they didn't wash the potato... almost cracked some teeth like this... and if you try to avoid the burgers with chicken it's a greasy dark meat mixture. Was impressed but not so much now. Free ice cream though?

Everyone needs to try David’s Burger. My family doesn’t go out often but we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious, juicy, flavorful hamburgers and super friendly service. Fresh fries continually and a nice treat of ice cream comes with every meal. Our boys loved making their own cones with the very friendly staff.

It was absolutely a delight to eat at this restaurant! I was driving through on my way from Texas to Illinois and stopped here for lunch. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with a cooler that contained fresh meat. I went up to the counter and placed my order. I was given a number and piece of red and white checkerboard paper. I was told there was unlimited soda and unlimited fresh fries while I waited. I grabbed my drink and sat down and was immediately greeted by a friendly employee with a large stainless steel bowl that contained fresh fries. I took a bite of the fries and they were absolutely delicious. While I was waiting for my burger to be freshly cooked. I learned that the fries were hand cut everyday. I also learned that the meat is also ground fresh everyday, which I’m sure is a rarity for a burger joint. I received my burger and it was absolutely delicious!! Often times I fly to Illinois to visit friends and family. If I do take the 14 hour road trip in the future, I’m going to have to make sure to stop at David’s Burgers for lunch on the way! It was simply a pleasure dining at this fantastic restaurant!

The burgers are fresh and flavorful. A combo meal gets enough fries included to feed 2 people. While waiting for my food, they asked if I wanted either a sample of their I've cream or some fries - the ice cream sample was like a small cone (except in a full to overflowing 2 oz. Cup). Also very tasty. Highly recommend David's Burgers!

Very warm welcome opening door for us. This place has a classic "period" feel. Wonderful burgers. Fries with skin on hand sliced/cut. Red and white checker pattern on basket liner. Music was very loud. Free sample of twist ice cream and tiny tasting spoon. Worth the visit.

This place was absolutely the best burger place I have been to in my life the burgers were made fresh also I liked how the business displayed their meats they cooked. The atmosphere was absolutely incredible the food along with it and to top it off you get ice cream when your done. When u first arrive one of the beautiful ladies hold the first door for you and greet you which was something I've never seen before and then as your ordering you can take a look back and see all the meat being pattied out which was incredible as well. There is so much more but I dont want to spoil it all so go and experience it for your self I can guarantee you you wont be disappointed.

Middle of the road for me. Burgers themselves were quite good, but the fries are overcooked for my taste (even though they are "endless") and the shakes/ice cream are hit and miss. Service was excellent and everyone here was friendly. Prices are just a bit above comparable meals elsewhere.

If you are looking for a hamburger, there is no where in this state who has a better burger than this one. The French fries are fresh cut with the peeling. And the price? The number 1, which is a single burger with all you can eat fries and a drink with free refills, is 7.99. About the same price as most of the value meals of any of the fast food hamburger restaurants. Just wish I had one close to home.

So wow. First time in forever I've had a restaurant burger that legit tastes homemade. Perfectly seasoned, wonderfully messy, and endless crispy fries. Then ice cream samples and they even let my toddler go back and make her own sample cone. She loved the attention and getting treated like a big kid. <3 Definitely going to recommend this to anyone wanting a legit burger in the Conway area.

The food was delicious, we placed our order, filled our drinks, and chose a booth. Our server came by and brought us french fries to snack on as we waited for our order to be delivered. We were tended to well as she refilled our drinks and brought us more french fries for my youngest child as we dined, and then treated us all to a mini complementary ice cream! Very nice dinner!

50s diner feel with cuisine almost like Freddy's. Enthusiastic, "Hey! Welcome to David's!" when anyone walks in. Prices are slightly more than fast food places, but much better quality. Employees walk around checking on patrons' drinks and fries, which are both bottomless. Definitely a must!

First visit to this location for lunch. The staff was lively and friendly and the food was hot, fresh, and reasonably priced ($13 range for single combo). I ordered the "Barnyard", which is technically an off-menu item (bacon strips on a grilled chicken patty on a beef patty--YUM!). The fries could have been cooked just a tad longer and the free little ice cream samplings could have come out sooner. But those fries were fresh and delicious and I'm not going to complain about the perfectly portioned free ice cream treat! Will be visiting again, but probably much later. They were PACKED at the stroke of noon. Great location!

I do not even know what was going on in there! I have never had so much fun grabbing a burger. First off. The food was excellent. Who does not love fresh fries while you wait? Who does that? Yum!! Takes the edge off so you do not chew someone's arm off while waiting. Our floor girl.. Kid snatching and sending them back to mom's and dad's with tall yummy ice cream cones. HEY!! FLOOR LADY!! I AM NOT TOO BIG TO TAKE EITHER
