My wife and I wanted to try The Henry, and elected to for our anniversary. Our anniversary happened to coincide with restaurant week which was a happy coincidence. I cannot say enough positive things about the service, food, and atmosphere. From the moment we walked in we were pleasantly greeted and immediately checked in for our reservation. Although the restaurant was completely full, we were seated promptly. In addition, they gave us a large comfy booth to make our anniversary more special. Everyone from the hostess, waiter, food runner, and even the manager wished us a happy anniversary. The food was phenomenal! They clearly take pride in their flavors, ingredients, and presentation. Try the King Crab Toast and braised short rib. My wife has a dairy allergy and they adjusted her dish to accommodate. Just when we thought the experience couldn't be better, the manager sent us over a round of complimentary champagne! Thank you to everyone involved in making our special day so extra! We will absolutely be back to try more of your menu and drink list.
Beautiful restaurant and great ambiance. We took some family here and everyone had a great time. The service was also very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the food was just okay. Every person felt their dish was good but could be better in someway. Overall, everything about the restaurant set a really high bar, but the food was lacking.
Had a great dinner there. Our waiter was very attentive. We had a table of six and everybody enjoyed their food. Steaks were cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend "The Henry". My only negative comment would be the place is a tad bit noisier than I would like.
Working off out servers instructions I left my meal totally in his hands. Everything was absolutely delicious. From my Tom Collins drink to the vegan carrot cake dessert. My entire was as complete a flavor grouping I can remember in recent meals. Everything on the place was great on it's own, but better together. Service was obviously top notch. The Henry is a fine dining establishment that I will definitely revisit when I return to the area.
Always a pleasant and upscale atmosphere. I often have coffee here and enjoy the friendly staff and comfortable setting.
Went on a Sunday, 1pm. Long wait, about 45 min,so we sat at bar table. which was fine. Very good service. Food was good. Bright atmosphere. Dog friendly.
Had a boatload of apps at happy hour prices!! They all were great!! Couple of those fig mules and a comfy couch to sink into...... Perfect!!
I get why this place is popular, but I found all the food bland, the prices a little high, and the service confusing. We were taken to three different tables that should have been available according to the host but were occupied. It was a frustrating experience throughout.
Very nice place, we ate towards the end of dinner rush and my food still came out perfect. Staff was kind and courteous. Fire place outside was a simple delight. Well worth the modest price for dinner and drinks. A visit from the manager would have been nice.
Stellar service and great food. Get the warm kale dip.
Great bar scene. Menu had something for everyone and there was a great energy that kept us at this place for hours.
5 star dining experience, I'd go back again and again! The food and service was incredible and who knew they had a coffee bar? I'm definitely returning!
The atmosphere was great. They have gluten free desserts, and the food was exceptional. Will definitely go back again.
It’s tasty but a bit pricey for me. Ate there for lunch and had the Brussel Sprout Cesar Salad with added Grilled Chicken. It was delicious, but for an $18 salad it better be! Great burgers too if you can afford the $20 price tag.
Damn is this good. Everything about it is good - food, service, drinks, ambiance......
I come here for dinner almost weekly at this point. Love their roast chicken and truffle fries. Their drinks are great as well. We always recommend The Henry to anyone who's visiting from out of town.
GREAT architecture, great variety of experiences you can have
the coffee shop it was nice we tasted tow kinds dessert first of them penaut butter molten cake , the second was salted caramel roll it was delicious i’ve never tasted in uas , but drinks hot not good it’s need to improve , generally the coffee shop worth visit anther day because i want to try some dishes in menu
First time at the Henry, very impressed with the menu and atmosphere. Pimm's and Rye cocktail was awesome. Happy hour eats are tasty. Would have gave 5 stars but our server was not very attentive without reason as it was not very busy at the time. I will be back soon to try and get that 5 star experience.
It's a great place to have a business meeting.
Intimate setting. The short ribs and mashed potatoes were really tender and full of flavor. Dana was really great, hard working and has a lovely smile the whole time. She is a gem!
Beautiful atmosphere, nice food choices, and yummy drinks.
Everything is delicious. Highly recommend to travelers to AZ too.
