I felt like a hot potato as the waitresses discussed who would serve me, waited 15 minutes to get water and have my order taken, and waited an additional 45 minutes for my burger. It was meh.. small burger, small portion of fries. The $1 extra to add avocado yielded literally 2 grams of it on my burger. I shoulda went to Chic-fil-A.

The staff was great and the food was good but would have been a whole lot better if they had go my to-go order right. I know they saw my customized order because they took the pickle off the burger but didn’t put it on the side. Their were other items that should have been taken out or add or put in the side and none of that happened. I didn’t realize our order was so off until once I was home and we were setting in for our dinner and a movie date at home. I guess I should have checked my order before leaving.

I have eaten at Chillies for years while traveling as they are fairly priced, have a variety that suits.my tastes and they are consistent from place to place. If you have missed out on Chillies try a salad or the right side I suspect you'll enjoy the atmosphere and the food.

I visited this place for lunch. I ordered a lunch portion of fajitas. The portion was adequate and was made quickly in enough time to eat and finish in less than an hour. The food was average. It taste like chain TexMex food. The the hot molten cake was yummy and the best part of the meal.

Listen - I don’t know who was on the grill today at 6pm but my God ALL when I say ALL I mean ALL my food was excellent! The sirloin was a perfect grill with an ample amount of garlic butter, the loaded mash was fresh and had a great flavor, the street corn cook just right great sauce blend on it, and to top it off my skillet cookie was soft and chewy!!!

I placed my order online then went to pickup. It was a Thursday at 7pm & the people dining there had a 23 minute wait. I went to the pickup area at the back...& waited..& waited..& waited. Finally someone came to take my payment. The food was small portions for the hefty price but tasty. Still could only give 3 stars because of the rest.

I have been here before and this Chili's always comes through! Had this funny waitress, but she was very nice as well. Food was nice and hot. I highly recommend this place. (Get the spicy ranch chicken sandwhich)

Bargain food. Servers were generally nice, but I brought up the fact that the fried chipotle chicken was undercooked to the server and was ignored. Despite this clearly being the cook's fault and not the waitress, later on I asked if I could tip in cash, and was ignored. Food was cheap, but it looks here you get what you pay for: utensils in a paper bag and bar-style plastic mugs. I ended up stiffing the tip but paid via the machine since the waitress never returned. Would pass in the future.

Take out has disappointed on several occasions. Waited 15 minutes for cashier to figure out how to check my order out. Had to get manager myself for problem. Took another 10 minutes to convey the problem, get checked out, and get my now cold food!

Our house caught on fire yesterday. We are staying at the Quality Inn here in Idaho Falls. We are exausted to say the least from the last two days stress. We ordered delivery from Chilis so my review will be off solely the food. The fries I ordered the seasoning was REALLY good...The issue however was the fries were barely warm and tasted like they were old, so that was disappointing. The nachos were on point and so good as well as the ribs and the onion petal things. Overall, everything was delicious except for the old fries.

A disaster from the beginning! After 20 minutes we had to hunt down a server. Ordered drinks which didn't come for half an hour after the chips and salsa were gone and never refilled. We asked for manager who brought one of the drinks after the meal came but never identified herself. Two of the four orders of fajitas came and she said it was a double order so that was it. Five minutes later two more orders show up. Never received the soup or salad that was supposed to come with it. Waited another 20 minutes for the check to come. No kiosk on the table,bus boy found it on a ledge but it didn't work so he had to go find battery for it. Only one meal was comped. Bad experience from beginning to end. Won't be going back anytime soon if ever!!!

Went on Friday night after DPCC, no wait, slight delay in our server getting to us, but not bad. He took our order from memory, and only missed one thing, so pretty good. Got Alex's Santa Fe Burger, and it was most excellent - delicious jalapeno flavor without being too hot, and it was cooked perfectly medium, as requested. Fries were crisp but still moist, and well-seasoned. Would definitely go back for that burger if I'm in the area.

