Totally dissatisfied. Good customer service, but horrible food. Not many selections, you can tell the meat and veggies were old. Meat at hibachi was sour you could tell while eating it. Pizza had no taste. Had more empty and half empty pans than actual food. Went in around 7pm on a Saturday they don't close till 10:30 where's the food?!?! The little apple dessert had absolutely no flavor, dont know how they could possibly fail on that one. Wasted 30 dollars on dinner for 2 people. Never again......

Place is pathetic. Food was ice cold and had been on the bar for hours and we were there 1 hour after they had opened. Complained to manager immediately after sitting down and he had an attitude. The bathroom were a dump. Most of the buffest was empty. Very nasty.

Uhm .. friendly service. $15 for a buffet that had a lot of stale, tasteless fare. Cute inside but the food on buffet...just no. Didn't try hibachi or sushi. Conveniently located, seemed relatively clean, didn't make me I'll just flavorless and not fresh. Crab Rangoon was pretty good. Pork dumplings were okay. Hot & Sour soup, egg rolls, general tsao chicken, pepper beef, tempura fish, all stale/bland. Wouldn't recommend. Chinese buffet on the south side of Walmart is better.

My first visit this evening was a great experience. We were greeted by the cashier and server when we entered. Pretty good selection of food that was fresh and hot. Fair sushi selection and cold section with fruits, desserts, etc. Fairly priced. Service was superb! Our server frequently checked on us and was very nice & friendly. Everything was pretty clean, including the restroom. We will return again when visiting the area.

As far as buffetts go this one is great! A lot of places there is more breading than meat or its all veggies, but not this place. Good quality. Plenty of choices and they serve beer which is a plus. Now their sushi leaves alot to be desired tho. But overall good place to stop with good value.

Sorry, but the sugar coating on most of the buffet food is overbearing. The syrup over the "sushi" rolls is just as bad. I'll admit that I haven't tried the stir-fry grill... maybe next time I'll give that a shot.

My family, party of 8 came for dinner at 7pm and half the bars were bare, but got charged full price. Our drinks weren’t refilled by our server, I actually went and filled them myself. I came to town for a wedding and I will not be coming back to eat here again. This place sucked bad.

I GENERALLY DONT TAKE TIME TO WRITE REVIEWS GOOD OR BAD, UNLESS I HAVE AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENED IN THIS PLACE. I PAID $26 FOR MY WIFE AND I FOR DINNER AFTER A LONG DAY ON THE ROAD. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE, THE ONLY THING REALLY EDIBLE WAS THE HOT AND SOUR SOUP. I FELT ROBBED, AND WHEN ASKED BY MANAGER IF EVERYTHING WAS OK, I TOLD HIM NO BUT HE HAD NO RESPONSE, AWKWARD!! FOR EXAMPLE IT WAS 2HOURS BEFORE CLOSING AND THERE WERE LESS THAN 4 ITEMS ON BAR THAT TWO PEOPLE COULD GET A SERVING OF. THIS PLACE SHOULD CLOSE, THE MANAGEMENT OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T CARE!!!!!

Was there last nite . No came back to ask if needed refills. If you paid 60 to eat for 4 . It was bad!! You would want to have eating environment to be good. I'm a truck driver. Parked at Wal-Mart, so easy to park at for here. Lunch is under $10.00 and Dinner is under $15.00 with water. Don't derive before 11:30ish, or you will be waiting on food to be prepared. Every time I have ate here it has been a pleasant experience. Susie is really good. Hot foods are fresh. Staff is great. They keep my table clear and my drink full. I come in here every time I come through West Memphis.

Pretty good buffet. I tried several items and all were good. I am not a big sushi eater so cannot ascribe that though the selection seemed small. The rest was a huge selection though. Everything from chicken wings to lo mein to several soups. Mostly chicken, pork and shrimp. I don’t think I saw any beef. For the price you will get your moneys worth here. Service was excellent as well.

She chose to eat the food. .I, on the other hand, took one bite as did my youngest granddaughter. .informed the management and was offered a 5% discount. ..ended up paying $25 and some change!!!! Fairly middle of the road 'Chinese' buffet. Most of the usual fair, a sushi and hibachi grill as well. Nothing spectacular, but not bad either.

Went for lunch and even at 12:30 the food looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time, Lo mein and general toa chicken were both mushy. Staff told me there was no seafood in the cheese wontons, but when I bit into it you could clearly see there was seafood in it, I had to show it to the girl at the front and she had to go ask even though she was adamant that there was no seafood in it. Didn't have silverware. The straw they gave me looked like someone chewed on it, the wrapper was stained from what looked kind of like lipstick and when I pulled the straw out it looked to have teeth marks all over one half of it. Will not go back.

