Well.....i ate here once before at lunchtime and food was good but took 30 mins to get it....as i sit here...i am 10 minutes shy of 1 hour and have been in my seat 40 mins plus.....i dont understand...restaruant is NOT even close to full...all i can think is that the kitchen is poorly ran....sad.......toooo long......

Went to the Little Rock location on 9/09/2019. Toni was our server and she was on top of it. As a former full srvc restaurant mgr, I would recruit her in a heart beat. We were greeted by the hostess upon entering, restaurant was clean, drinks were refilled, food was hot, bathrooms were clean, and execution of service was prompt. Restaurant was not busy and I did not witness a floor manager. The wine we requested off the drink menu was not in stock. Overall experience during this visit was an improvement from the last visit.

Had a good meal at Copeland's of New Orleans. I have been to New Orleans and tasted real creole cuisine. This is an approximation, but it is good. Service was excellent. Price point is reasonable. I might not make a special trip to eat here, but if hungry and close by I would try it again.

Not NOLA, but good for Arkansas. Had the very nicest waiter. The Alfredo sauce is light and tasty, not the cheese glob you can get at other places. The drinks were tasty and reasonable. The bar is huge and beautifully done. The decor and lighting is authentic and there was Xydeco music on the tape.

It’s funny how my review has now changed. Y’all are always out of certain items. Not only that I was there (at the table) 30 minutes before my food order was taken and I had to prompt him that we’ve been waiting and were ready! Also my food was thrown together! This is the place you want to go. Just letting you know that Rodrick Love is getting the Diamond status. This guy hands down is the best Waiter . Loved this whole atmosphere my wife definitely loved it and my sun . Just looking forward to going here soon because. This was my first time going here and Rodrick was very awesome thanks Rodrick for the service . This was a great restaurant to go to . The people was very nice to meet as soon as you get there. They just treat you like family and that's a plus. I always go to the best places . For me and my family because I know why I work to get the best you have to spend the best . Give this restaurant with delicious food, friendly atmosphere, and amazing service from waitstaff (and even the manager) a try next time you're nearby! There are several choices depending on your mood; and don't balk at the price. The food portions are crazy big and made fresh and from scratch. The flavor was on point. I'll definitely be back!

I LOVE Copeland's of New Orleans. The food is always fresh and delicious. My personal favorite appetizers are the stuffed crab beignets and the stuffed mushrooms with oysters, shrimp (I believe), and crab. The seafood is to die is so flavorful. The desserts are absolutely sinful. I love their bananas foster. I too afraid in trying their cheesecake for fear of going into a coma.

Went one Sunday for brunch. Normally I have a good experience but this time my Jazzy Wings were very greasy. Our waitress was not the most pleasant one. And when I requested for them to not add the tip in because I wanted to tip with cash, they charged the full amount to my credit card anyway. On top of me tipping with cash. I will be contacting the BBB.

One of my favorite restaurants. My fiancé and I went in late for a quick drink and appetizer at the bar. Once seated we immediately heard the manager and staff comment that we were the last in the restaurant with a celebratory tone. I instantly instructed the bartender to plate our order to go. It was very unprofessional. I’ve been to 5 star restaurants and they treat every customer as if they are of importance. It made us feel rushed. Needless to say we will make another choice the next time we want to go out for a romantic evening. In the restaurant defense the manager came over and told us to stay as long as we liked however I was ready to leave after the incident.

The ribeye was insanely delicious and worth every penny. Robby the waiter was fabulous. The Apple martini was delicious as well. Stuffed mushrooms, shrimp and onion peddle appetizers were great and great portions. The 1000 island dressing was homemade and wonderful. Couldn’t have been a better experience

For a busy lunch hour, they had 1 server (Kyle) running the entire front of the restaurant. Poor guy was sweating he was working so hard. The food took almost the entire hour to come out - and it was all small plates or sandwiches. They can charge $15+ for entrees but not fix the locks on their bathroom stalls?! Would never go back until management changed. I didn't even get my food while we there and had to get it to go. Food was good, but not worth it.

The food is great.....always Satisfactory. This time I encountered an employee that had a bad hair day. I usually order the Salmon Salad and soup. I usually get on every visit I would get bread slices. On this visit she refused to give me bread with my order. It does not come with bread, so she stated with a stitch in her voice. Long story short, it was not me getting the bread with order; it was her attitude that was totally out of order. I believe she could have explained better, without the negative attitude. Customer Service is everything....because everything you purchase these days is so over priced. I didn't say the Customer rule, because they are a few but right and wrong Customers among us. My hats off to them.....I say do what's right. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING.....

We decided to give this place a shot because it had such wonderful reviews online. We were not impressed. We were a party of two and we ordered simple meals. We stayed away from anything that was was noted on the menu as needing another 15 minutes to prepare. I ordered the crab cakes with zucchini noodles. My boyfriend ordered the steak and shrimp with a white sauce and noodles. We waited 40 minutes for our appetizer and another 30 minutes after that for our meals to come. And, the flavor of the food you ask? Average. We felt we could have gotten the same quality at Olive Garden for half the price and with better and faster service. We will not be returning.

