I had the mongolian grill..simply delicious I stacked my bowl with chicken all the veggies, garlic sprouts and the fellow cooked it on a grill for me ..added soy sauce, teriyaki and a few more spices..perfectly cooked delicious..the lady at the bar brought a salad with the best ginger dressing I have had..I bought s container to take home..the service here is too good

The bathrooms are super dirty. They charge an additional $4.00 dollars for fried rice during dinner time. They charge an additional fee for Yum Yum sauce. Chefs over cook the food. We will not be back.

Came here today for lunch. The wait wasn't terrible however when we were seated and served our drinks we didnt get a refill until after we had received all of our food and even then the chef had to go get our waitress. HORRIBLE SERVICE. We will not be coming back.

The food was yummy. Everything came out promptly in fact sometimes too quickly, with no wait between courses. However the server forgot which drinks we ordered, she didn't bring any silver wear or chopsticks out until we asked which meant that hot food was getting cold as we waited. Then we were forgotten about for a long time and finally had to ask her over to take our desert order at which point we expected her to clear the table of all the small plates from starters and mains since they were never cleared away between the courses, but the desert arrived and she dissapeared. I had to call her over ask her for spoons for the desert and for her to clear the empty plates from dinner away. She cleared half the table and brought spoons and then didn't complete clearing the table til I asked her to do so. It was extremely disappointing and ruined the meal. I did not leave happy and neither did the other 3 people I was dining with. I wanted to refuse to give a tip but my party was more generous than I. The server should count herself lucky. I was not happy and wanted to voice that to her manager. To respect the people I was with I didn't

Just had 20 people gathering For my brothers birthday party ,, no refills on drinks, had to go find the waitress. And then they made everyone pay $10 in tips per person it was mandatory. Which I don’t mind if they give good service. So getting ready to leave and talking,, the waitress finally showed up and asked everyone to leave!!

Love the sushi. If you like raw and spicy rolls, the crazy tuna (I add tobiko) is DELICIOUS. For non spicy, Hollywood is good too. Their hibachi is pretty spot on for the price too, and the Mongolian grill is a nice option to have.

Establishment was clean, menu offerings were good. We went for sushi, so I can't comment on the hibachi side of the restaurant. Our waitress was curt and she forgot half of our order. Sushi took a while to arrive. One of us had the Mongolian and was very pleased with the cook for that portion. Waitress just needed to be more mindful and friendly for a better experience.

I'm so done with the Mongolian grill at this place! We eat here almost every Sunday and sometimes during the week. EVERY SINGLE TIME I'm here, I'm ticked and everyone in line with me is ticked at the cook. He burns EVERYTHING!!! Your meat will be tough and dry and your eggs will be crunchy. A fourth of the food you gathered will remain on the grill because it'll be scortched and stuck there. A few weeks ago, he walked away TWICE to go in the back and stock up his area...while we watched our food burn to a crisp on the grill! Today was my breaking point. I can't keep convincing myself that "next time it will be better" only to waste another $30 on lunch for 2. Not worth it. Until they get rid of the guy on the grill, sit on the Hibachi side. The cost may be double over there, but at least the food will be edible.

Where do I start? Their selection was small and frozen, their staff was rude and moving tables all over the place, the food wasn’t cooked all the way when they served us, it was way too expensive, they served us our rice before we had any other food so it was cold when we got our food. It was all around a bad experience and I will never come back! Don’t come here if you want tasty hibachi food or accommodating service. I’d give zero stars if I could!

First and last time at this restaurant. The food was actually worse than what I can get at any “Americanized” Chinese restaurant, cheaper. I had hoped to get a taste of Japanese food, but I should’ve known better (really need to go to Japan for that). Honestly, a TV dinner was better than this. The steamed rice was so clumped together it looked like it had a layer of glue on top, and I couldn’t keep it on my fork as it was so stuck together the whole thing wanted to go with it; the teriyaki chicken was little bits of chicken (again, like a TV dinner) doused in overly-salted-overly-sweet sauce and paired with vegetables that also looked to be right out of a TV dinner. But really, how can a restaurant screw up steamed rice that terribly?? Will not be going back.

