It was a really pleasant place to eat! The food was delicious, you could taste homemade pasta and its romantic environment invites you to be there. They gave free bread as an entrance, beverage (milk and juice) are free for kids and apparently non-alcoholic beverages for adults have free refill (I did order a lemonade). The only couple of things I could complaint about is that Pasta Fra Diavolo it was really spicy for my taste (but most people order it) and that red sangria was way too sweet (you could taste sparkling water on it). Other than that everything else was delicious! I definitely reccomend this place.

The environment was very nice. The waiter was on point. It's a great date night spot! The bartender made me a basil fizz and it was the best drink I've had in Little Rock. The porportions were so perfect. Also something odd, but something I liked - the to go boxes aren't cheaply made. They hold together well enough you could use it a few times.

I usually don’t leave these kinds of reviews and I was going to just pass by this time too, but this was the WORST. It was the first time I had been to bravos, and I had high expectations but was met with the ABSOLUTE WORST. We sat outside and ordered two pasta and a pizza. The pasta was just average. We we’re eating the pizza and found HAIR in the pizza. So we told another server that was passing by, who was very unfriendly and just looked at the pizza and grabbed it saying “I will get your server.” (NO APOLOGIES). So our server comes what feels like HOURS later, says no apologies or explanations, and just asks “do you want another one?”. Which we said no because we were already full from eating almost half of the pizza. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy but the service took forever and the servers were very unfriendly. Even one star is too much. We will NEVER EVER be coming back to Bravos again.

The staff was positively amazing. The food, however, was disgusting. My cousin ordered the grilled chicken salad and the lettuce was warm and soggy, the chicken was chewy and had a hard piece in it like none of some sort and the chicken Parmigiana was absolutely disgusting the sauce tasted like it was from a can or even worse. Would not recommend or ever return.

We had a great time at Bravo. We loved the atmosphere. I agree the food was pricey, but it was worth every penny. We had the crispy shrimp Napoli for our appetizer, and it was delicious! We also ordered the sausage tortelloni, pasta woozie, shrimp scampi pasta, and Caesar salad, and it was amazing as well! We will be going back soon!

BRAVO is hands down the best restaurant I've been to in Arkansas and I try to eat everywhere I love food, but more than overpriced food I love good service, I love to go to a place that I never have to ask for somthing they automatically know I need it, the server is pleasant, enjoying his/her job, our waiter had his hands completly full and the other servers came by just to check and make sure we where ok, there teamwork was amazing and wonderful, I hope when I open my restaurant that my staff will be half as good as the floor staff at BRAVOS 5stars all day and I recommend this restaurant over any.

Good food, nice servers. We haven't had a bad meal here yet (just occasionally so-so service). I love the Chicken Scallopini, and my wife gets the Lobster Ravioli. Event the kid's mac-n-cheese is the made from scratch gourmet kind. Really tasty and worth a visit! If you can save room for dessert somehow, they have some really good options as well.

Food was good but service was completely horrible for a Saturday afternoon especially when the place was no where near busy. They gave us a waiter who was also running the bar, so we got no where near the service that this place should give. Literally took us an hour to get our food with a waiter who literally came around twice in the whole time we were there. Food was good service was completely unacceptable.

We had a private room with curtains with a large party, but the party next to us was extremely loud we could barely hear one another. They had children that were falling onto the curtains. We ordered our food and they were bringing the wrong orders several times from other orders. Would not recommend this location.

Wish I could say something nice because the decore was lovely but left before we saw a server. Felt like my husband and I were an after thought. When we finally got seated at our table it hadn't been fully cleared. The last persons signed receipt was still there. The young lady seating us moved it to the side and put our menus down. The small dishes that they place on the tables still had tried food on them. Now I know it got out the dish washer that way but it should have been checked. Sad because this was our first time coming to a bravo.

Food was great however the waitress kept saying she was going to bring us some bread she did not bring it until after the main coarse was delivered. The appetizer was delivered at the same time the main coarse. Note: bring drinks, then the bread, wait about 5 minutes and bring the appetizer, wait until after you have delivered the appetizer then put the food order in. Give the guest a chance to eat the appetizer before you deliver the main course. Just a food for thought. The appetizer was cold when delivered I thought that the spinach and artichoke dip was served hot not cold. I will still come back because maybe it was just the waitress that didn't know any better.

