The food is good, but not good enough to wait the nearly 40 minutes it took for my meal to be prepared. The waitress said it was because my order contained fried items; okra and fries. I guess it is my own fault, this is the 4th time in a row that our meal took longer than 35 minutes to be prepared. I will no longer be eating at Art's

Zero ambiance. Waitress changed tip on card from $9.00 to $90.00. Management did nothing about it. Food was cold and expensive. Won't go back or recomment EVER.

No BS. This is the real deal. No hype about cook off's, secret recipes & sauces. They let their work & craft speak for itself. Good meat, know how to prepare and serve great bar-b-que. From loaded baked potatoes, chicken , ribs and brisket in sandwich or dinners to excellent unsweetened tea they have you covered. Walk in, sit down check out the menu and order yourself a great meal and let the good times roll .

Had the special Ribeye medium rare, cooked perfect and seasoned to perfection. Also tried the catfish which was awesome as well. Can't wait to come back. Oh have to get a fried pie!

First time dining here, Very friendly and food was great. Brisket and Hot links are really good. Don't usually like coleslaw, but theirs was really homemade quality. We will definitely go back. Thanks Mike for making it an awesome experience oh.. You must try the fried pickles. Yummy.

Our 1st time there. Bbq being one of our favorite foods, we know not all bbq is created equal. Food was very good. Bloody Mary's were very good. My husband enjoyed the "in house" made sausage. Will definitely be back when we visit.

Our Executive Director owned a BBQ Restaurant in Russellville, AR. and is extremely picky when it comes to BBQ and this is her favorite BBQ place in the river valley. If you are looking to hire a caterer for a formal event they offer such an amazing budget friendly variety, you seriously can't go wrong with them. Our wait staff always love to work events when they are catering just so that they can eat the food! Prime rib, stuffed chicken breast, tenderloin.....my mouth is watering just typing.... cajun food, seafood, BBQ, and more! If you don't try it, you are seriously missing out

It’s a bummer about the food because the people working were so kind and nice. The service was great and timely but the food was bad. The meat was cold, only one BBQ sauce to choose from and the mashed potatoes are like soup. Don’t get the brown gravy either because it reminded me of grade school lunch.

Could have been way better. Servings were super small for it costing 12 a plate. Brisket was dry and bland. Beans were mediocre at best they were on the burnt side, the potato salad had enough mustard in it for about 20 batches. Won't be back.

Overall really bad. Waited over thirty minutes for our food and we were one of only three tables. When we finally got our food it was barely warm. The ribs were very tough with no smoke ring at all. The sausage link had no snap and no smoke flavor. Went there for the Art Attack burger but decided to try the BBQ...wish I would have stuck to the original plan. Very very disappointed!!!

I've been to Art's about four times in the past months, and every time I've gone, I've been really impressed! Those who have waited on me have always been really friendly, and have also done a really good job of making sure I had something to drink. And each dish that I've tried (including such variety of dishes as their fried pickles, fries, Bacon and Blue Burger, Burnt Ends, Frito Pie, and even in-house made tamales) have each been really tasty and well-made in their own ways. The prices are very reasonable, the portions are very generous, and the taste of the food is really good! For a very satisfying BBQ experience in the Fort Smith area (and I've been to all of the best-known joints around here, many of them on multiple occasions), I'd say Art's is really working its way towards the top of my favorites list just for its combination of excellence in all these ways. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good combination of value, good service, friendliness and, most importantly, great food!

Visited Art's today for the classic cheeseburger and fries. The burger was an old fashioned, handmade patty with nice fresh veggies. The fresh natural cut fries were plentiful and maybe the best I've ever had. Overall, the burger and fries are among the very best in Fort Smith. Plus, every Saturday, the burgers are $1.00 off. If you're in the mood for a good old fashioned burger and fries, it would be hard to do better than Art's.
