My family and I on my wife's side had a birthday party on the patio for beautiful niece. The service was superb with our server Rudy. The food was excellent and the view of the White Tank mountains from the patio was beyond beautiful. Minus one star for not having an American shrimp cocktail. You're version is a Mexican cievice style, it's good but it's not a shrimp cocktail.

The Verrado Grille has great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We really enjoy taco Tuesdays, and the Rueben is fantastic. It’s a great spot to check out in Verrado.

The bottom line on any dining establishment is the quality of the food and service, both were great despite being busy. We had a burger and fish tacos and both were delicious and large portions. I'll definitely be back.

Beautiful golf club with amazing views inside a picturesque subdivision. The bar had some reasonably priced drinks (Mimosa was a bit much, but they didn't skimp on the alcohol and used half-decent orange juice). The food was okay, but we had went for an engagement and didn't get to see a menu proper (menu was pre-selected). Although this place is too far out of the way to come for a meal, if I happen to be in the area I wouldn't mind giving it another try.

I love the atmosphere at the Grille. The views late in the day as the sun retreats over the white tank mountains are fantastic. The food is good--they have good pub style foods for lunch and dinner. Good beer, wine, and cocktail selection. I have heard they have good breakfast/brunch options, though I've not tried them. Always a good time here.

We eat at the Verrado grille very often, sometimes 3-4 times a week.. the staff knows us and are typically very sweet and pleasant. Unfortunately our visit today will stop us from ever going back. We arrived there around noon with a party of 13.. 3 separate families after our daughters finished their flag football game.. literally, the second we sit down we can feel that we are an annoyance to the staff, because our kids aren’t being silent perfect angels.. they’re kids! The bartender Desi yelled at our kids from across her bar multiple times.. one of the little girls in our group is Severely non- speaking Autistic.. and let out a little shriek and that when all hell broke loose.. Desi yells at our girls once again ten times Louder than before and the manager Ricardo proceeds to come over and tells us that our kids are going to have to move or we will have to leave.. I personally have NEVER been treated with such disrespect in my life! And my heart is broken for my friend and her daughter who was completely discriminated against for her disability. My family and I will not be returning to the Verrado grille and I highly suggest to think twice about eating in a restaurant like this.

The Verrado Grille is the place to go to have a drink, relax and meet new and old friends. The Grille serves light snacks to meals and they are usually busy most of the time. If the weather is not to hot there is the patio area where food and drinks are served. As Victory grows with more new neighbors, the Varrado Grille will begin to feel the squeeze. When they are busy service seems to fall off and space for guests seems to run out. Hopefully another facility will be built, much larger then the this one to accommodate the growth. In the meantime, go on up to the Grille and enjoy...

Signed up for the 4th of july shotgun and buffet. Golf was good. Headed to the grille for the buffet, and stood in line waiting while watching the masses that reached the grille before us walk out with heaping plates of food. By the time we got to the buffet, they were out of most of the entrees including pasta , chicken, ribs and a couple of other items. We were told that the chicken and ribs would be ready in a few minutes. 35 min later we walked out with no sign of chicken or ribs. Very disappointing experience. We paid their price for the buffet and never saw the main attraction. Never again.

Food was good and service was fine. HOWEVER, the live "band" they had playing tonight was a total nightmare. We were sitting in the main dining room for dinner and the band was in the same room. They had so many excruciatingly loud sound mishaps, everyone was cringing. Then the guy kept doing mic checks. So in between the two, it was a total diaster. I dont know where the manager was, but if that was my restaurant, I'd never allow my guests to endure that. We ate quick and got out of there as fast as we could. I did complain to a staff member, but it didn't seem to matter. If they're going to have live music, they need to hire a sound guy to handle the set up and equipment. Otherwise don't have that. I mean I've seen live music tons of times and I've never seen that many ongoing issues. Horrible experience.

This place is such a bad restaurant. I've lived here for almost 14 years, and try to support the local restaurants when I go out. At this point, about the only time/reason I go here is early in the morning to sit and do work and eat breakfast. The service is so horrible later in the day, I avoid it here. I come here this morning to sit and do work, and guess what? No friggen internet! The food is generally good once you get it, but the service is usually poor.

Just visited Verrado Grille for the Thanksgiving Buffet. Outstanding Super Friendly Customer Service beginning with the Hostess desk..our Waiter Eric..the entire Staff..& Management. The food was delicious, plentiful, and there were plenty of offerings. The seating was comfortable, with plenty of elbow room between tables. ......Last, but not least, the view looking out onto the beautiful golf course to the mountains is incredible. Great job to all! I will be back.

Food consistently meets or exceeds expectations, but service is almost always bad. Staff is far more interested in chatting at the bar/register than serving guests, orders delivered wrong or to the wrong guests, etc. Everyone is friendly, just need to focus a bit on their jobs.