I like this place for size of the Mongolian grill order and the price. I go there for lunch, $9 and you basically get to have a meal that can be split in two. This is not your best service place, it’s not fancy either. In n out, cheap food place for me.

Decent but not great. The good first: portions are large, the food is average, and the restaurant seemed cleaned. Now for the bad: the waitress got our order wrong so we had to wait as they retrieved the correct food to cook on the grill while eating part of our meal. The worst part to me is that the $3 per person upgrade for fried rice only entitles you to the addition of an egg and the same sauce they give you for your food. Hardly justifies the cost increase. Overall Crazy Hibachi is acceptable but there are surely better options.

I am from out of town. I google Japanese restaurant near me and this was the first place to pop up. I took a gamble call in a take out order and boy did it pay off. I was surprise by the speed of the service, quantity of the meal, and the quality of food. the food was great and the restaurant was really easy to find. I will be going back.

Hibachi was great! The food on the bar was a great selection when it was on there. The server must have been new. Dirty plates stayed on the table and he was slow to come back and ask if more bowls or drinks were needed. Over all the restaurant was great. Maybe overy the weekend they have more staff and things are tended to better.

I love crazy's lunch special !! I can get my favorite 2 rolls for about almost $9.00 and Hibachi is so cheap, compares dinner price.. lunch special is for lunch portion, so I usually order combination so I can get two things for $17.00 or so depending on what I order.. with fried rice and salad, I love their Ginger on the salad !! And also Mongolian is great too.$8 for Mongolian and two sides! I can't stop loving this place.. dinner time is more entertaining than the lunch time, so if you wanna experience new fun enjoyable time, I'll go for dinner :) waitress and waiters are very friendly they do have a bunch of tables so they are very busy.. but hibachi chef do most of talking so I didn't had any problems.. I hope this review helps!!

If you had a zero that's what it would really get. Other customer and me stood there for about five minutes waiting for our order to be taken or seated. One lady asked me did I had a pickup. I told her that I was placing a order for take out. She walked around no one came up to help us. Then man came up and said they were closed and sign on door but sign was on floor now but on door when I came in turn to open. He picked it up and turned it to closed when I looked back it was on open again. Strange, don't you think?

Our server needed more training on the responsibilities of her job. Refill on Tea melted all the ice in my glass. Lettuce with a few slivers of carrot does not constitute a salad in my book. Steamed rice was either old or improperly cooked. I have never had a unacceptable bowl of steamed rice, until today.

Really nice place. Our cook was entertaining. Food is good, a little expensive but its worth it. They charge $3 dollars if you share a plate with someone at the table. Decided to go with the kids and my daughter, just ate the shrimp off her plate. It's not a kids place, if your kid likes rice and vegetables then it's perfect but most kids don't. I would definitely go back, you can order to go as well.

My most recent visit (today), I had the San Francisco and Tiger Roar. I highly recommend this restaurant's sushi! You will not be disappointed.

This location has both a Mongolian side and a Hibachi side. The Hibachi side is very good, but expensive, as you might expect. The Hibachi side is also good and more reasonable. Not quite as good as Genghis Grill though. It also has good sushi.

Horrible experience!!!! The fried rice was under cooked. They added gratuity although we were a party of 3 although the menu says gratuity is added for a party of 6. The waitress didn't come pick up the soup and salad bowls so our table was crowded the entire time. The ticket had to be sent back three times before it was corrected. WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN!!!