I've been to many Asian buffets in my travels and this is by far the worst. Food is warm, the staff seem genuinely disinterested in being there. And I mention again the food is legit warm. Almost health code violation warm. Stay away from this place. The only reason this place is getting a 2 is because they can make decent sweet tea.

This is the only Asian place that's safe enough to eat. The food is always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is amazing and chill. My favorite item there is the peas and the pizza has a really good flavor of cheese. Definitely worth the money you will spend.

I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the taste of almost everything. The soup tasted like it was heated in the cardboard container it came in. Veggies in several of the buffet dishes tasted like the were old - stored in the refrigerator uncovered. The hibachi grill wasn't too bad I guess. All in all a rather disappointing experience.

Seriously disappointing, I mean sure it’s a buffet but you would at least expect the food to be fresh the sushi looks like it’s all made at 5 am then it’s just set out on the ice all day, never replaced. It looks rubbery and disgusting. The rest of the food is just plain generic and sort of bland, maybe frozen, sampled a wide variety of items and only found maybe 3 things that were decent. The service was also surprisingly bad, they showed us to our table and then never came once to check on us or ask how everything was. Perhaps I just came on an off day but from some other reviews doesn’t sound like it. Won’t be coming back.

As I sit here and read all of these reviews I want to say first, I understand and appreciate everyone's input. Now, here is my first person point of view. I am a waitress at Asian Fusion. So I am going to let you in to my work environment so that maybe y'all can understand the reasons behind some of your reviews. Staff consists 5 Servers. Tuesday thru Sunday we have 3 servers for each section. Servers are responsible for setting up front, back ( cold bar food), and clean up. One Server at any given moment has up to 60 people to take care of. Imagine this... Table of 10, drinks, plates, refills.. Etc now at the same time more tables are coming in so you are already rushed and want to make sure each table gets every thing they need. Now when another server goes on break, sometimes 2 servers will go on break which means you are responsible for the WHOLE restaurant! I have had over 85 people at one time to serve! I make tickets, dispose of plates, refills, clean tables, sweep, refill my own ice bin, bust my tables, take cart to back, restock etc... Also host and check customers out while I am trying to serve my tables! Customers can be very rude and very demanding but I go ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure the customer has a great dining experience. I apologize if the restaurant is not sparkling clean. But I am ONLY one person. I am a damn good waitress! I love my job, and enjoy serving the consumers that come in. I am trying my hardest to get this restaurant back on track. I have great Bosses and they are doing their best to please the consumers of West Memphis. The Buffet is restocked continually throughout the day as well as the Sushi. I am sorry if you had terrible service, just know we are working on all the issues that have been stressed to us. I take pride in my job, and I love what I do. By the end of my shift, I am exhausted but that doesnt stop me in making sure you all get the best service possible. Please give us another shot! Request me as your Server and I will try my hardest to give you the best customer service! Thank you :)

Husband and I stopped in on our ten hour reset and decided to eat here. Walked in and No one was happy to greet us. Found a black hair in the pan of coconut shrimp. 9 out of ten items were old and or cold. Went to get sushi and seen a cockroach crawling on the bar. The only two things good about my visit was the water and my husband's company. Wouldn't recommend eating here.

We came in from out of town and wanted a place to eat that was close to our hotel, our kids wanted to eat at a buffet. This was not a nice visit. We waited almost 20 minutes for lo mein and after waiting yet another 20 minutes we was told that they would not make sushi nor coconut shrimp because they was out of those items. Please do NOT waste your time on this place, we even was told by the assistant manager that he was sorry and couldn’t do anything about it. Steer clear from this place!

If I could give zero stars I would. The only thing good was the water. The service was terrible, the buffet was only half stocked and you have the impression no one, not even the customers want to be there. When I mentioned that the buffet only got stocked after the majority had eaten, the cashier whined that she told the kitchen even though I never even seen her leave her little room. I will never return to this place again even if it's the only place opened.

Party of 4. Arrived approx 3pm. Charging $12.00 for Dinner.....but. Out of and did not replace within out hour there.....oysters, cantolope, ribs, desserts, sushi bar had about 4 selections. Waitress was great. She told the manager food needed out but nothing happened. I suggested they discount out ticket over $50.00 by the way. That didn't happen either. Will go to Sei next time in Marion for sushi.

Your money is better spent elsewhere. The food is overpriced for what it is. It is dry generic and bland. I've been there a few times butCan't seem to recall actually getting any service such as refills. The staff just seats you and forgets about you. Do yourself a favor and drive the few extra miles to downtown Memphis and find some better food options.