Our server Simon was terrible. He was unattentive and ruined the entire experience. Who walks past the table and never asks if you need anything? Your job is to create a positive experience. He never removed the plates, didn't offer bread, did not make sure we had drinks. We constantly had to ask. Did not provide silverware for my crème brûlée. He ignored us the entire time and then gives me the wrong receipt. How do I know you didn't keep my card to steal the information. I have never been treated so poorly at Bravo. Never again.

I've been here several times but this is by far my best experience yet after today. My waiter was DeAunteP. Couldn't have asked for a better waiter!!! After having dinner with my girlfriend, a bad storm had came along out of no where and I did not have an umbrella in the car with me. So once we finished eating we waited for the rain to ease up so we could leave. DeAunte showed his great awareness and observation. Of his guest and brought us his umbrella to allow us to stay dry walking to the car. Very rare I go out to eat and my waiter/waitress will go above and beyond on customer service. Highly Impressed!!!

Torn between three and four stars. Lunch menu looks good. Got spaghetti pomodoro ... It was good but they didn't put the zanetti cheese on it, so that was disappointing. Also, if you like a spoon with your spaghetti, you'll need to ask (and if this thought didn't make sense, then you don't need a spoon) Food was good though. I'd recommend it if you want some decent Italian.

Pasta is dry and undercooked. I got the woozi pasta that was chicken Alfredo with spinach and asked for angel hair instead of fettuccini. The waiter brought me fettuccini and my fiancé got the shrimp fra diavoli.. super dry! It’s supposed to be in a creamy sauce and it was super super dry! The waiter never looked at us while we spoke to him and kept looking away and moving away from us as we spoke. Then when I told him I got the wrong pasta he rushed inside to make me a new one and said pasta doesn’t take long. When I e ordered we waited 43 minutes for our dishes! Don’t waste ur time here people. Please don’t

My husband and I ate here a little after one. Although there was a small crowd, there were enough free tables. We were seated in a very timely and friendly manner. Our waitress, Melissa, was very helpful and kind.We simply ordered water. While we were waiting to order, we received our bread which was still warm and a yummy dipping sauce. For the entree, I had Fra davioli with shrimp. The seasoning in the dish was great. I thought the sauce was a tad too thin. The shrimp were good but I would have preferred that they had been grilled. My husband had lobster ravioli which was good. He mentioned that he really couldn't taste any lobster. We would return but probably try something else.

I don't want to pose as an expert on what Italian food should take like but my favorite Italian eatery was Macaroni Grill (Carmel) before it closed and is presently Spageddi's in Lafayette. Our visit to Bravo! May 11 didn't change the ranking. Credit where it's due: The service at Bravo! is top notch, attentive, professional, no question. I wish I could remember our server's name to give her credit. The bread was good but Spageddi's olive oil and roasted garlic dipping sauce is superior to what seem like nice pan drippings at Bravo! The appetizer was very good. The strawberry lemonade was good if not too sweet. Dinner, no so much. The spice pairings seemed a bit odd and the taste of sugar in the recipe killed the tomato flavor in the spaghetti bolognese sauce. The pasta seemed a bit pasty. Our last ticket at Spageddi's was $17/person (before tip) but $27 at Bravo! On three of four measures (atmosphere/noise, quality/value), Spageddi's is superior. Service is about the same at both restaurants--kudos to Bravo! for that but my secind try at Bravo! will probably be my last while my wallet recovers from the almost $100 hit.

My husband and I love Bravo's. We only sit in the bar or outside (weather permitting). Today we went for happy hour with 3 friends. Collectively we ordered pepperoni dip, burgers, stuffed banana peppers and chicken & spinach flat bread pizza. All the food was great even the martinis, margaritas and beer. However, the waiter was dry. I won't hold that against them.

Im sad to say this used to be one of our family's favorite restaurants but this last visit was the worst. We brought my mother out for easter and the lasagna was awful and my husbands chicken parmesan wasn't much better. The best thing about the meal was the tea and the bill with tip was 100.00 and we had no drinks. Wish we had gone across the street to Arthur's. We would've paid a little more but we would've had a nice Easter dinner out. We were coming from Houston where the Italian food is exceptional for the same priced or cheaper so won't be coming back.