Amazing food, great atmosphere, and extremely friendly staff. The environment in the store is so clean and generally enjoyable to stay in for long periods of time. And did I mention the food was amazing?
Great place. The food was fantastic and ambience was very nice. I would highly recommend and return for another dining experience.
Great cocktails and appetizers
Great atmosphere with a wide range of seating and service options from grab and go coffee bar to a sit-down restaurant. I grabbed a caramel latte and sat at a table on the front patio. My son had a large blueberry muffin he devoured in no time. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Good food, good drinks, great atmosphere
The food is so good. Take a bite and you literally have to stop and say OMG. You are forced to slow down and savour every bite. The service is amazing and loved the decor. I went on a Saturday for brunch and they had a mobile bloody mary cart that comes to your table and mixes your drink, don't pass it up.
This a really a cool little place to meet people and very up-scale atmosphere. Good food and nice people. Highly recommend a visit!
5-star food and service! It was our first time at The Henry and we can’t wait to go back. Delicious drinks, appetizers, entrees and desert. Highly recommend!!
Atmosphere was great and so was the food!
I've been to the Phoenix area a lot and had never heard of this place, but now that I've been, I want to go back. Interesting open concept for meetings, dining or coffee, with an upscale vibe, but totally down to earth. Check this place out to have an event, do some work or have lunch or dinner.
Great food and service. Great vibe. Enjoyed all the food and drink parts of our meal. But don't get one of the tiny tables next to the server station where the door to the patio lets in cold air every 30 sec.
Went there for the first time and had an amazing experience! Had the artichoke and mushroom toast as an appetizer....totally to die for!!! I had the branzino which was so perfectly cooked. The crunch was amazing! Had the peanut butter molten lava cake for desert and was not disappointed. Super fun drink menu. Our experience was enhanced by our server. Victoria was amazing! She gave great recommendations, was very attentive, and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a positive experience. Definitely a place I will be visiting again!
Fabulous! Amazing avocado toast, great Cauliflower/Brussels sprout omelette. Clean healthy cooking and absolutely delicous.
Very promiscuous manager - everyone was dressed professionally, but she had on a tank top and light sweater in which the whole right side of it slid down her shoulder. When she came over to bring some food she was very rude. Great servers!!
Incredible atmosphere. Excellent food.
Went with my wife today. Alex was our server. He was very nice. My wife is vegetarian and we ordered a handful of different items. Halloumi Salad, Mac and Cheese, Parker House Rolls, and Guacamole. Oh and Alex told us about the bread pudding. Everything was phenomenal. We didn’t realize the rolls had bacon and when my wife made a surprised face when they arrived the lady who brought us the food immediately asked if we want them to remake them. My wife didn’t want to waste the food and it was our fault so she just took the bacon off her piece but we really appreciated that they were so accommodating. Great time and DELICIOUS Mac and cheese!
Lively and fun atmosphere, great service, and cool neighborhood vibe make this a perfect spot for brunch! The entree selections are creative and well cooked and are served in generous (but not gross) portions. Wonderful espresso drinks and Bloody Mary cart to enhance the experience if so desired. This is our favorite place to take guests on their return home on our way to the airport. Reservations are a must, totally packed. Super eclectic decor inside and nice patio seating, too. The bakery items are an awesome addition to share at the table...try the caramel roll!
I would eat here every day if I could. Staff is AMAZING (Jennifer)!! Attentive, professional, helpful, super knowledgeable on the menu. Simply fantastic. Great atmosphere in the room. Not too loud or dark. Food is unbelievable. Appetizers are perfect portion and pop with flavor. NY Strip with umami butter...SO. GOOD. Cook was perfect. Sea Bass was delicious and flaky. Everything here is always spot on. & The deserts...peanut butter molten cake with sea salt caramel. Anything that good should be a sin.
Locals choice for casual upscale meals served all day. With its leather and wood interior flecked with gold throughout its instantly comfortable and warm. From high tops for coffee to lounge areas for casual apps with friends or booths for fine dining there is no bad time to stop by. Familiar dishes are served up in generous portions with gastro-pub touches like truffle aioli. Behind the bar a full selection of draft beers, wine and Artisanal cocktails are available. Servers and bartenders are very friendly and service is excellent.