Best tasting chili I've had in a long time. No beans just very tasty meat and spices. Not to spicy, just right. The double meat double cheeseburger was one of the best I've ever eaten. Wait staff was very prompt and on top of our order. Very pleasent dining experience. We'll be back soon.

We had not been to Chili's in over a year and was so excited to be eating there on our Saturday night outing. Upon entering, we really felt good about being there. The atmosphere was real nice as we were escorted to our table. Then comes the waitress who gave us our menu. She was negative from the start. When asked did they serve lemonade there, she sarcastically and negatively responded that "the drinks are on the menu." We felt disrespected and unwanted. We told her that we were leaving and that our money would gladly spend elsewhere.....and it did!

We rarely come to Chili's since everything my husband tries is junk...he finally found something good last time, but to no surprise, it was no longer on the menu...was excited to try the chicken n waffles but he was very disappointed with the waffles...at least the chicken was good...I'm easy to please, always get the triple dipper...burger bites, fries pickles n egg rolls...cant lose! Kiddo1 enjoyed her pizza, Kiddo2 wasn't feeling the mini cheeseburger...was a bit dry

Normally we enjoy our meals when we eat there, but for some reason the food wasn't up to par. I thought it was just me since I wasn't really hungry, but my wife was starving and she made the initial comment about the food just being ok. Our server was great. She let us know she was "all over the place" but she was on top of her game. The place was clean and there were multiple TVs covering most angles and seats. We'll give that particular location another chance, but it won't be any time soon since there are many other options in the area.

Asked about the "free chips and salsa" upon entering the restaurant, was told how to sign up for the reward system to get them. Did that confirmed and was still charged for them. My son ordered the kids mac n cheese and it came out so dry it must have been sitting on a hot line for an hour. It was gross. I ordered a side salad, and never got it. I even asked the food runner for it and our server. Our server was more concerned with a large party than our smaller party.

We go to this location about once a month. The food has been consistent, I usually get wings or the appetizer sampler. Service is usually good, checking in, drink refills. However, the most recent time we went was a couple days ago and we had to keep our jackets on it was so cold in the restaurant - probably why it was next to empty on a weekend. Our server this time was basically non existent, I had to go to the bar to ask for a box because he was MIA. We paid our check on the Ziosk and left without having any interaction with staff, there wasn't anyone at the hostess stand either. We could have dine and dashed and I doubt they would have cared.

Have always had a good experience here! Food always hot. The 2 for $25 is by far the best deal out there. The servers have always been great. We go there at least once or twice a month. The burgers, chicken fajitas, salads and steak with steamed brocolli are our go to entrée items. My only suggestion would be to update and freshen up the decor. Everything is dated and well worn. But overall always good service and food for the price.

OMG!! The best grilled chicken fajitas ever. Came to our table sizzling on a hot plate. Food was great, but the waitress was even better. Mary went above & beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Did not miss a beat. She had another table, but attended to both tables like a pro. I wish I could have tipped more, because her service was definitely worth it.

I use to frequent this place every Thursday night. I quit going because the service became poor. This evening I went with a couple friends to try it again after a few years of not eating here. I have to say I wasn't disappointed, the service was even more tasteless than I remember. Not to mention the food portions are half of what they use to be. The biggest determining factor for me to base poor vs good service, did you keep my beverage filled? Which never happened. Our bill was dropped at the table, without us asking for it, and even then we weren't asked if we wanted refills or dessert. I will not be returning to Chili's, which use to be my favorite place to eat.

Had 5 star service on our most recent visit so I upped the rating from my previous review from 1 star to 3. The server we recently had was great, very attentive, good personality and changed my mind about not wanting to come back. Management does seem to want to earn business and provide good service. Had a visit where on another occasion where the service was non existent. We had to leave after 15 minutes of not being greeted at our table in the bar. Called the manager and they apologized and seemed to want to make amends so we will give it another try. Food is good. Hopefully service will improve.