I don't normally take the time to write a review but my husband and I were so incredibly impressed by the the and service we received at our recent visit at Bravo at our AR location. We were celebrating our anniversary and my husband's birthday by staying in a nearby cabin. We saw great reviews online so we decided to try Bravo out. Our server was Mike T and he was excellent. He made recommendations, told us what ingredients were in different dishes and welcomed us to the area. He also found out it was my husband's birthday and our anniversary and surprised us with complimentary desserts. We were only in AR for a few days but on the day we headed out, we decided to visit Bravo again (which normally we would never do because we would want to try different places but the food was THAT GOOD!) On this visit, we asked for Mike again but he was off so we got Kevin who was just as impressive and attentive. The hostess (whom we did not get her name) was so grateful we had returned and when we told her about how great the food and service was the time before, she let her manager know. We also did not get his name but he came out to thank us for returning and asked us why we were in AR. We told him about our celebrations and he was very kind. We were then incredibly surprised when the manager comped our lunch in celebration of our anniversary! Then as we walked out (after leaving a very nice tip considering our amazing service and their generosity) we were met by the chef who told us happy anniversary and wanted to make sure we were happy with the food, which we reiterated was AMAZING! We truly were impressed with the kindness and attentiveness of this staff. We have not gotten to visit any other Bravo restaurants but if they are anything like this one, we will make it a staple for us! Thank you all for making our anniversary and my husband's birthday so very special.

I'm in town visiting and this is maybe my 2nd time in Bravo and my experience today was excellent! The young lady that greeted me and my Sister at the front door to and assisted us with our to go orders was very helpful very personable. She helped us choose great menu items, which we were very pleased with. Overall she took good care and we left happy and we ate good when we got home. Very pleased!!

I really wish I would have asked for our server's name. We were there (the first table) today on 4/10 around 430. He may have been the only male server on duty. He was amazing, the food was impeccable and we were both very happy with my bf's spaghetti and chicken meatballs, and my filet, asparagus and TWO sides of the mashed potatoes! (I had just broken a 46 hour fast, don't judge, lol)! Great experience, Bravo!

We have eaten at this location many times. Our experience tonight was bad. Our party of five was seated at a round table meant for six people. We were in line with a cold draft. When we complained to the manager, he just said, "sorry". He did not offer to move us, investigate the draft or turn up the heat. We moved our chairs together, using just 1/2 of the table, to avoid the draft. The chicken that was served to 2 of us was so tough it could not be cut. The waitress did offer to replace it, we declined. It was removed from the bill. The manager, who was standing at the bar, did not bill the bill or apologize. We will think twice before returning to this location.

We went on a Sunday afternoon hoping for a quiet low key lunch. The place was not busy, which is what we were looking for. Melissa, our server was great and we had a great meal. I got the chicken parmigiana and my wife got the shrimp fettuccine. We enjoyed ourselves. Especially that we were able to have a normal conversation without having to huddle together to be able to hear each other. Stuffed, we had no room for dessert. They seem to be making an effort to pair wine with their dishes, but we dodnt try any. After paying our check+ tip of about $50, they gave us a $10 off coupon to come back with on the next two months. What a deal!

Not sure what happened when I went a couple weeks ago, but the absolute worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The kitchen and staff were in meltdown mode. Food was cold, was there for 3 hours, and the tickets ended up being wrong. NEVER GOING BACK!!! If I want Italian, I will be going to Olive Garden. This place is too high class (their staff made sure you knew this) to be so terrible.

If you're looking for a true and authentic Italian eating experience, give this place a try. I've come here several times, more than I can count on 2 hands. The service is phenomenal and the food is exquisite. They also have wonderful Moscato wine that pairs really well with the food. DO NOT HESITATE TO EAT HERE!!! Delicious food. Nice portions. My kids like the flavor of the adult meals more than the children's menu, so we end up splitting a steak or salmon dish with them. The kid's salmon has a sauce that is a little hard to pallet, but it's always cooked appropriately. The service was a little slow, but it was a few large prom parties taking place at the same time.

Our experience here at Bravo was overall terrible. We were here for at least 40 minutes before receiving bread and appetizers. 10 minutes before receiving drinks. The food actually tasted ok after we got it. They ended up giving us our whole meal for free because of the wait time. We most definitely will not be returning. Also, we had to ask for plates, silverware and refills.

First time in Little Rock. This place is huge and has a good ambience. The server was very friendly and nice. I ordered the grilled salmon dish. I liked how well done the salmon was ( I didn’t ask for it but guessing that they cook it well done unless you explicitly mention it to be rare). My friends ordered a veggie pizza- was good as well( Italian style thin crusted). Oh the old fashioned was strong and cocktails were so cheap-7 bucks. Planning for a little gathering in Little Rock with friends and family- DEf come here.