Love the short ribs Great cocktails.
Good food - the gluten free Bundt cake was delicious, the wildflower latte was great (they have oat milk!). Service was good - restaurant is very large so it doesn't seem like they have long waits even when we went at peak brunch time (Saturday at 11am). The bloody Mary cart has their infused vodkas which were delicious (highly recommend the bacon infused with the spicy infused one!). They were sensitive to food intolerances as well.
I am basing my review after 3 lunch visits and one breakfast visit, all were of similar experiences. For breakfast, the food was ok but it came on a plate that was too small. The coffee I ordered was very good. The 3 lunch visits were underwhelming at best. The Brussel César Salad was as promised but I added steak. For $9.00 I expect more than 5 slices of steak. The burger was pretty good but the fries were soggy. The restaurant service is top notch and the place has a good vibe. Overall, not spectacular. Would have given 3 1/2 stars.
We came with a group of 5 to celebrate our friend's birthday. I stood at the bar for about 5 minutes before any bartender acknowledged me. Then, we were seated at a bistro table outside that was barely big enough for all of us. Our food took a long time to get to us. I ordered chicken and biscuits and it was delicious but we were never asked if we wanted more drinks from the bar. I feel as though perhaps they were short on servers. I most likely will not be back to this place.
I went with co-workers and didn't expect much because I'm a vegan. But they had a couple vegan options and what I had was great! (The Asada Tacos). My co-workers kept saying how good the food was. And Logan, our server, was great also. Oh, and one last thing - their vegan carrot cake was AMAZING! Kudos to "The Henry!"
Cool spot, has an Upscale but old vibe to it. I liked it. Breakfast Burritos were great. Before 8am, seat yourself? Maybe because it was 4th of July. But the reason I mention it, is because you can feel awkward asking for things...like silverware or additional sauce etc..Overall, nice place.
This is a great place for business related lunches. Nice ambiance and the food is good. Prices are a little on the higher side, but you can always use a FOX gift card that you can get at Costco
Food and coffee great. Need to hire bussers though. Tables are always dirty. Three tables had former customers plates when we arrived and were still there by the time we left. One man even sat at a dirty table because there wasn't anywhere else to sit. No one ever cleaned his table... even the worker who brought his meal just set it down and left all those dirty plates behind the whole time. That's pathetic service.
So delicious is so many ways, very expensive but worth it!
Such a cute little stylish place, love coming here for brunch with the girls
Great food. Lots of energy!
The Henry was good. Not bad service and the staff was especially good to my Granddaughter as she's a baby. Especially taking note of which adult was her Human?? Impressed.
Wednesday all day happy hour! Love the drinks and food here! Friendly staff too, but it's always packed!
Marvelous atmosphere, fast and helpful service, and such a flavorful meal! I had the bolognese, which came to my table wonderfully presented. It was rich, savoury, and hot. Excellent all around. Recommend.
Service is hit or miss. Meal wait times can be long at lunch, so if your on a schedule be aware.
We enjoyed their skirt steak and Bolognese and croissant bread pudding! Excellent service as well. We will go again !
Loved the atmosphere. Brunch was great - whole family enjoyed their meals. Service was amazing. Here's a pic on the weekend table side bloody mary - also very good!
overpriced, noisy with poor service. Would have been great if I were a hipster
I had the lobster. Was absolute heaven. I would suggest making a reservation bc it was pretty full when we went. Their cocktails were great as well, our table all ordered different drinks and nobody was disappointed.
Great food, great service, I just love this place. Their garlic-spinach dip appetizer is just to die for. Only problem is this place is always so busy you have to make a reservation way in advance, I guess that's the price of success. Sam Fox is a brilliant businessman!
The Henry being Fox concept restaurant is top notch and has not only excellent service but excellent food. High end environment with affordable pricing and exquisite food. Highly recommend.
Stopped by briefly to visit the coffee bar for a quick cup of coffee. Got the wildflower drink iced and it was pretty good. Customer Service was not bad. Loved the interior decor and atmosphere/environment. Hoping to return to try their food.