We went with my family there tonight. We have been patronizing your place for a very long time. It’s my family’s place for celebration but you made us felt bad with the experience we had tonight. We are willing to wait. The host told us that there is no table available and to wait for 10-20 min. We are aware that that there is family that reserved a table because 2 of them are waiting with us at front. It is unfair to hear that when a family of 6 came then we will hear the host just ask how many they are (6 people) and how many kids then ushered them to a table. I am shocked. We felt so bad that we need to leave. Sorry but this is poor customer service

Awful experience last night. Called order in for pick up..stated 20-25 minutes it would ready. 30 minutes later I went to pick it up...took them 30 minutes to locate the order. Yes..30 minutes we waited..WTH?? No apologies..nothing! She bought the food to me...COLD AND STALE... where had it been--definitley NOT under heat lamp or fresh prepared ...awful!! It's normally a lot better than the last time. My husband and I was seated by a huge Alabama fan that asked if I'd take my sweat shirt off to be waited on. Lol. Uh... no. Proud GA fan all the way, baby!! Our service sucked Even though we did leave a pretty good tip. I guess you could say we paid extra for the hair she left us in our chips and salsa. Not sure what happened to this location, but something has to make it not as good as it was and it used to be one of the best. Could be the smart ass attitudes of the waitresses that are now calling themselves working in there. Sad that some of them actually are working and do care about their customers!!!

We got the south west chicken Cesar salad and boneless buffalo salad. The salads were great. Only problem was that the boneless buffalo chicken was over cooked and the quantity was lacking. As far as the ceasar...it was great.

I've always loved Chili's. Their gluten-free menu is great. However, they have cut way too much staffing! Not enough waiters or waitress! I believe the people making the big cuts & the big bucks need to put more thinking into the people that are making them the money!

Went for lunch today with our family of 7. The food was tasty, prompt and hot. Prices were very fair. Our waiter was Terry who was both absolutely hysterical, and amazing at keeping everything straight! We will return and ask for him. Only downside was that the place was sort of dirty. Tables were dirty and sticky, floor was a mess, however, when I asked the young lady who sat us if someone could wipe everything off she apologized and did it immediately. All in all, a great experience on a day that was a special occasion.

I would give this Chili’s a ZERO if possible!! I arrived at 1:30pm and as of 3:30pm the food STILL hasn’t arrived at the table!! During the two hour wait our waitress was seen approx two times!! When the food did arrive finally it was NOTHING like the menu suggested! The chicken tenders were so greasy that my kids couldn’t even eat them! My medium well steak was still Mooing!!!! To top everything off! - there was about all of four people in the whole restaurant so they were not busy at ALL!!! All in all this is THE WORST restaurant that i have been to in my entire life!! Waste of money and time!!!! Also! - be careful when walking thru the establishment because there were two high puddles of water on ththe concrete floor that sat there the entire almost three hours we were there!!!! AWFUL!!!!

I ordered the fajita trio and it was the worst thing I ever had, my dinner was burnt and when I told the server the manager came out and replaced the meal. The smell and taste of the burnt food ruined my desire to eat the replaced meal. My husband packed the meal to bring home, the shrimp and some of the vegetables were also burnt once again and ruined the rest of the food in the to go box I wasn't able to salvage the meal I had to throw it away. It was a big waste of food and money. What a disappointment.

Good food, good servers and good management. We walked in on a Saturday and sat at the bar no problem. The bartender took care of us right away and got our food to us in about 20 minutes. They gladly put on the Cubs game for us which was awesome. Our bartender did tell us our check was on the ziosk which didn't work at all and caused a lot of frustration. Honestly our only quarrel with the establishment.

5:30 on a Saturday night, was seated immediately. Our initial server didn't show for ten minutes so we got up our selves and moved to a different table. The manager came over and we explained the above, we received free chips & salsa and dessert! My gf ordered the mango chicken thing under the low calorie section, it was delicious! I ordered the California flat bread, it was pretty good. We chose to get the cookie in the skillet dessert, it was epic. I would highly recommend! If you don't like your server or don't get service, just move into a different 'section' to have different service. It was well worth it for us.