My next door neighbour and I went there for Brunch on a Saturday afternoon. When we got there they told us that they weren't doing Brunch anylonger! Major letdown. It seems Bravo has gone downhill, or we caught them on a bad night. Went on a weeknight at 5:30 for my daughters birthday meal. Meal took an hour to come out. Two of the entrees were cold and dried out chicken. The waiter was nice and apologized. Sent back the entrees and asked for the bill. They did take the meals off the ticket, but surprising that the manager did not make contact. Too many other great options in Little Rock to try Bravo again.

Bravo is located in the Promenade, an outdoor shopping center. One of my favorite things about this restaurant is they have 3 different seating areas: high top bar area, a large outdoor patio that is fully covered, and a formal dining area. Their happy hour starts at 3:30 and goes until 6 and the selection is really great. Their drinks do not pack the biggest punch but it probably depends on the bartender. I ordered the prosciutto and baratta pizza and was not impressed with the proscuitto which is one of my go to menu items normally. If you order it, get a side of balsamic glaze because it was missing a bit of flavor, however, the greens on top were amazing. Good family place, great for girl night out for appetizers and cocktails, or even just to enjoy some pasta on their fabulous patio. Kids are welcomed and pricing can be affordable if during happy hour. Otherwise it is in the middle area of expense. You'll love the atmosphere of the mall so eat an early dinner and hit the shops!

Not our first time at BRAVO! and past visits were fine. This night was an exception and one that makes me wonder if I want to return. With so many restaurants to choose from, sub-par service and food cause me to want to move on. Specifically, we were there to celebrate a family birthday this past Tuesday. The restaurant was not busy; lots of open tables. When we were seated next to a family with little kids who were being little kids, I asked if we could be seated a few tables away. The young man said no, that this table was next. Sorry BRAVO! but a restaurants “next server up” doesn’t work from the customer’s point of view. Service was excruciating slow. When I have to seek out anyone to get drinks refilled after making two separate requests – and watching our server chat up other tables while we wait – is customer dis-service. Finally, two of our meals were not played correctly. What should have been a quick fix took 10 minutes, while our other two meals turned cold. In turn, the food was tepid and tasteless. Overall, this was a below-average meal and experience, which is disappointing because we generally enjoy BRAVO!

I had a wonderful time at Bravo! The food was yummy in my tummy and the conversation flowed like the Chianti we had with dinner. Everything is reasonably priced and was served promptly. You should definitely get the spinach and artichoke appetizer. Sooo good. The only thing I don't like about Bravo is the lighting. Italian restaurants are kind of known for their romantic atmosphere but can we have just a little more light please. I need to see what I'm ordering.

I happened to visit this restaurant on a work trip out of state and I'm pleased that I did. This is a chain restaurant outside of Ohio for Italian dishes. The service was excellent and the food was great. The price point was also lower than I expected given the atmosphere and food quality. If I happen to be in the area again I will likely be revisiting.

I look at a lot of reviews before I go in to a place, but I live close by to this restaurant and kept saying I wanted to go in and I finally did and the service was very nice, the atmosphere was pleasant and they give very nice portions in there servings. My granddaughter came to visit me and I thought to myself...wow, this is a nice place to take her and we enjoyed ourselves very much. I like to say this concerning any place you choose to dine in at...what makes a meal delicious is not just what's in front of you, but the person to whom your sharing the meal with and good conversation, this can make a coldcut sandwich taste like it's worth more than what's put into it, so enjoy your meal a long with your company and conversation, thank you.

I have attended multiple Bravo and their sister restaurant Brio locations in Indiana and Cincinnati. This location on 2658 Lake Cir Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46268 was the absolute WORST I have ever been to. I ate there this past Sunday 1/27/19 and found them rude and disrespectful, including management, which also did nothing but took offense to everything I had to say and just mouthed back at me. He also sweated profusely like he was on drugs or something? They did not even want to bother opening up the pizza bar so my children could make their kid pizzas. Said they were to busy, but yet only had 6 tables seated?!! But my biggest problem was just trying to get them to honor my Bravo rewards and found it was impossible to get them to give me my discounts, that I had earned and was entitled too. They constantly had an excuse, a different one each time, as to why they couldn't honor my Bravo rewards and then started getting hateful with me and my family. I ended up paying full price and cost me $60 for a simple and lite lunch! I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!! Now, as I say to avoid this particular location, on a second note, I would highly recommend the location in Castleton, located at 8651 Castle Creek Pkwy E Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46250, just a few miles away, where I have NEVER had 1 negative experience.