One of my favorite places in the valley for food and Atmosphere. More up scale and great to take clients to. Food is amazing. They don't serve at the tables until 11 though so if you're there in the am it's more like a coffee shop. Brunch is amazing though on Easter.
Great great great food. Service tonight was alright. Normally great as well.
Seriously, one of the best breakfast spots in the area. Freshly baked items, diverse menu and great coffee...all served with a smile. I will definitely be back.
My favorite dinning spot. Very elegant and classic. I even go there for a cup of coffee. Love their bakery. It’s highly recommended place. I went last year on my anniversary and loved their food and service.
I went to the Henry for the first time this morning. There was no instruction to wait for a hostess, so I took a seat at the bar, near a guy who was eating some kind of pastry. There were two guys working behind the bar, but after about 5-minutes no one had even acknowledged my presence, so I got up and left. My first trip to the Hebry is probably my last. John Harrison
I have eaten at The Henry on Coronado, Flowerchild in Boulder and now at corporate hq's own location--a pleasurable dining experience each time. Short rib potstickers for appetizer with a house cab and a black kale salad that a man shouldn't enjoy as much as I did. Look up all their locations so you don't miss an opportunity.
Breakfast was delicious and healthy. Sat at the bar and saw the chefs make and prep food. Love the ambiance of the restaurant and the people.
Not pleased with the charred vegetables that came with my dinner. I choked on a piece of what used to be cauliflower. Ruined the whole evening for me, won't be going back there..... ever. The waitress was extremely kind. Thank you for your kindness.
Seriously one of my favorite places in Phoenix! A reservation is always recommended or you will wait. It’s just a fun place with great food, great service ,great people. . It’s always packed with people so you feel like you are in the middle of NYC !
Good food in a nice professional environment. Seems like a great place for a business lunch or meeting with friends. The harvest bowl provided an exciting combination of different healthy ingredients, I would definitely order it again. I didn't get any drinks other than water but they had a nice selection of interesting sodas and alcoholic beverages.
I absolutely love this place. It has great vibe and is full of young professionals. It's a great place to grab a coffee and breakfast in the morning to help power through your emails. The only draw back is the lack of food from 10:30-11:00 as they switch over from the breakfast to lunch menu. Another drawback is you have to use valet after a certain time... this could be a positive for some but I personally have no issues parking my own car. The coffee is great and their food is on point as well.
I've been wanting to go here for the longest time and finally went for brunch 2 days in a row with my sisters. We got the original breakfast sandwich, avocado toast, wildflower ice coffee/ chai, macchiato, lemon pastry, and macaroons. Everything tasted great. The place is huge, with seating indoors and out. The design of this restaurant is adorable. Very chic! The employees were kind and fun to talk to. They have valet parking and are very attentive to their customers. Would recommend!
Pricey, the food is good and the atmosphere is great. Did not enjoy all the flies in doors.
We had a Christmas Party there recently on 12/14/18 and your servers were awesome! There was one in particular who definitely made it more memorable. Thank You Dana for a great experience. She's definitely made for this! Awesome Customer Service! Definitely will be going back!
I went for a meeting, but I'm definitely going back for lunch.
This place was way too crowded Happy hour is not great $6 for a beer if you go outside of Happy hour it's way too expensive
I really like the Henry. The coffee bar side is a great place to hang out and get work done. The restaurant has a small but very good menu. The people watching is on point Scottsdale...
Nice place good food and very fancy
Sat at the bar and have not had table service yet. Service was quick and bartender had a good understanding of drinks that we're off menu. We spoke about Bourbon and flavors. He made a very good Old Fashion. The grilled and chilled shrimp were also top notch. Grilled perfectly and nice and firm. The burger on the happy hour at menu was just as good. Will return again to try something off the dinner menu. Reservations are recommended. The only negative I had was our empty plates sat in front of us for a good 25+ minutes. When we cashed out and put our cards down to pay, it was picked up in minutes. I don't feel that little issue is worth a star in the review though. Visit was on a Thursday and empty seats were available at bar and possible walk-ins.
