Pretty good pizza. Seems like before there were more varieties. I hate that kids are allowed to go unsupervised and serve themselves. We have 4 kids and I make sure someone goes with the younger ones. The pizza is good, prices are good, desserts are good!

Pizza is mostly bread and sauce. They act like covering the pizza in cheese and toppings is going to bankrupt them. The place is always packed and it seems like every parent brings 10 kids. The one thing they had going for them was the price but they raised that too. Don't waste your money. BTW, they over charged us and took forever to refund the difference.

I like this place so much. All you can eat. The pizza is great and hot always. Lots of different choices. And ordering the buffet allows you to still go up front and ask for the pizza you want they will cook it while your eating other pizzas that are on the line. Waters free with buffet, will pay for soda. Many people come here. Everyday I see it clustered. it is affordable. It's clean. And the service is quick and easy. For 6 bucks give or take you can have a place to sit, watch TV, and eat as much pizza, pasta, salad, and cinnamon rolls. Enjoy people

This is a really good pizza place, one of the best in the area. The environment is great and they're speedy on cleanups and service. The staff is very nice and their pizza is amazing. The prices are cheap. For me, my wife, and two children it was only $23. I recommend this place to anybody.

This is a Fast Pace Place.... Doesn't Matter if they have 10 people or 200 people. The Pizza Buffet Still Stays Full and the Line Continues to Move at a Steady Pace and Never Really is there ever a wait unless you order a Special Pizza your wanting. It usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes. The Time goes fast because I'm having a Huge Salad from there Well Stocked Salad Bar full of My Favorites.... Helpful & Friendly Staff. Cici's I thought used to be relatively good for the price. This time however was not the case. Every type of pizza I had was horrible. Even their ranch was bad tasting! I was with 3 others and all had agreed we made a bad lunch choice. Even their desserts were mediocre. We didn't even finish our food sadly. Wouldn't recommend.

Ever had a close childhood friend, you grew up together, had fond memories, shared birthday parties together... then 15 years later they're strung out on Meth and are a hollow shell of their former selves.. This is how I feel about this particular Cicis location. I have lived here my entire life and have watch a slow demise of a once honorable pizza boutique. At one time this was a wonderful gathering place of fine pizza and great attendants, but is is sadly turned into a gathering place of roaches and poor maintenance. I pray for their resurgence but I fear they are on the path of no return.

Best place for seniors to get good pizza and salad bar for around $12 including a soda or tea , food is great, and the guy cleaning tables really hustles to keep the tables cleaned up for next customer that sits at that table , if your in Cicis in Fayetteville AR tell this guy he's doing outstanding job and tip him for his hard work and dedication to his job.

Had lunch today with my wife. CiCi's was a little crowded today, many small children were present. As usual, the food was great. Have never had an issue at this CiCi's pizza. I asked for a Mac and cheese pizza, and within 10 minutes, it was done. Great service!

I went to CiCi's to have lunch with another adult and two children ages 12 and 11 only to find out they are considered adults on the Buffet. Since when did 12 and 11 year old children become adults? they're not even teenagers yet, it may only be 6 or 7 dollars difference, but to some that 6 or 7 dollars is hard to come up with and there were two very disappointed children when we had to leave cicis and not eat. If a line for what age is considered children, it should be drawn at 12 and under. Children 2-12 Teenagers 13-19 Adults 20+

We have been eating here for many years. We usually visit a couple times a year. This business, food, and building has evolved and changed over the years. I finally decided to create a review. The pizza was great today. Hot , fresh, and tasty. I believe the price is very fair. No complaints there! The reason for 3 stars is due to the disgusting men's bathroom on our visit today and at least the last two times we've come in. Also, there aren't any baby changing tables in either restroom sadly. The dining area was not very well kept today either. We only had dirty tables to choose from. Other than the mess, the condition of the furniture and facilities is good. Nothing we experienced today would keep me from coming back again but there's a reason we only visit a couple times a year...

Overall, a nice experience. The pizza was standard CiCis fair. The food was good and hot. The staff was very nice and friendly. My only issues would be that I didn't like the flow of the buffet. They didn't provide trays. And you had to either need three hands or make multiple trips to the counter and table. Also napkins were not on each table. You had to get them from the counter. Overall, a nice experience, I'd be back.

Eatin' pizza on PI day. Not much of a savings (using the coupon pictured) when you have to buy the large drink with the first meal but whatever, still enjoyed a good pizza buffet. Most of the pizza is pretty basic but they do have some that are a step up, such as the taco, stuffed crust, and chicken&bacon on thin crust (one of my favorites). If you've never had CiCi's before, I'd say it's kinda like getting hot and ready's at some other joints (and about the same price) but with more variety with soup, salad, and dessert, so that makes it a pretty good deal. The stuff used to pick up food items (tongs, pizza scoopers, etc) was greasy and unclean. Pizza was cooked well but thinner than digiornos. Dessert items were undercooked too (just brownies and connabons). I didn't really like it but i can appreciate the efficiency of their business model. Its a small menu and a moderate buffet. They have a good system but even for a rushed day, it was dirty. Cant have that in a buffet.

Less then forty bucks to feed a family of four. Pasta and sauce, like alfredo and marinara. Lots of different pizzas on the buffet. We order an extra bacon pizza. Had that, salad and dessert. The kids live it everytime we go.

Haven't had cicis for 10 years because Ive been living in the NW. I have so many good memories from going out to eat with friends when I was a teenager that I decided to go down memory lane. Still the same pizza and desserts I always loved. Kinda wish you'd go back to playing 80s music instead of country but thats not much to complain about lol. Even though it was pretty slow during the time I went the food was still fresh unlike a lot of other buffets you visit. Shows me that the staff is on top of their jobs and I love to see that. Thanks as always cant wait to come back

Got home from eating there a little while ago Not real busy. Always a lot of different really great pizzas. Their stuffed crust pizza is the bomb. I don't think they could put anymore cheese on it. Wonderful salad bar. The pizza is always fresh and super hot. That's amore.

The pizza is poorly made with cheap toppings. You can't even taste the cheese on the pizza and the pan crust is too tough to bite through within 5 minutes of a pizza being brought out. The pasta sauce both red and white are not pleasent. And the soup is like chicken broth with undercooked noodles. The cheesy garlic bread was very tasty as is their brownies. Loved those. Adequate salad bar and refillable drink. My bill was about 8 bucks and if u avoid some items it's a great deal for the price. Plus they will make any type pizza you want and put it on the line if u ask and wait for it. Now that I know what to stay away from, I would possibly go back just for the value.

Took my three kids to eat here on Father's day. We met up with my two brothers and their families. You can't beat the price as I paid only 20$ for me and my kids. It's an all you can eat buffet. There are plenty of options available and if that's not enough they will even take requests for personal pan pizzas too at no additional cost. It can get a little crouded at times but with three crazy kids it's exactly the type of environment they can be in without causing a scene!