Oh... Well. We waited 45 minutes for a black bean burger that was crispy , but seasoned well with raw broccoli on the side (yuk) and a turkey burger that was harder than a hockey puck. The black bean burger had a generous amount of mushrooms and the turkey burger had a couple. They need some quality control and pick up the pace.

It took 20 minutes for us to get water and our drinks without being acknowledged. After I approached a young man to tell him if there someone that could take our order he immediately went to get someone. They then came and stood next to our table, I overheard the young man tell them it’s table 5 who needs their order taken. One of the waitresses just looked and then looked away. The other looked and rolled her eyes. None approached us. I then asked to speak to their manager, she immediately came and took care of us.

Food is always on point! Service is hit or miss. Our last visit was during the after lunch before dinner lull and surprisingly the service was sparse. Eating with two children and myself the table got pretty full...very fast. None of the empty plates were cleared throughout service making for a very un-navigable table ( we had gotten apps....whose empty plates remained throughout). Also took a very long time to finally get my waitress to take my payment method. All in all not an entirely happy visit. Although, I must say; the best service I have had was when it is busy.

Well I've been there on several occasions many for drinks at the bar however I have sat down with friends and had meals but unfortunately the last time I was in there the bartender where's ignoring my friend and myself and then when we finally got our drinks they weren't the right ones Joey up and left the place walked about a hundred feet to Diego's restaurant across the street the staff at Chili's are very arrogant and rude and phony I will never go there again and neither will lots of my friends the place needs to get it together or get new help maybe it's the management I don't know I don't recommend this place

Decent meal that was served quickly. Their prices are not too bad. They have a kiosk you can pay at the table with. That makes the process go smoothly. Sunday to Thursday the hours are 11am to 10pm. Friday and Saturday they are open 11am to 11pm. They have a happy hour although I'm not sure when the hours for that are.

Come here often since it's the only one near by but every time I order to go nobody seems to be working or paying any attention to the to go side of things. I sat waiting around for one person to come take my payment then just walked away did not look at the bags of food that were already sitting there. After about 15 mins someone finally came by and looked at the bags. They then grab a big bag of food then walk away then shortly return with a smaller bag and say my food is ready..... it's ridiculous that nobody in the staff even thought of checking before when I first paid. This happens damn near every time

No beer prices. Waitress has to go ask someone for each individual beer price. Not a big deal though, but if they are not going to provide a price list, they should have their wait staff know them. The food was horrible though. I ordered Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. It arrived at my table 90 seconds later (No joke. After ordering, I immediately went to bathroom, washed my hands, and when I got back they were bringing me my food. I asked if it was a mistake and maybe they were bringing me someone elses order. They double checked and said it was mine). So it obviously was already precooked and it was cold. Took one bite and its texture was like it had been nuked and sitting around for 3 hours. Waitress offered to have a new one "cooked". The new one came out about 5 minutes later and was worse than the first. It was about half the size and there was more breading than chicken, and the texture again was like it was nuked. It obviously came out of a frozen bag. The fries were cold both times too.. If they do not want to cook this meal fresh they should just remove it from the menu. They obviously cook like a fast food joint here. If I wanted fast food I would have went to McDonalds or Burger King, which by the way are both better than what I experienced at this Chili's. At least at McDonalds or Burger King, if something is cold and has been sitting too long, they will cook new fries or sandwiches for you the second time around. Too bad, because the Chili's where I live is not like this.

Always enjoyed food and service here. Went today,about 3:30, not busy. We had the 6oz steak dinner. Steak was under cooked, for medium, seamed much smaller, but they filled the plate with broccoli. Very disappointed with my past two orders from Chili's to go. They were awful. I first order was nasty and soggy like it had been sitting awhile. This order was fresh however the burger I received was so burnt that all I could taste was the burnt flavor. The chili was very disappointing and the fried pickles we're good but there was barely any of them. The portion size from the first time I ordered to this time was about 1/4 of the size. I will not be returning since most of the food went in the trash.