Love the Henry and tonight didnt disappoint! Though I have been there several times for lunch, this was my first time for dinner. Top notch service, tasty cocktails, a great dinner crowd makes me want to return again soon!
Great venue for what looks like every meal and snack of the day. We came for breakfast and they have lots of creative options. Coffee was fine. Lots of comfy spots to sit or use one of their many tables. There's a bar here too.
A little pricey but it’s the Henry, you know what your getting. Great atmosphere and delicious eggs. I had the California scramble with no potato’s or salsa, eggs were perfectly cooked. The girls had a cinnamon bun which they said was devine. We all had mimosas, they even made off menu flavors. And our waiter brought us warm water to heat up the bottle! Great service and great food.
Nice place, but pretty loud. We had brought out of town guests to this place and wanted to converse and catch up, but the music was kind of loud and so people had to talk over it. The food was on point and we highly recommend the braised short ribs and the vegan strawberry shortcake for dessert. Service was good and they did their best to accommodate us too.
The Henry is one of those places that you want to really like. The location is great for me, the staff is always delightful. They have some interesting drinks, a mojito that is worth revisiting. But I never seem to find meal that hits the spot for me. Better luck to you.
My food was terrible, from appetizer to entree the food was overcooked and charred. In a rush to get the food out as quickly as possible half of the meals at our table, a group of eight, were unrecognizable. I honestly can't say if there were carrots on the plate or just a hunk of burned carbon. We were told by the wait staff "sorry we're busy" when our appetizer took over 45 minutes to find its way to our table. I won't be returning as I left the restaurant more hungry that before I arrived.
Would be 5 stars, but finding parking is difficult. Valet service for coffee or lunch? Really? Service was great. Food was great. If vibe is your thing, then I suppose it was great too.
Their bolgnese is the best pasta I've ever had. The noodles are made in house and you can tell! The staff is knowledgeable and are eager to answer questions and make suggestions.
Great food and atmosphere. We were seated outside and it started to rain right as our food arrived. They immediately moved us inside and took our food back to the kitchen to replate. Staff was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
Great food. Good ambience. Great staff. What else does one need!
We stopped in for quick drink and our bartender was outstanding. I loved the open style of the restaurant and the drinks were made with care. Would recommend stopping in when in the area
The food, atmosphere, and staff are great but the teenage hostesses need to go. I don’t know why you would hire inexperienced hostess staff for a restaurant that is supposedly upscale. I waited for ten minutes to speak to the hostess for an outside table while the restaurant was half empty on a Sunday. I was told there would be a 45 minute wait, while she seated other people outside immediately. My friends and I decided to order from the counter and seat ourselves outside with no issue. This is a disservice to the staff who miss out on a tip if people order from the counter. Retrain or replace your hostesses!
I like everything about this place except how much plastic waste they have. They default to disposable cups at the coffee shop, even if you're staying. Such an easy thing to change, wish they would try harder to be more sustainable.
Love this place. The ambiance is great. Food is super good. And drinks are lovely!
Fun place to eat. Food was great
I enjoy early morning coffee and breakfast there ( they open at 6:30!) but the happy hour menu is also delicious. You can lounge on a sofa and have great snacks such as Korean sliders, truffle fries, etc.
Food was very good and the service was incredible
This review is specifically for Danielle's customer service. Often time these days, businesses say they will call you back and never do. I called to inquire about catering options at The Henry this morning and Danielle promised she would follow up in the afternoon after speaking with the chef. She called back as promised and provided me with options. Unfortunately, The Henry does not have a catering menu, but they were willing to accommodate my request. Thank you Danielle!
The artichoke and mushroom toast was amazing, though it's not something I normally would've tried! Everything was incredibly flavorful and the private room for our party's wedding rehearsal dinner was beautiful. Our server Dana was also very friendly and gave great suggestions. I'll definitely be back next time I find myself in Phoenix!
Beautiful atmosphere, amazing food. I was confused about where a d how to order when I first walked in. There was a long line at a bakery case, so I waited there. You order there, pay get a number, and sit anywhere. There are a lot of places to sit- Including an upstairs, a main room, a back room and an outdoor patio. Definitely worth the stop if you are in the Phoenix area!