Crazy Hibachi, unfortunately, was/is the worst Hibachi grill I've been to so far. To start, this is THE ONLY Hibachi Grill I have ever been to that charges extra for Yum-Yum sauce....you don't get any for free at all... If you want ANY yum-yum sauce period you have to pay extra for it. That's blasphemy, even more so when it's $1 for a tiny sauce cup of it. That's highway robbery. Next, the Little Rock / NLR area is the only area I've ever been to where hibachi grills charge extra for fried rice. I've been to approximately over 50 different hibachi grills across all the places I I've been and Crazy Hibachi is one of two (The other one is located in the Little Rock area too) establishments that charges extra for fried rice. It was $3 extra per serving of fried rice, and you're still charged that even if it's as a substitute for the steamed rice that comes with the Hibachi meal.....INSANE. The only reason I continued with my order with the fried rice vs the steamed rice is because I had to make sure the boss, my fiancé, was happy. I was disappointed with the fried rice too though sadly... It was very plain compared to all other hibachi grill's I have been to. Now the icing on the cake, my fiancé's sister and brother in law ate with us and they got hibachi too, but they WERE NOT charged for their fried rice, that they ordered as a substitute to the basic steamed rice, as I had been. I was charged for each serving of fried rice. So not only do they price gouge customers, but they are inconsistent as well. Management here is clearly willing to sacrifice quality and customer experience in order to generate even higher profit margins that hibachi restaurants already have. I do not recommend this place to fill your Hibachi cravings.

Delicious food! Great service. Hibachi side can be slow during peak times, so don't be in a hurry. Mongolian side also delicious, and quicker service if you are in a hurry. FYI you can order hibachi from menu on mongolian side. The sushi is also delicious and fresh! Last but certainly not least: GET THE MUSTARD SAUCE!!!! Better than yum yum sauce..... :)

The family and I went there tonight and decided to order from the Mongolian side instead of hinachi. We thought we'd try something different. Well, that was the biggest mistake ever! First of all the choice of food was pitiful and also....frozen. Second of all there was only one chef for the whole side and he was awful. He left our food cooking too long and ended up burning it all to a crisp. We had all kinds of charred pieces of food on our plates. It was completely inedible! The managet was very understanding tjough and did not charge us for the food, so I do appreciate that. Needless to say, I will stick with the sushi and hibachi from now on.

The $7.90ish lunch special is really a fantastic price. If you can fit it into the bowl, it's 8 bucks with fried rice and a water. I always try to stuff as much into my bowl by carefully balancing out the food in layers. Up at the counter where you hand the hibachi person your food, you can pick out the sauses you want as well as eggs, sesame seeds and peanuts. It's a dark asian setting inside with lots of seating and a full bar. Casual enough for jeans on a Saturday night and formal enough to dress up. Good service every visit.

We were greeted by a lovely lady that we could barely hear or understand, then sat in a section that made it feel like we were at a buffet. We asked our sweet waiter if we could move to the bar. He informed us that they usually use it for a waiting area, but since it was currently empty allowed us to sit there. We ordered a Red Snapper roll (raw), a Futomaki, The Monkey roll (cooked roll) and the Arkansas River Roll. They each had unique yummy flavors. I highly recommend the Monkey Roll if your a newbie.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever received at a restaurant. I had a group of 10 people with me and the hosts tried to make us all sit together even though we didn’t want to all sit together & we were on separate tickets. Some of us proceeded to sit at the bar & the host said we weren’t allowed to, made us get up & says we have to sit with the people we walked in with. We thought that didn’t seem fair considering we specified we didn’t want to be sat together so we asked to speak to a manager. He completed your did not understand & said it was policy. I am a server myself & I have never heard of a policy to where if you walk in with people you HAVE to sit at a table with them. & as we were speaking with the manager, the host starts talking over us & interrupting. When the manager clearly didn’t understand where we were coming from & we said we were taking our business somewhere else, he just walked away without apologizing or anything. Their whole establishment was unprofessional & rude & we will obviously not be going back. If I could rate them lower than a 1 I would.

Go to place for our work outings. Both the hibachi and Mongolian grill are great. Decent sushi and sashimi prices and quality stuff.
