I used to go here frequently but lately the food selection and quality seems to have declined. The last time I went for brunch, I ordered turkey quiche. The server brought me Eggs Benedict instead. I pointed out the error and she later brought the correct order and left the incorrect one on the table as well. Well, I should have just stuck with the wrong dish because the quiche was an interesting grey color and had a texture that suggested only a passing acquaintance with fresh ingredients. I understand why it is rarely as busy as it used to be.

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch with friends, busy place but not loud inside, great service and the food was delicious. Each of our meals had a variety of flavors and textures that complimented one-another very well. I had the South Bound Dump Truck, friends had the Very Berry Turkey and one of the burgers, can't remember which one.

Everything was a bit too sweet. We had the fried chicken ap, Thai tacos, schnitzel special, and a honey butter old fashioned. The sweet sauce with the chicken was moderated by other elements in the dish. The beef in the Thai tacos was overpowered by the sweet slaw sauce and the honey mustard did not go with the schnitzel. The cabbage with the schnitzel was pretty underwhelming too. Service was leisurely and overall a bit pricey. Can't say I recommend.

It gets three stars because of the food. I contemplated two stars, but at the end of the day, it's a restaurant and the food was good. The service was terrible. We were literally the very first group in the door. We ordered our food as soon as the server brought our drinks. All food was ordered off the brunch menu. Somehow, five other tables were served their food before us. Not sure how that works. One of the table even had appetizers. They got their appetizers AND meals before us. Additionally, I sat with an empty water glass nearly until the food came. Our server walked by multiple times and clearly saw the empty water glass and never offered to fill it. Again, really good food, really bad service.

A small eclectic menu. Elevated comfort food with a flavor twist. A little on the higher dollar side but not outrageous and large portions to offset the price. I had the South bound dump truck. Fried chicken on a pretzel bun, bacon and carmalized onions with a side of sweet potato fries. Was not disappointed. Hubby had the blue cheese burger. Great grill flavor with a hint of Bleu cheese and slaw on top. Only down side was our waitress was not on her game. Felt like she wanted to be anywhere else but there. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. We will be back for another try.

Amazing! My wife and I eat here occasionally and, was here for a surprise birthday party and decided to try a different entree, was not disappointed. I had the blacked catfish, it was prepared well and had a great spice, flavor and the texture. My wife had the meatloaf (her usual dish) and it tasted better than the first time we purchased it! Our friends whose it was their first time at this restaurant also had great dishes (pics below) of which they want to go back next weekend and try their brunch. Overall, and as always service was fantastic additionally, the atmosphere was perfect and laid back for an awesome Saturday evening.

We shared happy hour (3-6PM) onion rings for $5 and they were great. My wife had Mac and Cheese which she really liked. I had the Switch burger which was good, but the Canadian bacon was pretty useless. If you didn't read that it was on the burger, you couldn't tell by either texture or flavor. Everything else serves a purpose, but I would rather have had regular bacon. Overall though, the food and service was great.

We recently traveled to Phoenix, AZ and stopped by the mid-town/Central Ave location for lunch. Never been there before but we were impressed by the service, food, and atmosphere of the place. Our server Dan was attentive without being a 'helicopter'. The food was fantastic despite it being the 'lunch rush' in mid-town. The place does get a bit a noisy when it is full/nearly full, but not unbearably noisy. The service, the food, the prices, the atmosphere; all well worth it. We have a 'new' favorite buger place in Phoenix!

It was such a beautiful place. We did bring our son but this is more for adults. Even the menu and food sizes are more for adults. Of course they will give you extra plates to share but the cost is pretty high if you have a picky eater like mine. The alcohol beverage I got was AMAZING!! Totally going again. Almost forgot the parking is in the back!

Came here with work colleagues and had a lovely meal. The food was supreme. I had the special-- sweet potato gnocchi which was perfectly prepared. While two of my colleagues had the Shrimp and Grits. I stole a bite and the three of us agree, they were some of the best we've had!

Amazing! We happened to be downtown and looking for something to eat on an early Sunday afternoon and it couldn't have worked out any better! The food was awesome! My fiancee is from Alabama, so to stumble on a place with a little southern influence in the menu was an added bonus. I normally refuse to eat grits, but couldn't stop eating them here. I had the Green Chilies Benedict (outstanding) and my girl had the French Toast (unbelievable flavor) with a side of grits. Added in a few carafes of mimosas as well. Service was fantastic and atmosphere was perfect for an early Sunday afternoon.

