Had regular eggs ham and potatoes and present and just that regular breakfast. Very nice layout of booths and tables. If you don't like sitting on wood then slatted booth seats are not for you. Place very clean and good and fast service.

The waitress was friendly and very efficient. The food was good. My sister thought her omelet was perfect which says a lot as she is pretty particular. I had the spinach dish with very good, but the Hollandaise sauce was okay. The gluten free waffle was very good.

Visited on Mother’s Day weekend. It was busy but we got seated almost right away. We had to wait 40 minutes for our food, however. Food was OK. Server was nice but she brought us the food we did NOT order. When we told her about it, she asked if we wanted to ADD another order of what would have been the correct order?!! We thought it’d be too much food so we declined and ended up eating the wrong food. But she was nice and we didn’t have to wait too long to be seated, hence the three stars.

US Egg is okay. The food is adequate, but I was disappointed to see they only serve hash browns, and they aren't very good. The last time I was there, I asked for well done hash browns. When they came out they had been deep fried! Not what I was expecting. Anyway, I wish they would offer other potatoes, like country potatoes or home fries. You would think a restaurant whose name epitomizes breakfast would be more diverse on the left side of the menu. One more thing, I ordered fruit as a substitution for the hash browns once and they charged me an extra $1.25 for it!

One of the better breakfast and lunch places in the Valley, this location has long been a personal favorite of mine. The building is fairly new, snd comfortable. The people are friendly snd always greet you with a smile. The servers are competent at their jobs, and fast ! The breakfast food is excellent. Cannot speak to the lunch menu as I have not ordered anything from it, but assuming it is good. There are extensive offerings of omelets and Benedicts. All are outstanding. Highly recommend this place to all. Not cheap, but nothing of quality is cheap.

Excellent waitstaff, very patient and friendly, but the food is so-so. The quality is decent, but there is a real risk of cross contamination - case in point my mother cannot have wheat and so ordered buttermilk pancakes, but when they arrived tasted strongly of the pumpkin pancake seasoning, showing a cross of utinsels. In addition, when bringing this concern up there was no offer to remake the pancakes, but only to get something else. If you want a decent US breakfast they gave a good selection, but be wary if you have serious allergies.

Love this place. They are quite busy on weekends but even though the sign usually says 10 to 20 minute wait i never feel like I'm waiting that long. They have a little vegan menu that has a sandwich, salad, oatmeal, vegan WAFFLE (yum - haven't had one of those in a while). They didn't know the sandwich I ordered because no one ever orders it (ALT - avocado, lettuce, tomato on sourdough). Its kind if bland because no hummus or sauce of any sort, but honestly I didn't mind it and knew what to expect when ordering it. Just a little salt and pepper. Definitely try the vegan waffle. Its big and belguim style, nice and fluffy. You can also get a side of blueberries or strawberry sauce.

4 stars instead of 5 because I hate the fact that because I can't eat bread I get charged extra to simply have a fruit substitute, it kinda feels like a punishment, Also I chose a table outside and they came out when I was eating and Stacked all the other table And chairs Around me, it was not only a clear hint telling me to hurry and leave but extremely loud and rude. Only complaints are that the decor seems very old and dirty, the restaurant has a funny smell when you walk in, and I feel the prices are a little high for what you get.

My family and I have had good things to say about this place in the past but this time was less than subpar. The order was wrong on one plate, one dish was completely cold, and as they brought out the third dish the lady dropped the bacon on her shirt and then put it back on the plate.... we had already waited a really long time just to be disappointed and have to wait even longer for the corrections to be made. The only thing that made us not get up and walk out was our main server, she came right away and corrected the mistakes and was sweet and tried to be as attentive as she could. I will not be coming back and I won’t recommend this place in the future, it has definitely gone downhill.

Good food and experience. Quite busy on the weekends (good sign) but didn't have to wait. Mid level prices, lots of healthy options as well (wheat option, extra protein, egg whites, etc). Service was pretty good, not great, they were quite busy so make sure to let them know you need something as they may not get around to asking you as quickly as you'd like. Other than that, no complaints. I'd go again

The wife and I were on our way to First Watch when we saw U.S. Egg. We'd driven by the restaurant dozens of times and always said we should try it so we went here instead. Personally, I've never heard a bad thing about U.S. Egg and I can see why. We were greeted warmly as we entered, seated immediately and had our drink orders taken shortly thereafter. Waitress was very friendly and found a nice balance between making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive during our meal. Had the half and half meal with a bacon, onion and pepper skillet with 2 protein pancakes. Both were excellent. Protein pancakes can be a bit tough but these were light and fluffy. The skillet made me wish I ordered the full order. Sorry Snooze, you just got bumped out of the top 3

We go to different restaurants throughout the valley every Thursday for breakfast. We only go to 4+ star eateries. Today we drove 30 miles from the far east valley. This place is the first restaurant in 3 years of this practice to have made flavorful gravy for their biscuits. Most places only wave the sausage over the gravy pan. Their gravy reminds me of wallpaper paste. I wish I could say their biscuit was as good. The service was excellent. The protein pancakes were very good but Biscuit's are better with cinnamon flavor in the batter. Would I return, yes.

I miss the little hole in the wall breakfast plaves, being from Ct breakfast spots were always small but the best ones because its cooked lime you were at home . Easy entrance from either side of road and same with exit. Plenty parking for all!
