This place had great food but terrible management. On the evening of December 30th there were over served Russian woman play music from their iPhones as full blast. I could hardly hear my dinner guests speak. After another table had said the music was too loud they manger asked them to turn it down. Please note not off. The woman were getting up and confronting us multiple times because another table complained. The management did nothing. The woman grabbed a poor waitress by her arm and made her offer us another table's dessert. The management did nothing. I wrote on the check please have the management call me as this was unacceptable. I saw the manger run out the door before us and drive away.

Amazing amazing. You got to love a place that keeps their menu simple, yet spectacular. Brussel sprout salad with shrimp - BOOM yummy. The roast pork green chili is to die for. Grab a desert - the chocolate souffle and gelato were spot on. Fantastic servers, cordial and timely. Will definitely return!! Bravo.

We assumed it was more of a Mexican menu because of the name. Next time we should look at the online menu before going so there's no disappointment in what we're getting.

One of the best kept secrets in town! Don't blink, however, or you might miss these local favorite. Best way to find it is to remember that it is next door to the Wells Fargo bank. (Just south of the bank) Once you get there, prepare for some really delicious dining. This owner operated restaurant is reasonably priced and won't disappoint. Southwest food at it's best! Try the Southwest Chicken Cobb! Full bar too!

I'm not sure why there are so many five-star ratings for this restaurant. My first and likely only experience at Sierra Bonita was not what I expected AT ALL. Menu prices are indicative of a somewhat more upscale dining experience. The food isn't even worth half the price, because I've personally had better cuisine at restaurants that cost less than half of what we spent here. The guacamole appetizer was probably among the worst guacamole I've had. There is no way it is freshly made because we got our appetizer mere minutes after we ordered it. We had the same speedy service with our entrees. It just did not seem like our food was freshly made (as you would expect at the price point). I honestly feel like they make a lot of the food in advance, quickly reheat and then serve quickly to turn tables. In retrospect, we should have sent our food back! The atmosphere was nice enough, but that's not enough for us to make a return visit. By far, this was one of the worst dining experiences we've had, and there is no way we will be visiting again.

I went to Sierra Bonita Grill because it was recommended by a friend. They have a great happy hour and we just ate appetizers. Green chili pork, queso with chorizo, and chicken nachos.I would get the nachos and green chili again. The queso was fine but not as good as the other two.

Thoroughly impressed with this place. I hadn't been because their menu prices are over my price range for a regular night out. But learned about their happy hour through my aunt. The food we ordered was so good. The drinks were good, although it didn't taste like the description. The staff was friendly, quick and personable. And the building itself is beautiful. Go downstairs and check out their wine room. I will be back for another happy hour. And maybe dinner some day.

Fabulous and delicious as always. The spicy margarita is to die for as well as their beef. I recommend the chocolate souffle for dessert or the gelatto if you have food allergies. But they generally have other options available. The experience is lovely though expect it to take some time, I've always gotten seated quickly here but the food takes quite awhile to get to me. One of my favorite places for date night.

Absolutely yummy! The buttermilk chicken with mashed sweet potatoes and grilled asparagus gave me life. I got the 2 piece plate. We ended the night with the bread pudding which was to die for. I also had a lime margarita freshly squeezed to bring it all together. Parking is a little unique but they have additional rows.

Went for an Anniversary dinner. Food was absolutely amazing. Drinks were really strong. Had stuffed jalapeno, carne asada, creamy polenta, and Margarita Chingon. Not a cheap place to eat but the food was worth the money. Only down was it seemed the waiter was rushed even though the restaurant was not busy. But still gave 5 start because the food was so good and the ambiance was perfect. Will definitely be back.

Go here for work meetings. Great, fast service. After going three times, bar tenders know what we drink, and make sure those drinks are never empty. Cool, low light enviroment makes for a great place to be.

I had the cowboy stew with an egg on top and the bread pudding. A lot of food, reasonably priced for the quality. Ended up taking home half the stew. It appears they have changed the stew a bit by no longer giving a tortilla (you get a roll now) and putting mashed potatoes in the center. Just wanted to give a heads up to those that haven't been recently. Even with the changes I would still recommend the above choices.

Eat here every now and then. They have a pretty good Cobb salad that I like. The chips and salsa flight (3 different salsas) is pretty good as well. Price is a little high for what it is but still enjoy the food. Service is usually pretty good, restaurant and bathrooms clean. Not usually too busy, so not usually a wait to be seated.

Wow! Stopped here for lunch while in town on business. I was by myself so I sat at the bar and enjoyed one of the best Old Fashions I've ever had. It was so good I had to have two for lunch. I also dined on some delicious buttermilk battered fried chicken. The mashed sweet potatoes and gravy were top notch. No complaints from this visit. Highly recommended!!

A hidden gem. Not a huge place but the food is excellent. Parking seems limited but pay attention to the signs, there is more parking around the corner than the little alley the restaurant is on shows. Specials are listed on a chalkboard just outside the door. The bar is fairly well stocked. I suggest tryin the guacamole with their 3 signature sauces. One is better than the next, smoky, spicy, green tomatillos. The smoked green chili pork roast with charro beans, tomato rice, salsa fresca, and flour tortilla is heavenly and plenty to take some home as leftovers.

A friend of mine had a birthday party here and I had never heard of this restaurant. I was completely shocked at how excellent everything was. Downstairs are a bunch of private rooms that you can reserve for small groups, which are all amazing. The restaurant itself looked warm and was packed with people. All of the food came out perfectly and the cocktails were fantastic. I would highly recommend giving this place a try

The food was very tasty. The drinks were strong and the service was excellent. We attended a party in a private room so we were able to try many different offerings. The carne asada was very tender, the green chile mac and cheese was hearty and had the perfect amount of spice. The ceviche was as fresh as I've had at the beach and the bread pudding was a terrific combination of dough and crunch, with out being overly sweet.

Service was not very good. We came in with our baby in a carseat during happy hour, but couldn't get the specials because we were not seated in the right area. The reason we didn't sit there is because the air vents were blowing out cold air and we didn't want the air hitting the baby. The server we had didn't come to ask if we wanted another drink. Food was good but not what we expected. Will not go back.

Not only was all the food outstanding but so was the service. But it was the service after the service that went above and beyond. While at the airport following our lunch meal, I realized I left my jacket in the booth. The amazing staff went above and beyond by shipping my jacket to my home. In 2018 I would have given them five stars but the food has went really downhill (even if the dishes have the same names with the same ingredients) and they no longer make their desserts in house. I miss their buttermilk pie so much! We used to visit for lunch every couple weeks and dinner at least once a month, particularly for large family dinners, but we have not went back in almost six months. The ambiance of the place is outstanding but with the food quality... It simply isn't worth it.

Enjoyed this restaurant. A bit pricey, the drinks are unimaginative, and there is basically no selection of craft beer. The atmosphere is nice, the menu has a wide enough selection for most people. There is plenty of parking in site. When approaching the establishment consider approaching from one of the side streets, making a left turn into the parking lot during rush hour might be difficult. If you are in the area it is a solid choice.

Nice place, a little pricey for what you get. Not sure why so many restaurants have issues with beans. They are just beans and mine (I had the carne asada) which was good, but the rice was bland the and the beans tasted like they came out of a can of hormel. Food choices are limited. Parking is free and there's plenty. Our appetizers were delicious. Good starter place but food is mediocre at best.