One of my top favorite spots in Phoenix. They've got the best food and this place has a casual ambiance. Staff is excellent, and their Thai tacos are one of the best tacos I've ever tasted. Yummy foods. I start work there 3 weeks ago and they make everything fresh. High recommend. They WILL work with Vegan and Vegetarian upon request. Like they did sub for big texas BLT sub to Avacado for bacons. Also they have veggie burger as well on upon request.

Great food and service was prompt but not rushed. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. There is an outdoor patio to enjoy except the hot summer days of Phoenix. Cowboy burger and twisted fries were great and a chicken sandwich was piled high with items. Did not try a cocktail but am sure they are very good for those looking for one.

I came in with some friends for the Bubbles and Brie promotion. It was awesome! The Brie crisp was decadently delicious! The bubbles were 2 full pour stemless flutes of tasty prosecco. The entire offer was only 12$! I love this place for their home style food with a modern flair. Always a special or something fun. Truly one of my favorite places in all of Phoenix!

The food was delicious and well-prepared. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with French fries. I also enjoyed the flavorful and slightly spicy bloody Mary's. There was barely any vodka in it at all, so I got to enjoy the tomato juice without getting a buzz. The coffee was mediocre and the staff wasn't quick to refill it. No manager or host checked on the our needs or enjoyment of the food; but otherwise, I found the team attentive.

Lovely neighborhood joint. Go here all the time with my girl friend. Always leave with a satisfied belly. Headed there tonight to take a friend for dinner on her way through town. I went with a friend for lunch, everything was great. We didn't have to wait even though they were pretty busy, our server was wonderful. I had a delicious cheeseburger and fun twisty fries. Try the Tabasco-Maple mayo, OMG.

The food here was solid. A little bit of a wait to get it, but it’s always worth waiting when the food is quality. My only complaint is the selection of music. This place has a somewhat classy/hip vibe to it, but the music made me feel like I was in a dance club. Play some funky jazz or something similar and I would give it five stars!

Nice place, pricy. Had the Little Neck Clams, wasn't expecting normal clams given the description, but wasn't also expecting the waiter to describe it as Louisiana style. There's no way in hell any good southern let alone a Cajun chef would have taken something as delicate as Little Necks and drown them in jalapenos, too salty limp bacon. Add the fact that the bread for soaking up the liquid had been pantini pressed to the point you could call it a cracker. Nope. While not bad if you kept in item mind that it had a southwestern influence, nothing I would have ever personally done to a Little Neck.

Excellent sandwich, burger, dinner, small plate restaurant with a Mediterranean flavor. Great service. Comfortable inside seating and lovely outdoor patio. Hummus plate was delicious as was the Brie appetizer including habanero drizzle. You can split the BLT with someone. It’s huge. The watermelon salad is my favorite, add prosciutto. Other add on meats are available for the salad.

Best, most delicious food I've had the pleasure of being blessed to experience in Phoenix thus far. Hands down, the best gem in town in my opinion. The staff are courteous, encouraging and kind. They are very attentive here, and best of all, you know you are getting your money's worth, as the staff are very knowledgeable and beautifully articulate the detailed notes and expectations with a dish, which is great because they take you on a ride so to speak.

Switch is a low-key restaurant and bar in midtown Phoenix that serves American classics and twists on comfort food. Shrimp n Grits, Quiche piled high with meats and veggies, Thanksgiving dinner, burgers and fries...it's all there. I had the Very Berry Turkey as a salad. The greens and fruit were fresh and tart, and I got plenty of Turkey under a good coating of aioli and raspberry jam. The apple-cinammon mule and April spritzer were served up promptly by our cool bartender. On nice/chill days, there's a patio out back with heaters and this tree of lights.

We came in on a rainy night from out or town. The bartender brayed from the bar. "Do you have a reservation?!!" I mean she yelled...people turned their head to check out the losers.We didnt. The hostess told us we could sit at the bar with the all the hospitality of a bear woken out of hibernation. As a hospitality professional who works daily to offer graciousness and courtesy to my guests, we opted not to sit at the bar and left .

The service was extremely disappointing. We brought our daughter and two friends before prom. No one was exactly rude but we saw our actual server twice in over an hour. Our beers very empty for over 30 minutes and no one asked us if we wanted another drink. We ordered a couple of appetizers and two large salads, the food was good, however, I doubt we will be back. Disappointed.

I eat here once every six weeks or so, never had a bad meal or a bad server! Great customer service great local neighborhood restaurant to eat. As far as the food goes , very good size portions you won’t go hungry eating here. A must try if you haven’t tried yet. Happy eats everyone!