This place is phenomenal! The staff is incredibly attentive and our waiter, Lalo, was so good to us. I'm so pleased they had a vegan, dairy free, gluten free dessert option to help celebrate my boyfriend's birthday today. I love the atmosphere here at The Henry which is completely unique and unlike any other and their Happy Hour deals are the BEST!
My brother and I worked their and it was extremely short lived. We were both dishwashers, I was terminated due to having a fracture in my foot and wasn't able to perform work at the desired quality. That is okay in my eyes I understand a business needed to be ran. My brother loved his job and didn't miss a day and even covered for someone cause most employees in the back don't wanna be there and talk about how they dislike the place. He missed one day over some serious family issues and Mark lied to the others saying he was no longer capable of working there. Just in my one day that I was there, was horrible. All the employees I worked with were offering me pot and smoking constantly on the job. Training was an absolute joke and drama was at a all time high. Food might be good, but the environment was nasty. I sure hope they figure it out before it gets worse for them.
Very nice place for a date or for the whole family. Amazing food and quality service.
Amazing salad in a really cool setting. Enjoyed the atmosphere. The grilled halloumi salad is one of the best I've ever tasted. (Halloumi is a cheese - delicious!)
Love this place for lunch, happy hour and dinner. I set up meetings here regularly to grab coffee or a cocktail. I just had the Brussel Sprout Caesar- delicious.
Perfect, polite service and outstanding food.
The Henry's gluten free pop tarts & cakes are better than most regular pastries with wheat flour. Big win for those who are celiac. And the atmosphere is lively & contagious. The Henry is a place to be seen & people watch. Enjoy!
The food was delicious and the atmosphere outside was very charming & intimate! It could have been the fact that we went on a Friday at lunchtime, but the service was incredibly slow. Other than that it’s definitely a fabulous spot for food & drinks!
Had lunch at The Henry with two friends. Not only is the food delectable, but the entire staff literally bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. One friend is hearing challenged so we moved a couple times to get a table that enabled us to visit without a large degree of noise. Special thanks to: J.D., Danielle, Lindsey and others who personally made our lunch extremely enjoyable!!! The staff is incredible and the food superb!!!
This place is a delight to all the senses. Scrumptious food, gorgeous atmosphere, attentive service. My favorite lunch spot!
Great ambiance and service! The menu offered some unique and tasty appetizers as well as some fantastic entrees. I throughly enjoyed the experience.
I can't praise this place enough. Mum and I needed a place to burn morning sun and grab a bite to eat. Found this place through a 'coffee near me' search and DAANNNGGG! It's so beautiful and big and comfy inside. Staff is super friendly and the food (Smashed Avacado Toast & Flowerchild scramble) were a delightful surprise. Very delicious! We splurged on a blueberry macaroon and I have never had such a wonderful macaroon experience! This place would get 10 stars if I could give it. (Mum literally just asked me to go get the last 2 blueberry macaroons lol)
Amazing atmosphere, service and and delicious food. Can't wait to go back.
First off, outstanding curb appeal and lovely inside. Really comfortable, staff is gorgeous, attentive and show great team work! We had the pleasure of having Angelo; bomb guy, very knowledgeable and personable. We tried 2 of everything; drinks, apps, main courses, dessert and coffees. So fast and efficient. Definitely coming back to try some brunch!
They have the best food in Scottsdale I swear. We always come here and he gets better with each time. It’s always clean and a wonderful atmosphere. I love how the offices upstairs kind of cover up this great spot.
