Food was out of this world...chicken wings, loaded skins and tots. The young lady behind the bar was friendly and sociable. All in all 1st class.

Sat at the bar with coworkers. The service was attentive and very friendly and the catfish tacos were delicious!

The food is great that's why this is getting two stars. It's the service that really brought this down. It is super slow. I waited 40 minutes for a bowl of soup to-go and my friend waited 30 minutes for a slice of apple pie. No exaggeration. The same thing happened last night as well. Same order, same wait time (we're staying in the Double Tree that's connected to the hotel). Hope to see this improved!

We had tickets to a show at Robinson and decided to check out Bridges. After looking at the menu on line and the opportunity to reserve a table for 2 we were very excited. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the food... "We have a limited menu tonight and a buffet,." The limited menu consisted of sliders, two salads and a few sandwiches. The buffet consisted of wings, catfish, mac-n-cheese and some salad greens all for the bargain price of $18.95. So very disappointed. My husband and I get very few date nights and had hoped for a much better experience. This was "Happy Hour" food not dinner. We will not be back. Too sad. Great location and opportunities for a nice eating establishment.

We have been going to this restaurant before concerts since the hall and restaurant were renovated. Last night we discovered they replaced the cheeseburger with sliders on the menu. The sliders are awful and expensive. Bring back the burger! Also last night the service was awful! The dining room was not crowded and most were having the buffet. We ordered off the limited menu. Of the 4 orders, all were wrong in some way when they arrived. When the bills arrived, they were also wrong. Not sure we will be back, especially if the cheeseburger is still missing from the menu.

Stayed at the hotel for a Girl Scouts conference & ate dinner here the night before. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and the turkey burger was simply amazing. My friend had the quesadilla and loved it. Great atmosphere! Very fancy!

Service is great and breakfast is pretty good, but dinner not so great. Chicken gumbo tasted pretty good but was only barely warm and the burger was barely warm as well. The only redeeming thing were the hand cut fries.
