This location is notoriously slow and very sloppy. The sandwiches are always uneven and falling apart. I got to the last couple of bites, when I finally realized they didn't forget the cheese like I suspected...They just put it on one quarter of the sandwich. And like all Arbys restaurant's it's very expensive for less than mediocre food. If this chain doesn't get a makeover I doubt it lasts much longer.

Not sure about other areas but Arbys in the Rogers and Bentonville area seem to have bad cooks. I've eaten at both and frankly don't want to eat there anymore.

I have been seeing this pecan chicken salad sandwich alot on TV so I ordered it, I will be getting it again. Only complaint is everytime I get the curly fries they are always over cooked and cold. Their service is fast otherwise

I was never a real fan of Arby’s until they started selling the gyros. I am originally from Milwaukee and they have a Greek population there. We had a friend who had a food truck that sold gyros. And I always thought they were the absolute best. I shock myself to admit Arby’s are just as good. From the meat to the sauce on top. Just awesome!

The Reuben is my favorite. But They changed the cheddar melt to not have red ranch anymore. Boooo. Got all the way home and realized it had none. Called to see what's up. Was told they changed it. I disagree arbys. It is better with red ranch. Other than that it's a great place to eat.

They made it just as I asked them to. I got 2 of these sandwiches for $6 plus tax! That's cheap and filling! This is a training location so I do not ever have high expectations of fast service here however I do expect it correctly done which they seem to do it well. It's also the busiest location in nwa Arby's with the one on Walton and tiger as the 2nd busiest.

Recommend Arby's for their Market fresh sandwiches. I had the turkey on whole wheat for lunch today. I would have given them 5 stars except for the fact that they don't serve Coke products, only Pepsi.

Don't bother with the Rogers locations, just go to this one. The management is very good here. They need more employees to help with the wait time, but it's not terrible. The food is always good here. That's a rarity these days for "fast food."

Well I don't go to Arbys much but I wanted to try the chicken salad awhile back and it was very good. Been back several times since for other sandwiches which all have been very good. Got the chocolate milk shake and it is to die for. I will c ok continue to go back.

Went all the way from Bella Vista to Bentonville, and they messed up my order, the one meal they forgot was my kid's meal. Service is bad, cause when i called the lady said to go back the next day(the next day)

Human hair in a sandwich, my premium sandwich had very little meat, my large onion ring order consisted of 5 rings, when asked if we wanted any sauce, we requested 2 kinds but got none. Ill never go to this place again

I used to find Arby's prices on the high side, but with prices rising at places like McDonald's and Wendy's, the Arby's prices seem much more reasonable now, and the food quality is higher. Their beef gyros sandwiches may not be a genuine gyros (which would be made of pressed beef and lamb), but it's darned close. They have the seasoning, the sauce and the bread right, and the price is about half what a real gyros goes for from a Greek restaurant.

I am not a normal Arby's diner but, we had incredible counter service here at the N. WALTON store in Bentonville, Ar. They made a grilled cheese special for my daughter that was not on the menu and the manager even came to visit tableside with some of us and the other diners after saying grace. It is so nice to know that we are settling into another community that prays like we do at the local fast food joint. THANKS ARBY'S for the nice lunch. We feel blessed and full.

The place was rather dirty. A lot of tables dirty, condiment station as well as the drink station was as well. Ketchup out and forced to use packets. Also, we ordered cheese sticks and they had no marinara. Not good business practices.