Very very disappointed. We sat ourselves because everyone walked by us like we were invisible. Then after sitting a good 15 or 20 minutes. We ordered our drinks and food. Our server took her time bringing our drinks as though she'd forgotten. As a matter a fact we ask another server for our drinks. And our server didn't bring it. Then we ordered our food and portion size was very small and it was the $19.00 dollar plates. Then I asked well done and it wasn't. At this time eating I was with my throat full as once again she never checked our table and we never got a refill on our drinks and I left half my food because I couldn't swallow anymore. This location was on international drive this afternoon. I paid and no one noticed us. Sad part is, you never know who's eating at your restaurant and really need to be cautious on treatment of people being judge by there cover. I'm not sure if I'll eat at that location ever again. Most of your servers need re training or maybe be a little more friendly. To your paying customers were good really good tippers. She missed out on

had a great experience one friday night at kahala when it was super super crowded, took us about an hour to get a table. service was very good, portions were good, food was served timely and hot. then we had a completely terrible experience the very next saturday at kahala and it was basically empty when we got there before 5pm. service was not great, food took what felt like forever (probably more than one hour for the main dishes, 3 people ate two whole trays of chips and salsa before we got our meals) and food was not even hot, room temperarure at best plus the portions for the same menu item were probably only 2/3 the size. not sure what happened but it felt like it was like a completely different restaurant just one week later.

This started it as a great experience but took a turn for the worst as one of my worst Chili's experiences ever. At first our waiter was very in top of things, bringing drinks out very quick, and refills we're prompt, being refilled before drinks were even close to the bottom. Then... The food started to come out. I made a very specific point to the waiter that I could not have the garlic butter on my steak for health reasons. The waiter was very understanding, and was proactive about asking what other things I couldn't have with my meal. This communication somehow didn't make it to the kitchen. When the steak came it was dripping with garlic butter and the server was gone before I could even let them know, and only 5 out of 7 of us had our meals. Several minutes later I was able to flag down a server and they took my steak back and we informed them that we were also still missing some meals. They informed us they weren't quite done and they would be out in a few moments. Our waiter at no fault of his own came over and apologized that the kitchen was very busy and they missed the noting on my steak order and that they were cooking one now. Eventually our waiter himself personally served my steak to the table when we informed once again that we were missing 2 meals. He seemed unaware that we had STILL been missing 2 meals and promised he would have them out quickly. As we waited on the 2 missing meals I cut into my steak (ordered medium rare) only to find the inside of the steak to have a cold red center. In their rush to correct my order my steak was served just under rare. The only part of this steak that was done was the outside, and I felt that I was biting into a raw piece of meat. At this point I was frustrated and rather than send the plate back once again, I boxed the steak up to finish cooking it at home. The last 2 meals were served... However, the fajitas meal was missing the tortillas and the beans. It took 2 more trips to the table before these items were served (fajitas aren't enjoyed to the fullest without tortillas). The fajita meat was far from warm at this point. In this time I had observed in our 2-2.5 hours sitting here in the restaurant that there were constantly 2-3 hostesses the entire time doing almost nothing up front. I don't bring this up to critique these hostesses but rather to draw the line of one of 2 things being true. They are either overly staffed up front, and under staffed in the kitchen; or their kitchen staff pays little attention to large detail. Either way there was a disconnect in this restaurant experience. I'm not that hard to please but when you feel like you're constantly battling to get the meal you are paying for it's hard to walk away happy and satisfied. Ultimately they comped 2 of the meals, one of the drinks, and the chips and salsa. Its going to take some time before considering this Chili's for another family meal. I will have to say my last experience at this restaurant was so horrible that even when they gave me free chili bucks to get me back on my way out the door I handed them to a couple that was sitting down eating because I had no plans on coming back that was 6 years ago that's how bad it was. My daughter wanted her birthday dinner there so I said its been a while we will see if they have improved and they had. The wait staff far exceeded their average standards she was awesome. The food was perfect temperature, flavor,and accuracy was completely on point. We had 13 people in our party 11 were teenagers and that says alot. Will be coming back soon.

