Unfortunately we got there shortly after they opened and placed two orders for wings. The wings were not fresh and were hard to chew. Our bread was also molded that came with the wings. Sadly won’t be going back.

Great wings! I think my kids loved the honey BBQ the best. I prefer country fried myself. I was on the fence after reading the reviews about the customer service but I'm the type of guy that has to see it for myself. The service was friendly and courteous. I ordered 100 wings & I was hoping I didn't make a mistake when I was told that it would be an hour wait... I don't mind waiting as long as I'm informed about it so, no harm, no foul. Nonetheless, everything came out good and the owner even brought the food to my truck (being that I told him I had been in a wreck the day before.) Saved me from having to make dinner and the prices were better than any wing spot in Little Rock. I will be back next time I visit Sherwood.

I had hard wings that were fried too long. The service was slow and the sauces were terrible. The honey mustard wings were really bad. I threw them in the trash. I wanted to like this place, cause I love wings, but now I'm unsure how there are any good reviews.

The wings were pretty good. I got the spicy Jamaican jerk and spicy garlic. I would recommend boneless. The fried okra was great. My order got a little mixed up but we worked it out. Good prices. 40 wings pt of okra, order of onion rings under $25 bones. Family of 4 and we had leftovers.

I thought I would try this place because of the reviews. I was very disappointed. First, I question the cleanliness of the place, to the point where I think the heath department might need to look into it. However, I get that this is a small business, so they might not have the money to keep the place looking that nice. It took 25 minutes to get 9 wings and a drink. I could have cooked it at home faster. On top of it, they were extremely over cooked (almost to the point of being jurky) on the inside and mushy/greasie on the outside, after eating 2 wings I couldn't take it any more and trashed what was left. My guess, they were par-cooked and set in a warmer all day, and reheat in the frier to attempt to make them edible. Only since the car in front of me took 20 minutes, they got all mushy and greasy sitting in a box for 20 minutes, before I got to the window. I thought about taking it back to complain, but given what people say here about how rude they are, if you attempt to complain, it wasn't worth the headache over $7. However, I will never eat here again.

I have been to this business multiple times and have recieved great service from the server and the man who works in side. I called in my order and the man told me how long my food will take. THE WINGS AND SERVICE ARE THE BEST!!!

Called up to see if they were open and if they took cards guy was really rude and hard to understand furthermore it seemed like he did not want to turn on the open sign since I was right across from this place and go down the street to get gas come back it is on decided that I won’t spend money on bad customer service

Don’t waste your money. We tried this place tonight and to our disappointment the wings were awful. They seemed as if they had been reheated or over cooked... I’m not sure but they were terrible. Almost reminded of you jerky.

Well if I can give them a Zero I would, called the order in and was told it would be 30 min actually thought I’d be late getting the wings as I pulled up about 20 min after the 30 min time frame so in total 50 min is the time given get there and paid and was told 5 min more. Ended up waiting another 20 min for wings... sometimes you want to give local restaurants a try but gosh dang this was horrible....

Incredibly slow, but I was told it's worth it. Last night, they couldn't decide whether or not they were able to make the burger my daughter wanted, she ordered something different, then they said they could make it but only as a single. She agreed. We also ordered 32 wings and 2 orders of lemon pepper fries. When we got all the way home, we realized the fries were not in there and when my daughter tried her Burgers she said it tasted like it had been in the freezer for a couple of years. I called this afternoon to speak with a manager the guy that answered said he was so I explained what had happened. He was very polite and told me to Simply call an hour ahead when I was ready to pick it up tonight and apologized. However, when I called this evening to say I wanted to come and get it, he was extremely rude, told me I was incorrect about what Burger my daughter had ordered, cut me off more than once and finally cut me off by putting me on hold. When I pulled up to the location to get them and told him who I was he rolled his eyes and told me to just wait. I'm actually sitting here in line now and I'm a little nervous about my daughter eating whatever kind of burger he has decided she's going to get from them. I'm a little worried she might be eating spit or hair because he has such a nasty attitude. I have yet to try the food because we saved the wings to reheat on the grill tonight when we got the rest of the order. If it's exceptional I'll give a couple more stars and try and forgive the nasty attitude. They seem to have a very steady business. The guy uses the fact that he's busy as his excuse for being so short with me. If it were my business I would be in a good mood because there were so many people wanting the food and I would hire help that would make it run a little smoother. And if I couldn't help being such a jerk, I wouldn't put myself in front of the public.

Onion rings were good and unfortunately the good ended there. Wings were burnt, like to where the meat was hard as a rock. Then colored nearly black due to them being so burnt and just tossed in a teriyaki sauce. Ranch is awful and rolls were ok but very soggy. My search for decent wings in Arkansas continues...

Ordered a 32 pc & it was disgusting. The wings were fried way too hard, had no taste, sauce was hot but actual wings were cold! Plus, they tasted VERY OLD! Even the bread was NASTY!!!!! Very disappointed & pissed I wasted $18 !

I have eaten here on occasion. After today I will not be back. Phoned ahead and was told that 9 wings and a 2 piece fish would take 25 or so. Seems long for wings and a couple pieces of fish, but I head up there. Maybe they are busy. The parking lot is completely empty when I arrive. I sit in my car and wait. After pulling into the drive thru and no one answering I pulled into a parking spot. It was raining heavy and I went up to the window. When I paid the man for the food he told me 10-15 minutes on the food. I asked, what. He said 15 minutes. I asked why, I'd placed a call ahead order and waited 30 minutes for the food. I wasn't going to wait another 15 and asked for my money back. The man with the dreadlocks completely lost it at this point. He said here is your f**king money, I don't need your business you punk a**. What you give me? "A twenty man, I'm not gonna wait in the rain another 15 minutes." The dreadlocks man then responded well f**k you fa**ot, don't come back. Won't be a problem, I won't be back. The man with the dreads then followed me out of the back door and continued to call me fa**ot, curse and threaten me. He tried to get me to approach him at the door. I was getting into my car at this point. He continued to threaten and curse saying I got something for you fa**ot, I'll shoot you fa**ot, you just mad cause you a fa**ot. Don't come back or I got something for your @**. I will never be back, and I would warn any one out there not to go here either. I'm shocked and surprised that they are in business still. That lot would be better served as an expansion to the dollar general parking lot.