Update: After meeting with the general manager and head over food department I was treated with respect and professionalism. My issues were addressed and I'm satisfied with their efforts to make amends for the mistakes made. Word of caution, the wedding team is contracted with the Grille. Make sure they pay attention to detail. My issues remain with their lack of professionalism. But the Verrado Grille is a reputable business. Reconsider if you have this venue in mind for a wedding. They ruined my wedding day by serving the wrong meals to my guests. A meal that was subpar and cheap. I couldn't finish what I was served. We were given the opportunity to have a tasting and we made our meal choice. Someone made the mistake and did not get our order correct. They placed the order for something we didn't even ask to taste. The adult meal and the kids meal were both wrong. It made the whole tasting pointless. When I paid my final balance, no one asked me if they had the meal correct. No one confirmed. I didn't sign stating it was the correct meal. (Which they have now made as a new protocol due to their mistake on my wedding.) When I asked for rectification, I was given poor excuses and I'm sorry. I paid over $2,000 on the food alone and was given a $100 gift card. Find another venue that believes in the perfect wedding day and good business.

Let me start by saying that I have lived in Verrado for the past 10 years and have eaten there endless times. Me and my friends have breakfast and lunch here twice weekly and all servers know us by our first name to the point we don't even need to order because they know what we like!!!! Yes, we go here that often. Over the past two Saturdays after our daughters flag football game we head that way for breakfast and lunch. Three families, Hispanics and African American, we have been treated like second class citizens. We were told to be quiet while sitting outside ( spoken like we are children )and today we were yelled at for our kids speaking loudly. The person they are referring to who was loud is my best friends daughter. She us 10 and severely non verbal autistic!!!! The waitress "Desi" yelled across the bar to our kids over and over again and snaped at them that they needed to use theur indoor voice. Now you tell me, how do you think the story ends? That only got our girl more agrevated and we had to step in. Needless to say, the waitress and the gentleman in charge of lunch service were relentless about going after an autistic child. Hope God bless them with never knowing what a parent feels about getting ridiculed in front of another 20 plus customers on a Saturday at 1 pm because of having a child with different needs. Not only did they loose regular customers but we are filling a formal complain for discrimination. Please, do not give them your business because they truly do not deserve it!!!!!

Hit or Miss with this place. Go to the VIC better service and view. I have been to the Grille several times over the years, the food has always been good but the service is SLOW and when I say SLOW, its painful to watch SLOW. Mixed up food is normal, wait staff with bad attitudes is also normal. I love to golf here but eating or getting drinks is a horrendous experience. The VIC has pleasant employees and fast service. From now on I am golfing and eating there, which is a shame since the Verrado Founders course is beautiful and the staff that runs the golf side is great. You would think management would change and attitudes would also but after 7 years it's still the same.

3 Stars because it's a beautiful place, but could be so much better! We love sitting on the patio and watching the sunset, it's a fabulous location. I just wish the service in the restaurant was better. We've had slow and moody service multiple times, but we keep going back for the view. The breakfast menu certainly needs some fact checking - the Eggs Benedict says that it's served with Bernaise sauce, it's not. The potatoes had been sitting so long they were shriveled and dehydrated. I think they have a manager, but I only see them clearing tables, I wish they'd pay more attention to whats going on. This could be such a busy and fabulous place, it just needs some attention.

Marginal at best. I went for evening drinks; I was told that the patio was closed due to wind. Fine if it was actually closed. I wasn’t a white middle aged man so I was not able to sit outside- fortunate for those who were able to continue their drinks in the sun and breeze. Better food and service awaits you a block down the road.

Always go for a nice sit down meal and have never been disappointed. Staff is great and so is the food no matter what you order. My favorite is the sweet garlic wings and one of their pasta dishes. Atmosphere is great because conversation is not noisy because of the decor. Give it a try especially when the sun is setting and if you can get a table by the windows facing the golf course or sitting on the patio. You will have a great experiance.

Desi was an amazing server / bartender! She greeted us immediately with a big smile and even though she was very busy we felt as customers we were important to her. I have worked as a psychiatric RN the past 30 years so notice behavior and analyze everything I suppose. She is valuable to your organization and the food was excellent as usual. Sorry to hear about the review with the autistic child. We have 2 autistic children in the family. I think the atmosphere at Verrado Grille is upscale and quiet therefore I wouldn't imagine bringing the girls in such a closed atmosphere. McDonalds yes, easier on the children. Thank You! Friendly service and nice size restaurant. It is part or the golf club so parking is tough at golf times. Food has good presentation but that's about it. Taste is just ok and food is pricey so you can do better at other places not too far from here. service is not what I would expect at this price level. They are quite slow and easy to get things confused.

The food was not bad, but the service was strange and disappointing. Strange because we didn't seem to have one server. A gentleman who seemed to be some kind of manager started our drinks, a lady came over later indicating she was our server, but gave us nearly no attention, and then another young man delivered our food. I might be willing to try again, but I purposefully go to a nicer restaurant to actually receive attentiveness from a server...