I usually love Chili's. Had a terrible experience at this location (my first time here). Ordered chicken fajitas to go. The food was ready 15 minutes late. They ignored the customization on the order. When I finally got the food, the chicken was white (not visibly cooked) and was only slightly warm. That's especially concerning because the fajitas come out fully cooked and sizzling hot when you dine in. Proceed with caution.

Got here and the host started shaking her head the second I said 3 children were with me. One hostess looked at the other hostess (one was seating with the menus, the other was greeting and placing people on their system) and the seating hostess said “yeah it’s gonna be like 2 hours.” There wasn’t a line out the door or anything, it was just pure rudeness. Bad customer service. I repeated "2 hours?" because I have never heard of that long of a wait even at its busiest and the menu hostess just said "yup". I did have a couple of adults with me as well so I understand fitting a party of six is not ideal but like I said the wasn't a line and both girls looked more like they didn't want to deal with it so they were more comfortable quoting me some ridiculous time frame. This isn't the first bad experience i've had here, otherwise I wouldn't bother reviewing.

I used to go here when I was younger. Visiting the area for the first time in a long time, I decided to stop in for a bite. Their Awesome Blossom, is far from awesome, with no onion inside the "chips". That was the one specific thing I was excited to introduce to my fiancee, since he'd never been to a Chili's; now he'll probably never return again. Thanks to the service received, I am giving 3 stars. Also, the mushroom Swiss burger was pretty darn good. None of them understand any type of management in general. I feel so bad for the workers below them. Corporate needs to reevaluate how they pick their managers.

My family used to love to go here to eat but over the last year or so the food has been a real disappointment. The service was great, the issue was just the food. My wife loves the chicken crispers but this last time they were not crispy at all, more on the floppy side. I love to get the southern smokehouse burger but the onion rings were hard as rocks and they hardly gave me any fries.

The smells are interesting and the feedback reported is the main reason I haven't been back. It's either too much bleach or too much perfume it covers the room to a point where you can't eat. I do like the drinks and appetizers, the service has always been good here. Maybe it's a facility issue?

First off, we waited an hour for food. Saw other people leave due to the wait. I ordered a smokehouse combo with brisket and chicken crispers. 15.99, the picture in the menu does not coincide AT ALL with you get. Brisket was two strips of bacon-thin, dried out meat no more than 4 inches long, smothered in bbq sauce and sitting on bread. The chicken was 3" nugget-like strips with some sort of flour and deep fried. This was most disappointing. The chicken was cool, the fries were lukewarm. We don't eat out much, and definitely never here again! Even heard the servers talking about issues with tables..

2 stars cuz food was good. It started from walking into here and no baseball game on. Pitcher had perfect game thru 5. When it finally got switched it was the 6th. Then order took forever...noticed waitress telling another couple that it wouldn't be long. My order was soup and onion curls while my guest ordered fajitas without peppers. My soup obviously sat for awhile and the fajitas had a few peppers on it. So someone scrapped the rest off. Then when we wanted to pay using the machine at the table, it took 15 minutes to sort of complete it but the page went to the end rather then letting me add comments. The machine was stuck in games first, then after playing with it (probably 20 taps to move page) we finally paid. Then I took survey in which not 1 answer took only 1 tap to move forward. The waitress saw us there and never asked if something was wrong. This was so wrong on so many levels and I will Not go back again. I am staying in town for 6 weeks and will find other places for dinner every night.

Chili's is great place to meet for lunch or dinner. It is a casual atmosphere for dining with a separate bar side. They serve a wide selection of food...salads, burgers, fajitas. They tend to lean more toward Mexican food, very tasty. Very good!

First visit to Chili's and it was great! Had the Ancho Salmon Seared chile-rubbed Atlantic salmon, spicy citrus-chile sauce, cilantro, queso fresco. Served with Mexican rice & steamed broccoli. Being from PDX I'm always a little cautious about ordering salmon that I know isn't fresh. This tasted great and I really liked the seasonings and seared finish. Thanks!