Love the Henry. Best sticky buns in the world! Avocado toast is worth fighting over. Wildflower latte is the perfect sweet and spicy. There is a wonderful atmosphere, staff is lovely and the entire experience has a vintage modern charm that makes you want to settle in and enjoy a good conversation with a friend or colleague over the perfect cup
The Henry came highly recommended for date night so we dropped by to experience this Fox concept. The interior has a sleek, country club vibe and was buzzing for a weeknight. While we were able to secure a seat without one...I’d strongly recommend a reservation if possible. The menu has a price point that aligns to the atmosphere. You’ll find most entrees in the $20 to $30, small plates $10 to $20, and cocktails on par with small plates. The creativity in each dish is evident in the descriptions as they pull influence from French, Asian, and new American cuisine. The same is true of the cocktail menu, and beer and wine features are decent. We started with the warm kale and truffle dip, and this was the highlight of our meal. The flavor and consistency of the dip hit the mark, and the house pita was perfectly suited to dip it up. For the main course, we landed on the portobello tacos and Korean skirt steak. The tacos were exactly what you’d expect in terms of flavor and quality. The steak was average in quality, but the accompaniments elevated the dish. We did have a server who didn’t stop by the offer another round of drinks or check on our meals. We could see she was dealing with a large party, and attributed the shortfall in service to that situation. Otherwise, very viable choice for date night!
The drinks where good but sweat and the food was ok.
Beautiful patio & mountain views! Great food. Excellent service.
Love the handsome stud waiters, service is great, food is awesome. After dinner, try a to go pastry from coffee bar.
A great place for brunch. Fun and busy, recommend reservations.
Great all around. Servers, food, atmosphere. Was a bit loud but we were there at an extremely busy time with many waiting for tables
This is a gorgeous restaurant! Lots of twinkling lights and fun decorating. The staff are always very friendly and the food is fantastic. It's a favorite for celebrations, and located in such a cool part of Phoenix.
The Henry is always an amazing blend of a great place to sit down and take some time for a good meal and a perfect spot for a quick meeting over coffee. let's not forget the perfect private meeting room(s) if you have a small get-together or event. From the quality of the food to the pleasant nature of the ambiance inside & out the Henry is unsurprisingly a neighborhood favorite.
Very delicious brunch, great atmosphere and service
Bob and the staff are awesome... So is the food!!
Among many other things, this is a great place to meet for professional meetings over coffee or breakfast.
I would like to thank the Manager on staff my Great Waitress and Chef Manny on fixing our Egg White Turkey Omelette after the Bruch cut off. The Food was delicious and definitely my tr tre
What a great place!! The food is delicious, the drinks amazing, and the service is above and beyond! For my birthday they gave me a cake and put a candle on it, they're extremely sweet and definitely reccomend it! I will, without a doubt, come back time and time again!
I have been here numerous times for dinners and special events and I've enjoyed the service and food. I also frequency utilize their tables on the east side of the restaurant while working off campus. The last two times I've gone to the coffee bar/restaurant to work remotely, I've left the restaurant with numerous bug bites. The restaurant has many insects flying around past the coffee bar which is very annoying. Hopefully they resolve this issue soon as it is my favorite place to work.
I’d eat here every other day.. soo delicious
Stylish, cozy restaurant with a great outdoor patio. Great wines and creative dishes. Delicious vegetarian options as well. I hear their breakfast is even better!
Very nice place for a business meeting. The staff is so nice, the environment is inviting and lively. At this time I can only rate 3 stars due to the above. I ate a blueberry muffin that was so dry, I could not eat it all. I plan to return and definitely have to try something else and hope that it's better so that I can increase the stars.
The rolls and potsicker appetizers were great. Had the mushroom paella which I loved the crunchiness of some the rice as it was served in an iron skillet
The food, service and atmosphere were all *excellent*. I felt like I was going to a happy hour when I lived in DC 5 years ago with a more sophisticated crowd. I loved the guacamole and the rhubarb paloma. I will definitely be returning with friends.
Great atmosphere. Delicious coffee! Nice place for business meetings
Great place for a casual meeting or outing
Absolutely phenomenal food, from appetizers through desserts. So often I find places pretending to be fine dining, and this place actually delivers the exquisite flavors that you'd want and expect. Portions are just right, the timing and service was impeccable, and the presentation spectacular. To finish a fine evening off, selections from their "whiskey vault" rounds things out nicely. I'll definitely be going back soon!
Very eye-popping wow-factor lobby with stylish decor and interesting people watching scene. Definitely a place to take guests visiting out of town for the decor and ambiance alone. The food is fairly good but really this is about the decor and people watching. Fun coffee shop for added people watching. Overall a see and be seen spot.