Went to visit this place for dinner for my wife bday. We originally from NOLA so when we travel we always look for food places of our heritage. While vacationing in Arkansas /Tennessee on August 3rd 2019 at around 8pm we decided to try it out and OMG it was soooo horrible. The food was nasty, The staff was rude. They cared more about trying to hurry up and get off then to tend to the guest.We requested a booth. Table for Two.The put us at a table literally “2 FEET”from a empty booth. After telling them I had back surgery I couldn’t lean up against the hard wooden chairs they still say No I can’t sit in the booth because it was closed and there was no more booths they would give us because nobody was cleaning the tables. And everyone about to get off.It took over 20 min for someone to find us a waitress to come to our table. Another almost 25 to bring us out a drink.After we kept saying we was ready to order. At this point my wife was like let’s just go order our food to go. And even that wasn’t hot and fresh.Needless to say the whole entire dinner was unacceptable.

I wanted a specific private booth, but the previous diners would not leave, even 20 minutes after they paid. So the Manager seated us in a similar spot, that turned to be more private anyway. And the food was fabulous.

I substituted fresh zoodles instead of angel hair pasta with the tomato basil chicken. Requested a side of butter, which I stirred into the zoodles yo increase the fat content of the dish. Absolutely delicious!!! The best keto friendly meal I've ever had in a restaurant, bar-none!

We got here at 7pm. Waited to be seat which wasn’t a problem. We chatted until 730 and placed our orders. Our food came out around 845-850. My food wasn’t hot at all so i asked my server to take it back. She was very kind. She took my food back at the same time it came out. It is now 940pm and I’m still sitting here waiting for my food. This is not the Copeland’s that I know. I’m very disappointed and I’ve watched individuals who were seated after us eat and leave and we are still here.Manager comes over and apologizes and says he will offer a discount. Food finally arrives at 9:55. I ordered the seafood platter. My crab bites are hot, fries are cold, shrimp are warm, fish is warm, no crab cake, and no onions. I’m literally over it at this point. I can’t believe this is what Copeland’s has come too. It used to be a very upscale restaurant with quality food. At my server was really nice.

I was craving creole and was hestitant to try th place because of the reviews however I decided I would give them a try. My experience was very good. TONI our server was very attentive and accomodating to our requests; makes a HUGE difference on how your service and meal can be received!!Drinks, appetizers and entrees served all within reasonable time. 1 star was taken away for the baby shrimps in the shrimp orleans roux was good but would have been tastier if better quality shrimp used. Overall I recommend trying for yourself.

I usually shy away from chain restaurants. But I always have a great experience here. I have never been to any other locations, so can't speak for them but this location is great. Service and food is always dependable and really good. I usually sit in the bar area and there are several folks there who really make you feel at home with impeccable service. Friendly and helpful without being in the way. I always look forward to my trips here.

The food is always wonderfully delicious at Copeland's. It it's just a little on the spicy side of you are not into that but hey, it's Cajun! The cheesecake here is some of the very best I've ever had, top 3 at least! I like mine plain but they do have about a dozen toppings to choose from. Staff it's always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. If there is any drawback at all it would be "don't go if you're in a hurry". Almost always busy and a long wait at the table, but nothing ridiculous.

Dinner for two (my wife's birthday) was fantastic! We've been here before and this is my wife's favorite. The broccoli balls appetizer is really good...wish there were more though. Crispy on the outside and soft and wonderful on the inside. I had the big fried seafood platter and my wife had a seafood with pasta dish (I forget exactly which one)...crabcakes on both were really good. They were both delicious AND we both had enough for lunch the next day! King-cake / cheesecake for dessert...very nice. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice too. Depending on what you're used to; the cost is a little on the higher side, but not bad at all. Overall a great dining experience.

We were in Little Rock on bussiness and ate at Copelands New Orleans because we used to eat at the one in Rogers while it was open. The had Ricochet Catfish on the lunch menu and we both ordered it for lunch at 13.99. A few minutes later the server came back and said we could only order the dinner price at the dinner cost even though it was on the lunch menu. Why advertise and item on the lunch menu if you will not honor the price? This is bad business in my opinion.

Our first few visits were excellent. Every visit since then has gotten worse and worse. The only redeeming factor was the manager coming over to greet us, and my husband's food. We always order the crab claws, but fried. They bring them out, and it's literally just a handful. They didn't even bring the sauce, which meant waiting an extra 5 minutes for it, and our claws by then were just room temperature. Our server was extremely slow with everything, including our salads, which we didn't recieve until after our main course arrived! I'll likely be back, in hopes that it was just a bad day because we love it there, but this visit and last few were just ok.

My husband and I visited for the first time with some friends. The location left something to be desired, but we gave it a chance. We were not impressed with the overpriced items on the menu. I had the crab cakes and shrimp alfredo ($18). The crab cakes tasted like nutmeg, while the pasta was very spicy..almost to the point I couldn't eat it. The low lighting helped to hide any dirty walls or tables. They were short staffed and our waitress stayed very busy. Our entrees were out promptly, but it took a long while for her to get our desserts. I don't think we will be returning.