If I could give them a ZERO stars, I would as this locations doesn't even deserve to be open for business. I was at this location on Sunday, January 13, 2018, and we had to wait a long time to get sat. When the hostess finally came to the front, we were promptly sat. It took a decent amount of time for the server to come over to take out drink order. When our drinks were placed on the table we were ready to order our food. My mother ordered hers and, when my stepdad went to order his, he could not quickly locate the ribeye he wanted on their menu, so my mother state, "You wanted the ribeye didn't you?". The server bypassed my stepdad, who is physically disabled but not mentally, and asked my mother, "How does he want it cooked.". My mother said, "I don't know dear, how do you want it cooked?", and that is only when the server started addressing him, but talked to him very childish. After the server left, I took a drink of my water and it tasted just like soap. When our food was dropped off by another server, I advised her that it tasted like soap, but did not want anything else to drink. For some reason, without prompt, she said she would get a manager to come to the table. The manager, which that is giving him too much credit, came to the table he had an attitude and another glass of water. I told him no thank you for the water and that is where it all began. My mother and I both had the crispy chicken crispers and they were cold. We told him and he took them back saying he would get us some more. When they were brought the food back out, my meal was short two tenders and they seemed overdone. My mother noticed one that looked to have been one she cut when we originally had our food brought out to us. The manager came back to check if the food was okay and I was just trying to decide if I was going to say something or not. He looked at me and said, "You want to say something, come on, say it!". I told him it looked like they had been recooked due to the one looking like the one my mother cooked. Well...he stated, "They are the same ones, I had them put them back in the fryer. And, for you information, they were 150 degrees when I took them back there.". I stated that chicken was supposed to served at 165 degrees, of which he only responded with, "well, the cool down over time.". I told him to take the food back, there was no way I was going to eat the food. My mother ate some of hers, but they were disgustingly salty. My stepdad's steak was so fatty that he couldn't even eat it. We were not charged anything for my meal, but had to pay full price for theirs. If we wouldn't have had the cops called on us for theft of services, we would have walked out without paying a dime. My mother contacted Chilis Corporate Office about the issue and they stated it would be addressed because it was not the Chilis way. I hope this gets addressed as the manager was VERY unprofessional and about got me in his face, and the server stopped coming to our table after the run in with the manager other than to drop off the check. We will NOT be going back to this location, or Chilis for that matter, ever again for them allowing someone so untrained to become a manager.

I feel like it's a hit or miss here. The boneless honey chipotle wings were pretty tasty, the sauce had a great flavor, and they were pretty big. Mini burger, meh.. one bite and I was done. Dessert was my favorite part. Took forever to get our bill, as we didn't have the electronic payment option at our table, took us 3 times to ask for it. They have good happy hour deals.

The restaurant could be worked on a little bit. The first time I came, some of my family members ordered something that required shrimp but they had none. The strawberry lemonade was a bit questionable but that might just be my taste buds. Pasta lacked flavor too. Other than that, everything else was great. From the fries to the burgers. This is my personal experience, so don't take it all too seriously.

The worst Chili's I have visited in the states. Took about 1 hour to get a table, and about 45 mins before we were able to order drinks. The manager was walking around like an idiot, and didn't really do anything while the rest of the staff wasn't sure about which table they should go to. I highly recommend the other Chili's 5 mins from there, which was excellent.

She fixed the check issue, but it was an inconvenience & something that should be addressed. The restaurants food was great like usual. Love chili’s but I’ll go to Valdosta next time.

Support Bowl Sunday so patronage was light. Our server friendly and prompt. She checked on us frequently to ensure we were doing well, so great job there. Food was excellent. We shared the fajita plate that included the shrimp. More than enough. Only complaint would be the electronic payment device was a bit beat up and we and the waitress had difficulty paying the bill. Please repair or replace.

The server appeared to be fairly new and not completely into a routine. He was nice enough and did check back with us to see if we needed anything. The food was good and came in a large portion. I ordered the 3 for $10 which included an appetizer, meal and small dessert. I took a to go box home. Overall, I recommend this restaurant for a quick bite or a nice meal. Restaurant is clean and offers pay at your table.