Very nice... The atmosphere is very nice, I came here for breakfast the food was delicious.
Sub par! Espresso bar guy took forever to make my mocha...then gave it to a regular?, no apology, no bueno! Over priced hang out for the pretentious.
Very nice ambience attractive decor. All of the food was cold and slow to be delivered. They took care of the bill for the one person that didn't get their food until we had all finished but the whole experience was a cluster***k. Won't go back, too many better options.
This is always a great spot to have a morning coffee
Always a stylish and fun place to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Service is always outstanding and menu maintains the favorites but also adds some seasonal items to keep it fresh. Cocktail and bar selection great and like menu they add seasonal drinks that are perfect for the weather! I have hosted larger client events here and they have always made it a huge success. Great lively spot for client meetings, date night, and family or friend's night out.
This is the best meal I’ve had in Arizona and I have lived in the state for years. The food is fresh, creative, and perfectly seasoned. The ambience is classy and trendy. The waiter was attentive, knowledgeable but not annoying. I will definitely definitely be back. It’s the perfect date night and absolutely delicious. My boyfriend and I attended restaurant week and we were both very impressed with the crab and avocado toast. He also had the dumplings and loved them. He said that both appetizers were both very different but equally awesome. I did not try the dumplings because I don’t eat meat, only fish. We both had the trout for a main course and both eat a lot of fish. He’s super picky and we both absolutely loved it. He even ate the bok choy, which he would never eat. A.k.a. the veggies were delicious and I could’ve eaten three plates of it. The desert was no less delicious. I had the vegan strawberry shortcake and the sorbet came with was incredible ( my boyfriend thought so too).He had the bread pudding. Neither of us usually like bread pudding but both agreed that the bread pudding here was amazing. We both had the slow press Sauvignon Blanc and loved it. This is a big deal as this was the first ever not sweet wine that my boyfriend has enjoyed- a true milestone:p This place is definitely worth every cent
Good good and ambience. But a little too pricey
Delicious for, so flavorful (including the vegetarian options and I'm not vegetarian)
Arcadia area restaurant is very popular, has a great atmosphere and excellent service. We arrived at happy hour... there are several well priced appetizers and drinks. One of us ordered a salad from the dinner menu... quite good but nothing exceptional. I look forward to returning and trying a dinner entree. Prices are typical for a trendy upscale eatery.
Happy Hour is great! Service is wonderful always. Jenna is a sweetheart.
I was looking for a place to rest after hiking Camelback mountain and found The Henry. I am so glad I came! The place is so uniquely design with a very nice blue tone throughout the facility adding the aesthetic to the vibe. This place is packed during brunch time but they have small tables by the couches, bar seating, and coffee bar for people to enjoy while waiting to be seated. Every server and hostess are super friendly. I ordered the flower child scramble with cauliflower, brussel sprouts, kale, mushroom, and parmesan. It was amazing and it came with potatoes that are done perfectly. I didn't have to with long for my food at all. The coffee was amazing too, without tasting burnt. I would highly recommend this place and come back again if I'm in the area.
Always a great meal at the Henry! I was there for Happy hour. I had the asparagus caesar salad with shrimp. Service was excellent. We sat outside on the patio .
Great decor and terrific food. Atmosphere nice but could be a bit "warmer". Couldn't get a table at first so was sitting on couches but then hostess came over and got us after a table opened. Service is always solid although drinks from the bar can take a bit. I really like the menu, however prices are a little steep.
Love this place, The Happy Hour is the best!
Great atmosphere and every item we tried was very good. The kale truffle dip was amazing! The king crab toast was very light and refreshing. I had the harvest bowl with shrimp and loved all of the different textures and flavors. The decor felt like an older home with a nice, funky facelift. It was a little on the loud side since we sat near the open kitchen and it took awhile for our lunch to come out.
Went to lunch with my co-workers. The food was very good. Service was great during lunch time. Our server Logan was so sweet and helpful - since it was our 1st time dining she gave us some history on the restaurant and helped us when we needed suggestions.
